慢性扁桃体炎患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群测定   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
目的:探讨慢性扁桃体炎患者免疫状态。方法:对60例慢性扁桃体炎患者进行外周血T淋巴细胞亚群测定。结果:慢性扁桃体炎患者的CD4,CD4/CD8较正常对照组降低(P〈0.01)。结论:慢性扁桃体炎患者细胞免疫功能受抑制,免疫系统失衡。  相似文献

对58例喉癌患者的外周血T淋巴细胞总数(CD3)和亚群(CD4、CD8)以及部分患者的血清IgA、IgG、IgM、唾液SIgA进行测定,并与正常健康人比较。结果喉癌组CD3、CD4的百分率及CD4/CD8的比值较对照组明显降低,CD8的百分率明显升高;血清IgA、IgG的含量明显降低,而其唾液SIgA的含量却明显升高,两组比较,在统计学上均有显著性差异。表明喉癌患者的全身细胞免疫水平不但降低,而且  相似文献

为更全面地了解喉癌局部细胞免疫状况,收集14例喉高分化浸润性鳞状细胞癌病例,用箕冰冻切片进行了免疫组织化学染色,以CD3(T3/T总淋巴细胞),CD4(T4/辅助性T淋巴细胞)、CD8(T8/抑制性T淋巴细胞)、CD22(B淋巴细胞)及CD68(吞噬细胞)抗体,标记了五种免疫细胞。结果喉癌局部浸润物免疫细胞主要为T淋巴细胞,其中以CD3为最多,其次为CD8和CD4细胞,两者中CD8较CD4为多,C  相似文献

采用放射免疫扩散法、碱性磷酸酶-抗碱性磷酸酶法和乳酸脱氢酶法,对68例喉癌患者进行机体免疫状态研究,结果:CD3^+、CD4^+细胞和NK细胞活性均较对照组明显低下(P〈0.01),CD8^+细胞较对照组稍有增加但无显著性差异(P〉0.05);IgG、IgA、IgM较对照组稍见低下但无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。提示:喉癌患者细胞免疫水平低下,CD4^+/CD8^+比值下降,机体免疫系统处于被抑制  相似文献

采用免疫组化ABC法检测了28例喉鳞癌组织中淋巴细胞亚群的分布状态及数量,并与残喉的健侧组织对照研究。发现喉鳞癌局组织浸润的T淋巴细胞多于健侧喉正常组织,癌间质的T细胞多于实质,癌组织中CD^+8细胞数多于CD^+4细胞数多于CD^+4细胞。喉低分化鳞癌和晚期患者癌组织中浸润的CD^+4和CD^+8细胞少于高分化癌和早期患者。喉癌局部细胞免疫处于抑制状态,其T细胞亚群的分布与肿瘤临床分期及组织分化  相似文献

为观察喉癌患者的红细胞免疫功能,对30例喉癌患者进行红细胞C_3b受体花环率(C_3b受体花环率)和红细胞免疫复合物花环率(IC花环率)检测。结果表明,喉癌患者C_3b受体花环率加IC花环率均较声带息肉患者和正常对照组降低(P<0.01);喉癌患者术后20天左右C_3b受体花环率和IC花环率较术前无明显改变(P>0.05)。结果提示喉癌患者红细胞免疫功能低下。  相似文献

用放射免疫分析法对20例喉癌下咽癌患者和20例鼻肿瘤病人术前和术后外周血清T3、FT3、T4、FT4及TSH测定,发现喉癌下咽癌病人术前T3及FT3较对照组呈下降趋势(P<0.01),且术后T3及FT3水平较术前明显下降(P<0.01),一般术后10天之内恢复正常,鼻肿瘤组无此临床现象。结果显示喉癌下咽癌甲状腺功能减退,手术创伤使甲状腺功能进一步减退。建议在喉癌、下咽癌综合治疗中,应进行甲状腺功能动态测定并及时补充甲状腺激素。  相似文献

为探讨如何提高白细胞介素-2(IL-2)/LAK细胞过继免疫治疗的抗肿瘤作用,应用免疫调节剂分枝杆菌多糖(Mycobacterialpolysaccharides,MPS)或CD3单克隆抗体协同IL-2诱导的健康人外周血淋巴细胞来源的LAK细胞在体外扩增,测定其对喉癌HEP-2细胞杀伤活性。实验结果:①不同免疫调节剂对LAK细胞扩增的影响:实验组三组细胞于体外扩增均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);MPS组或CD3组细胞的扩增倍数比单纯应用IL-2组为高(P<0.01);其中扩增倍数最高者为MPS组,与CD3组相比,P<0.05。②不同免疫调节剂诱导的LAK细胞对喉癌HEP-2细胞的杀伤活性比较:在培养一周时,实验组三组对HEP-2细胞的杀伤活性均高于对照组,以CD3组及MPS组杀伤活性最高,其杀伤活性均为55.5%;于培养第二周,CD3组杀伤HEP-2细胞活性仍较高,其他实验组细胞杀伤活性均明显下降。结论:免疫调节剂MPS和CD3单克隆抗体均可通过增强LAK细胞体外增殖和杀瘤活性而提高肿瘤过继免疫治疗效果。  相似文献

目的 探讨T-淋巴细胞及细胞因子白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)调节2功能的紊乱在鼻息肉发病中的重要作用。方法 应用免疫组织化学的方法检测32例鼻息肉标本和6例下鼻甲粘膜对照标本中T-细胞亚群(CD^+4和CD^+8细胞)以及细胞因子IL-5、IL-10阳性细胞的表达情况。并进行统计学分析。结果 鼻息肉组织中可见各种炎细胞浸润,CD^+4和CD^+8细胞数增多(P〈0.001);其中CD  相似文献

应用免疫组化ABC法及甲苯胺兰和HE染色对82例喉癌切除标本癌周浸润的T淋巴细胞,B淋巴细胞,巨噬细胞,郎格罕细胞,肥大细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞的浸润程度、分布特点进行了观察。同时结合临床随访对与临床预后有影响的八个临床、病理学指标及六类浸润细胞进行多因素逐步Logistic回归分析。结果发现喉癌局部有不同程度的上述细胞浸润。除B淋巴细胞以外各类细胞的浸润程度对临床预后(5年存活率)均有一定影响(P<0.01)。通过多因素分析认为嗜酸性粒细胞的浸润程度是影响预后的最重要因素(P=0.003),其次为T淋巴细胞(P=0.005)和肿瘤组织学分级(P=0.033)。说明癌周浸润细胞在宿主局部抗肿瘤免疫反应中起重要作用。  相似文献
