柔性管理干预对缓解儿科输液中心护士压力效果的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的 探讨柔性管理对缓解儿科输液中心护士压力的方法与效果.方法 调查分析儿科输液中心护士工作压力的来源,采取柔性管理干预措施,包括:深化内涵建设,提高实际工作能力;合理配置、弹性排班;加大管理者的支持力度,建立良好的支持系统;更新观念,满足患者需求;加强护士心理健康教育等.比较干预前后护士应对方式评分变化.结果 儿科输液中心护士普遍存在压力,柔性管理干预前、后护士应对方式评分比较有显著性差异(P<0.01).结论 柔性管理干预是缓解儿科输液中心护士压力的有效措施.
Abstract:
Objective To discuss the methods and effects of flexible management for alleviating nurse'stress in pediatric infusion center. Methods The source of working stress of pediatric infusion center nurses were investigated and analyzed. The flexible management interventions was adopted, including deepening the building of connotation, improving the actual working capacity; rational allocation and flexible scheduling; increasing the manager's supporting strength, establishing a good supporting system, updating the conception, meeting patients'requirement, strengthening mental health education for nurses and so on. The evaluation score variation of nurses between before and after intervention was compared. Results Working stress of the nurses in pediatric infusion center was widespread. The evaluation score of nurses was significant difference between before and after flexible management interventions (P<0. 01) . Conclusions The flexible management intervention is an effective measure for alleviating the pressure of nurses in pediatric infusion center.  相似文献

Objective To investigate the effect of mental intervention to the psychological health status of the patients with dialysis. Methods 50 patients with induced hemodialysis were selected in the First People's Hospital of Hefei and investigated by symptom checklist (SCL-90) for psychological status. Specific psychological and behavior interventions were implemented by the investigation results and the psychological health status of the patients with dialysis were compared before and after intervention. Results The results about positive items of symptom checklist (SCL-90) after enforcing the intervention study were significantly lower than those before intervention ( P < 0. 05 ), especially about body symptoms, compulsion, anxiety, depression,dread, hostility and interpersonal relationship. Conclusions Comprehensive mental intervention could improve the negative emotion and increase the healthy status of induced dialysis patients.  相似文献

目的 探讨惠州市民营医院护士的工作压力与心理健康状况的相关性.方法 通过护士工作压力源量表和SCL-90症状自评量表对惠州市民营医院400名注册护士进行调查.结果 护士工作压力源与如年龄、职称等有关,心理健康水平比一般女性差,低于国内常模;32作压力有损心理健康(P<0.05).结论 应加强对护士的卫生保健工作,减少工作压力对其心理健康的影响,防止心身疾病的发生.同时,加强民营医院的规范化管理,保障护理人员的合法权益,调动其积极性,提高护理质量.

目的 了解综合医院血透护士健康价值(Health-Value,HV)水平,探讨其人口学特征对HV的影响.方法 采用健康价值量表(Health-Value Scale,HVS)和一般资料调查表,运用方便抽样的方法,对综合医院102例血透护士进行问卷调查.结果 该护士群体的HV平均得分为(6.1±1.8)分,高、中、低水平分别占12.8%,52.0%,35.2%;婚姻、年龄、文化程度、工龄、任职年限、职称是影响HV的因素,不同人口学特征的HV有显著性差异(P<0.001).结论 综合医院血透护士HV水平有待提高.临床管理中应加强对不同人口学特征血透护士的健康教育,提升其HV水平,以增进其健康生活理念和身心健康.

人性化护理对老年高血压患者血压控制效果的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的 观察人性化护理对老年高血压患者血压控制效果的影响.方法 选择我院138例老年高血压患者,随机分为干预组和对照组各69例,干预组接受抗高血压药物治疗,同时给予系统的护理干预,对照组接受单纯药物治疗,比较2组的血压控制效果.结果 干预组SCL-90因子干预前明显高于中国常模,干预后SCL-90因子明显低于干预前.干预组血压控制的总有效率为92.75%,明显高于对照组.结论 对老年高血压患者通过实施多种形式、多途径的人性化护理干预措施,有效地控制了患者的血压,提高了临床治疗效果,提高了护理满意度及护理质量,值得临床推广和应用.
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of humanistic care on blood pressure control of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 138 elderly patients with hypertension patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 69 cases in each group, the intervention group received anti-hypertensive medication as well as the system of nursing intervention,and the control group only was given simple drug treatment. The blood pressure control results were compared. Results SCL-90 factor of the intervention group was significantly higher than the Chinese module before intervention, and SCL-90 factors after intervention was significantly lower than before intervention. In the intervention group, the total effective rate of blood pressure control was 92.75%, significantly higher than the control group. Conclusions Humanistic nursing interventions to elderly patients with hypertension with various forms and more ways can effectively control the blood pressure, improve the therapeutic effects, improve nursing satisfaction degree and quality of care and is worthy of promotion and application.  相似文献

目的 调查分析护士长心理健康现状,探讨心灵动力工作坊对护士长心理健康问题干预的有效性及可行性,增进心理健康.方法 用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对威海市区7所医院中,年龄28~48岁,护龄8~28年的278名护士长进行调查.调查结果经统计学处理,筛选出在焦虑、紧张、压抑、恐惧、强迫、人际关系敏感等因子分及总分高于中国常模的50名护士长进行心灵动力工作坊团体干预,团体干预后做问卷调查,于干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 心灵动力工作坊对护士长心理健康问题干预效果明显,有意识地培养对各种问题的应对能力,提高护士长的情商,增强护士长的行动力,使用问题解决技能,理解处理问题情景能力明显提高.
Abstract:
Objective To investigate and analyze the psychological health condition of the head nurses, explore the effect and feasibility of the psychological intervention via mind dynamic workshop, promote their psychological health. Methods Self- reporting inventory (SCL-90) were sent to 205 head nurses at the age of28 ~48 and nursing length of 8 ~28 years in7 hospitals (in Weihai district, Shangdong) . Results Training course in mind dynamic workshop was adopt for intervention group related to 50 head nurses whose individual score and total score of factors of anxiety, nervousness, fear, obsession, interpersonal relations and so on were higher than Chinese normal number. The questionnaires before - and - after intervention was significant statistical differences (P < 0. 05) . Conclusions Mind dynamic workshop has great effect on the psychological health condition of the head nurse. It can cultivate consciously their capabilities of meeting kinds of problems, improve their EQ, and enhance their action. Problem - solving skills and the understanding abilities of problem - solving situation are greatly improved.  相似文献

目的探讨综合干预对提高急诊科护士心理健康水平的效果。方法采取改善: 工作环境、规范抢救流程、实行责任组长负责制、学习法律法规、成立心理支持小组、运用激励机制等措施进行干预,在实施干预前后运用症状自评量表对38名急诊科护士进行测试。结果急诊科护士的心理健康状况较一般人群差,突出表现为躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖和强迫;经综合干预后,能有效缓解心理压力。结论应重视急诊科护士心理健康状况,并给予相应干预,能有效地缓解急诊科护士的心理压力,提高其心理健康水平。  相似文献

目的探讨以聚焦解决模式为基础的心理干预对肿瘤科护士心理健康的影响。方法应用聚焦解决模式对在肿瘤科工作6个月以上的45位护士进行6次心理干预,干预前后用症状自评量表评估护士心理状况。结果肿瘤科护士的心理状况与常模比较,干预前症状自评量表评分明显高于常模;干预后症状自评量表评分逐步降低,但躯体化、焦虑仍高于常模;45位护士干预前后症状自评量表评分比较,差异有统计学意义。结论聚焦解决模式的心理干预能缓解肿瘤科护士的心理压力。  相似文献

目的:调查分析急诊科护士的睡眠质量和心理健康状况.方法:采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)和症状自评量表(SCL-90),对本市两所三级甲等医院68名急诊科护士和70名普通内科护士的睡眠质量和心理健康状况进行调查.结果:急诊科护士匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表总分和各因子得分均高于普通内科护士,差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01).症状自评量表中除敌对、偏执因子外,其余因子分及总分均高于普通内科护士,有显著性差异(P<0.01).急诊科护士除睡眠时间这个成分外,其余匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表各成分与症状自评量表各因子及总分间呈正相关关系.结论:急诊科护士睡眠质量和心理健康水平值得关注,需采取多种措施改善急诊科护士的睡眠质量和提高其心理健康水平,以保证护理安全和质量.  相似文献

目的 通过调查急诊科护士在实施行为干预前后的心理健康水平,探讨行为干预对其心理压力的影响。方法 运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)分别在心理行为干预前后对本院42名急诊护士进行测试,并对问卷行统计分析。结果 急诊科护士心理健康水平低于一般人群,其中最突出的问题是:人际关系、躯体化、抑郁和焦虑。行为干预能有效缓解其心理压力。结论 对急诊科护士应进行心理行为干预,内容主要包括合理安排班次、改善工作环境、加强业务培训、增强相互理解、重视自我保护意识。  相似文献

目的 了解精神科护士睡眠质量及心理健康状况,为改善睡眠质量、促进心身健康制订措施提供依据.方法 采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表、SCL-90及自制一般情况问卷,对165名精神科护士、145名综合医院护士进行问卷调查.结果 精神科护士中52.12%有睡眠质量问题;综合医院护士中27.58%有睡眠问题.精神科护士PSQI平均得分(7.66±3.07)分,综合医院护士(5.96±2.81)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);PSQI总分与SCL-90各因子分均呈正相关(P<0.05).结论 精神科护士睡眠质量差,躯体化问题严重,睡眠质量与心理健康密切相关.  相似文献

目的探讨综合医院急诊科医护人员的心理健康状况,为制定心理干预措施提供依据。方法对综合医院急诊科405名在职医护人员采用症状自评量表进行心理健康状况调查,并与国内常模进行对比分析。结果急诊科医护人员症状自评量表中躯体化、人际关系、焦虑、抑郁、偏执、精神病性因子评分均显著高于常模(P〈0.05);医生焦虑、抑郁、恐怖、偏执因子评分均显著高于常模(P〈0.05),焦虑、恐怖因子评分均显著高于护士(P〈0.05);护士躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、偏执因子评分均显著高于常模(P〈0.05)。结论综合医院急诊科医护人员的心理健康水平低于一般人群。护士的突出问题是人际关系、躯体化、强迫症状、偏执和抑郁;医生的突出问题是恐怖、焦虑、偏执和抑郁。应针对医护人员的心理问题给予相应的心理干预。  相似文献

目的探讨肿瘤科护士心理压力与心理健康状况、个性特征的相关性。方法整群抽取112名湖南省株洲市四所医院肿瘤科护士为研究对象,其它临床科护士120名为对照。采用心身压力测试量表、症状自评量表、艾森克个性问卷对两组进行评定分析。结果研究组58.93%心理压力程度高,对照组49.17%心理压力程度高;研究组心理压力积蓄高于对照组(P<0.05)。症状自评量表总分及阳性项目数研究组高于对照组,而两组又明显高于全国常模组(P<0.01或P<0.05);心身压力测试量表、症状自评量表总均分与艾森克个性问卷P、N量表分呈显著正相关,与E量表分呈显著负相关。结论肿瘤科护士心理压力程度与其个性特征及心理健康状况密切相关。在开展心理健康教育的同时,给予人文关怀是医院管理中不可忽视的内容。  相似文献

目的探讨乌鲁木齐市属各所医院从事(ICU、手术室、急诊科、产科)高风险护理人员的心理健康状况,为心理干预提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对市属5所医院从事(ICU、手术室、急诊科、产科)高风险护理人员194名进行测试。结果从事高风险护理人员的SCL-90各因子分(除人际关系外)明显高于SCL-90中国常模,有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论从事高风险护理人员的心理健康水平明显低于正常人群,其心理健康状况应引起管理者的高度重视。  相似文献
