药用高分子材料学是适应现代药学的发展和教学的需要,于20世纪90年代在我国建立起来的一门崭新学科,它在促进药物制剂的发展中起到了举足轻重的作用。可以说,没有新型的药用高分子材料的应用。就没有现代的药剂学。我院从上世纪90年代末开始在中药学研究生(制剂方向)中开设该门课程,之后在药物制剂、制药工程、中药学三个本科专业中开设,通过课程学习.学生可以较全面地掌握药用高分子材料的性质、特点以及实际应用情况,为中药新药的研制和开发打下基础。  相似文献

AIM: over the last 10 decades, 'lifestyle medicines' or 'lifestyle drugs' have been used with increasing frequency by journalists, politicians, authorities and to some extent by scientists. The objective of this paper is to analyse the quantity and quality of the use of these terms and discuss the implications associated with the labelling of indications and products as lifestyle medicines or lifestyle drugs. METHODS: The findings in this paper are based on an extensive literature review in the databases Medline, Pubmed, Embase and the two most frequently used search engines altavista.com and google.com, as well as the media database LexisNexis. RESULTS: In the period 1978 to August 2003, the term 'lifestyle medicines/drugs' has appeared 3174 times in English language media. In total, 23 different definitions are presented in the scientific literature. CONCLUSIONS: The review of the scientific literature shows that no widely accepted definition of the terms 'lifestyle medicines' or 'lifestyle drugs' exists. Nevertheless the terms have appeared more than 3000 times in the media (2600 times since 1998), which means that in most cases, the use of the terms 'lifestyle medicines' or 'lifestyle drugs' are based on the authors' own assumptions and values. This is problematic, not only in terms of a discourse, where no one knows what forms the basis of the discussion, but also because this at best leads to an uninformed discussion and at worst to harmful conclusions that might stigmatise and discriminate patients. Based on these findings, this paper argues that a clear, widely accepted definition of the terms 'lifestyle medicines' or 'lifestyle drugs' is essential to avoid potential misunderstandings that might lead to discrimination in the rationing of healthcare resources or stigmatisation of patients.  相似文献

疾病可影响药物在体内的吸收、分布、代谢和排泄过程。本文基于Medline发表的相关研究,重点介绍短肠综合征、囊性纤维化和肝胆疾病等对药物体内代谢过程的影响。短肠综合征和囊性纤维化都显著影响药物的吸收和肠肝循环,而肾病、胆囊炎或胆囊手术可能影响药物的排泄。肝病影响药物代谢的肝药酶(P450同工酶)。疾病对药物代谢的影响,可能导致药物治疗无效或者中毒,引起严重后果。因此临床应该了解疾病对药物代谢影响的基本知识,治疗中主动调整给药方法和剂量,提高药物治疗效率,减少药源性的损害。  相似文献

There is growing pressure to find more effective therapies for major psychiatric disorders, such as schizophrenia and depressive disorder. The repeated disappointments that have been experienced with highly selective, single-target agents have prompted questions about their relative merits. In contrast, a multi-target agent (MTA) approach, discovered either by serendipity or by judicious design, might offer a more rational way to address the complex clinical demands of patients and their co-morbidities. Rather than being mutually exclusive, a balanced portfolio of the two approaches may offer a beneficial and synergistic outcome toward identification of novel antipsychotic and antidepressant therapies. With improvements in biomarker technology, translational biology and a growing understanding of psychopathology, there is optimism that the new generation of MTAs will finally shed the stigma of 'dirty drugs' and progress to the concept of intentionally designed and tailored psychopharmacological agents.  相似文献

This study aimed to quantify the patterns of drug use among a group of participants in the rave scene in Perth, Western Australia. Interviews were conducted with 83 people who had recently been to a 'rave'. The study incorporated a semi-structured qualitative interview and a structured quantitative questionnaire. This paper reports on the quantitative data collected concerning patterns of drug use in association with the last rave attended. Use of 'dance drugs' (ecstasy, amphetamines or LSD) was reported by 86.8% of the 76 respondents who had used at least one drug in association with their last rave. Nearly 80% of these had also used at least one other drug on this occasion (mean number used = 2.4). Cannabis and inhalants were the drugs most commonly combined with the 'dance drugs', several respondents used more than one 'dance drug' concurrently and 16.7% had used alcohol. It seems that a significant proportion of those using 'dance drugs' in association with raves and dance parties are mixing these drugs with other substances despite harm reduction advice to the contrary. The need for more research in this area is discussed.  相似文献

The recent progress in human therapeutics has been made possible thanks to molecular biology and its use in producing proteins having the same sequence and structure as that of human proteins. The use of GMOs allows production of proteins with high added value in therapeutics, which are of satisfactory quality. GMOs may also be directly administered to patients as gene therapy vectors. However, the use of GMOs in therapeutics must take into consideration some risks, particularly those of microbiological contamination, of neo-antigenicity as well as environmental risks with regard to the way of use of the GMO. Nevertheless, those risks are taken in due consideration in the development of these new medicinal products; solutions have been found to allow their use in therapeutics with a very positive benefit/risk ratio. Medicinal products from biotechnology have enabled considerable therapeutic progress without compromising health security.  相似文献
