目的 :观察湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)纱条对术后切口感染的临床疗效。方法 :拆除感染伤口缝线 ,敞开引流 ,直接将MEBO纱条填塞于切口内 ,每日换药 1~ 2次。结果 :6 9例感染切口全部治愈 ,平均愈合时间 10 0± 4 0天。结论 :MEBO纱条引流治疗术后切口感染效果良好  相似文献

湿润烧伤膏在中厚皮片供区创面处理中的应用   总被引:4,自引:4,他引:0  
目的 :探讨湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)在中厚皮片供皮区创面的治疗效果。方法 :选择 72例因功能部位深度烧伤切痂或瘢痕挛缩畸形整形并行中厚皮片移植术的患者 ,根据皮片供区创面处理方法不同分为传统方法组 (32 )例和湿润烧伤膏组 (4 0例 ) ,对两组创面的愈合时间和感染情况进行比较。结果 :传统方法组愈合时间 10天~ 2 8天 ,平均 17 4± 7 4天 ,6例创面发生感染 ;湿润烧伤膏组愈合时 9天~ 17天 ,平均 12 2± 4 2 ,仅 1例创面出现脓疱。两组间平均愈合时间比较P <0 0 1。结论 :在适当时机应用湿润烧伤膏治疗中厚皮片供皮区创面 ,可明显细胞短愈合时间 ,并减轻病人痛苦  相似文献

目的 :探讨湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)治疗阴茎深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的近期临床疗效。方法 :对 1996年 4月~2 0 0 3年 3月期间 ,采用MEBO治疗的 37例阴茎深Ⅱ度烧伤 ,与同期采用磺胺嘧啶银 (SD -Ag)霜治疗的 2 3例阴茎深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的近期疗效进行比较分析。结果 :MEBO治疗组深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的愈合时间为 19 7天± 2 1天 ,SD Ag霜治疗组为 2 3 4天± 4 4天 ,组间比较P <0 0 5。结论 :湿润烧伤膏可促进阴茎深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合 ,近期疗效优于磺胺嘧啶银霜疗法  相似文献

目的 :观察美宝湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)在烧伤植皮创面中的应用价值。方法 :对 4 6例Ⅲ度烧伤创面在自体皮移植术后加MEBO治疗 ,并进行自身对照观察。结果 :MEBO治疗组创面愈合时间为 9 9± 3 1天 ,对照组愈合时间为 14 7± 2 7天 ,用MEBO治疗组愈合时间比对照组显著缩短 ,两者之间有显著差异 (t=7 92 1,P <0 0 1)。结论 :自体皮移植创面应用MEBO治疗愈合速度明显加快 ,临床治疗效果良好 ,操作简单方便。  相似文献

目的观察MEBO治疗皮肤毛细血管瘤CO2激光术后创面的疗效.方法86例随机分为两组,MEBO组在CO2激光术后,创面采用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗,传统组采用外科换药法治疗(外用0.5%碘伏),观察它们的创面愈合时间、创面恢复后的外观状态等.结果外用MEBO组创面平均愈合时间10.5天±1.6天,外观理想;对照组创面平均愈合时间17.0天±2.1天,15例17处创面出现扁平瘢痕.结论MEBO治疗皮肤毛细血管瘤CO2激光术后的创面疗效显著.  相似文献

目的 :观察湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)治疗传统疗法难于收效创面的疗效。方法 :将 1990— 2 0 0 1年临床治疗的残余创面、植皮创面、骨裸露创面及中途改换MEBO治疗焦痂创面的临床疗效进行对比治疗观察。结果 :残余创面治疗组 2 0天治愈率与治愈天数分别为 10 0 %和 8 6± 3 6天 ,对照组为 6 5 %和 14 5± 4 8天 ,组间相比无为P <0 0 1;植皮创面治疗组昼夜愈合速度与痊愈天数分别为 5 6 1± 1 19%和 15 6 4± 2 2 7天 ,对照组为 3 86± 1 2 1%和19 85± 4 4 7天 ,组间相比均为P <0 0 1;骨裸露创面早期实行MEBO治疗痊愈天数为 4 8 6 1± 7 4 7天 ,后期改用MEBO治疗者骨膜与骨皮质广泛坏死 ,愈合天数明显延长 ;伤后 4周改用MEBO治疗的焦痂创面仍能产生新生“皮丁”或“皮岛”组织 ,最终实现再生愈合。结论 :MEBO能为多种类型创面提供生理性湿润环境和有效地治疗传统疗法难于收效创面的病象 ,提示干细胞可能参与了多种不同类型创面的愈合过程  相似文献

【摘要】 目的 分析湿润烧伤膏治疗外伤性小面积皮肤缺损的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年6月至2019年7月重庆市开州区人民医院收治的52例外伤性小面积皮肤缺损患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组26例。观察组患者局部创面采用湿润烧伤膏治疗,对照组患者局部创面于外科清创缝合后行常规碘伏换药治疗,对比两组患者创面愈合时间。结果 观察组患者创面愈合时间为(11.67±3.65)d,明显短于对照组患者创面愈合时间(18.79±4.28)d(t=6.454,P<0.001)。结论 湿润烧伤膏有利于外伤性小面积皮肤缺损的快速愈合,效果显著。  相似文献

目的对比观察湿润烧伤膏治疗外伤性小面积浅层皮肤组织缺损的临床疗效。方法将首都医科大学良乡教学医院2008年12月-2011年12月收治的56例外伤性小面积浅层皮肤组织缺损患者随机分为两组,湿润烧伤膏组35例,采用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗,普通换药组21例,采用西医传统换药疗法治疗,对比观察两组患者的创面愈合时间和创面感染率。结果湿润烧伤膏组患者创面疗效优良率为82.9%,普通换药组患者创面疗效优良率为57.1%,两组对比,P0.05,差异具有统计学意义;湿润烧伤膏组患者创面平均愈合时间为15.3 d±3.6 d,普通换药组创面平均愈合时间为21.5 d±4.3 d,两组对比,P0.05,差异具有统计学意义;治疗过程中,湿润烧伤膏组患者创面均无感染,普通换药组中有3例患者创面发生感染,两组对比,P0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论湿润烧伤膏治疗外伤性小面积浅层皮肤组织缺损的疗效显著,方法简便,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

目的 :总结在预防SARS期间应用过氧乙酸不当导致烧伤的发病特点与治疗经验。方法 :对10 2例过氧乙酸烧伤患者应用美宝湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)治疗 ,总结其临床特点及治疗体会。结果 :疗程结束时治愈率 10 0 % ,其中Ⅰ度烧伤平均止痛时间 3 78± 2 30分钟 ,皮损消失时间 9 30± 1 5 0小时 ;Ⅱ度烧伤平均愈合时间 6 6 1± 1 37天。 80 %的患者由于长时间接触过氧乙酸而导致烧伤。结论 :在预防SARS期间使用过氧乙酸时应严格按要求使用 ,MEBO对过氧乙酸烧伤有确切疗效  相似文献

目的 :减少溃疡期褥疮的术前准备时间 ,缩短褥疮的总病程。方法 :将 1996年 5月至 2 0 0 2年 5月收住院的 4 2例溃疡期褥疮病人按随机原则分为 2组 ,2 1例术前用湿润烧伤膏纱换药处理 ,为A组 (试验组 ) ;2 1例用庆大霉素紫草油纱布换药处理 ,为B组 (对照组 )。 2组病例的年龄、性别、发病原因、病灶部位、病灶范围等经统计学处理 ,无显著性差别 ,有可比性。两组病人均换药至创面新鲜行皮瓣转移手术 ;比较两组平均术前换药时间 ,及换药 +手术的总住院日。术前术后两组患者均运用护理程序施行整体护理。结果 :A组术前平均换药时间为 8 4 9± 2 2 3天 ,B组为 15 6 0± 6 70天 ;A组平均治愈时间为 2 0 5 0± 4 81天 ,B组为 35 31± 7 70天。结论 :湿润烧伤膏换药与庆大霉素紫草油纱布换药比较 ,前者可明显缩短褥疮手术的术前准备时间及病人的总住院天数。  相似文献

The Knee injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS) is a self-administered instrument measuring outcome after knee injury at impairment, disability, and handicap level in five subscales. Reliability, validity, and responsiveness of a Swedish version was assessed in 142 patients who underwent arthroscopy because of injury to the menisci, anterior cruciate ligament, or cartilage of the knee. The clinimetric properties were found to be good and comparable to the American version of the KOOS. Comparison to the Short Form-36 and the Lysholm knee scoring scale revealed expected correlations and construct validity. Item by item, symptoms and functional limitations were compared between diagnostic groups. High responsiveness was found three months after arthroscopic partial meniscectomy for all subscales but Activities of Daily Living.  相似文献

Objective To investigate endovascular treatment of traumatic direct carotid-cavernous fistulas (CCF) and their complications such as pseudoaneurysms. Methods: Over a five-year period, 22 patients with traumatic direct CCFs were treated endovascularly in our institution. Thirteen patients were treated once with the result of CCF occluded, 8 twice and 1 three times. Treatment modalities included balloon occlusion of the CCF, sacrifice of the ipsilateral internal carotid artery with detachable balloon, coll embolization of the cavernous sinus and secondary pseudoaneurysms, and covered-stem management of the pseudoaneurysms. Results All the direct CCFs were successfully managed endovascularly. Four patients developed a pseudoaneurysm after the occlusion of the CCF with an incidence of pseudoaneurysm formation of 18.2% (4/22). A total number of 8 patients experienced permanent occlusion of the ICA with a rate of ICA occlusion reaching 36.4% (8/22). Followed up through telephone consultation from 6 months to 5 years, all did well with no recurrence of CCF symptoms and signs. Conclusion Traumatic direct CCFs can be successfully managed with endovascular means. The pseudoaneurysms secondary to the occlusion of the CCFs can be occluded with stent-assisted coiling and implantation of covered stents.  相似文献

Acute limping may be the result of multiple pathologies in children. The differential diagnosis varies based on the age of the child. Irrespective of age, the initial imaging work-up includes AP and frog leg radiographs of the pelvis and ultrasound; MRI may sometimes be helpful. In children less than 3 years, infections and trauma are most frequent. MRI is the imaging modality of choice when osteomyelitis is clinically suspected. Between the ages of 3 and 10 years, transient synovitis of the hip and Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease are main considerations but infection, inflammation and focal bony lesions are also considered. In response to the ENFSI and EDNAP groups’ call for new STR multiplexes for Europe, Promega® developed a suite of four new DNA profiling kits. This paper describes the developmental validation study performed on the PowerPlex® ESI 16 (European Standard Investigator 16) and the PowerPlex® ESI 17 Systems. The PowerPlex® ESI 16 System combines the 11 loci compatible with the UK National DNA Database®, contained within the AmpFlSTR® SGM Plus® PCR Amplification Kit, with five additional loci: D2S441, D10S1248, D22S1045, D1S1656 and D12S391. The multiplex was designed to reduce the amplicon size of the loci found in the AmpFlSTR® SGM Plus® kit. This design facilitates increased robustness and amplification success for the loci used in the national DNA databases created in many countries, when analyzing degraded DNA samples. The PowerPlex® ESI 17 System amplifies the same loci as the PowerPlex® ESI 16 System, but with the addition of a primer pair for the SE33 locus. Tests were designed to address the developmental validation guidelines issued by the Scientific Working Group on DNA Analysis Methods (SWGDAM), and those of the DNA Advisory Board (DAB). Samples processed include DNA mixtures, PCR reactions spiked with inhibitors, a sensitivity series, and 306 United Kingdom donor samples to determine concordance with data generated with the AmpFlSTR® SGM Plus® kit. Allele frequencies from 242 white Caucasian samples collected in the United Kingdom are also presented. The PowerPlex® ESI 16 and ESI 17 Systems are robust and sensitive tools, suitable for the analysis of forensic DNA samples. Full profiles were routinely observed with 62.5 pg of a fully heterozygous single source DNA template. This high level of sensitivity was found to impact on mixture analyses, where 54–86% of unique minor contributor alleles were routinely observed in a 1:19 mixture ratio. Improved sensitivity combined with the robustness afforded by smaller amplicons has substantially improved the quantity of data obtained from degraded samples, and the improved chemistry confers exceptional tolerance to high levels of laboratory prepared inhibitors.  相似文献
