中医药教育辉煌的50年

伴随着新中国成立50年,中医药教育事业也取得了辉煌成就. 1 中医药教育实现了历史性跨越 新中国建立后,党和政府十分重视中医药对我国民族繁衍昌盛的历史价值,确立了中医药的地位、作用和任务,采取了一系列有效措施大力发展中医药教育.首先,在建国初期,加强了对中医药师承教育的指导和管理,使中医药传统的师承教育纳入了国家规划和统一管理的轨道,一度衰落的中医药师承教育再次兴起.其次,积极发展中医药学校教育,50年代初,全国各地普遍开办了中医进修学校和中医进修班,开始用现代教育方式培训中医药从业人员.其三,继1956年创办北京、上海、广州、成都4所中医学院后,许多省、市、自治区也建立了中医学院,且各省市中等中医药学校也相继建立,至此中医药院校成为培养中医药人才的主要基地,从而实现了中医药人才培养的规模化、标准化和教育管理的规范化、制度化.此后,在发展中医药中专、大专和本科教育的同时,又发展了中医药研究生教育和第二学位教育.在中医药院校教育的带动下,中医药成人教育也有了很大发展,全国建立了成人教育网络.中医药教育形成了高等教育、职业技术教育、成人教育并举、协调发展,和中专、大专、本科、硕士、博士等多层次、多规格的教育结构,较好地与现代教育制度接轨.
