目的 初步编制适用于我国文化背景和医院组织环境的护士组织气氛感知量表,对该量表进行条目分析和信效度检验.方法 以Stone的组织气氛整体模型作为编制量表的基本理论框架,通过文献查阅和半结构式访谈收集验证量表的维度和条目,条目池经专家修改认可后,对480名护士进行调查,通过项目分析、相关分析、因素分析等方式对量表条目进行筛选,形成包括6个维度37个条目的 量表预试本,再用量表预试本对706名护士施测,对量表的信效度进行检验.结果 确定了护士组织气氛感知量表由6个因素组成,6个维度可累积解释总方差的54.653%,总量表的Cronbach's α为0.939,各维度的Cronbach'sα为0.745~0.877.结论 该量表有较好的信、效度,可作为国内护士组织气氛感知的测评工具.  相似文献

目的应用编制静脉给药环节护理风险因素评估量表,评估量表的有效性与稳定性,并对量表进行信效度检验。在信效度较好的基础上进行实测,了解护士在静脉给药环节存在的风险,分析影响护士护理风险评估的因素。方法应用编制静脉给药环节护理风险因素评估调查问卷,对三级甲等综合性医院150名护士进行预调查,并进行信效度检验。在信效度良好的基础上,对编制量表进行初步应用,通过方便抽样法选取8所医院450名护士进行正式调查,分析影响护士在静脉给药环节中护理风险因素。结果量表包括5个维度共49个条目,总体的Cronbachα系数0.955,分半信度为0.804;探索性因子分析在提取5个公因子后,累计方差贡献率为78.86%。结论影响护士的因素有年龄、工作时间、职称、科室。  相似文献

目的:编制护士对护士处方权的信念和态度量表,并评价其信效度,为评估护士对护士处方权的信念和态度提供有效的测量工具。方法:参考Patel编制的护士对护士处方权态度问卷和文献综述,形成条目池,经专家函询及预调查,形成原始量表。采用方便抽样法,选取全国7个省、1个自治区的13所医院共368名护士对量表进行调查,并进行探索性因子分析和信效度检验。结果:量表共有27个条目4个维度:感知护士处方权的益处、对行使护士处方权的自我效能、感知行使护士处方权时的障碍、感知护士处方权的需求。探索性因子分析产生的4个公因子累积变异贡献率为68.24%,各条目的因子载荷为0.498~0.905。总量表与每个维度的相关系数为0.62~0.83,内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.921,重测信度为0.808,Cronbach′sα系数为0.902。结论:本研究编制的量表信效度良好,适用于评价护士对护士处方权的信念和态度。  相似文献

目的编制护士长负性领导行为量表并进行信效度检验。方法本研究为横断面研究。通过回顾文献、半结构式访谈, 形成护士长负性领导行为量表条目池。选取湖北省、北京市、广东省等地的28名护理管理专家进行专家咨询, 形成量表初稿。通过预实验、项目分析对量表进一步修订。采取便利抽样法, 2022年5月选取华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院的300名护士为研究对象进行问卷调查, 检验量表信效度。本研究发放问卷300份, 回收有效问卷265份, 有效回收率为88.33%。调查完成1周后, 随机选取20名护士重新发放问卷进行量表重测信度检验。结果本研究共19名专家完成2轮专家咨询, 专家权威系数均为0.880, 肯德尔和谐系数为0.160和0.130(P<0.05)。经探索性因子分析, 提取出忽视需求、人身攻击、权利满足、行为难测、工作懈怠和监督不当6个因子, 累积方差解释率为75.125%;验证性因子分析结果显示, 模型适配理想, 因子结构稳定。形成的护士长负性领导行为量表包括6个维度, 共36个条目。量表总的Cronbach’’s α系数为0.880, 分半信度系数为0.895, 重测信度系数为0...  相似文献

目的 初步编制适用于我国文化背景的护士职业嵌入评估量表并对其进行信效度检验.方法 以嵌入性理论作为编制量表的基本理论框架,通过文献查阅、开放式问卷调查和半结构式访谈初步拟定量表条目库,经过专家评定形成护士职业嵌入量表初稿.采用方便取样法进行3次取样.用第1次预测样本(n=368)和第2次预测样本(n=306)进行项目分析和探索性因素分析,用正式施测样本(n=372)进行验证性因素分析及信度和效标效度检验.从正式施测样本中抽取55名护士间隔2周后重测.以离职倾向量表作为效标.结果 护士职业嵌入量表共18个条目,由匹配、联结和牺牲3个维度构成,累积贡献率为55.321%;验证性因素分析表明量表的模型拟合较好,x2/df=2.563,RMR=0.048,TLI=0.914,CFI=0.925.量表得分与离职倾向得分呈负相关.量表的内部一致性Cronbach α系数为0.917,3个维度的α系数为0.800~0.834.总量表的重测信度为0.890,3个维度的重测信度为0.732~0.873.结论 本研究编制的护士职业嵌入量表信效度指标较好,可作为国内护士职业嵌入的测评工具.  相似文献

目的编制护护关系量表,并检验其信效度,为进一步研究护护关系提供可靠测量工具。方法编制具有4个维度26个条目的初始量表,选取某地区3所医院的174名护士进行预调查,收集的数据用来进行项目分析和探索性因子分析,选取护士372名作为正式调查对象,对问卷的内部一致性、重测信度和结构效度进行检验。结果确定量表包含4个维度21个条目,量表总体Cronbach'sα系数为0.904,4个维度的Cronbach'sα系数0.839~0.909;两周后重测,总体量表、各维度和各个条目的重测信度均在0.7以上;验证性因子分析显示,除AGFI外,其余各拟合指标均在要求范围内。结论编制的护护关系量表具有良好的信度与效度,可以作为研究护护关系的可靠测量工具。  相似文献

目的编制青春期女性原发性痛经自我护理量表,并对该量表进行信效度检验。方法采用理论与经验相结合的方法,首先,以国内外相关研究理论作为基础,获得了39个条目,经相关专家审核后保留了27个条目,形成了青春期女性原发性痛经自我护理量表的预试本;然后选取121名痛经女性施测,删除不符合量表编制要求的条目后,进行探索性因子分析;最后,应用正式问卷对450名痛经女性施测,对23个条目正式问卷的信效度进行分析。结果确定了青春期女性原发性痛经自我护理量表由获取知识、发泄情感、寻求帮助、利用资源、心理暗示5个维度组成,共23个条目。5个维度可累积解释总方差的72.106%,量表具有良好的信度、效度。结论青春期女性原发性痛经自我护理量表具有良好的信效度,可作为相关研究的有效测量工具。  相似文献

目的 编制护士心理资本量表并检验其信效度。方法 以积极组织行为学理论为框架,通过文献分析、德尔菲专家函询和预调查形成量表初稿。于2021年11月—12月选取成都市5所三级甲等综合医院的255名护士进行问卷调查,分析量表的信度及结构效度;2022年1月—3月选取该5所医院的350名护士进行问卷调查,用于验证性因子分析及效标关联效度分析。结果 护士心理资本量表包含6个维度,30个条目。量表总的Cronbach’s α系数为0.981,分半信度为0.996,重测信度为0.918,平均内容效度指数为0.956;量表各维度得分及总分与工作投入简短量表总分的相关系数为0.680~0.750,与共情疲劳短版量表总分的相关系数为-0.600~-0.569(均P<0.05)。探索性因子分析提取6个公因子,累计方差贡献率为77.587%;验证性因子分析显示量表因子结构稳定。结论 护士心理资本量表具有良好的信效度,可用于测量护士的心理资本水平。  相似文献

目的 编制IC U护士护患关系认知量表,并检验其信效度.方法 通过文献回顾和半结构式访谈构建条目池,应用德尔菲专家函询、预调查形成量表,并调查206名护士,对量表进行进一步信效度检验.结果 IC U护士护患关系认知量表包括4个维度、30个条目.量表条目的内容效度指数为0.857~1.000,全体一致内容效度指数及量表平均内容效度指数分别为0.933和0.986.探索性因子分析提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为79.513%.总量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.894,重测信度为0.883.结论 IC U护士护患关系认知量表具有良好的信效度,可用于评价IC U护士对于护患关系的认知水平.  相似文献

Aims and objectives. To develop an instrument to measure nurses' knowledge, risk perception and health beliefs towards influenza and influenza vaccination and their vaccination behaviours and evaluate its construct validity and internal consistency reliability. Background. Although instruments to assess predictors of nurses' vaccination behaviours have been developed, their validity and reliability have not been reported. Design. Instrument development and initial validity and reliability testing. Methods. The instrument was developed drawing on a literature review and expert consultation and was refined through pilot work. A cross-sectional survey using a revised version of the instrument was conducted among a convenience sample of 520 registered nurses (response rate 77·4%). Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated to determine internal consistency of the sub-scale in the instrument. Principal components analysis with varimax rotation was carried out to evaluate the instrument's construct validity and examine its internal structure. Results. Cronbach's alpha coefficients for the three newly developed scales ranged from 0·70-0·76. Principal components analysis produced a good fit and confirmed the internal design of the instrument. In the seasonal influenza knowledge sub-scale four factors explained 44·8% of the total variance; in the H1N1 knowledge sub-scale two factors explained 44·7% of the total variance. Three factors in the risk perception scale contributed 50·5% of the total variance and two factors in the vaccination behaviours scale contributed 62·1% of the total variance. Conclusions. An instrument has been developed to assess nurses' knowledge, risk perception and health beliefs towards influenza and influenza vaccination and their vaccination behaviours. The instrument was valid and reliable for the setting where it was used. Relevance to clinical practice. This instrument could be used to assess nurses' knowledge, risk perception, health beliefs towards influenza and influenza vaccination and their vaccination behaviours. The three newly developed scales could also be used independently to measure variables influencing nurses' vaccination practices.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to translate the Nursing Stress Scale (NSS) into Chinese and test its reliability and validity among Chinese nurses in Taiwan. Potential participants were asked to self-administer a Chinese version of the NSS. The agreement estimation was used to determine the equivalence of the meaning between the Chinese and original English versions and was rated by five bilingual nurses as 92% accurate for the 34 items. The test-retest reliability for the NSS at 2 weeks was .71 (p = .022, n=10). Internal consistency reliability and factor analysis were tested with 770 nurses from 65 inpatient units at a medical center in Taiwan. The internal consistency of the Chinese version of the NSS for an overall coefficient alpha is .91 for the total scale, and ranges from .67 to .79 for the subscales. The Chinese version of the NSS explains 53.77% of the variance in work stressors among Chinese nurses in Taiwan. Overall, the Chinese version of the NSS is internally consistent but may not be stable over 2 weeks. There was adequate evidence of the reliability and validity of the NSS-Chinese as an instrument appropriate to measure work stress among Chinese nurses. The translated NSS could be a useful tool for examining the frequency and major sources of stress experienced by Chinese nurses in hospital settings, and for the development of appropriate interventions for stress reduction.  相似文献

目的 研制护士自我概念量表,为评价护士的自我概念提供量化工具.方法 根据美国田纳西州心理卫生部威廉姆斯编制的<自我概念量表>修订本结合护士职业态度量表,制定了护士职业自我概念量表,对120名护士进行测试,并进行信度效度分析.结果 此量表具有良好的内容、结构效度和良好的内部一致性(Cronbach's a=0.87).结论 此量表可以作为评价护士职业自我概念的工具,具有良好的针对性.  相似文献

To assess the association between nurses' practice environment and established measures of discharged patients' experiences during hospitalisation it is necessary to have a validated instrument to collect data on nurses' work environment in hospital wards. The purpose of this study was to assess the reliability and validity of a Norwegian version of the Ward Organisational Features Scales (WOFS), an instrument developed in the UK to describe environmental factors influential on the effectiveness of nursing services. After linguistic adaptation of the questionnaire, the reliability and validity were assessed in a sample of 99 nurses, of whom 46 (45%) responded. Most of the 12 tested scales showed acceptable internal consistency (10 had Cronbach's alpha > 0.70) and test-retest reliability (eight had intraclass correlation coefficient >0.70). The WOFS scales' correlations with external variables were in line with hypothesised correlations, thus supporting their validity. Scales describing nurses' influence on ward organisation and management did not perform well, probably due to differences in intraward organisation in the two countries. In spite of a limited sample size this study suggests that the majority of the scales of the WOFS showed satisfactory psychometric properties. They can be useful for assessing and describing aspects of nurses' work environment in Norwegian hospitals.  相似文献

目的:编译护士工作环境感知量表;检验该量表的信度和效度,初步建立中文版护士工作环境感知量表,为评估我国护士工作环境整体状况提供有效的测评工具。方法:①严格遵循外文量表翻译原则,首先对量表进行翻译及回译,然后进行文化调适;②通过对200名临床护士进行预测试,检验中文版护士工作环境感知量表的信度和效度。结果:中文版量表经过主轴因子法方差最大正交旋转,共抽出6个因子,41个条目,各因子的贡献率在17.66%~5.33%之间,累计贡献率为62.64%。中文版量表Cronbach’s α系数为0.958,各因子的Cronbach’s α系数在0.785~0.929之间,折半信度为0.809,各因子的折半信度在0.775~0.915之间。结论:中文版护士工作环境感知量表的信度、效度较好,达到了心理测量学的要求,对评价及改善我国护士工作环境状况具有一定的应用价值,适用于客观评价中国护士的工作环境状况。  相似文献

目的 编制适合我国国情的护士职业价值感量表。方法 通过建立理论框架、文献研究、专家咨询、问卷调查、统计分析等逐步完成量表编制。结果 量表包括7个维度和38个条目,解释总变异量的70.060%。该量表Cronbach α为0.961,分半信度为0.865,重测信度为0.951,内容效度为0.868。验证性因子分析表明,该量表的结构效度良好。结论 该量表信效度较好,可以用来评价护士的职业价值感,为管理者有针对性地进行干预提供依据。  相似文献

AIMS: This paper describes a study to further develop and test the psychometric properties of the Home Healthcare Nurses' Job Satisfaction Scale, including reliability and construct and criterion validity. BACKGROUND: Numerous scales have been developed to measure nurses' job satisfaction. Only one, the Home Healthcare Nurses' Job Satisfaction Scale, has been designed specifically to measure job satisfaction of home healthcare nurses. The Home Healthcare Nurses' Job Satisfaction Scale is based on a theoretical model that integrates the findings of empirical research related to job satisfaction. METHODS: A convenience sample of 340 home healthcare nurses completed the Home Healthcare Nurses' Job Satisfaction Scale and the Mueller and McCloskey Satisfaction Scale, which was used to test criterion validity. Factor analysis was used for testing and refinement of the theory-based assignment of items to constructs. Reliability was assessed by Cronbach's alpha internal consistency reliability coefficients. The data were collected in 2003. RESULTS: Nine factors contributing to home healthcare nurses' job satisfaction emerged from the factor analysis and were strongly supported by the underlying theory. Factor loadings were all above 0.4. Cronbach's alpha coefficients for each of the nine subscales ranged from 0.64 to 0.83; the alpha for the global scale was 0.89. The correlations between the Home Healthcare Nurses' Job Satisfaction Scale and Mueller and McCloskey Satisfaction Scale was 0.79, indicating good criterion-related validity. CONCLUSIONS: The Home Healthcare Nurses' Job Satisfaction Scale has potential as a reliable and valid scale for measurement of job satisfaction of home healthcare nurses.  相似文献

目的:编制住院患者满意和体验监测量表,并对其进行信度、效度检验,为研究住院患者对护理工作满意度提供测评工具。方法:参考《护理结局分类》中患者满意度结局,自行设计患者满意度调查表,采用专家咨询法进行内容效度检验,向江苏省某"三甲"医院舒心病房患者发放调查表209份,进行内部一致性信度、结构效度检验。结果:调查表总的Cronbach’sα系数为0.95,内容效度指数为0.76。采用主成分分析法提取了5个公因子,累积贡献率为75.516%。经最大正交旋转方法提取因子,共提取出因子37个。结论:初步形成了信度、效度较好的住院患者满意和体验监测量表,为评价临床护理工作质量提供依据。  相似文献
