对精神疾病患者实施保护性约束的知识、态度与行为调查   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:4  
目的了解护士对精神疾病患者实施保护性约束的现状。方法使用自行设计问卷对我院从事精神科临床护理工作的110名护士进行调查。结果护士对精神疾病患者实施保护性约束的知识、态度和行为呈正相关,即对约束知识了解越多,越能适当地实施约束行为;约束态度得分越高,则越可恰当地使用保护性约束。结论护士应不断加强业务知识和法律知识学习,转变服务观念,规范护理行为,才能更好地为精神疾病患者服务。  相似文献

In response to demands for alternative health models that deliver cost-effective quality care, one large Midwestern medical center implemented a change in their nursing practice model. The change involved the introduction of unit-based nursing leadership teams that included advanced practice nurses (APNs). This article reports the findings from an investigation that employed a case study design to evaluate the process and outcomes of integrating an APN on a psychiatric unit with experienced nurses. Data collection methods included a nursing survey (n = 34), interviews with nine randomly selected nurses, and two multidisciplinary open forums. Consistent with the staff nurses' survey ratings of important advanced practice role functions, responses from the nursing interviews and open forums suggested nurses' professional development to be the most positive outcome. Role confusion was identified as a negative outcome. Recommendations for improved integration and use of APNs in today's psychiatric health environments were identified.  相似文献

Liability to the nursing profession is imperative if nurses are to act as an autonomous body. Assessing and communicating effectively is a vital part of nursing for patient safety. This study was designed to identify the attitudes of Korean nurses toward liability in assessment and communication and to investigate the relationship among the variables (i.e., legal awareness, attitudes toward doctor's duty to supervise nurses). The attitudes toward doctor's duty reflect the status of nurses' dependency on doctor's supervision. The study participants were 288 registered nurses in RN-BSN courses at two colleges in Korea. The level of legal awareness was measured using a 25-item Legal Awareness Questionnaire developed by the authors. The measuring instrument for attitudes toward doctor's duty to supervise nurses and nurses' liability was the Attitude toward Duty and Liability Questionnaire, which was modified by the authors. There were significant correlation between attitude toward doctor's duty and nurses' liability, but not between legal awareness and liability attitude. The results of this study suggest that the present educational content aimed at improving liability attitudes of nurses should be refocused with attitude-oriented education and should include an understanding of the increased accountability that comes with greater autonomy in nursing practice.  相似文献

目的 探讨基于计划行为理论的干预方案对护士疼痛管理知识、态度以及疼痛管理行为的影响。方法 以计划行为理论为指导,设计实施针对护士疼痛管理行为的干预方案,并在某三级甲等医院外科病房进行试行。方案实施前(2018年1月上旬)及实施后(2018年4月下旬),采用《疼痛管理知识和态度调查问卷》对34名病房护士进行疼痛管理知识及态度的测评对比。此外,选取同期病房出院患者各60例,应用休斯顿疼痛情况调查表调查患者对控制或减轻疼痛方法的满意度,同时,利用电子病历系统对120例出院患者的护理病历进行疼痛护理记录书写合格率的评价对比。结果 在应用计划行为理论对护士疼痛管理行为进行干预后,病房护士疼痛管理知识和态度问卷得分较前显著提高(P<0.01);疼痛护理记录规范率显著提高(P<0.05);病员对“疼痛缓解的满意度”、对“护士疼痛处理的满意度”、“护士反应快慢的满意度”、“疼痛时受到所有照料的满意度”均显著提高(P<0.01)。结论 基于计划行为理论构建的护士疼痛管理行为干预方案,可提升护士疼痛知识和态度,并能促进其疼痛管理行为的改进,最终达到改善患者疼痛体验的目的。  相似文献

目的 了解精神科护士患者安全文化态度的现状,探讨精神科护士患者安全文化态度的影响因素,为提高精神科护士患者安全文化态度水平,保障患者安全提供参考。方法 采用医院护理人员患者安全文化态度调查问卷及护理不良事件报告障碍问卷对广东省精神病专科医院434名护士进行调查。结果 精神科护士患者安全文化态度总分(86.78±14.53)分,护理不良事件报告障碍总分为(54.38±12.0)分,单因素分析显示,不同性别、职称、职务、每月夜班数的护士,患者安全文化态度得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良事件报告障碍得分与患者安全文化态度得分呈显著的负相关(r=-0.537,P<0.001)。多元线性回归分析显示,不良事件报告障碍为患者安全文化态度的独立影响因素(R2=0.295,R2=0.287,F=35.876,P<0.001)。结论 精神科护士患者安全文化态度水平有待提高,医院管理者应该重视影响精神科护士患者安全文化态度的因素,深入探索精神科安全文化的建设,提高安全文化水平,增强安全防范意识,保障患者的安全。  相似文献

In an effort to predict nursing intention to adopt and properly use a new electronic patient record system (EPRS), a survey gathered demographic and computer experience information of, and attitude and image profile toward, the EPRS prior to installation. The results showed a somewhat positive overall attitude and age was found to be a significant factor in determining nurses' attitudes toward the EPRS. The image profile for the EPRS revealed a more negative perception of the EPRS by the nursing staff. A regression model, designed to identify variables that would predict attitude and in turn system adoption and use of the EPRS, found that age and image profile predictions were significant. The outcome of this research reinforces the notion that nurses are accepting of new EPRS systems and are somewhat supportive of technology in general, but the image profile draws attention to their concerns for quality healthcare delivery.  相似文献

目的了解临床护士营养“知识、态度、行为”现况,为下一步完善继续教育内容提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查法,对某三级甲等医院护士进行营养知识、态度、行为的现况调查。结果临床护理人员营养知识(K)、态度(A)、行为(P)之间存在明显的正相关关系(P〈0.01)。临床护士营养态度较好,但营养知识掌握不足,护理行为也有待进一步改善。结论应采取相应措施提高临床护士的营养KAP认知水平。  相似文献

AIM: This paper reports a study of nurses' attitudes towards the use of nursing diagnoses in perioperative documentation and the factors affecting these attitudes. BACKGROUND: There are both international and national requests for nurses to move from natural language-based narrative documentation to electronic documentation and clinical use of nursing classifications. However, nurses' attitudes toward nursing classifications have not been widely studied. METHODS: A questionnaire was distributed to a purposive sample of perioperative nurses (n = 146) who had participated in clinical testing of nursing diagnoses. The response rate was 60% (n = 87). The data were collected in 2003. RESULTS: In general, nurses' attitudes toward nursing diagnoses were positive. Those over 40 years of age who had clinical experience from 10 to 19 years, postbasic nursing education and previous knowledge of nursing diagnoses were most positive in their attitudes. However, the use of nursing diagnoses in perioperative practice was not seen as either necessary or accurate in describing patients' problems. Furthermore, the documentation of perioperative routines was seen as time-consuming and frustrating. CONCLUSIONS: Nursing classifications should be included in both preregistration nursing curricula and in-service educational programmes to ensure theoretical knowledge of and practical skills in standardized clinical languages. The perioperative nursing diagnoses should be reviewed to fit better with clinical practice. In addition, current perioperative documentation practices should be reconsidered and updated as appropriate to address clinical requirements better.  相似文献

目的 了解护士对护理SARS患者的态度及其伦理认识。方法 采用随机抽样的方法,选择了江门市收治SARS患者的2所三级医院200名护士进行调查,使用无记名问卷,内容包括一般情况,护士对SARS患者的接纳态度及其对SARS的伦理认识3部分。结果 回收167份问卷显示,护士对护理SARS患者的信心不足,存在回避心理,反应矛盾的伦理观,不同护龄护士对SARS的态度及其伦理认识在某些方面存在一定的差异。结论护理SARS患者对护士产生的积极影响大于消极影响,但仍需强化护士的职业伦理道德,以利于应对日后特发的公共卫生事件。  相似文献

In the current health care environment it is imperative that orientation programs be effective and efficient in the preparation of nurses entering critical care nursing. Institutions strive to develop orientation programs that use the least amount of resources necessary to achieve the desired outcome. The desired outcome of the critical care orientation process is for nurses to use critical thinking skills to make sound clinical judgments based on scientific knowledge of critical care nursing. Identifying areas of strengths and deficits in critical thinking could prove beneficial in assisting educators to individualize nursing orientation programs using critical thinking skills in practice. The purpose of this article is to describe a method used to measure nurses' dispositions toward critical thinking and the application of the California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory (CCTDI) in critical care orientation programs.  相似文献

The purposes of this study were (1) to understand student nurses' knowledge, attitude, and behavior toward Chinese medicine and (2) to explore the related factors. This study was based on a structured questionnaire survey. The subjects of the study were students from the nursing department of one technical university in southern Taiwan. The sampling methods of this study were stratified sampling and cluster sampling. After getting the agreement of the student nurses, the researcher gave out 518 questionnaires to do the test. There were 496 valid questionnaires and the retrieval ratio was 96%. The results were: (1) The highest mean score was for the basic concepts of Chinese medicine and the lowest mean score was for the basic concepts of Chinese herbal medicine. The average correctness rate of knowledge about Chinese medicine was 67.42%. (2) The student nurses had a positive attitude toward Chinese medicine. (3) As for the frequency of seeking Chinese medical treatment, most of the student nurses used common folk tonics of Chinese medicine to recuperate their health. As for the medical treatment of general diseases, muscular and skeletal diseases were the most. (4) The significant common related factors for student nurses' knowledge, attitude, and behavior toward Chinese medicine were " have ever studied the literature of Chinese medicine or Chinese medicine nursing" and " have sources of knowledge on Chinese medicine". The factors "have ever studied the credit points of Chinese medicine", and " all credit points of Chinese medicine that have ever studied" also significantly influenced student nurses' knowledge and attitude toward Chinese medicine. Additionally, there were significantly positive pairwise correlations between student nurses' knowledge, attitude, and behavior toward Chinese medicine. The results of this study suggest that nursing schools should arrange curricula in Chinese medicine as required credits in the education of student nurses and provide student nurses with information on Chinese medicine by various kinds of formal and informal methods to promote the Chinese medicine knowledge, attitude, and behavior of student nurses and to accelerate the personnel cultivation of Chinese medicine nursing in order to meet the needs of society.  相似文献

Perioperative nursing is in crisis because of the difficulty recruiting sufficient numbers of graduate nurses and the threat of nonnursing employees performing traditional nursing duties. The relative unpopularity of perioperative nursing as a career choice for graduate nurses is commonly attributed to little exposure to the specialty's theory and practice in undergraduate nursing education programs. This article discusses results of a longitudinal study's first phase to ascertain career preferences of undergraduate nursing students. Findings suggest that when students begin nursing programs, they consider perioperative nursing a favorable career option. Few studies regarding student nurses' attitudes toward perioperative nursing exist, making these results significant.  相似文献

It is evident that the increased use of computer technology in health care settings is having an impact on the nursing profession. This paper reviews the literature examining the attitudes of nurses to computerization, concluding that, although computers are being increasingly incorporated into the nurse's working environment, the literature lacks adequate research support of the attitudes held by psychiatric nurses toward computerization. A move toward computerization, as with any innovation, can be greatly facilitated if nurses respond to the change in a positive manner. Accordingly, a greater understanding of psychiatric nurses' attitudes toward computerization could be an integral part of the process of computerization within psychiatric settings.  相似文献

目的了解北京某三级甲等医院护生与护士医疗垃圾规范化处理相关知识、态度以及行为情况,为今后临床护理工作中医疗废物规范处理质量的提高和管理提供建议及帮助。方法采用调查问卷、方便取样的方式,对80名护生及85名护士进行调查,利用SPSS17.0统计软件进行分析。结果护生的知识得分、态度得分、行为得分均显著低于护士,差异具有统计学意义(t=-6986,-5.336,-3.862;P〈0.05);护生中,学历越高,知识得分越高,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(F=9.992,P〈0.05),而态度得分与行为得分差异无统计学意义(F=1.279,1.595;P〉0.05);护士中,不同学历、护龄、职称,其知识得分、态度得分及行为得分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);在行为方面,护生与护士得分均较低,有待于提高。结论医院要以医疗垃圾规范处理相关知识的学习掌握为基础,以正确的态度与信念为动力,并结合医院系统化的管理及培训,提高医疗垃圾规范处理的效果及质量。  相似文献

Misconceptions and trepidation about research abound among practicing nurses. However, in light of the movement toward increasing accountability to consumers and the concurrent drive toward evidence-based practice, the need for nursing research can no longer be ignored. Innovative approaches to augment nurses' training and education in research and evidence-based practice must be incorporated into continuing education programs. The Nursing Research and Evidence-Based Practice Committee of a large tertiary care teaching hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, developed a series of opportunities for staff nurses to participate in research projects and have ongoing exposure to the steps in the research process. The Great Canadian Cookie Experiment was an opportunity to participate in quantitative research. Qualitative data from patients' thank you cards were analyzed in an interactive fashion during luncheon seminars held during Nursing Week in 2 subsequent years. A survey of nurses who participated in the luncheon seminars indicated an overall increase in their knowledge about qualitative research methods and an appreciation for participating in the process of nursing research. Continued visibility of nursing research will contribute to changing nurses' attitudes toward fostering an evidence-based approach to clinical practice.  相似文献
