中药白芷的分子遗传分析及其原植物问题 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的:探讨中药白芷的来源。方法:对祁白芷,禹白芷,杭白芷,川白芷,兴安白芷,台湾白芷,雾灵白芷,黑水当归和芷叶白芷等种类进行RAPD分析,在此基础上,对兴安白芷,台湾白芷,雾灵白芷等种的叶绿体的rbcL和trnk基因进行PCR-RFLP分析。结果:共扩出203条带,其中多态性条带197条,占97%,RbcL和trnK基因的分析显示台湾白芷在ScaI和EcoRI上各有一个位点与兴安白芷,雾灵白芷不一样,而兴安白芷,雾灵白芷却完全一致,结论:支持把雾灵白芷并入兴安白芷,台湾白芷作为兴安白芷的变种:祁(禹)白芷、杭(川)白芷和兴安白芷属于同一种,并与台湾白芷关系更为密切,因此,建议把祁(禹)白芷、杭(川)白芷等药用白芷定名为A.dahurica(Fisch.ex Hoffm.)Benth,et Hook,f.var.formosana(Boiss) Shan et Yuan cv.Officinarum cv.nov. 相似文献

兴安白芷的挥发油成分分析 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
目的:研究兴安白芷(Angelica dahurica Benth.et Hook.f.ex Franch.et Sav.的干燥根)挥发油的化学成分,并分析其与祁白芷挥发油成分之间的异同。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,采用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析其挥发油成分。结果:从兴安白芷挥发油中检出244个色谱峰,鉴定了76个化合物,占挥发油总量的86.13%。挥发油主要成分为十四烷醇(tetradecanol,19.43%)、α-柠檬烯(α-limonene,15.25%)、3-蒈烯(3-carene,10.94%)、正十二烷醇(1-dodecanol,5.74%)和1R-α-蒎烯(1R-α-pinene,3.85%)。结论:兴安白芷和祁白芷共有成分有38个,占兴安白芷挥发油总量的34.54%,其倍半萜及其衍生物类成分的数目和含量要远远低于祁白芷。 相似文献

本文共收载全国10个白茫的主产地原植物,经研究结果,共有7种植物分属于繖形科当归属(Augelica)和牛防风属(Heracleum).川白芷原植物主要是兴安白芷Angelicadahurica Benth.et Hook.及库页白芷A.anomala Lall.其次,四川土白芷为川鄂牛防风Heracleum hemsleyanum Diels.杭白芷原植物主要为Angelica formosana Boiss.禹、祁、湘、鄂、亳白芷则均为A.dahurica.云南白芷据现时所得材料,只有云南牛防风Heracleum scabridum Fr..本文并对兴安白芷和杭白芷二种的分合进行了讨论,确定将二者分开,各为独立种;并将A.dahurica var.pai-chi Kimura et al.列为A.dahurica的异名.又文献中河北白芷有定为Heracleum lanatum Michx.,经鉴定结果应是H.moellendorffii Hance. 相似文献

目的:研究白芷的外观性状特征与浸出物及欧前胡素含量的相关性.方法:考察白芷的直径、颜色、油点、气味等外观特征,并测定醇溶性浸出物含量和欧前胡素的含量.结果:白芷外表皮颜色与切面颜色不同者,浸出物及欧前胡素的含量并没有显著差异,切面皮部油点的数量及气味与浸出物及欧前胡素的含量呈正相关.结论:白芷药材的外观性状特征与浸出物及欧前胡素含量有一定的相关性,部分特征可以用来判断药材的质量. 相似文献

Five furanocoumarins including a new one were isolated from the root of Angelica dahurica by repeated silica gel column chromatography. Their chemical structures were determined to be isoimperatorin (1), oxypeucedanin hydrate-3"-butyl ether (2), imperatorin (3), knidilin (4), and oxypeucedanin hydrate (5). This represents the first study in which the compound 2 has been isolated and identified. Two new cylcoartane glycosides along with a known compound, 12beta-hydroxycimigenol 3- O-alpha- L-arabinopyranoside, were isolated from the rhizomes of Cimicifuga dahurica (Ranunculaceae). From the roots ofAngelica dahurica Bentham et Hooker (Umbelliferae), five known coumarin glucosides together with adenosine have been isolated and identified

In our efforts to discover novel phytoestrogens to treat menopausal symptoms, eleven furanocoumarins were isolated from Angelica dahurica and tested for their estrogenic activity on the Ishikawa cell line. Among the compounds tested, 9-hydroxy-4-methoxypsoralen and alloisoimperatorin showed strong abilities to induce alkaline phosphatase (AP) with EC50 values of 1.1 and 0.8 microg/mL, respectively, whereas the other nine furanocoumarins were weakly or only slightly active. 相似文献

目的:制定川白芷中有机氯类农药最大残留限量标准。方法:采用丙酮-水提取系统、二氯甲烷液-液分配、浓硫酸磺化净化除杂质的方法制备供试品溶液,毛细管气相色谱法(电子捕获检测器)检测川白芷中有机氯类农药的残留量。色谱柱为AgilentHP-5弹性石英毛细管(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm),进样口温度为230℃,检测器温度为300℃。结果:建议川白芷中有机氯类农药最大残留限量为:六六六(总BHC)不得超过0.05μg·g-1,滴滴涕(总DDT)不得超过0.05μg·g-1,五氯硝基苯(PCNB)不得超过0.01μg·g-1。结论:本试验可为生产绿色中药和保障用药安全提供科学依据。 相似文献
