The contribution of diastolic dysfunction in patients with preserved left ventricular (LV) systolic function to impaired functional status and cardiac mortality in myocardial infarction (MI) is unknown. In the present study, assessment of LV diastolic function was performed by Doppler analysis of the mitral and pulmonary venous flow, and the propagation velocity of early mitral flow by color M-mode Doppler echocardiography in 183 consecutive patients at day 5-7 following their first acute MI. Patients were classified into four groups: group A: preserved LV systolic and diastolic function (n = 73); group B: LV systolic dysfunction with preserved diastolic function (n = 10); group C: LV diastolic dysfunction with preserved systolic function (n = 60); group D: combined LV systolic and diastolic dysfunction (n = 40). The cardiac mortality rate at 1 year was significantly higher in groups C (13%) and D (38%) compared to A (2%) (p < 0.01). Multivariate regression analysis identified LV diastolic dysfunction (p = 0.001), Killip class >or=II (p = 0.006), and age (0.008) as predictors of cardiac death or readmission due to heart failure. The presence of LV diastolic dysfunction with preserved systolic dysfunction is associated with increased morbidity and mortality following acute MI.  相似文献

The left ventricle progressively dilates in some patients after acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Both systolic and diastolic left ventricular (LV) dysfunction can be of significance in the development of heart failure. Captopril has been shown to prevent dilatation, but the effect on LV diastolic function is unknown. In a placebo-controlled double-blind parallel study, 58 AMI patients with heart failure or low ejection fraction, or both, were consecutively randomized at day 7 to either placebo or captopril (25 mg twice daily). No differences were present between the groups at baseline. Fifty-three patients completed the 6-month study period. Both LV diastolic and systolic volume indexes increased significantly in the placebo group (17 and 14%, respectively); in the captopril group there was no change in LV diastolic volume index, but a 13% reduction in LV systolic volume index. Ejection fraction increased significantly in the captopril group. The peak flow velocities of the early and atrial filling phases were measured, and the ratio between the velocities was calculated. A significant reduction was observed during the study period in early peak flow velocity (65 to 52 cm/s) and in the ratio between early and atrial peak flow velocity (1.3 to 0.8) in the placebo group (p less than 0.05), but no significant changes occurred in the captopril group. No correlation was found between dilatation of the left ventricle and reduction in early peak flow velocity or the ratio between early and atrial peak flow velocity. In conclusion, captopril prevented LV dilatation, improved ejection fraction and prevented LV diastolic dysfunction in AMI patients with early signs of LV systolic dysfunction.  相似文献

为探讨急性心肌梗塞(AMI)左室舒张功能的变化及影响因素,我们用脉冲多普勒超声心动图测量了72例AMI患者的左室舒张功能,并用多元逐步回归对其影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,72例病人中E/A<1者41例,占56.9%。AMI后左室舒张功能除受年龄影响外,梗塞面积的大小直接影响左室舒张功能,但与梗塞部位无关,梗塞前心绞痛可减轻梗塞后左室舒张功能的损害,是通过减小梗塞面积而实现的。溶栓治疗可以改善心肌梗塞后的左室舒张功能。  相似文献

Restrictive ventricular filling pattern derived from Doppler echocardiography after anterior wall AMI may serve as an indicator of diastolic dysfunction due to initial myocardial stiffness and complications such as extension of the infarction, Dressier syndrome, septal rupture, or myocardial failure. 目的: 利用超声心动图,探讨N-末端脑钠尿肽原(NT-proBNP)对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者左室舒张功能的评价及其意义。方法: 入选左室收缩功能正常的AMI患者66例,测定血浆NT-proBNP水平。根据组织多普勒超声(TDI)及二尖瓣血流频谱指标评价的左室舒张功能,将患者分为4组:A组:左室舒张功能正常组(n=16);B组:轻度左室舒张功能减低(LVDD)组(n=21);C组:中度LVDD组(n=24);D组:重度LVDD组(n=5)。对患者随访12个月,临床终点是因心衰加重或再梗所致再住院和心源性死亡。结果: NT-proBNP水平随着LVDD的加重而显著增高(P<0.01)。NT-proBNP能够独立于其它影响因素判断LVDD,当其水平为962.1 μg/L时,判断LVDD的敏感性是76%,特异性是75%。12个月后发生终点事件患者的血浆NT-proBNP水平与未发生者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: AMI后NT-proBNP水平能够独立评价LVDD并判断预后。它可用于对AMI患者危险分层并指导临床治疗。  相似文献

AIMS: To characterise the prevalence, in-hospital complications, management, and long-term outcome of patients with congestive heart failure but preserved left ventricular systolic function after acute myocardial infarction. METHODS: 3166 consecutive patients screened for entry in the Bucindolol Evaluation in Acute Myocardial Infarction Trial with definite acute myocardial infarction and echocardiographic assessment of left ventricular systolic function were included between 1998 and 1999 in this prospective observational study. Main outcome measures were occurrences of in-hospital complications and all cause mortality. RESULTS: Congestive heart failure was seen during hospitalisation in 1464 patients (46%), 717 patients had preserved left ventricular systolic function (wall motion index > or =1.3 corresponding to ejection fraction > or =0.40), and 732 patients had systolic dysfunction (wall motion index <1.3). One year mortality in patients with no heart failure, heart failure with preserved systolic function, and heart failure with systolic dysfunction were 6, 22 and 35%, P<0.0001. Unadjusted risk of death from all causes associated with heart failure and preserved systolic function was 3.3 (95% CI 2.8-4.0), and after adjustment for baseline characteristics and left ventricular systolic function in multivariate Cox proportional hazards analysis the risk was 2.1 (95% CI 1.7-2.6), P<0.0001. CONCLUSIONS: Congestive heart failure is frequently present in patients with preserved left ventricular systolic function, and is associated with increased risk of in-hospital complications and death following acute myocardial infarction.  相似文献

Assessment of left ventricular (LV) dyssynchrony after myocardial infarction has prognostic value. There were no reference ranges for 2-dimensional (2D) speckle tracking synchrony, and it was unclear whether color tissue Doppler imaging and 2D speckle tracking synchrony indexes were comparable. One hundred twenty-two healthy volunteers and 40 patients with non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) had LV systolic and diastolic synchrony, defined as the SD of time to peak systolic (2D-SDTs) and early diastolic (2D-SDTe) velocities in the 12 basal and mid segments using 2D speckle tracking, respectively. Mean 2D-SDTs and 2D-SDTe were 29.4 +/- 16.1 and 14.2 +/- 6.1 ms in healthy subjects, respectively. Gender and mean 2D systolic velocity independently predicted 2D-SDTs, and mean 2D early diastolic velocity independently predicted 2D-SDTe. Bland-Altman analysis showed suboptimal agreement between 2D speckle tracking and tissue Doppler imaging dyssynchrony indexes. 2D speckle tracking showed lower coefficients of variation for time to peak systolic and early diastolic velocities than tissue Doppler imaging. There were no significant differences in coefficients of variation for 2D speckle tracking systolic and diastolic synchrony for high versus low frame rates. Patients with NSTEMI had significantly lower ejection fraction, but higher LV mass and wall stress than healthy subjects. Only 2D-SDTs was significantly higher in patients with NSTEMI compared with healthy subjects (37.1 +/- 22.5 vs 29.4 +/- 16.1 ms; p = 0.02). In conclusion, 2D-SDTs was gender specific and influenced by global systolic function, and 2D-SDTe was influenced by global diastolic function. 2D speckle tracking and tissue Doppler imaging dyssynchrony indexes were not comparable. 2D speckle tracking may be a more sensitive discriminator of LV systolic dyssynchrony than tissue Doppler imaging.  相似文献

Restrictive left ventricular (LV) filling identifies a high risk subgroup, following myocardial infarction (MI). The extent and significance of systolic dysfunction in this group is not clear. The aim of our study was to determine the incidence and extent of systolic dysfunction in patients with restrictive filling and nonrestrictive filling examining the prognostic implications. Doppler parameters of LV diastolic function were measured in 102 post-MI subjects within 4 days. Restrictive filling was defined as the presence of E:A ratio > 2 or E:A ratio 1-2 with MDT < or = 140 msec. Follow-up was to a median of 11 months. Restrictive filling (group A) was found in 19 (19%) of 102 patients. Patients with this pattern were more likely to have systolic dysfunction than those without (group B); 63% and 35%, respectively, P = 0.024. Eight (42%) of 19 patients in group A had relatively preserved systolic function. At 11 months 14 patients had developed heart failure (HF), 6 in group A (32%) and 8 in group B (10%), P = 0.012. There were two deaths (11%) in group A and 7 (8%) in group B, P = ns. Seven (88%) of 8 patients in group A with relatively preserved systolic function were alive and free of heart failure at follow-up compared to 4 of 11 patients (36%) in group A with systolic dysfunction (P = 0.026). Restrictive filling can be associated with relatively preserved systolic function after MI and these patients have a relatively good outcome. Patients with restrictive filling post-MI are a heterogeneous group emphasizing the evaluation of both systolic and diastolic function.  相似文献

Assessment of left ventricular (LV) function is crucial in the immediate postinfarction period. The authors evaluated the clinical applicability of the Doppler-derived myocardial performance index (MPI, defined as the sum of isovolumic contraction and relaxation times divided by LV ejection time) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) as to whether this index reflects the severity of LV dysfunction in this subgroup of patients. Post-AMI patients (n = 33) were compared with age- and sex-matched healthy subjects (n = 35). Within 24 hours of the AMI and 1 month thereafter, patients underwent 2D and Doppler echocardiography. Patients were divided into group A (Killip Class I, n = 22) and group B (Killip Class II-III, n = 11). The authors measured the LV ejection fraction (EF), diastolic indices (transmitral E and A waves, E/A ratio, deceleration time [DT], isovolumic contraction time [IVCT], isovolumic relaxation time [IVRT], MPI, LV end-systolic and end-diastolic volume indices [ESVi and EDVi] and wall motion score index [WMSi]). One-year mortality was also assessed. There was no significant difference concerning E and A waves, E/A ratio, and IVRT between the 2 groups. There were highly statistical differences at day 1 for EF (59.3 +/- 6.7% vs 36.8 +/- 4.5%, p<0.0001), DT (0.160 +/- 0.030 sec vs 0.127 +/- 0.022, p<0.005), MPI (0.344 +/- 0.084 vs 0.686 +/- 0.120, p<0.0001), ESVi (28.4 +/- 3.9 mL/m2 vs 46.2 +/- 8.4, p<0.001), and WMSi (1.58 +/- 0.06 vs 1.88 +/- 0.35, p=0.05), which persisted after 1 month. One-year mortality was significantly (0 vs 27.3%, p<0.01) lower in group A patients. This study shows that the MPI, reliably indicated LV dysfunction post-AMI, significantly correlated with clinically determined functional class, and possibly has some prognostic implication.  相似文献

AIMS: The aim of this study was to determine whether myocardial velocity gradients assessed by M-mode colour Doppler tissue imaging could be of clinical relevance and represent reliable indicators of regional left ventricular function after acute myocardial infarction. METHODS AND RESULTS: Among 64 consecutive patients with a first acute myocardial infarction, in 50 who had a marked asynergy in the parasternal short-axis view at the mid-papillary muscle level, myocardial velocities and velocity gradients were assessed in the anteroseptum and posterior wall by M-mode Doppler tissue imaging. Similar measurements were obtained in 11 matched healthy volunteers who served as a control group. In patients with anterior myocardial infarction, the peak myocardial velocity gradient in the anteroseptum was significantly lower when compared with controls (mean +/- [SD] 0.0 +/- 0.5 vs 1.1 +/- 0.7 s-1 during systole, P < 0.01; and 0.3 +/- 0.6 vs 2.0 +/- 0.5 s-1 during diastole, P < 0.01). Conversely, the peak systolic myocardial velocity gradient in the posterior wall was significantly higher than in controls (2.6 +/- 1.2 vs 1.8 +/- 1.2 s-1, P < 0.05). In patients with inferior myocardial infarction, the peak velocity gradient in the posterior wall was significantly lower when compared with healthy subjects (0.9 +/- 0.6 vs 1.8 +/- 1.2 s-1 during systole and 1.4 +/- 1.4 vs 4.9 +/- 1.2 s-1 during diastole, both P < 0.01). The peak systolic tissue velocity gradient in the anteroseptum was significantly higher than in controls (2.1 +/- 1.0 vs 1.1 +/- 0.7 s-1, P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: The present study indicates that myocardial velocity gradients assessed by M-mode Doppler tissue imaging are of clinical relevance for the characterization of ischaemic myocardial dysfunction after infarction and may provide quantitative assessment of segmental left ventricular function in this clinical setting.  相似文献

Background Although risk stratification after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) often is focused on systolic left ventricular (LV) function, it appears that a more complete study of ventricular function including assessment of LV filling would be useful. Doppler echocardiography allows assessment of LV filling, and with the use of the Tei index (sum of isovolumic relaxation and contraction times divided by ejection time), a global estimate of ventricular function may be obtained. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the prognostic importance of LV systolic, diastolic, and overall LV function in a large consecutive population with AMI.Methods Echocardiography was performed within 6 days of AMI. LV systolic, diastolic, and global function was assessed by means of wall motion index (WMI), mitral flow pattern, and Tei index. The primary end point was all-cause death.Results Of 799 enrolled patients, 197 died during a median follow-up of 34 months. In a multivariate model including WMI and clinical parameters, WMI had important prognostic information. When mitral filling pattern and quartiles of Tei index were added to the model, restrictive filling (mitral deceleration time <140 ms) was associated with a risk ratio of 1.9 (95% CI 1.3-2.7, P < .0001, Tei index values of >0.68/0.56-0.68/0.46-0.55/<0.46 were associated with risks of 4.0 [2.1-6.9]/2.3 [1.5-3.9]/2.1 [1.2-3.6]/1.0, P < .001). In this model, WMI had no prognostic value (P = .18).Conclusions Mitral deceleration time and the Tei index have independent and important prognostic value after AMI. Background Studies have reported that a large proportion of the cases of congestive heart failure (CHF) with mixed etiologies have preserved left ventricular systolic function. Whether this is the case in subjects with CHF after myocardial infarction (MI) is not known. This study was undertaken to examine the prevalence and characteristics associated with CHF in patients who had preserved ejection fraction (LVEF) after MI. Methods Clinical characteristics and LVEF were ascertained in a population-based cohort of patients with CHF after incident MI in Olmsted County, Minn. All MIs were validated by use of standardized epidemiological criteria, and all episodes of CHF were validated by use of Framingham criteria. Results Between 1979 and 1994, 1658 patients had an MI, and 644 of these patients (38%) had CHF during 7.4 ± 5.4 years of follow-up. Of these patients, 395 (61%) underwent LVEF assessment. Preserved LVEF (ie, ≥50%) was present in 30% of cases, and this proportion did not change with time. The proportion of women with CHF and preserved LVEF (37%) was greater than the proportion of men (23%, P = .002). The positive association between female sex and preserved LVEF remained significant after adjustment (odds ratio 1.97, 95% CI 1.26-3.07, P = .003). The highest tertile of peak creatinine phosphokinase level was negatively associated with preserved LVEF (odds ratio 0.51, 95% CI 0.29-0.89). Conclusion A notable proportion of cases of CHF after MI have preserved LVEF. This underscores the burden of CHF with preserved LVEF in a well-defined group of patients with documented coronary disease. 目的通过心电图(ECG)QRS波记分对急性心肌梗死(AMI)后坏死面积大小进行分组,测量二维超声及脉冲组织多普勒成像(PW-DTI)心脏收缩指标,以评价不同治疗方法对不同梗死面积心脏收缩功能的影响。方法根据ECGQRS记分将101例首发AMI患者分为两组。记分≤3分为小面积梗死组(G1组),共43例。记分>3分为大面积梗死组(G2组),共58例。于AMI后1周记录二维超声图象及PW-DTI速度频谱,并在梗死后1个月及3个月进行复测。结果(1)再灌注治疗(溶栓及PCI)3个月时G1组左心室射血分数(LVEF)、S波波峰速度(Vs)、S波速度时间积分(VTIs)及S波加速度(ACCs)均优于G2组,表明梗死面积大则心功能受损明显,虽经再灌注治疗亦不能完全消除梗死面积带来的影响。(2)指标LVEF、Vs、VTIs、ACCs多在梗死3个月时方显现差异,表明心脏功能改善可能发生在梗死1个月以后。(3)在PCI治疗的G2组ΔLVEF、瓣环ΔVs、ΔVTIs均较G1组者改善更明显,而经溶栓治疗的2组间比较差异无统计学意义。表明大面积梗死选择PCI治疗可能获益更大。结论(1)PW-DTI指标能准确反映心脏整体及局部功能的变化,Vs、ACCs可作为判定AMI后心脏功能的指标,ACCs能较Vs更好的表现收缩功能的变化。(2)较大面积的心肌梗死在再灌注治疗中获益更多,大面积心肌梗死选择PCI治疗可能更优于溶栓治疗。  相似文献

目的我们应用平衡法门控心血池显像技术对不同Killip分级的前壁心肌梗死患者进行左室总体和局部收缩和舒张功能参数的对比分析。方法对照组15例(G0),前壁心肌梗死KillipⅠ级17例(G1),前壁心肌梗死KillipⅡⅢ级12例(G2)。利用平衡法门控心血池显像技术评价3组的左室总体和局部的收缩与舒张功能。结果①左室整体收缩功能,在LVEF,ESC 2个参数中,G1比G0有显著差异(P<0.05),G2分别比G1和G0有显著差异(P<0.05)。在PER、1/3EF、1/3ER 3个参数中,G2分别比G1和G0显著下降(P<0.05)。②左室总体舒张功能,在PFR、1/3FF、1/3FR、EDC中,G1比G0有显著差异(P<0.05),G2分别比G1和G0有显著差异(P<0.05)。③左室局部收缩功能,在以LVREF为参数时,G1在4个节段比G0显著差异(P<0.05),G2在所有6个节段中比G1和G0均显著下降(P<0.05)。④左室局部舒张功能,在以LVR1/3FF为参数时,G1在4个节段比G0显著下降(P<0.05),G2在所有6个节段比G0和G1均显著下降(P<0.05)。结论前壁心肌梗死后出现心功能受损或心力衰竭的主要原因为左室重构。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: It is known that left ventricular systolic function at rest does not correlate well with exercise capacity of patients with heart failure. However, the contribution of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction, especially during exercise, to exercise capacity of cardiac patients remains to be determined. OBJECTIVE: To determine the impact of left ventricular systolic and diastolic function during exercise on exercise capacity of patients with left ventricular dysfunction after myocardial infarction. METHODS: A symptom-limited exercise test was performed with measurements for hemodynamics and uptake of oxygen (Vo2) of 26 men who had previously suffered myocardial infarction. These patients were divided into two groups according to their peak Vo2 (group 1 with peak Vo2 > or = 16 ml/kg per min, n= 13; and group 2 with peak Vo2 < 16 ml/kg per min, n= 13). Pulmonary arterial pressure, left ventricular and systemic arterial pressure, and cardiac output were measured at rest and during exercise. RESULTS: At rest, there was no difference between the two groups in terms of hemodynamic parameters except for minimal dP/dt, minimal left ventricular pressure (LVP) and time constant for decay of left ventricular pressure (tau). During peak exercise, cardiac output, left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (EDP), minimal dP/dt, minimal LVP, and tau for the two groups were significantly different. Furthermore, peak Vo2 was significantly correlated with T, minimal LVP, minimal dP/dt, EDP, and maximal dP/dt during peak exercise for the whole group of patients. CONCLUSION: Left ventricular diastolic function during exercise, i.e. diastolic reserve, may be an important determinant of exercise capacity of patients with left ventricular dysfunction after myocardial infarction.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Knowledge about the occurrence of isolated diastolic dysfunction (DD) in the general population is limited. AIMS: This population study was performed to assess the frequency and distribution pattern of echocardiographic indices of left ventricular (LV) DD in an elderly population aged 50-89 years in which LV systolic function is preserved. METHODS AND RESULTS: The study population (n=764) recruited from the background population answered a heart failure questionnaire and underwent echocardiography. Excluding subjects with a LV ejection fraction <50% or atrial fibrillation, diastolic function was evaluated in 647 subjects. The frequency of impaired relaxation according to earlier guidelines was 0.5%, vs. 2.5% using age- and gender-specific normal values of 'E/A-ratio' and 'deceleration time'. In a subpopulation of 167 participants, 6.6% had 'pseudonormalisation'. No difference was found in the frequency of dyspnea in subjects with impaired relaxation or 'pseudonormalisation' compared to subjects with normal filling pattern. CONCLUSION: The prevalence of LV impaired relaxation was highly dependent on the choice of normal (cut-off) values for Doppler indices. Furthermore, our findings suggest that either isolated DD is often asymptomatic, or that Doppler flow derived parameters as a diagnostic method for assessing DD have a low specificity when used as a screening tool in the general population.  相似文献

Four patients with acute anterior wall myocardial infarction showing spontaneous and marked improvement in systolic left ventricular function are described. All 4 patients showed abnormal Q waves and severe wall motion abnormalities soon after acute infarction. In all 4 patients, at least some regeneration of R-wave forces occurred and the regional wall motion in the involved area of the left ventricle improved dramatically without coronary angioplasty or surgical revascularization during the intervening period. The improvement in left ventricular function was attributed to spontaneous increase in nutrient flow to the involved area. It is concluded that Q waves and severe wall motion abnormalities do not necessarily indicate irreversible scar formation.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Left ventricular systolic function (LVSF) is one of the major determinants of survival after acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Some factors such as the infarct size and localization, and the patency of the infarct-related artery are known determinants of LVSF. However, the long-term effect of myocardial ischaemia on LVSF has been poorly studied in clinical settings. OBJECTIVES: To assess the acute and long-term effects of myocardial ischaemia on LVSF in patients recovering from an AMI. METHODS: A cohort of 74 patients recovering from AMI was studied. Myocardial ischaemia was detected by means of ambulatory electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring at recruitment (4+/-2 days after AMI), exercise ECG test and stress echocardiography at discharge (7+/-4 days after AMI). LVSF was studied by means of two-dimensional echocardiography at recruitment, at discharge, and at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after AMI. RESULTS: Patients with myocardial ischaemia on ambulatory ECG monitoring and stress echocardiography had worse LVSF at recruitment than those without ischaemia. The presence of myocardial ischaemia on ambulatory ECG monitoring was an independent determinant of LVSF at recruitment together with infarct localization and size (assessed by creatine kinase MB isoenzyme (CK-MB) levels). Patients with signs of myocardial ischaemia on ambulatory ECG monitoring and stress echocardiography had a progressive left ventricular dysfunction compared with those without ischaemia. CONCLUSIONS: Residual ischaemia is an independent determinant of LVSF after AMI and its presence implied a progressive worsening of the LVSF. Because left ventricular systolic dysfunction is a major determinant of survival after AMI, its precursors, among them residual myocardial ischaemia, should be identified. Treatment of ischaemia is known to be associated with improved prognosis and improved LVSF.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: Our purpose was to investigate the right ventricular (RV) performance of patients with a first acute anterior myocardial infarction (AAMI) by using pulsed wave Doppler tissue (PWDT) samplings of tricuspid annulus and RV free wall. METHODS AND RESULTS: The study group included 31 patients with AAMI and 20 age-matched controls. Conventional indexes of RV functions were the magnitude of tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion (TAPSE), and the transpulmonary and transtricuspid Doppler parameters. PWDT velocities were obtained by placing the sample volume at the lateral tricuspid annulus and the mid-segment of RV free wall; the peak systolic (S), early (E) and late (A) diastolic PWDT velocities and time intervals from ECG-Q wave to their peaks were analysed. Standard indexes were comparable except TAPSE that was significantly lower in AAMI-patients (p < 0.001). S velocities were similar; A of both regions (p = 0.018 and 0.012) and E of RV free wall (p = 0.011) were significantly increased in AAMI-group. Q-Sa intervals in both regions (p = 0.007 and 0.015) and Q-Ea of tricuspid annulus (p = 0.045) were significantly shorter in patients with AAMI. TAPSE and E of RV free wall had significant negative correlations with left ventricular systolic volume index and right atrial filling fraction (AFF), respectively (r = -0.46, p = 0.01 for both). A of tricuspid annulus had a positive correlation with left AFF (r = 0.42, p = 0.02). CONCLUSION: PWDT imaging of tricuspid annulus and RV free wall is capable to sensitively detect the adaptive mechanisms and unfavourable diastolic properties of RV dynamics in patients with AAMI.  相似文献
