Two new triterpenoid saponins, tanguticoside A and B along with seven known saponins vitalboside B, alpha-hederin, saponin PK, beta-hederin, saponin PJ3, saponin PE, and ciwujianoside A were isolated from aerial part of Clematis tangutica. By chemical and spectral evidences methods, the structures of tanguticoside A and B were elucidated as 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosylhederagenin 28-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside and 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosylhederagenin 28-O-alpha-D-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside, respectively.  相似文献

Two new triterpene saponins, mandshunosides A and B (1 and 2), were isolated from the roots and rhizomes of Clematis mandshurica. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence and hydrolysis products. Compounds 1 and 2 showed inhibitory activities against two colorectal human cancer cells HCT 116 (IC?? 2.1 μM for 1 and 2.5 μM for 2) and HT-29 (IC?? 3.7 μM for 1 and 3.3 μM for 2).  相似文献

Sixteen triterpenoid saponins (116) were isolated from the stems of Clematis parviloba, including a new compound, parvilobaside A (1), which was established as 23-O-acetyl-hederagenin-3-O-β-d-ribopyranosyl-(1 → 3)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-α-l-arabinopyranoside on the basis of various spectroscopic techniques and chemical evidences. Among the isolated compounds, clematoside S (2) and α-hederin (4) showed moderate cytotoxic activities against four human tumor cell lines (HCT-8, Bel-7402, BGC-823, and A-2780) with IC50 values in the range of 1.44–6.86 μg/ml.  相似文献

The chemical structures of these compounds were elucidated as 3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl (1 → 4)-β-d-fucopyranosyl-(22S,24Z)-cycloart-24-en-3β,22,26,30-tetraol 26-O-β-d-glucopyranoside and 3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl (1 → 4)-β-d-fucopyranosyl-(22S,24Z)-cycloart-24-en-3β,22,26,29-tetraol 26-O-β-d-glucopyranoside by extensive 1D and 2D NMR methods, HR-ESI-MS, and hydrolysis. A new triterpenoid saponin named clematichinenoside AR2, along with the six known compounds, was isolated and characterized from Clematis chinensis Osbeck (Ranunculaceae), a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine with anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatoid activities. The structure of the new saponin was elucidated as 3-O-β-[(O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-O-β-d-ribopyranosyl-(1 → 3)-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-α-l-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]olean-12-en-21α-hydroxy-28-oic acid-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-β-d-glucopyranosyl ester (1) by spectral analysis and chemical methods. The effects of two major saponins (clematichinenosides AR and AR2) on the secretion of TNF-α in murine peritoneal macrophages induced by lipopolysaccharides were further investigated. The result indicated that a majority of triterpenoid saponins of this herb may be useful in the exploration of lead compounds for the treatment of some autoimmune diseases.  相似文献

Two new triterpenoid saponins (1 and 2) were isolated from the stems of Ilex cornuta, along with two known triterpenoids (3 and 4). The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were determined as ursane-12,19-diene-28-oic acid 3β-O-β-d-glucuronopyranoside-6-O-methyl ester (1), 3α,23α-dihydroxy-olean-9(11),12-diene-28-oic acid 28-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl ester (2), on the basis of hydrolysis and spectral evidence, including 1D and 2D NMR and high resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HR-ESI-MS) analyses. Protective effects of compounds 14 were tested against H2O2-induced H9c2 cardiomyocyte injury, and the data showed that all these compounds had no cell-protective effect.  相似文献
