慢性扁桃体炎患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群测定

目的：探讨慢性扁桃体炎患者免疫状态。方法：对６０例慢性扁桃体炎患者进行外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群测定。结果：慢性扁桃体炎患者的ＣＤ４,ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８较正常对照组降低（Ｐ〈０．０１）。结论：慢性扁桃体炎患者细胞免疫功能受抑制,免疫系统失衡。     

喉癌患者的免疫状况研究

对５８例喉癌患者的外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞总数（ＣＤ３）和亚群（ＣＤ４、ＣＤ８）以及部分患者的血清ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ、唾液ＳＩｇＡ进行测定，并与正常健康人比较。结果喉癌组ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４的百分率及ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８的比值较对照组明显降低，ＣＤ８的百分率明显升高；血清ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＧ的含量明显降低，而其唾液ＳＩｇＡ的含量却明显升高，两组比较，在统计学上均有显著性差异。表明喉癌患者的全身细胞免疫水平不但降低，而且     

喉癌局部的细胞免疫反应

为更全面地了解喉癌局部细胞免疫状况,收集１４例喉高分化浸润性鳞状细胞癌病例,用箕冰冻切片进行了免疫组织化学染色,以ＣＤ３（Ｔ３／Ｔ总淋巴细胞）,ＣＤ４（Ｔ４／辅助性Ｔ淋巴细胞）、ＣＤ８（Ｔ８／抑制性Ｔ淋巴细胞）、ＣＤ２２（Ｂ淋巴细胞）及ＣＤ６８（吞噬细胞）抗体,标记了五种免疫细胞。结果喉癌局部浸润物免疫细胞主要为Ｔ淋巴细胞,其中以ＣＤ３为最多,其次为ＣＤ８和ＣＤ４细胞,两者中ＣＤ８较ＣＤ４为多,Ｃ     

喉癌患者机体免疫状态的研究

采用放射免疫扩散法、碱性磷酸酶－抗碱性磷酸酶法和乳酸脱氢酶法，对６８例喉癌患者进行机体免疫状态研究，结果：ＣＤ３＾＋、ＣＤ４＾＋细胞和ＮＫ细胞活性均较对照组明显低下（Ｐ〈０．０１），ＣＤ８＾＋细胞较对照组稍有增加但无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）；ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ较对照组稍见低下但无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。提示：喉癌患者细胞免疫水平低下，ＣＤ４＾＋／ＣＤ８＾＋比值下降，机体免疫系统处于被抑制     

喉鳞癌组织淋巴细胞亚群分布的免疫组化研究

采用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法检测了２８例喉鳞癌组织中淋巴细胞亚群的分布状态及数量，并与残喉的健侧组织对照研究。发现喉鳞癌局组织浸润的Ｔ淋巴细胞多于健侧喉正常组织，癌间质的Ｔ细胞多于实质，癌组织中ＣＤ＾＋８细胞数多于ＣＤ＾＋４细胞数多于ＣＤ＾＋４细胞。喉低分化鳞癌和晚期患者癌组织中浸润的ＣＤ＾＋４和ＣＤ＾＋８细胞少于高分化癌和早期患者。喉癌局部细胞免疫处于抑制状态，其Ｔ细胞亚群的分布与肿瘤临床分期及组织分化     

喉癌患者红细胞免疫功能的检测

为观察喉癌患者的红细胞免疫功能，对３０例喉癌患者进行红细胞Ｃ＿３ｂ受体花环率（Ｃ＿３ｂ受体花环率）和红细胞免疫复合物花环率（ＩＣ花环率）检测。结果表明，喉癌患者Ｃ＿３ｂ受体花环率加ＩＣ花环率均较声带息肉患者和正常对照组降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）；喉癌患者术后２０天左右Ｃ＿３ｂ受体花环率和ＩＣ花环率较术前无明显改变（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结果提示喉癌患者红细胞免疫功能低下。     

喉癌下咽癌手术对甲状腺功能的影响

用放射免疫分析法对２０例喉癌下咽癌患者和２０例鼻肿瘤病人术前和术后外周血清Ｔ３、ＦＴ３、Ｔ４、ＦＴ４及ＴＳＨ测定，发现喉癌下咽癌病人术前Ｔ３及ＦＴ３较对照组呈下降趋势（Ｐ＜０．０１），且术后Ｔ３及ＦＴ３水平较术前明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），一般术后１０天之内恢复正常，鼻肿瘤组无此临床现象。结果显示喉癌下咽癌甲状腺功能减退，手术创伤使甲状腺功能进一步减退。建议在喉癌、下咽癌综合治疗中，应进行甲状腺功能动态测定并及时补充甲状腺激素。     

两种免疫调节剂辅助LAK细胞杀伤喉癌细胞的体外研究

为探讨如何提高白细胞介素－２（ＩＬ－２）／ＬＡＫ细胞过继免疫治疗的抗肿瘤作用，应用免疫调节剂分枝杆菌多糖（Ｍｙｃｏｂａｃｔｅｒｉａｌｐｏｌｙｓａｃｃｈａｒｉｄｅｓ，ＭＰＳ）或ＣＤ３单克隆抗体协同ＩＬ－２诱导的健康人外周血淋巴细胞来源的ＬＡＫ细胞在体外扩增，测定其对喉癌ＨＥＰ－２细胞杀伤活性。实验结果：①不同免疫调节剂对ＬＡＫ细胞扩增的影响：实验组三组细胞于体外扩增均明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；ＭＰＳ组或ＣＤ３组细胞的扩增倍数比单纯应用ＩＬ－２组为高（Ｐ＜０．０１）；其中扩增倍数最高者为ＭＰＳ组，与ＣＤ３组相比，Ｐ＜０．０５。②不同免疫调节剂诱导的ＬＡＫ细胞对喉癌ＨＥＰ－２细胞的杀伤活性比较：在培养一周时，实验组三组对ＨＥＰ－２细胞的杀伤活性均高于对照组，以ＣＤ３组及ＭＰＳ组杀伤活性最高，其杀伤活性均为５５．５％；于培养第二周，ＣＤ３组杀伤ＨＥＰ－２细胞活性仍较高，其他实验组细胞杀伤活性均明显下降。结论：免疫调节剂ＭＰＳ和ＣＤ３单克隆抗体均可通过增强ＬＡＫ细胞体外增殖和杀瘤活性而提高肿瘤过继免疫治疗效果。     

鼻息肉组织中T—细胞亚群的分布及2种白细胞介素表达？…

目的 探讨Ｔ－淋巴细胞及细胞因子白细胞介素（ｉｎｔｅｒｌｅｕｋｉｎ,ＩＬ）调节２功能的紊乱在鼻息肉发病中的重要作用。方法 应用免疫组织化学的方法检测３２例鼻息肉标本和６例下鼻甲粘膜对照标本中Ｔ－细胞亚群（ＣＤ＾＋４和ＣＤ＾＋８细胞）以及细胞因子ＩＬ－５、ＩＬ－１０阳性细胞的表达情况。并进行统计学分析。结果 鼻息肉组织中可见各种炎细胞浸润,ＣＤ＾＋４和ＣＤ＾＋８细胞数增多（Ｐ〈０．００１）;其中ＣＤ     

喉癌癌周浸润细胞的表现型和临床预后的关系

应用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法及甲苯胺兰和ＨＥ染色对８２例喉癌切除标本癌周浸润的Ｔ淋巴细胞，Ｂ淋巴细胞，巨噬细胞，郎格罕细胞，肥大细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞的浸润程度、分布特点进行了观察。同时结合临床随访对与临床预后有影响的八个临床、病理学指标及六类浸润细胞进行多因素逐步Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归分析。结果发现喉癌局部有不同程度的上述细胞浸润。除Ｂ淋巴细胞以外各类细胞的浸润程度对临床预后（５年存活率）均有一定影响（Ｐ＜０．０１）。通过多因素分析认为嗜酸性粒细胞的浸润程度是影响预后的最重要因素（Ｐ＝０．００３），其次为Ｔ淋巴细胞（Ｐ＝０．００５）和肿瘤组织学分级（Ｐ＝０．０３３）。说明癌周浸润细胞在宿主局部抗肿瘤免疫反应中起重要作用。
