1987-1989年采用生理盐水涂片法和碘液染色法抽查了广西20个县、100个点共51883人肠道原虫感染者。共查见肠道原虫11种。各种原虫感染率分别为:溶组织内阿米巴1.5%、结肠内阿米巴3.2%、微小内蜒阿米巴1.2%、哈氏内阿米巴0.2%、布氏嗜碘阿米巴0.2%、脆弱双核阿米巴0.002%、贾第虫3.2%、结肠小袋纤毛虫0.04%、人毛滴虫0.2%、肠内滴虫0.01%和中华内滴虫0.01%。男、女人群原虫感染率分别为8.5%和9.1%。0-、5-、10-、15-、20-、30-、40-、50-、60-、70-和80岁以上各年龄组的原虫感染率依次为7.6%、10.6%、9.4%、9.3%、8.8%、8.9%、8.4%、7.6%、7.1%、8.9%和5.2%。结果表明,5-9岁组儿童的原虫感染率最高,应引起各部门的重视。本区致病原虫的传播与饮用不同水源有关。  相似文献

在豫南山地丘陵片区潢川、淮滨、罗山和桐柏4个县进行人群肠道寄生虫分布调查。共检查8882人,查见肠道寄生虫感染者6065例,其感染率为68.3%。共查见寄生虫19种,其中原虫7种、线虫7种、吸虫3种和绦虫2种。各种寄生虫感染率分别为溶组织内阿米巴1%、结肠内阿米巴2.7%、哈氏内阿米巴5.2%、微小内蜒阿米巴7.2%、布氏嗜碘阿米巴0.5%、贾第虫4.3%、人芽囊原虫1.4%、蛔虫34.5%、鞭虫31.6%、钩虫28.6%、蛲虫4.8%、美洲钩虫1.7%、十二指肠钩虫18.5%、粪类圆线虫0.07%、结节线虫0.01%、华支睾吸虫0.4%、姜片虫0.01%、肝片吸虫0.01%、带绦虫0.02%和微小膜壳绦虫0.4%。  相似文献

本文报告内蒙古自治区30713人的肠道原虫调查结果。查见原虫感染者1301例,感染率为4.2%。共查见原虫6种,其感染率分别为溶组织内阿米巴1.8%、结肠内阿米巴1.7%、布氏嗜碘阿米巴0.2%、贾第虫0.2%、微小内蜒阿米巴0.2%、哈氏内阿米巴0.04%。人群原虫感染率在15%以上者有黄旗和乌海市海南区两地区,在10%以上的有白旗、商者县和准格尔旗3个地区。敖汉旗的为6.1%,其他的均在3%以下。属本区首次报道的有布氏嗜碘阿米巴。这为全区肠道原虫防治工作提供了可靠依据。  相似文献

1987-1990年,天津市按照全国人体寄生虫分布调查实施细则的方法,对市辖5个县进行了抽样调查,共查见寄生虫13种,其中原虫6种,蠕虫7种。总感染率为38.6%。各种寄生虫感染分别为:蛔虫28.3%、鞭虫6.9%、蛲虫15.3%、钩虫0.4%、华支睾吸虫0.2%、溶组织内阿米巴1.7%、结肠内阿米巴2.3%、哈氏内阿米巴0.2%、微小内蜒阿米巴0.9%、布氏嗜碘阿米巴0.3%和贾第虫1.7%。除蛔虫感染率女性高于男性(χ2=10.85,P<0.001)、贾第虫男性高于女性(χ2=6.04,P<0.01)外,其他虫种性别间的差别无显著意义。  相似文献

本文报告了浙江省28个县、106个点55291人的肠道原虫调查结果。共查见肠道原虫11种,分别为:溶组织内阿米巴,哈氏内阿米巴,结肠内阿米巴,微小内蜒阿米巴,布氏嗜碘阿米巴,贾第虫,人芽囊原虫,肠内滴虫,迈氏唇鞭毛虫,结肠小袋纤毛虫,等孢球虫,其感染率分别为:1.5%,4.1%,2.9%,5.9%,0.5%,3.8%,0.8%,0.07%,0.007%,0.007%和0.004%。本文着重对溶组织内阿米巴、贾第虫、人芽囊原虫的人群分布、职业分布和地区分布作了描述。贾第虫感染主要集中在15岁以下儿童,其感染率达6.8%。经济水平高的地区感染率显著低于经济收入低的地区。  相似文献

本文报道宁夏抽查42个点,18岁以内儿童青少年人体寄生虫感染情况共检查9460人,其寄生虫总感染率为53.1%,共查见寄生虫20种。人群各种寄生虫感染率分别为:蛔虫30.6%、蛲虫18.3%、鞭虫0.4%、钩虫0.3%、粪类圆线虫0.05%、带绦虫0.01%、微小膜壳绦虫0.01%、缩小膜壳绦虫0.02%、旋毛虫1.9%、棘球蚴9.0%、溶组织内阿米巴0.06%、哈氏内阿米巴0.3%、布氏嗜碘阿米巴0.5%、微小内蜒阿米巴0.7%、人芽囊原虫0.06%和结肠小袋纤毛虫0.02%。1人同时感染2、3和4种寄生虫者依次有638例、57例和3例。以蛔虫、贾第虫为例进行统计学分析,城镇与农村的儿童青少年感染率间差别有非常显著意义(χ2蛔虫=108.6908,χ2贾第虫=20.8746,其P值均<0.01)。  相似文献

根据卫生部1986年《关于全国人体寄生虫分布调查的通知》要求,于1988-1991年,按全国人体寄生虫分布调查实施细则方法,对黑龙江省6个片区26个县(市)101个调查点52131人进行了人体寄生虫分布调查。共查见人体寄生虫17种,其中原虫10种,蠕虫7种。寄生虫总感染率为17.5%。各种寄生虫的感染率分别为溶组织内阿米巴0.2%、结肠内阿米巴1%、哈氏内阿米巴0.02%、微小内蜒阿米巴0.4%、布氏嗜碘阿米巴0.07%、贾第虫0.3%、结肠小袋纤毛虫0.01%、人芽囊原虫0.2%、人毛滴虫1例、等孢球虫2例、蛔虫10.3%、鞭虫0.6%、粪类圆线虫0.02%、华支睾吸虫1.2%、猪带绦虫0.1%、微小膜壳绦虫0.03%和15岁以下儿童蛲虫感染率的16%。男、女感染率分别为17.6%与17.4%,两者间差别无显著意义(χ2=1.0891,P>0.05)。蛔虫、蛲虫以学龄前儿童和中、小学生感染率最高,分别为24.9%和22.3%。华支睾吸虫以渔民的感染率为最高,为2.9%。经济收入的高低与人体寄生虫感染有关。通过本次调查,为我省制定防治规划、开展寄生虫病防治工作提供了重要的科学依据。  相似文献

湟源县为我省海东地区管辖的农业县之一,是青海省农、牧区之间的过渡地段。该县属高原大陆性气候,日照强,多风干燥,地势复杂,是青藏公路沿线的重镇。按全国人体寄生虫分布调查实施细则的要求,确定日月,大华两乡各1个调查点。共检查1039人,查见寄生虫感染者429例,人群的寄生虫总感染率为41.3%。日月点和大华点人群寄生虫感染率(感染者)分别为45.4%(235/518)和37.0%(193/521)。共查见寄生虫9种,各种寄生虫感染率分别为:蛔虫29%(301例),蛲虫(12岁以下儿童)38.7%(91例),结肠内阿米巴8.1%(84例),微小内蜒阿米巴4.3%(45例),布氏嗜碘阿米巴2.2%(23例),哈氏内阿米巴0.9%(9例),溶组织内阿米巴0.5%(5例),贾第虫1.7%(18例),人芽囊原虫1.4%(14例)。两个点的调查结果表明,在不同性别、年龄和职业寄生虫感染率间的差别,均具有显著意义(其χ2值依次为8.3876、28.6028和32.48,其P值均<0.05)。  相似文献

本文阐述河南豫西北山区10个县、市42个点,21812人的寄生虫感染情况。共查见寄生虫感染者12353例,其感染率为56.6%。查见寄生虫21种,其中线虫7种,吸虫3种,绦虫3种和原虫8种。各种寄生虫的感染率分别为蛔虫40.1%、鞭虫4.3%、钩虫6.9%、蛲虫31.7%、粪类圆线虫0.02%、带绦虫0.03%、微小膜壳绦虫0.06%、缩小膜壳绦虫0.06%、华支睾吸虫0.08%、溶组织内阿米巴2.3%、微小内蜒阿米巴5.0%、布氏嗜碘阿米巴1.0%、哈氏内阿米巴2.3%、贾第虫6.2%、人芽囊原虫2.6%、迈氏唇鞭毛虫0.02%、肝片吸虫仅在郾师查见。旋毛虫1.4%、斯氏狸殖吸虫2.5%和猪囊尾蚴1.3%。男、女人群的寄生虫感染率分别为54.1%和59.1%。  相似文献

本文报告1988年5月至1990年10月,按全国人体寄生虫分布调查实施细则方法对本区13个县30个调查点进行人群寄生虫分布调查。实检率为71.7%(10315/14379)。人群寄生虫总感染率为51.6%(5325/10315),共查见寄生虫24种,其中包括原虫10种、线虫9种和绦虫5种。各种寄生虫感染率分别为:溶组织内阿米巴8.1%、结肠内阿米巴13.3%、哈氏内阿米巴1.5%、微小内蜒阿米巴3.3%、布氏嗜碘阿米巴8.5%、贾第虫8.2%、人毛滴虫0.02%、结肠小袋纤毛虫0.01%、人芽囊原虫0.3%、肉孢子虫12.6%、蛔虫6.0%、鞭虫2.3%、钩虫0.3%、粪类圆线虫0.01%、毛圆线虫0.04%、蛲虫11.5%、小杆属线虫0.03%、旋毛虫26.8%、带绦虫8.5%、缩小膜壳绦虫0.1%、微小膜壳绦虫1.5%、棘球蚴34.9%和裂头蚴21.4%。其中,小杆属线虫和毛圆线虫、哈氏内阿米巴,人毛滴虫、人芽囊原虫为我区首次报道。作者认为寄生虫感染率的高低与当地地理类型、经济、文化及生活习惯有关。  相似文献

A survey of gastrointestinal parasites in Ogun State, southwest Nigeria   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
To study the epidemiology of intestinal parasites in Ogun State, Nigeria, 479 stool specimens were examined at a hospital in Abeokuta during the rainy season in June 1986. Intestinal helminths and/or protozoa were present in 297 samples (62%). 41.1% of the specimens showed a single infection, 34% showed double, 20% triple and 5% quadruple infection. The most commonly found worm was Ascaris lumbricoides (in 40% of specimens), followed by Trichuris trichiura (23.2%), hookworms (19.2%), Strongyloides stercoralis (2.1%) and Dicrocoelium sp. (0.4%). Pathogenic protozoa found were Entamoeba histolytica (7%), Giardia intestinalis (4.2%), Blastocystis hominis (2.5%) and Cryptosporidum sp. (2.3%). The apathogenic protozoa Entamoeba coli, Chilomastix mesnili, Trichomonas hominis and Iodamoeba buetschlii were also seen.  相似文献

Fresh stool examination was performed from 2,230 participants who enrolled in annual check-up programs of the Faculty of Medical Technology, Mahidol University in 1999-2000 and 2004. In this study, Blastocystis hominis infection was diagnosed by culturing in Jones' media. A total of 21% of fecal specimens (in 1999-2000) and 13.7% (in 2004) were positive for B. hominis. The vacuolated form was the predominant form found in culture solution after 48 hours of incubation. The distribution of infection was highest between the ages of 21-30 years (p<0.05). There was no significant difference in infection between male and female groups. Other parasites, eg Giardia lamblia, Entamoeba histolytica, Entamoeba coli, Endolimax nana, Trichomonas hominis, Strongyloides stercoralis, Opisthorchis viverrini and Taenia species, were also found by fresh stool examination.  相似文献

Between March and October 1987, the prevalence of infection by Blastocystis hominis and other intestinal protozoan, their relationship with the age and sex of the hosts, and the percentage of infected persons in family groups were determined in riverside communities of Valdivia River Basin, Chile. One or more intestinal protozoan species were determined in 72.5% of the examined persons. The prevalence was greater for B. hominis (61.8%). The prevalences of B. hominis, Endolimax nana and Entamoeba coli were greater in relation to the age of the host. The sex of the host and prevalence of infections by B. hominis and other species of intestinal protozoans did not show association. Prevalence of B. hominis was greater in persons from houses with no sanitary faeces disposal. Over 60% of the members of family groups showed infection by B. hominis in 53.1% of the groups compared to 2.4%-21.8% of infections by other protozoan species. Faecal samples of 45 pigs revealed 22.2% of infection by Blastocystis.  相似文献

按全国人体寄生虫分布调查实施细则的要求,于1989年对该市4个调查点的2085人进行了人体寄生虫感染情况的调查,其总感染率为47.2%。查见11种虫种,其中蠕虫3种,原虫8种,各种寄生虫感染率分别为蛔虫40.7%,蛲虫(12岁以下儿童)13%,鞭虫1.8%,溶组织内阿米巴0.05%,结肠内阿米巴1.7%,布氏嗜碘阿米巴0.2%,微小内蜒阿米巴5.4%,哈氏内阿米巴0.1%,贾第虫4.2%,人芽囊原虫0.6%,人毛滴虫0.05%。男、女人群寄生虫感染率分别为45.8%和48.5%(χ2=1.5239,P>0.05)。感染1、2、3、4和5种寄生虫者分别占76.8%、19.8%、2.5%、0.7%和0.1%。5-19岁年龄组感染率最高,尤以学生感染为重(χ2=84.4763,P<0.005)。该调查表明,应开展肠道寄生虫病的防治工作,特别应加强对儿童和青少年的宣传教育,提高其自我保健意识,以预防感染寄生虫。  相似文献

Two hundred and eighteen residents (131 healthy and 87 mentally or physically retarded) of a children's nursery, a foster house and a rehabilitation centre for the handicapped in Abha, southwestern Saudi Arabia, were examined for intestinal parasitism. About 30% of the population of the three communities were found to harbour asymptomatic infections with either Giardia lamblia and/or Entamoeba spp. Giardia cysts were identified in 19.3% of those examined. Entamoeba histolytica was found in 18.4% of the residents of the rehabilitation centre only. Entamoeba coli infections were found in residents of both the foster house and rehabilitation centre (6.0 and 25.3% respectively). The prevalence of infection with the three parasites was significantly higher in the rehabilitation centre than in the children's nursery and foster house.  相似文献

本文报告甘肃省19个县57个村28587名居民肠道寄生虫感染情况的调查结果。共查见原虫9种,线虫5种、吸虫5种。其中属我省常见的寄生虫有6种,其感染率为:蛔虫36%、 蛲虫12.2%、鞭虫2%、结肠内河来巴3.9%、溶组织内阿米巴1.8%、贾第虫1.1%。较少见的5种有钩虫、并殖吸虫、微小内蜒阿米巴、布氏嗜碘阿米巴和结肠小袋纤毛虫。属我省首次查见的虫种有:粪类圆线虫、华支睾吸虫、肝片形吸虫、姜片虫、支双腔吸虫、哈氏内阿米巴、人毛滴虫、人酵母菌。  相似文献
