目的:评价中央运输工作在临床护理中的应用与效果。方法将全院各科室负责外勤的工作人员集中统一管理,组成一个为患者及临床提供24 h服务的专业运输中心。结果中央运输工作使护理支持中心工作效率提高,工作量成倍增加,方便了患者,节约了资源,受到医生、护士的好评,患者满意度上升。结论中央运输工作使患者得到更安全、更舒适、更专业的服务,提高医院的运行和管理效率,进一步推进优质护理服务示范工程在临床的深入开展。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Work limitation rates are crucial indicators of the health status of working people. If related to work productivity, work limitation rates may also supply important information about the economic burden of illness. OBJECTIVE: Our objective was to assess the productivity impact of on-the-job work limitations due to employees' physical or mental health problems. RESEARCH DESIGN: Subjects were asked to complete a self-administered survey on the job during 3 consecutive months. Using robust regression analysis, we tested the relationship of objectively-measured work productivity to employee-reported work limitations. SUBJECTS: We attempted to survey employees of a large firm within 3 different jobs. The survey response rate was 2245 (85.9%). Full survey and productivity data were available for 1827 respondents. MEASURES: Each survey included a validated self-report instrument, the Work Limitations Questionnaire (WLQ). The firm provided objective, employee-level work productivity data. RESULTS: In adjusted regression analyses (n = 1827), employee work productivity (measured as the log of units produced/hour) was significantly associated with 3 dimensions of work limitations: limitations handling the job's time and scheduling demands (P = 0.003), physical job demands (P = 0.001), and output demands (P = 0.006). For every 10% increase in on-the-job work limitations reported on each of the 3 WLQ scales, work productivity declined approximately 4 to 5%. CONCLUSION: Employee work limitations have a negative impact on work productivity. Employee assessments of their work limitations supply important proxies for the economic burden of health problems.  相似文献

Shift work     
Emergency medicine, by its nature, requires shift work. Shift work has a long history and has generated many studies and regulations. It affects physiologic rhythms, sleep patterns, health, social interaction, family life, and job performance. People of certain personality types or those having certain circadian patterns may be more suited to shift work than others. The shift worker's well-being may increase if he understands how his schedule affects him; if consumer services are made available to him at all times; and if his work is scheduled carefully.  相似文献

This article describes a quantitative, correlational study of the relationship between organizational aspects (such as the predictability of the care), work characteristics (autonomy and workload) and work reactions (work satisfaction and health complaints) in nursing work. The variables have been measured by questionnaires. Subjects were 155 nurses from nine units in two general hospitals in the Netherlands. Several organizational aspects seem to be correlated with work characteristics and work reactions. Organizational aspects particularly influence work characteristics and play, therefore, a mediating role in the relationship between organizational aspects and work reactions. Job satisfaction is not only correlated with the autonomy, but also with workload. Health complaints appeared to be mainly correlated with the workload. It is concluded that for an improvement of job satisfaction and reduction of health complaints, it is not only necessary to improve autonomy and reduce workload, but also to pay attention to organizational aspects because these may influence the work characteristics.  相似文献

[目的]了解护士工作价值现、工作满意度现状,探讨可能对工作满意度有影响的因素以及工作价值观与工作满意度的相互关系.[方法]采取随机抽样方法抽取某医院117名护理人员,采用工作价值观量表、护士工作满意度量表进行调查.[结果]护士技术职称对满意度有显著的正向预测力;护士的工作价值观与工作满意度呈正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05).[结论]护士对工作的满意程度有赖于各方面满意感的获得.护理管理者应重视护士工作价值观对工作满意程度的影响.  相似文献
