在中药配方中 ,笔者发现 ,有人将五加皮与香加皮混为一物 ,相提并论。其实五加皮与香加皮 ,其植物来源与药材并非一物 ,其功效亦有差异。现将两药的鉴别及药用情况叙述如下。五加皮又称南五加皮 ,为五加科植物细柱五加Acanthopanax gracilistylus W.W.Sm ith的干燥根皮 ,主产于湖北、河南、安徽、浙江等省。药材呈不规则卷筒状或半卷筒状的段 ,长 5~ 15 cm ,直径 0 .4~ 1.4 cm ,皮厚约 0 .2~ 0 .4cm。外表皮质褐色或灰褐色 ,有稍扭曲的纵皱纹及横向的长圆形皮孔 ;内表面淡黄色或灰黄色 ,有细纵纹。质轻而脆 ,易折断 ,断面略平坦 ,淡灰… 相似文献

A methanolic extract of Dictamnus dasycarpus root bark afforded four new degraded limonoids, 9alpha-hydroxyfraxinellone-9- O-beta- d-glucoside ( 1), dictamnusine ( 2), dictamdiol A ( 3), and dictamdiol B ( 4), together with eight known compounds, dictamdiol ( 5), fraxinellone ( 6), fraxinellonone ( 7), 9beta-hydroxyfraxinellone ( 8), calodendrolide ( 9), obacunone ( 10), limonin ( 11), and rutaevin ( 12). Compounds, 2, 3, 6, 9, 10, and 11 showed significant neuroprotective activity against glutamate-induced neurotoxicity in primary cultures of rat cortical cells at a concentration of 0.1 microM. 相似文献

目的 研究地骨皮(枸杞Lycium cinense根皮)的化学成分。方法 利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到5个化合物,分别为:香草酸(vanillic acid,I)、芹菜紊(apigenin,Ⅱ)、蒙花苷(1inarin,Ⅲ)、紫丁香酸葡萄糖苷(glucosyringic acid,Ⅳ)及地骨皮苷甲(digupigan A,V)。结论 化合物V为新化合物,化合物I~Ⅳ均为首次从地骨皮中分得。 相似文献

目的:对新种太白木(AraliataibaiensisZ.Z.WangetH.C.Zheng)的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用溶剂提取和硅胶柱层析进行分离,根据化合物理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:得到3个化合物,分别确定为齐墩果酸(oleanolicacid,Ⅰ),去葡萄糖竹节参皂苷Ⅳa(28-desglucosyl-chikusetsusaponinⅣa,Ⅱ)和竹节参皂苷Ⅰb(chikusetsutsaponinⅠb,Ⅲ)。结论:3个化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。 相似文献

Four new prenylated xanthones, cudratricusxanthones J-M (1-4), were isolated from the CH2Cl2-soluble extract of the root bark of Cudrania tricuspidata, along with four known prenylated xanthones, isocudraxanthone K (5), cudraxanthone C (6), cudratricusxanthone A (7), and cudraxanthone L (8), and three known prenylated flavonoids, cudraflavone A (9), cudraflavanone A (10), and cudraflavone B (11). The structures of compounds 1-4 were elucidated using spectroscopic methods. Cudratricusxanthone A (7), cudraflavanone A (10), and cudraflavone B (11) showed moderate inhibitory effects on mouse brain monoamine oxidase (MAO) with IC50 values of 88.3, 89.7, and 80.0 microM, respectively. 相似文献

Two new tetranortriterpenoids, 7-isovaleroylcycloseverinolide (1) and 7-isovaleroylcycloepiatalantin (2), together with 28 known compounds, were isolated and characterized from the root bark of Severinia buxifolia collected in Hainan. The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated on the basis of spectral evidence including 2D NMR and X-ray techniques. Four new prenylated isoflavonoids, vogelins D-G (1-4), were isolated from the CH2Cl2 extract of Erythrina vogelii root bark in addition to the known compounds isolupalbigenin (5), ficuisoflavone (6), ulexone (7), isochandalon (8), and isoderrone (9). The structures 1-4 were elucidated by spectroscopic and chemical methods. The absolute configuration of compound 1 was determined on the basis of its CD spectrum.
