目的 探讨实施护理服务绩效管理对住院精神病患者满意度的效果,为提高精神科临床护理工作质量提供依据.方法 120例住院患者被随机分为研究组与对照组.研究组接受绩效管理模式护理,对照组则只实施普通护理.研究观察时间为6个月,两组每月通过自编的满意度问卷进行一次满意度调查.结果 实施前,两组病人满意度测查比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05).实施后,研究组住院病人满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 应用护理服务绩效管理模式能够提高护理服务质量和病人的满意度.  相似文献

目的了解住院病人对护理服务的满意度及其影响因素,及时采取有效的整改措施,促进护理服务质量的提高。方法对2008年105~2009年471住院病人发放护理服务意见表985份,并对收回的952份调查表进行汇总分析。结果调查表各项目中满意项有7065例,占92.77%;基本满意项有332例,占4.36%;不满意项有119例,占1.56%,综合满意度达98.44%。结论提高护士主动服务意识及专业综合素质,使其掌握健康教育的技巧,是提高住院病人对护理满意度的关键。  相似文献

目的 探讨绩效考核在护理管理中的应用效果.方法 制定护士绩效考核标准,将绩效管理与量化管理集合起来,通过护士长的考核,对护理质量进行控制,并进行反馈.结果 对2008年和2009年护理工作、服务质量进行比较,护理质量、病人满意度、护生带教有显著性差异(P<0.01).结论 绩效考核有利于调动护理人员的工作积极性和主动性,提高了护士的护理质量和病人满意度,转变了护理服务理念,提高了护理人员的整体素质.  相似文献

目的:探讨"优质护理服务示范工程"对提高住院病人满意度的作用.方法:将调查对象分为A、B两组.A组为4个优质服务试点病区病人,B组为任意4个非试点病区病人,通过对两组住院病人或其家属发放满意度调查表进行调查.结果:A组病人对护理服务满意度达到97.7%以上,明显高于B组(P<0.05).开展"创建优质护理服务示范病区"活动后,护士的病房管理、服务态度、主动服务、健康教育、基础护理、专科护理、饮食指导等方面满意度显著高于B组,而病人对操作技能提高的满意度比较无显著性差异.结论:开展"创建优质护理服务示范病区"能够提高临床护理服务质量,提升护士的整体素质,提高病人满意度.  相似文献

目的探讨服务质量差距模型和感知绩效模型在门急诊输液室管理中的应用与效果。方法应用服务质量差距模型和感知绩效模型,从了解患者及护士需求、制订护理服务规范、人力资源合理配置和延伸护理服务内容等方面着手,缩小输液患者感知服务质量与需求间的差距。结果门急诊输液患者护理投诉和护理差错减少(P〈0.01),护士不良事件上报率提高(P〈0.05),患者满意度达96.70%。结论应用服务质量差距模型和感知绩效模型能够增强护士工作主动性,提高门急诊输液的护理服务质量。  相似文献

[目的]探讨SMART原则在门诊护理绩效二次分配中的应用效果。[方法]选取门诊分诊、导诊护士41人、抽血室护士12人、治疗室护士6人为研究对象。采用自身对照,2017年1月—2017年12月未采用SMART原则,进行绩效平均分配,2018年1月—2018年12月采用SMART原则进行二次绩效分配。比较实施前后护士科研产出量、工作效率、护理质量得分、护士及病人的满意度。[结果]门诊护理绩效分配通过实施SMART原则,门诊量增幅2.76%、治疗量增幅8.19%、抽血量增幅10.34%,均呈上升趋势;实施SMART原则绩效管理后专家预约率、护理质量得分、护士满意度、病人满意度显著上升,门诊病人抽血等待时间缩短(P<0.01)。[结论]门诊护理组通过实施SMART原则进行绩效二次分配管理,充分调动了门诊护士工作积极性,提高了护士服务意识及护理服务质量,深化了优质护理服务内涵。  相似文献

目的调查永久性肠造口患者对提供延续性护理服务的人员、服务方式和服务时间段等的需求现状,旨在为开展具有连续性的延续护理服务提供支持。方法通过便利抽样法,选取2018年1—12月在山东省某三级甲等综合医院术后出院及门诊就诊的120例永久性肠造口患者作为研究对象,采用自行设计的永久性肠造口患者延续性护理服务需求调查问卷进行需求调查。结果对延续护理服务方式的需求排在前3位的是电话、门诊和家庭随访,对服务人员的需求排在前3位的是跨学科团队、医生和造口治疗师,对出院后获得延续护理服务持续时间需求最多的为3~6个月,对服务时间段需求最多的集中在18∶00—20∶00;在服务频次方面,电话随访集中为1周1次或2周1次,家庭随访集中为2周1次,门诊随访集中为2周1次或1月1次。结论临床医护人员应立足永久性肠造口患者对延续护理服务的主要需求,探索更优化的延续护理服务方案,促进优质高效的延续护理服务体系的建立。  相似文献

[目的]探讨妇科应用优质护理服务示范工程的护理效果。[方法]在妇科病区开展优质护理服务示范工程,对比分析开展前后护理工作质量及病人对护理人员评价。[结果]实施优质服务后,妇科病人按应灯率、护理差错率、需要陪护照顾率与实施前比较均显著下降(P<0.05)。病人对护理人员工作态度、沟通能力、管理工作、健康宣教评分与实施前比较均显著增加(P<0.05)。[结论]优质护理服务可以提高妇科病区的工作效能,增加病人的满意度,符合广大病人的根本利益。  相似文献

This article describes the reorganization of one part of an individual, home visiting service for mentally dysfunctional women into a group intervention. Deinstitutionalization has been followed by escalating health care costs, cost containment, and restructuring of services, affecting the already constrained resources for community psychiatric services. Faced with these challenges, a nursing staff, under the administration of a clinical specialist psychiatric nurse, began reorganization of a home visiting service with one trial group. The model group used the prior success reports of groups that were adapted prospectively with a focus on immediate needs and led by nurses for women. The aims were to enhance social supports of the clients while reducing their relapse rates and to reduce the personnel time and cost. Evaluation found that these objectives were met. Thus, the involvement of nurses in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of its services demonstrates success in the redesign and reorganization of community psychiatric services.  相似文献

目的探讨基于TRIZ理论的护理管理对护理服务质量的应用效果分析。方法随机选取2019年3—6月我院收住院的532例患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组接受常规护理管理,观察组实施基于TRIZ理论的护理管理,比较两组护理服务质量水平。结果观察组护理服务满意度显著高于对照组,观察组护理服务质量专业评价显著优于对照组,差异比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于TRIZ理论的护理管理,能够有效满足住院患者的护理服务需求,提高医院护理服务专业水准,提高医院护理服务管理水平,值得临床推广和使用。  相似文献

We began our nursing enterprise believing that nurses could enhance their contribution to health care. Our first step was charging for nursing services within Carondelet St. Mary's hospital walls. Across the country, few nursing departments bill separately for service. We believed this change was a bold step, but given our professional practice foundation, we also felt prepared to take that step. Our enterprise has expanded to a nursing network linked by NCMs. We offer professional nursing services within and beyond the hospital walls. Our boldest step has been to create the nursing HMO, which enables nurses to design and implement a full range of community nursing service, be reimbursed on a capitation basis, and demonstrate high-quality and cost-effective service for people at risk in managing their health concerns. Reflecting on our experience in creating a nursing enterprise, we find ourselves rooted in the essence of nursing. True to our professional mandate, we based our endeavor on service, not on profiting as a business. At the same time, we honored our holistic underpinnings. We matched our services to health needs expressed by people in the hospital and community, not on what we thought they should need. Founded on a belief in health as an expression of body, mind, and spirit, we believe that our approach has helped people to assume greater responsibility for themselves. Bringing us full circle, from service to outcomes, we believe that our enterprise, overlaying the business of nursing on the service of nursing, has enabled us to orchestrate our professional nursing services with nurses as conductors, as well as players.  相似文献

The measures directed at improving the management and funding of health services that justify the measurement of performance and the purchase of services based on results, have a direct influence on nursing. In this context, concerns about the value and contribution of nursing have been demonstrated worldwide over the last decades. Therefore efforts are being made to ensure that nurses contribute to promote the transformation of health systems. This requires identifying their contribution to the health system and, specifically, in relation to health outcomes. In recent decades, there has been a growing demand to achieve measures which allow nurses to demonstrate and assume responsibility for their contribution. The research and development of nursing-sensitive indicators and results, and its application, provide an opportunity to measure the contribution and professional performance in achieving these set objectives, in order to improve population health.  相似文献

目的:了解医、护、患三者对优质护理服务工作的评价情况。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷进行调查,了解优质护理服务试点病房的医生、护士、患者对优质护理服务相关问题的看法与评价及影响优质护理服务深入开展的因素。结果:医、护、患三者对优质护理服务的整体评价较高,对优质护理服务相关问题的看法表现在关于无陪管理、由护士承担基础生活护理等方面有所不同,对影响优质护理服务深入开展的因素评价大体一致,其中,护士认知不够,护理人力不足被认为是主要影响因素,但在收费与护士付出不符条目上,医生、护士、患者评价有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:优质护理服务得到绝大部分医、护、患三者的认同与肯定,但要进一步推进优质护理服务的深入开展,更好地落实优质护理服务,需要各级医疗卫生管理部门及相关部门高度关注各种影响与阻碍优质护理服务发展的因素,并采取相应的干预措施。  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to determine--explore and describe--the quality of nursing service management in South African hospitals. A combined qualitative and quantitative pre- and post-test research strategy, in accordance with the COHSASA programme, was utilised. The hospitals implement the national standards during the preparatory phase, after having entered into an agreement with COHSASA. They determine their baseline status by means of an assisted self-evaluation. This is followed by an external survey phase where the hospital's compliance with the standards is evaluated. The nursing service is one of the professional services included in the accreditation programme. Their performance is compared with selected other professional services and their compliance with the core elements is also evaluated. The nursing services in South Africa are compliant with the national standards. The deficiencies are mainly within the quality improvement programmes that require further development and refinement.  相似文献

Background

People living in nursing homes face the risk of visiting the emergency department (ED). Outreach services are developing to prevent unnecessary transfers to ED.

Aims

We aim to assess the performance of acute care services provided to people living in nursing homes or long-term homecare, focusing on ED transfer prevention, safety, cost-effectiveness and experiences.

Materials & Methods

This review was guided by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Studies were eligible for inclusion if they were peer-reviewed and examined acute outreach services dedicated to delivering care to people in nursing homes or long-term homecare. The service models could also have preventive components. The databases searched were Scopus and CINAHL. In addition, Robins-I and SIGN checklists were used. The primary outcomes of prevented ED transfers or hospitalisations and the composite outcome of adverse events (mortality/Emergency Medical Service or ED visit after outreach service contact related to the same clinical condition) were graded with GRADE.

Results

Fifteen relevant original studies were found—all were observational and focused on nursing homes. The certainty of evidence for acute outreach services with preventive components to prevent ED transfers or hospitalisations was low. Stakeholders were satisfied with these services. The certainty of evidence for solely acute outreach services to prevent ED transfers or hospitalisations was very low and inconclusive. Reporting of adverse events was inconsistent, certainty of evidence for adverse events was low.

Conclusion

Published data might support adopting acute outreach services with preventive components for people living in nursing homes to reduce ED transfers, hospitalisations and possibly costs. If an outreach service is started, it is recommended that a cluster-randomised or quasi-experimental research design be incorporated to assess the effectiveness and safety of the service. More evidence is also needed on cost-effectiveness and stakeholders' satisfaction. Systematic review registration number: PROSPERO CRD42020211048, date of registration: 25.09.2020.  相似文献
