Four new flavonol 3-O-glycosides were isolated from the leaves of Astragalus caprinus. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods as rhamnocitrin-3-O-[3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaroyl(1-->6)][beta-D-apiofuranosyl(1-->2)]-beta-D-galactopyranoside (1), rhamnetin-3-O-[3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaroyl(1-->6)][beta-D-apiofuranosyl(1-->2)]-beta-D-galactopyranoside (2), kaempferol-3-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1-->3)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-->6)]-beta-D-galactopyranoside (3), and quercetin-3-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1-->3)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-->6)][beta-D-apiofuranosyl(1-->2)]-beta-D-galactopyranoside (4).  相似文献

目的 研究华东唐松草Thalictrum fortunei化学成分.方法 利用各种柱色谱方法对华东唐松草乙醇提取物的正丁醇部位进行分析,用UV、IR、MS、1D-和2D-NMR等光谱技术鉴定化合物结构.结果 分离鉴定了2个新化合物,分别为华东唐松草苷I[thaliforoside I,(22S,24Z)-cycloart-24-en-3β,22,26-triol 26-O-β-D-glucopyr-anoside,I]和华东唐松草苷J[thaliforoside J,3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(22S,24Z)-cy-cloart-24-en-3β,22,26-triol 26-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,Ⅱ].结论 化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ均为新化合物,命名为华东唐松草苷I和华东唐松草苷J.  相似文献

Two new naphthalene derivatives, named patientosides A (1) and B (2), were isolated from the roots of Rumex patientia. The structures of the new compounds were established as 2-acetyl-4-chloro-1,8-dihydroxy-3-methylnaphthalene-8-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1) and 2,4-dichloro-1,8-dihydroxy-3-methylnaphthalene-8-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2) by means of spectroscopic methods.  相似文献

目的从黑乳海参中分离活性皂苷类成分。方法从黑乳海参体内得到的总皂苷溶于吡啶-二氧六环(1∶1)的混合液中,120℃加热2.5 h,应用多种色谱技术对回流产物进行分离纯化,分离得到2个三萜皂苷类化合物。结果应用现代光谱技术(尤其是2D-NM R和ES I-M S技术)和化学方法鉴定其结构:3-O-〔3-O-甲基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→3)-β-D-吡喃奎诺糖(1→4)-β-D-吡喃奎诺糖(1→2)-β-D-吡喃木糖〕-海参烷-9-烯-3,β12,α17,α25β-四醇(Ⅰ),命名为黑乳海参皂苷1a;3-O-〔3-O-甲基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→3)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→4)-β-D-吡喃奎诺糖(1→2)-β-D-吡喃木糖〕-海参烷-22,25-环氧-9-烯-3,β12,α17α-三醇(Ⅱ),命名为黑乳海参皂苷2a。结论2个化合物均为新化合物。  相似文献

目的从花刺参Stichopus variegatus中分离活性皂苷类成分。方法将花刺参体内得到的总皂苷溶于吡啶-2-二氧六环(1︰1)的混合液中,130℃加热2.5 h,应用多种色谱技术对回流产物进行分离纯化,得到2个三萜皂苷类化合物。结果应用现代光谱技术(2D-NMR和ESI-MS)和化学方法鉴定其结构,分别为3-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖(1→2)-4′-O-磺酸钠-β-D-吡喃木糖]-海参烷-9-烯-3β,12α,17α,25β-四醇,命名为花刺参苷A(variegatuside A,1);3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖-16β-乙酰氧基-海参烷-9-烯-22,25-环氧-3β,12α,17α-三醇,命名为花刺参苷B(variegatuside B,2)。结论化合物1和2均为新化合物。  相似文献

Two new stilbene glycosides, 5-O-methyl-(E)-resveratrol 3-O-beta-d-glucopyranoside (1) and 5-O-methyl-(E)-resveratrol 3-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-d-glucopyranoside (2), were isolated from the leaves of Acer mono, along with seven known compounds. Among these compounds, 1, 2, and quercetin (3) showed significant hepatoprotective activities against H(2)O(2)-induced toxicity in primary cultures of rat hepatocytes.  相似文献

Six new triterpene saponins, 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl-21-epi-kudzusapogenol A (1), 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl-21-epi-kudzusapogenol A (2), 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl-22-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-21-epi-kudzusapogenol A (3), 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl-22-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-21-epi-kudzusapogenol A (4), 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl-22-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-21-epi-kudzusapogenol A (5), and 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl-22-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-21-epi-kudzusapogenol A (6), were isolated from the roots of Astragalus flavescens, together with the known trajanoside B, azukisaponin V, and astragalosides IV, VII, and VIII. 目的 研究芦根(芦苇Phragmites communis的根茎)的化学成分。方法 选用D101大孔吸附树脂、正相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶、ODS及反相HPLC等多种柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,并运用核磁共振波谱技术对化合物进行结构鉴定。通过电子圆二色谱(electrostatic circular dichroism,ECD)确定化合物的绝对构型。结果 从芦根中分离得到了2个苯丙素苷类化合物,分别鉴定为 (2''R)-3''-(β-D-葡萄糖基)-2''-羟基-1''-(4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯基)-1''-丙酮(1)、(2''S)-3''-(β-D-葡萄糖基)-2''-羟基-1''-(4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯基)-1''-丙酮(2)。结论 化合物12均为新化合物,分别命名为芦根苷A和芦根苷B。  相似文献

目的对茅苍术Atractylodeslancea根茎的化学成分进行分离和鉴定,并评价所得化合物对脂多糖(LPS)诱导小胶质细胞BV2分泌NO的抑制作用。方法茅苍术根茎的80%乙醇提取物经萃取后,得正定醇亚部位;再依次经大孔吸附树脂柱、凝胶柱以及制备型高效液相色谱柱进行系统分离;采用HRESIMS、NMR、ECD等技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果从茅苍术根茎正丁醇亚部位中分离并鉴定了10个化合物,分别鉴定为(2E,8R)-癸烯-4,6-二炔-1,8-二醇-1-O-β-D-呋喃芹糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、(8S)-癸烷-4,6-二炔-1,8-二醇-8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、(2E,8R)-癸烯-4,6-二炔-1,8-二醇-8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、(2E,8S)-癸烯-4,6-二炔-1,8-二醇-8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、(2E,8E)-2,8-癸二烯-4,6-二炔-1,10-二醇-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、(7R,8S)-3′,9,9′-三羟基-3-甲氧基-1′-丙醇基-7,8-苯并二氢呋喃木脂素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、(7′R*,8S*,8′S*)-南烛木树脂酚9′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、(7S,8R)-4,9,9′-三羟基-3′-甲氧基-8-O-4′-新木脂素7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、水杨酸甲酯2-O-α-L-吡喃木糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、苯乙醇7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)。结论化合物1和2为2个新的C10骨架类型的多烯炔苷,分别命名为苍术烯炔苷A和苍术烯炔苷B;化合物6、8~10为首次从从茅苍术中分离得到;在10μmol/L浓度下,化合物10对小胶质细胞分泌NO的抑制率最高,为31.18%;而1及2和4的混合物对小胶质细胞分泌NO的抑制率分别为22.01%和14.09%,仅具有较弱的体外抗炎活性。  相似文献

Two new trisulfated triterpene glycosides, liouvillosides A (1) and B (2), have been isolated from the Antarctic sea cucumber Staurocucumis liouvillei. Their structures have been elucidated by spectroscopic analysis (NMR and FABMS) and chemical transformations. Liouvillosides A (1) and B (2) are two new examples of a small number of trisulfated triterpene glycosides from sea cucumbers belonging to the family Cucumariidae. Both glycosides were found to be virucidal against herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) at concentrations below 10 microg/mL.  相似文献

Four new iridoid glycosides were isolated from a 90% MeOH extract of Scrophularia buergeriana roots and characterized as 8-O-E-p-methoxycinnamoylharpagide (1), 8-O-Z-p-methoxycinnamoylharpagide (2), 6'-O-E-p-methoxycinnamoylharpagide (3), and 6'-O-Z-p-methoxycinnamoylharpagide (4), respectively. In addition, three known iridoids were identified as E-harpagoside (5), Z-harpagoside (6), and harpagide (7). Compounds 1-7 significantly attenuated glutamate-induced neurotoxicity when added to primary cultures of rat cortical cells at concentrations ranging from 100 nM to 10 microM. The results obtained indicate that the iridoid glycosides isolated from S. buergeriana have significant protective effects against glutamate-induced neurodegeneration in primary cultures of rat cortical neurons.  相似文献

Phytochemical examination of Ornithogalum caudatum led to the isolation of three new homoisoflavanone glycosides. Dendroside A (1) and dendronobilosides A and B (2 and 3), three new sesquiterpene glycosides, have been isolated from the stems of Dendrobium nobile, a plant used in Chinese traditional medicine. Their structures and stereochemistry were determined as 10beta,12,14-trihydroxyalloaromadendrane 14-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), 10,12-dihydroxypicrotoxane 10,12-di-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), and 6alpha,10,12-trihydroxypicrotoxane 10-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), respectively, on the basis of spectroscopic and chemical methods. Quantum chemistry calculations were used in support of the structural determination of 1. Compounds 1 and 2 were found to stimulate the proliferation of murine T and B lymphocytes in vitro, while compound 3 showed inhibitory activity in this same assay.  相似文献

Eight new and 13 known triterpene glycosides, along with the known compounds glyceryl-1-palmitate and daucosterol-6'-linoleate were isolated from the roots/rhizomes of Cimicifuga racemosa. The new compounds, designated as cimiracemosides I-P (1, 3-9), were determined by spectral analysis to be 7-dehydro-23-epi-12,26-dideoxyacteol-3-O-beta-D-xylopyranoside (1), 12-O-acetyl-25-anhydrocimigenol-3-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside (3), 12-O-acetyl-25-anhydrocimigenol-3-O-beta-D-xylopyranoside (4), 4',23-O-diacetylshengmanol-3-O-beta-D-xylopyranoside (5), 4',23-O-diacetylshengmanol-3-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside (6), 23-epi-acetylacteol-3-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside (7), 4'-O-acetyl-26-deoxyactein (8), and 16beta:23;24:25-diepoxy-12beta-O-acetyl-3beta-hydroxy-9,19-cyclolanost-23,26-olide-O- beta-D-xylopyranoside (9).  相似文献

From the water-soluble constituents of the root bark of Dictamnus dasycarpus, six new eudesmane-type sesquiterpene glycosides, dictamnosides H-M (1-6), and a new trinorguaiane-type sesquiterpene glycoside, dictamnoside N (7), together with four known sesquiterpene glycosides, dictamnosides A (8), B (9), D (10), and G (11), were isolated. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses and chemical evidence. In vitro tests for immunological activity showed dictamnoside A (8) to possess remarkable activity in stimulating the proliferation of T-cells.  相似文献
