目的 掌握核电站周边地区饮用水中铀浓度的本底水平.方法 2009年6月至2010年3月,采集了江苏、浙江、辽宁、山东省境内4个核电站周边地区的水源水和自来水共106个水样,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法分析了样品中的铀含量,检出限为0.8 ng/L,加标回收率为100.9%.结果 所有样品的铀含量均小于世界卫生组织规定的15μg/L的限值.结论 水源水中铀浓度的顺序为辽宁>山东>江苏>浙江,自来水中铀浓度山东最高,浙江最低.
Abstract:
Objective To ascertain the concentrations of uranium in drinking water around nuclear power plants.Methods A total of 106 water samples were collected from June 2009 to March 2010 in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Liaoning and Shandong provinces.Inductively coupled plasma-msgs spectrometry(ICPMS)was applied to determine uranium content in local water source and drinking water.The detection limit of U was 0.8 ng/L.The recovery was 100.9%.Results The uranium concentrations in all samples were less than 15μg/L which was the limit given by World Health Organization(WHO).Conclusions The concentration of uranium in water sources was as follows:Liaoning>Shandong>Jiangsu>Zhejiang.The concentration of uranium in drinking water W88 maximal in Shandong Province and minimal in Zhejiang Province.  相似文献

Objective To investigate the concentrations of indoor radon (222Rn) and its daughter products as well as indoor thoron (220Rn) in selected houses in Yuhang district and Sanmen county,Zhejiang province,and estimate their annual effective doses to the population.Methods Solid state nuclear track detectors were used in selected dwellings in Yuhang district and Sanmen county,and the detectors were placed in bedrooms or living rooms.Without changing the ventilation habits of residents,These detectors were continuously placed from March to September in 2009.Results Indoor 222 Rn and 220Rn concentrations in low-rise buildings were the highest among all types of houses.The indoor concentration of 222 Rn had no relation with the building age (F = 0.53,P > 0.05),but that of 220 Rn was dependent on the building age (F = 3.56,P < 0.05).Moreover,the investigation demonstrated indoor 220 Rn concentrations in houses with no decoration were higher than in the houses decorated (t = 2.33,P <0.05).The average indoor concentrations of 222Rn and 220Rn in Yuhang district were 32.5 Bq/m3 and 314.3 Bq/m3,respectively,and the annual effective doses were 0.88 mSy and 0.42 mSv respectively.The average indoor concentrations of 222Rn and 220Rn in Sanmen county were 26.8 Bq/m3 and 399.5 Bq/m3,and the annual effective doses were 0.72 mSy and 0.53 mSv respectively.Conclusion The concentrations of indoor 222 Rn in some areas of Zhejiang province are at natural background level,and the concentrations of indoor 220Rn in rural areas are relatively higher.The total annual effective dose from 220Rn and its progeny was larger than that from 222Rn and its progeny by 50 percents.  相似文献

Objective To investigate the activity concentration of 90Sr in tea produced in Chinese typical regions, enrich the baseline data for 90Sr level in Chinese tea, and evaluate possible exposure doses to people. Methods Samples were carbonized, ashed, digested and leached, and then extraction chromatography method was used to separate 90Sr and 90Y. After preparation of sample source, radioactivity of 90Y was measured using low-level α/β counter. Results Twenty six kinds of tea produced in 16 typical regions from 26 cities of 16 provinces were collected in 2016, and their 90Sr activity concentrations were analyzed using the separation method of di(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate (HDEHP) extraction chromatography. The results revealed that the activity concentrations in 26 kinds of tea samples ranged from 0.28 to 3.78 Bq/kg, and contributed possible exposure doses of 0.44×10-2- 6.00×10-2 μSv to each people. Conclusions These doses were far less than the ICRP annual dose limit of 1 mSv for the public, suggesting less impact on people''s health.  相似文献

The radioactivity level in the environmental media was far lower than the limit values specified by the national standard GB. The effective dose of the outdoor natural external exposure for the residents is about 0.102 mSv/a and the effective dose of the internal exposure from the artificial radionuclides 90Sr and 137Cs in food for the residents is about 0.488 μSv/a. 目的:了解2006年我院肿瘤病区抗肿瘤药物应用情况,预测其发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供理论依据。方法:对我院肿瘤病区应用抗肿瘤药物的销售金额、DDD费用、DDDs、进行统计分析。结果:2006年我院肿瘤病区抗肿瘤药物销售金额列前三位的品类为多西他赛(15.6%)、易瑞沙(11.64%)和奥沙利铂(8.6%)。DDDs列前三位的品种是赛格恩(12.53%)、顺铂(10.34%)和艾恒(9.37%)。结论:进口化疗药物昂贵,应加快国产化疗药物及化疗辅助药物的研制。我院在抗肿瘤治疗中较多使用疗效确切、副作用小、价格便宜的国产抗肿瘤药物,在合理用药和保证疗效的前提下降低了治疗费用。  相似文献

目的 观察生物合成的游离NgR对新生大鼠原代背根神经节(DRG)神经元突起生长的影响.方法 以ViraPowerTM慢病毒将NgR(310)ecto基因转染人培养的骨髓基质细胞,收集培养上清获得游离NgR.分离新生大鼠DRG神经元并分为两组,对照组直接将神经元种植到经含中枢神经系统(CNS)髓鞘蛋白包被的培养皿中培养;实验组先将骨髓基质细胞培养上清加入含CNS髓鞘蛋白的培养皿中,孵育4 h后再植入DRG神经元.两组细胞均在培养24 h后固定,进行βⅢ-tubulin免疫组织化学染色,图像观察神经元及其突起生长情况.结果 基因修饰的骨髓基质细胞,转染后48 h间接免疫荧光的方法检测可见胞浆内荧光表达.种植24 h后对照组DRG细胞很少有突起长出;而实验组DRG细胞中60%的神经元长出突起,且突起较长.结论 游离NgR能够竞争性结合脊髓损伤后局部分泌的轴突生长抑制因子,从而保护生理性NgR,可能是促轴突再生和脊髓功能恢复的一种新策略.  相似文献

A variety of laboratory procedures can be used to define the chemistry and pharmacokinetics of myocardial cationic imaging agents. These methods are utilized to define the in vivo chemistry of cationic heart agents, in order to understand the kinetics and mechanisms of: tissue and cellular transport, subcellular distribution, and intracellular localization. Transport across cell membranes can be active, passive or facilitated. Studies performed in erythrocytes, heart cells, slices and isolated perfused hearts using methods for separation of metabolites have shown a high degree of myocardial specificity for [99mTc]hexakis alkyl isonitrile by an uptake mechanism different from 201Tl. These studies demonstrate the importance of in vivo chemistry and pharmacokinetics in the development of new radiopharmaceuticals.  相似文献
