目的 了解病人、护士及护理管理者对医院病人服的满意程度及改进意见,为病人服的改进设计提供参考依据.方法 采用问卷调查的方法,分别对177名住院病人、172名在职在岗护士及80名护理管理者发放自行编制的病人服使用情况及改进建议问卷.结果 病人、护士和护理管理者对现有病人服的满意程度均欠佳.调查对象认为衣服的款式、颜色、衣料、尺寸大小、隐私性、美观方面均有待改进;病人与护士对病人服的满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 病人服的改进应体现功能原则、美观原则、人文性原则,能解决常规护理操作不便,并且外观能满足病人的社会心理需求.
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the patients', nurses'and nursing administrators'satisfaction for hospital patient clothes and offer some improved advices. Methods The questionnaires were used to investigate how the patients and nurses assess the patient clothes. A sample of 177 patients, 172 nurses and 80 nursing administrators was surveyed. Results It showed that the subjects'satisfaction for existing patient clothes were poor. The subjects viewed that styles, colors, costuming, size, privacy and aesthetics should have to be improved. Differences in satisfaction between patients and nurses were significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Improvement of patient clothes should be designed to reflect the principles of function, aesthetic and humanism, can solve the inconvenience of conventional care and operation,and meet the psychosocial needs of patients.  相似文献

目的 对本地区护士开展骨科康复训练护理活动情况进行调查研究.方法 通过自制的康复护理知识问卷和康复训练活动调查问卷,分别调查了本地区10家医院的250名护士对康复护理知识的掌握程度和骨科康复训练护理活动情况.结果 被调查护士中62.45%的知识问卷得分及格,护士对基础知识掌握程度比临床知识高;生理机能方面的护理工作开展得最佳,患者家属进行沟通方面开展得较好,日常生活护理、心理方面指导以及出院后随访的工作开展得最差.结论 本地区骨科护士临床知识需要加强,骨科康复训练护理活动中日常生活护理、心理方面指导以及出院后随访的工作亟待提高.
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status of orthopedic rehabilitative nursing care. Methods A self-designed questionnaire on the orthopedic rehabilitative knowledge and orthopedic rehabilitative care was used to investigate 250 nurses in the orthopedics department of 10 hospitals. Results 62.45% of the 250 nurses passed the knowledge questionnaire. Nurses comprehended the basis knowledge on orthopedic rehabilitative more than the clinical knowledge; the physiological nursing care of orthopedic rehabilitative was the best, communication with patients' family members was better, and nurses payed few attentions to daily living care, psychological nursing care and following-up after the patients were discharged. Conclusions The clinical knowledge on rehabilitative nursing among the nurses needs timely enhancement, and the work of daily living care, psychological nursing care and following up should be improved.  相似文献

目的 探讨惠州市民营医院护士的工作压力与心理健康状况的相关性.方法 通过护士工作压力源量表和SCL-90症状自评量表对惠州市民营医院400名注册护士进行调查.结果 护士工作压力源与如年龄、职称等有关,心理健康水平比一般女性差,低于国内常模;32作压力有损心理健康(P<0.05).结论 应加强对护士的卫生保健工作,减少工作压力对其心理健康的影响,防止心身疾病的发生.同时,加强民营医院的规范化管理,保障护理人员的合法权益,调动其积极性,提高护理质量.
Abstract:
Objective To research the working pressure, mental health and their correlation on nurses in Huizhou private hospitals. Methods The nurse working gauges and SCL -90 symptoms of self rating scale were adopted to investigate 400 nurses in Huizhou private hospitals. Results Working pressure was relevant to nurses'general situation such as age, professional tide. The level of their mental health was worse than other female, and lower than the national norm. Working pressure was detrimental to mental health ( P< 0.05 ) . Conclusions We should strengthen the health care for nurses, reduce work pressure, prevent the psychosomatic disease from happening . Meanwhile strengthen the standardized management of the private hospital, safeguard legitimate rights of the nurses, arouse the enthusiasm of the nurses, improve the quality of nursing.  相似文献

Objective To investigate job satisfaction of nurses in Chongqing so as to provide references for improving nursing quality. Methods A self-planned semi-structured questionnaire was adopted to investigate the job satisfaction of 503 nurses from 77 hospitals in Chongqing by using a cross-sectional survey, and its results was statistically analyzed. Results The overall job satisfaction of nurses in Chongqing was 55.5%;there were significant differences among different rank hospitals ( χ2 = 14. 319 ,P < 0. 05 ) and the job satisfaction of first-class hospitals, second-class hospitals, third-class hospitals were 51.9%, 59.8%, 54.1%, respectively.There was significant difference between official nurses ( 58.6% ) and contracted nurses ( 50.5% ) ( χ2 =9.542, P < 0. 05 );there were no significant differences among nurses with different ages, different educational backgrounds and different professional titles. Conclusions The overall job satisfaction of nurses in Chongqing is relatively low, therefore, some active measures shall be taken to stabilize nurse team and continue to improve nursing quality.  相似文献

目的 提高护士长的创新精神,增强护士长的危机感、责任感及适应能力,挖掘护士长的潜能,提高护士长的综合素质和管理能力.方法 集体式护士长轮岗,即临床23个病区,26位护士长全部在同一时间进行大科内轮岗,特殊科室即手术室、供应室、ICU除外.结果 轮岗后全院病人满意度得到明显提升,护理质量稳中有升,成功进行了护士长集体轮岗的护理管理改革,更好的发挥了护士长的组织领导、沟通协调作用,激发了护士长的学习热情和责任感,提升了个人业务能力和综合管理水平,体现出护士长的大局意识和团队精神,同时协调缓冲部分科室的人员矛盾,达到了优势互补、资源共享的目的.结论 通过轮岗,激发了护士长再学习的积极性,培养了护士长的综合素质和管理能力,转变经验型管理为科学化、规范性的管理.
Abstract:
Objective To improve the creative spirit of charge nurses, strengthen the crisis awareness, responsibility and adaptability, tap the charge nurses' potential, and increase comprehensive quality and management capacity. Methods Twenty six charge nurses were took turns on the work shift among 23 clinical words except for operating room, supply room and ICU. Results After the work shift, the patients'satisfaction all the hospital was obviously increased, and the quality of nursing was steadily increasing. Moreover for these charge nurses, the abilities of leadership, communication and coordination were better brought into play, professional ability and the level of administrative management were also increased. We also saw that, overall consciousness and team spirit were fully embodied among these charge nurses, the contradictions among different departments staff were eased.. Conclusions The work shift can arouse the charge nurses' enthusiasm for relearning, foster the ability of comprehensive quality and management, thus to realize the transformation from empirical management to scientific and standardized management.  相似文献

Objective To develop and manage the advantages of nursing staffs in operating room and arouse ntrses'hope to change and develop themselves, making the application and effort of personal strengths to reach the best level, upgrading the degree of satisfaction in nursing. Methods The management system of life orientation (LIFO) was introduced to nursing management of operating room. The assessment was made in individual superiority and aim of life of nurse in order to position nursing post and set up a cooperative team scientifically and effectively and obtain the optimal utilization in personnel resources. The comparison of the effect was made according to the results of clinical application of the management system in operating room. Results There was significant difference in the comparison of the degree of satisfaction of patients and their family members at nursing before and after the introduction of LIFO management system (P<0.05 ); the significant differences were also found in 14 items of all 20 items of investigation ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusions Nursing administrators can know their nursing staffs well by LIFO theory, which benefits for establishing an effective team and relieving nurses 'pressure so that the quality of nursing can be more improved.  相似文献

Objective To investigate the nurses' scientific research situation and to analyze scientific motivation and influencing factors, to provide basis for carrying out instruction and help for scientific research.Methods 140 nurses in one hospital of Harbin were investigated by convenience sampling method. Research instruments used in this study were two parts, including demographic questionnaire and nursing scientific research scale. Results The scientific research ability of nurses was poor generally. There were significant differences in different titles of nurses in scientific motivation ( P < 0. 01 ), while there were no significant differences in different titles of nurses in influencing factors ( P > 0. 05 ). Conclusions Nursing administrators should emancipate their minds and actively guide nurses to carry out scientific research and enhance their consciousness and ability of nursing scientific research.  相似文献

目的充分利用有限的护理人力资源,为病人提供优质、高效、人性化和主动的护理服务。方法将病区固定床位46张分为两大组,每大组分3个小组,每小组由1名护士负责所管病人的全部治疗护理工作,并规定加床由所在区域的小组护士负责。分组护理的时间是8:00-18:00,夜班根据工作量和护士编制暂未实施分组护理。结果实施分组护理前后平均每天红灯次数、应铃到位时间分别经t检验,病区护理服务满意度经字2检验,均有显著性差异(P<0.0001或P<0.001)。说明分组护理后护理效果优于分组护理前。结论分组护理体现以人为本的人性化护理服务理念,实现把护士还给病人,改善了护患关系,提高护理工作质量。  相似文献

目的探讨护生管床责任制教学模式的临床实践效果。方法选择2010年6月~2012年4月妇一科实习护生作为实验组,实行护生管床责任制,固定班次与床位,在带教老师指导下完成所管床位病人护理工作;选择同期妇二科实习护生作为对照组,护生不具体管床,每天班次不同工作任务不同。实习结束时比较两组护生对病人病情掌握情况及病人对护生工作满意度。结果两组护生对病人病情掌握程度及病人对护生工作满意度比较,均P〈O.05,差异具有统计学意义,实验组优于对照组。结论护生管床责任制带教模式能增强护生工作责任心,有利于提高护理教学质量及病人满意度。  相似文献

目的:探讨手术室实施护理专科分组的方法及效果。方法:将我院手术室护士分为普外科、骨科/脑外科、妇产科、眼科4个专科组,制定护理专科组培训内容并对护士进行培训及考核,调整手术室护理工作内容,改变护理工作模式。结果:实施手术室护理专科分组后,医生及患者对手术室护理工作满意度、手术室护士的自我评价比实施前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:通过实施手术室护理专科分组,提高了手术室护理工作质量,提升了患者和医生对手术室护理工作的满意度,提高了手术室护士的专科技术水平,提升了其工作满足感,体现了其自身价值。  相似文献

目的:探讨新入院患者护理需求与护士认知之间的差异,以调整护理服务行为,提高护理质量。方法采用自行设计问卷,对400例新入院患者和317名护士进行调查。结果总均分、服务态度、技术操作、责任心、健康教育、生活护理、专科护理、流程介绍、病情解释的护理需求方面患者的均值分别为(7.76±177;1.48),(7.83±177;0.78),(8.45±177;0.90),(9.11±177;0.67),(6.05±177;1.88),(6.50±177;1.18),(8.05±177;1.07),(7.93±177;1.31),(8.15±177;0.88)分;护士的均值分别为(6.35±177;2.31),(9.30±177;0.68),(6.10±177;1.24),(8.50±177;0.87),(4.20±177;1.42),(3.55±177;1.44),(8.28±177;0.84),(5.15±177;1.49),(5.74±177;1.21)分,新入院患者和护士认知差异有统计学意义( t 值分别为27.885,-26.724,28.207,10.226,14.959,29.454,-3.278,26.130,29.763;P<0.01)。新入院患者护理需求的重要性依次是责任心、技术操作、病情解释、专科护理、流程介绍、服务态度、生活护理和健康教育。护士对新入院患者护理需求认知的重要性依次是服务态度、责任心、专科护理、技术操作、病情解释、流程介绍、健康教育和生活护理。结论护士要以新入院患者的护理需求为基础,调整服务供给,提高护理服务满意度。  相似文献

目的 总结儿童支气管哮喘疾病的临床护理经验.方法 选择我院收治的66例儿童支气管哮喘患儿,进行对症、支持、抗感染等治疗,同时给予精心的临床观察和相应的护理措施.结果 66例哮喘患儿经过治疗和综合护理后,症状控制,未出现并发症,效果良好,全部治愈出院.结论 对临床确诊的支气管哮喘患儿及时治疗,密切临床观察,精心护理,可减少并发症,降低复发率,提高患儿生活质量.  相似文献

[目的]建立纵横双向层级责任制,实现重症监护病房(ICU)护士专业核心能力及护理岗位能力培训有机结合,提升ICU护士综合能力,保证护理质量及护理安全。[方法]通过对各级护士的职级评定,制订各层级护士的岗位职责和工作流程,将护士和床位分组,每组护士由不同层级的护士组成,形成上级对下级护士逐级负责制的层级系统化管理模式,并将2011年1月—2011年12月与2010年1月—2010年12月护理质量、专业技术考核、护理服务满意率进行对比。[结果]通过实施纵横双向责任制管理模式后,护理质量、专业技术考核指标、护理服务满意率均有不同程度的提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]纵横双向层级责任制,使各层级岗位职责及各层级护士核心能力培训得到有效落实,保证ICU各时段、各环节护理质量,减少护士缺陷。  相似文献
