Light and electron microscopic features of epithelioid cell granuloma in sarcoidosis were presented, focusing on the lymph node and the lung which are mostly involved. The distribution of granulomas is frequently conglomerated with occasionally central necrosis. Hamazaki-Wesenberg body in lymph node is considered to be closely associated with Propionibacterium acnes. Granuloma is encircled by reticulin fibers and collagen fibers within the granuloma are detected in electron microscopy. Granuloma may disappear but some develop hyalinization and fibrosis associated with lymphatic and vascular involvement and specific organ structure. Vascular endothelial growth factor is immunohistochemically demonstrated in granuloma, which may be related to microvascular dilatation and proliferation. Thus, epithelioid cell granulomas play an central role in fibrosis and microangiopathy in sarcoidosis. 相似文献

目的 探讨内耳膜迷路的MRI成像技术及评价对正常内耳膜迷路的显示能力。方法 选择30例无耳部疾病患者及健康志愿者,使用3DFASE-重T2WI序列对双侧耳部进行扫描,之后采用最大信号强度投影(MIP)技术多角度重建处理,观察并评价内耳膜迷路的MRI影像。结果 30例正常内耳膜迷路的细微结构,听神经和面神经均能良好显示。结论 3DFASE-重T2WI序列能够多角度显示内耳膜迷路,听祖孙是经和面神经的正常形态,对诊断该区域的病变有重要价值。 相似文献

Serotonin-induced plasma extravasation in the murine inner ear: possible mechanism of migraine-associated inner ear dysfunction 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Sensitivity to sound and vertigo are often components of migraine. Recent studies suggest that plasma extravasation from intradural blood vessels may contribute to migraine pain. This study documented plasma extravasation in the mouse inner ear after intravenous administration of serotonin (5-HT). Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was injected intravenously to trace protein extravasation in mice, followed 15 min later by intravenous 5-HT or saline. Forty-five minutes later, mice were euthanized. HRP extravasation was visualized immunohistochemically and quantified densitometrically. Baseline and evoked extravasation in stria vascularis and tectorial membrane were indistinguishable from skin, dura mater and tympanic membrane. Brain parenchyma, Scarpa's ganglion, basal spiral ganglion and modiolus, and the central vestibular nerve segment showed no significant 5-HT-induced extravasation. In contrast, 5-HT produced extravasation in the apical spiral ganglion, modiolus, and intralabyrinthine superior and inferior vestibular nerve. Thus, inner ear plasma extravasation is a potential mechanism for migraine-associated vertigo and sound sensitivity. 相似文献

目的:建立成人中耳,内耳解剖结构三维立体图像模型。方法:采用螺旋CT薄层扫描(层厚1mm或2mm),小视野(FOV=5cm),密集重建技术(间隔0.2mm或0.5mm),对90例成人中耳,内耳进行三维成像。包括多平面重组(MPR),最大密度投影(MIP),表面成像(SSD)和仿真内窥镜成像(CTVE)。结果:中耳彭室,听骨链,内耳及内耳道分别三维成像,全面显示了各结构相互关系。表面及内部形态。结论:螺旋CT三维成像能够全面准确观测成人中耳,内耳立体结构。 相似文献

The three-dimensional fine structures of several tissue components of the liver in normal mice were studied by scanning electron microscopy. The tissue components observed were as follows: hepatocytes, sinusoidal endothelial cells, the Kupffer cells, fat-storing cells, reticulin fibers and epithelial cells of the bile duct. Two types of fenestrations were found in the sinusoidal endothelial cells. One was smaller and clustered, and the other larger and scattered. Both of them were distributed equally throughout the hepatic lobule. Intercellular gaps were found at the endothelial junction. The Kupffer cell which was localized in a large gap between the endothelial cells was characterized by numerous villous projections, and by the absence of fenestrations which were observed in the endothelial cells. Fat-storing cells were located between hepatocytes. They elongated their processes into the space of Disse, but never protruded into the sinusoidal lumen. They were clearly distinguished from the endothelial cells and the Kupffer cells by their morphological feature and location. No transitional form was seen among the endothelial cells, the Kupffer cells, and the fat-storing cells. 相似文献

The penetration of ampicillin and ciprofloxacin through biofilms formed by Klebsiella pneumoniae was confirmed by transmission electron microscopic observation of antibiotic-affected cells at the distal edge of the biofilm.
