??OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of the seeds of Lepidium apetalum Willd. METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified by Diaion HP-20, Toyopearl HW-40, MCI Gel CHP-20, ODS, silica gel chromatography combined with Pre-HPLC and the structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and physiochemical properties. RESULTS Sixteen compounds were isolated and identified from the water extract as catechol(1), protocatechuic aldehyde(2), 2-phenyl acetamide(3), methyl- 5-hydroxypyridine-2-carboxlate(4), benzylcarbamic acid(5), N-benzylacetamide(6), raphanuside C(7), 1-phenyl-1,2-ethanediol(8), 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-ethanol(9), isorhamnetin-7-O-??-L-rhamnopyranoside(10), kaempferol(11), methyl 2,4,6-trihydroxybenzoate(12), 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetonitrile(13), syringic acid(14), protocatechuic acid(15), and methyl sinapate(16). CONCLUSION Compounds 1-16 are isolated from this plant for the first time.  相似文献

??OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate fraction from Dioscorea bulbifera. METHODS This compounds were isolated and purified with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 and preparative liquid chromatography. Their structures were determined on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. RESULTS Twenty-four compounds were isolated and identified as ephemeranyhoquinone(1), N-methyl-2-pyrolidinone(2), aurantiamide acetate(3), 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid ethyl ester(4), 2, 7-dihydroxy-3, 4-dimethoxyphenanthrene(5), 4, 5-dihydroblumenol A(6), C-veratroylglycol(7), teasperol(8), vomifoliol(9), Z-6, 7-ligustilide(10), 2, 3, 7-trihydroxy-4-methoxyphenanthrene(11), p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid methyl ester(12), 3, 5, 7, 4??-tetrahydroxyflavone(13), 3, 5, 3??-trimethoxyquercetin(14), 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(15), 3, 5, 7, 3??, 4??-pentahydroxyflavone(16), daucosterol(17), 5, 3 ??, 4??-trihydroxy-3, 7-dimethoxyflavone(18), epicatechin(19), 3, 7-dihydroxy-2, 4-dimethoxy-9, 10-dihydrophenanthrene(20), methyl eucomate(21), catechins(22), 5, 7-dihydroxy-3, 4??-dimethoxyflavone(23), and 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoic acid methyl ester(24). CONCLUSION Except compounds 11, 14, 15, 18-20, 22 other compounds are isolated from the plant for the first time.  相似文献

??OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Yao medicine, Zhongliuteng, the stems of Pileostegia tomentella. METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel chromatography repeatedly, and their structures were identified by spectral analysis and chemical METHODS. RESULTS Thirteen compounds were isolated from the stems of P. tomentella and the structures were identified as 1-O-(??-D-glucosyl)-2-[2-methoxy-4-(??-hydroxypropyl) phenoxy]propan-3-ol(1),(+)-lyoniresinol-3a-O-??-D-glucopyranoside (2),syringin (3),coniferin (4),dihydroconiferin (5),but-3-enyl-??-D-glucoside (6),4-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)-2,6-dimethoxy phenyl ??-D-glucopyranoside (7),nikoenoside (8),protocatechuic acid ethyl ester (9),8-methoxy coumarin-7-O-??-D-glucopyranoside (10),6-O-R-L-rhamnopyranosyl-??-D-glucopyranoside methyl salicylate (11), nicotinamide (12), and 3,5-di-O-caffeoyl quinicacid methyl ester (13). CONCLUSION All compounds were obtained from the genus for the first time.  相似文献

??OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Citrus aurantium L. METHODS Chromatographic techniques were employed for isolation and purification of the constituents and their structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. RESULTS Sixteen compounds were obtained and identified as pyrrolezanthine-6-methyl ether (1), methyl 3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoate (2), 3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid (3), methyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate (4), methyl 3-(4-acetoxyphenyl)propanoate (5), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (6), scopoletin (7), 5-(hydroxymethyl)furan-2-carbaldehyde (8), hesperidin (9), naringin (10), gossypetin-8,3'-dimethylether-3-O-??-D-galactoside (11), 2-homoeriodictyol-7-O-??-D-glucopyranoside (12), 6-demethoxytangeretin (13), naringenin (14), 5,6,7,8,4'-pentamethoxyflavone (tangeretin) (15), and 5-O-desmethylnobiletin (16). CONCLUSION Compounds 1??2??4??8??11-13 are for the first time obtained from Citrus.  相似文献

 目的 研究植物内生真菌Fusariums sp.LC-1发酵液的乙酸乙酯萃取物和菌丝体的丙酮提取物中的化学成分,以期得到有活性的先导化合物。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从植物内生真菌Fusariums sp.LC-1发酵液的乙酸乙酯萃取物和菌丝体的丙酮提取物中共分离得到17个化合物,分别鉴定为:环(甘-缬)二肽(1)、环(甘-异亮)二肽(2)、白僵菌素(3)、麦角甾醇(4)、3β,5α,6β,9α-tetrahydroxyergosta-7,22-diene(5)、fusaric acid(6)、dehydrofusaric acid(7)、对羟基苯甲酸(8)、环(羟脯-亮)二肽(9)、环(甘-脯)二肽(10)、环(丙-苯丙)二肽(11)、环(亮-丙)二肽(12)、环(亮-缬)二肽(13)、环(苯丙-甘)二肽(14)、环(亮-甘)二肽(15)、尿嘧啶(16)、胸腺嘧啶(17)。结论 其中,化合物1、2为首次从天然产物中分离得到,化合物5、9、12、13、14为首次从镰刀菌属中分离得到。  相似文献

CONCLUSION Compounds 1,6, 13-14,16-22 are obtained from this plant for the first time, and compounds 16, 20-22 are isolated from the genus Celastrus for the first time.  相似文献

目的研究牛蒡Arctium lappa根的化学成分。方法运用正相硅胶、ODS柱色谱以及半制备型HPLC等手段进行分离纯化,并采用核磁共振等现代波谱学技术鉴定化合物结构。结果从牛蒡根55%乙醇提取物醋酸乙酯部位中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为1,5-二咖啡酰-3-苹果酰奎尼酸(1)、3,5-二咖啡酰-1-(2-咖啡酰-4-苹果酰)-奎尼酸(2)、3,5-二咖啡酰-1-(2-咖啡酰-4-苹果酰甲酯)-奎尼酸(3)、3,5-二咖啡酰-1-琥珀酰甲酯奎尼酸(4)、3,4-二咖啡酰-1-琥珀酰甲酯奎尼酸(5)、1,3,5-三咖啡酰-4-琥珀酰奎尼酸(6)、1,5-二咖啡酰-3-琥珀酰奎尼酸(7)、1,5-二咖啡酰-4-琥珀酰奎尼酸(8)、1,5-二咖啡酰-4-琥珀酰甲酯奎尼酸(9)、1,5-二咖啡酰-3-琥珀酰甲酯奎尼酸(10)、1,3,4-三咖啡酰奎尼酸(11)、1,4,5-三咖啡酰奎尼酸甲酯(12)、3-咖啡酰奎尼酸(13)、4-羟基苯乙酸(14),其中13个为咖啡酰奎尼酸衍生物。结论化合物3~5、9、11、12为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物14为首次从该植物中分离得到。  相似文献

The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and physiochemical properties. RESULTS Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as 4-O-??-D-glucopyranosylvanillic acid(1), tachinoside(2), methyl 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoate(3), caffeic acid(4), 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-??-D-glucopyranoside(5), benzyl-O-??-D-glucopyranoside(6), benzyl-O-??-D-galactopyranoside(7), syringin(8), vanillic acid glucosyl ester(9), vanillic acid(10), 1??-(3,4-dihydroxycinnamoyl)cyclopentane-2??,3??-diol(11), scopolin(12),7-methoxycoumarin-6-O-??-D-glucopyranoside(13), and scopoletin(14). CONCLUSION Compounds 1-9 and 11-13 are isolated from this plant for the first time.  相似文献

采用常压与减压硅胶柱色谱、半制备HPLC、Sephadex LH-20等方法,从瑞香狼毒Stellera chamaejasme细胞培养物85%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部分分离纯化得到了17个化合物,依据理化性质和各种波谱技术分别鉴定为:丁香脂素(1),杜仲树脂酚(2),松脂素(3),(1R,2S,5R,6S) -2-(4-hydroxyphenyl) -6-( 3-methoxy-4- hydroxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3,3,0]octane(4),表松脂酚(5),caruilignan D(6),3-羰基愈创木烷-4-烯-11,12-二醇(7),落叶松脂素(8),tetrahydro-2-( 4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) -4-[ (4-hydroxyphenyl) methyl] -3-furanmethanol(9),5′-甲氧基落叶松脂醇(10),vladinol D( 11),环(L-脯氨酸-L-缬氨酸)(12),7′-羰基马台树脂醇(13),(+) -guayarol( 14),acutissimalignanB(15),异落叶松脂素(16)以及β-谷甾醇(17).其中化合物12为环二肽类化合物,7为倍半萜类化合物.除化合物7,12与17外,其余均为木脂素类化合物.17个化合物均首次从该植物组织培养物中获得.  相似文献
