Introduction

The purpose of this study was to study the root canal morphology of South Asian Indian mandibular premolars using a tooth clearing technique.

Methods

Two hundred mandibular premolar teeth were collected from different dental schools and clinics in India. After pulp tissue removal and root canal staining with Indian ink, the specimens were decalcified with 5% nitric acid, dehydrated in ethyl alcohol, and subsequently cleared in methyl salicylate.

Results

Of the 200 mandibular premolars, 100 were first premolars and 100 were second premolars. Of the first premolars, 94% had a single root, whereas 6% were 2 rooted. Seventy-six percent had a single canal, 22% had 2 canals, and 2% had 3 canals. Eighty-two percent had a single apical foramen, 16% had 2 foramens, and 2% teeth had 3 apical foramens. Eighty percent of teeth had type I, 6% had type II, 10% had type IV, 2% had type V, and 2% teeth had type IX root canal anatomy. Of the 100 second premolars, 92% had a single root, whereas 8% teeth were 2 rooted and fused. Fifty-eight percent of teeth had a single canal, and 42% had two canals. Eighty-eight percent had a single apical foramen, and 12% had 2 foramens. Sixty-six percent had type I, 30% had type II, and 4% had type V root canal anatomy.

Conclusions

A high prevalence of 2 canals was noted in the first and second premolars. Also, 20% of first premolars and 34% of second premolars had a root canal anatomy other than type I.  相似文献

Introduction

The primary aim of this study was to compare the precision of root canal length determination on cone-beam computed tomographic (CBCT) scans and periapical radiographs (PAs) with the actual root canal length. The secondary aim was to examine the influence of tooth type on root canal length measurements as assessed on CBCT scans and PAs.

Methods

In total, 40 root canals of 33 teeth (molars, premolars, canines, and incisors) out of 5 dentate maxillas of human cadavers were included. Root canal length measurement was performed by a consensus panel (2 examiners) on CBCT scans (3D Accuitomo 170; J Morita, Kyoto, Japan) and digital PAs. After straight-line access opening, a #15 file was fixated in every root canal at the length measured on CBCT scans. All teeth were extracted, and the root canal containing the file was uncovered. Measurements made on images taken with a digital camera (AxioCam; Carl Zeiss, Sliedrecht, The Netherlands) linked to a stereozoom microscope (Stemi SV6, Carl Zeiss) were used as the actual root canal length.

Results

When all roots were examined together, it was not clear which method is better for all types of teeth. For root canals of anterior teeth, there was no significant difference between the 2 methods. For root canals of posterior teeth, CBCT images gave results significantly closer to the actual root canal length in comparison with PAs (t value = −1.96; critical value is 1.74 with a significance level of 0.05).

Conclusions

Root canal length measurements of posterior maxillary teeth were more accurate when assessed by CBCT images than PAs.  相似文献

Introduction

Root fusion is an anatomic variation in maxillary second molars (MSMs); however, the nature of this canal morphology as it relates to its root anatomy has not been fully clarified. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between features of fused roots and root canal anatomy in MSMs using micro–computed tomographic imaging.

Methods

One hundred eighty-seven extracted MSMs were scanned with the μCT50 (Scanco Medical, Bassersdorf, Switzerland), and their root and canal morphology was classified and analyzed using the classifications proposed by Yang and Vertucci. The number and position of canals that merged were recorded and compared among different root fusion types.

Results

One hundred eight (57.75%) MSMs had 3 separate roots, and 79 (42.25%) had fused roots. Of the 79 fused roots, 22 showed partial canal merging, and 6 had complete canal merging. Canal merging was found with teeth with 3-root fusion more often than in those with 2-root fusion (P < .05). Of 28 merged canals, 16 occurred between mesiobuccal and distobuccal canals and 9 among mesiobuccal, distobuccal, and palatal canals.

Conclusions

MSMs with fused roots may present a complicated root canal system as a result of canal merging.  相似文献

Introduction

This study aimed to evaluate the frequency of dentinal microcracks observed after root canal preparation with 2 reciprocating and a conventional full-sequence rotary system using micro–computed tomographic analysis.

Methods

Thirty mesial roots of mandibular molars presenting a type II Vertucci canal configuration were scanned at an isotropic resolution of 14.16 μm. The sample was randomly assigned to 3 experimental groups (n = 10) according to the system used for the root canal preparation: group A—Reciproc (VDW, Munich, Germany), group B—WaveOne (Dentsply Maillefer, Baillagues, Switzerland), and group C—BioRaCe (FKG Dentaire, La-Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland). Second and third scans were taken after the root canals were prepared with instruments sizes 25 and 40, respectively. Then, pre- and postoperative cross-section images of the roots (N = 65,340) were screened to identify the presence of dentinal defects.

Results

Dentinal microcracks were observed in 8.72% (n = 5697), 11.01% (n = 7197), and 7.91% (n = 5169) of the cross-sections from groups A (Reciproc), B (WaveOne), and C (BioRaCe), respectively. All dentinal defects identified in the postoperative cross-sections were also observed in the corresponding preoperative images.

Conclusions

No causal relationship between dentinal microcrack formation and canal preparation procedures with Reciproc, WaveOne, and BioRaCe systems was observed.  相似文献

Introduction

This study aimed to describe the anatomy of mandibular premolars with type IX canal configuration by using micro–computed tomography.

Methods

Mandibular premolars with radicular grooves (n = 105) were scanned, and 16 teeth with type IX configuration were selected. Number and location of canals, distances between anatomic landmarks, occurrence of apical delta, root canal fusion, and furcation canals, as well as 2-dimensional (area, perimeter, roundness, major and minor diameters) and 3-dimensional (volume, surface area, and structure model index) analysis were performed. Data were statistically compared by using analysis of variance and Kruskal-Wallis tests (α = 0.05).

Results

Overall, specimens had 1 root with a main canal that divided into mesiobuccal, distobuccal, and lingual canals at the furcation level. Mean length of the teeth was 22.9 ± 2.06 mm, and the configuration of the pulp chamber was mostly triangle-shaped. Mean distances from the furcation to the apex and cementoenamel junction were 9.14 ± 2.07 and 5.59 ± 2.19 mm, respectively. Apical delta, root canal fusion, and furcation canals were present in 4, 5, and 10 specimens, respectively. No statistical differences were found in the 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional analyses between root canals (P > .05).

Conclusions

Type IX configuration of the root canal system was found in 16 of 105 mandibular premolars with radicular grooves. Most of the specimens had a triangle-shaped pulp chamber. Within this anatomic configuration, complexities of the root canal systems such as the presence of furcation canals, fusion of canals, oval-shaped canals in the apical third, small orifices at the pulp chamber level, and apical delta were also observed.  相似文献

Introduction

The complexity of the root canal system of maxillary molars presents a constant challenge in the diagnosis and treatment of these teeth. This case report describes the importance of a surgical operating microscope and cone-beam computed tomographic (CBCT) imaging.

Methods

Root canal treatment of a left maxillary first molar with 3 roots and 7 canals was successfully performed. Seven canals were identified with the help of a surgical operating microscope and CBCT imaging. CBCT images also confirmed the 3 roots and 7 canals in the right maxillary first molar.

Results

CBCT images confirmed a type IV canal pattern in the distal and palatal root, whereas the mesial root had a type VIII canal pattern.

Conclusions

The use of a surgical operating microscope and CBCT imaging helps the clinician to diagnose unusual anatomy of a tooth and facilitate successful endodontic treatment.  相似文献

Introduction

Conservative endodontic cavity (CEC) may improve fracture resistance of teeth but compromise the instrumentation of canals. This study assessed the impacts of CEC on both variables in 3 tooth types.

Methods

Extracted human intact maxillary incisors, mandibular premolars, and molars (n = 20/type) were imaged with micro–computed tomographic imaging (20-μm resolution) and assigned to CEC or traditional endodontic cavity (TEC) groups (n = 10/group/type). Minimal CECs were plotted on scanned images. Canals were prepared with WaveOne instruments (Dentsply Maillefer, Ballaigues, Switzerland) using 1.25% sodium hypochlorite and post-treatment micro–computed tomographic images obtained. The proportion of the untouched canal wall (UCW) and the dentin volume removed (DVR) for each tooth type was analyzed with the independent-samples t test. The 60 instrumented and 30 intact teeth (negative control, n = 10/type) were loaded to fracture in the Instron Universal Testing machine (Instron, Canton, MA) (1 mm/min), and the data were analyzed with 1-way analysis of variance and the Tukey test.

Results

The mean proportion of UCW was significantly higher (P < .04) only in the distal canals of molars with CEC (57.2% ± 21.7%) compared with TEC (36.7% ± 17.2%). The mean DVR was significantly smaller (P < .003) for CEC than for TEC in incisors (16.09 ± 4.66 vs 23.24 ± 3.38 mm3), premolars (8.24 ± 1.64 vs 14.59 ± 4.85 mm3), and molars (33.37 ± 67.71 mm3). The mean load at fracture for CEC was significantly higher (P < .05) than for TEC in premolars (586.8 ± 116.9 vs 328.4 ± 56.7 N) and molars (1586.9 ± 196.8 vs 641.7 ± 62.0 N). In both tooth types, CEC did not differ significantly from the negative controls.

Conclusions

Although CEC was associated with the risk of compromised canal instrumentation only in the molar distal canals, it conserved coronal dentin in the 3 tooth types and conveyed a benefit of increased fracture resistance in mandibular molars and premolars.  相似文献

Introduction

The aim of this study was to analyze and characterize root canal morphology of maxillary molars of the Brazilian population using cone-beam computed tomographic (CBCT) imaging.

Methods

Patients referred for a CBCT radiographic examination for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning were enrolled in the study. A total of 620 healthy, untreated, fully developed maxillary first and second molars were included (314 first molars and 306 second molars). The following observations were recorded: (1) number of roots and their morphology, (2) number of canals per root, (3) fused roots, and (4) primary variations in the morphology of the root canal systems.

Results

First and second molars showed a higher prevalence of 3 separate roots, mesiobuccal, distobuccal, and palatal, with 1 canal in each root (52.87% and 45.09%, respectively). Two canals in the mesiobuccal roots represented 42.63% of teeth, whereas mesiobuccal roots of second molars presented 2 canals in 34.32%. The most common anatomic variation in the maxillary first molar was related to the root canal configuration of the mesiobuccal root, whereas the root canal system of the maxillary second molar teeth showed more anatomic variables.

Conclusions

Mesiobuccal roots of maxillary molar teeth had more variation in their canal system than the distobuccal or palatal roots. The root canal configuration of the maxillary second molars was more variable than the first molars in a Brazilian population. CBCT imaging is a clinically useful tool for endodontic diagnosis and treatment planning.  相似文献

Introduction

The aim of the present study was to use cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) to analyze root canal anatomy and symmetry of maxillary and mandibular first and second molar teeth of a white population.

Methods

A total of 201 patients who required CBCT examinations as part of their dental diagnosis and treatment were enrolled in the present study. Overall, 596 healthy, untreated, well-developed maxillary and mandibular molar teeth (161 maxillary first molars, 157 maxillary second molars, 117 mandibular first molars, and 161 mandibular second molars) were examined by CBCT to establish the symmetry in root and canal anatomy between right and left sides in the same patient by evaluating the number of roots and root canals and the root canal configuration.

Results

Three separate roots with 3 separate canals was the normal anatomy of maxillary first and second molars. Most mandibular first and second molars had 2 separate roots, and the majority had 3 canals. In the present study, first molars, both maxillary and mandibular, exhibited greater asymmetry than the second molars. Maxillary first molars were found to be symmetrical in 71.1% of patients, whereas maxillary second molars were symmetrical in 79.6%. The remaining 28.9% and 20.4% of patients, respectively, showed asymmetry. Around 30% of the mandibular first molars and 20% of the mandibular second molars showed asymmetry.

Conclusions

The results of the present study reported a percentage of symmetry that varied from 70%–81%. These variations in symmetry should be taken in high consideration when treating 2 opposite molars in the same patient, because their anatomy may be different in up to 30% of the cases.  相似文献

Introduction

The distance between a coronal reference point and the major apical foramen is important for working length determination. The aim of this in vitro study was to determine the accuracy of root canal length measurements performed with cone-beam computed tomographic (CBCT) scans using a gold standard.

Methods

A total of 162 teeth (198 root canals) in 16 dry human dentulous mandibles were scanned using a 3DX-Accuitomo CBCT scanner (Morita 3DX; J Morita Mfg Corp, Kyoto, Japan). The root canal length was measured with CBCT data. All teeth were extracted atraumatically and endodontically accessed; the root canal length was measured blindly using a #10 K-file (Dentsply Maillefer, Ballaigues, Switzerland) and served as the gold standard.

Results

The mean absolute difference of the CBCT-based root canal length from the gold standard was 0.46 mm (95% confidence interval, 0.41–0.50 mm). Only in 9 of 198 (4.5%) roots did the difference between the CBCT-based root canal length and the gold standard exceed 1 mm.

Conclusions

CBCT-based root canal length measurements are accurate and reliable when compared with a gold standard.  相似文献

Objective

To investigate the relation between the radicular groove (RG) and the internal root canal morphology in mandibular first premolars by using micro-computed tomography.

Methods

A total of 249 extracted mandibular first premolars were collected from a native Chinese population. After scoring the RGs according to the Arizona State University dental anthropology scoring system (ASUDAS), 148 teeth were selected and scanned by using micro-computed tomography. The root canal systems were examined two- and three-dimensionally under the software Mimics 10.01. The depth and angle of the RGs at different levels were measured.

Results

The presence of Tomes’ root trait (ASU = 3–5) was identified in 47/249 of the sample teeth (18.9%). The mean depths of the shallow (ASU = 1), moderately deep (ASU = 2) and deep grooves (ASU = 3) were 0.18, 0.36 and 1.24 mm, and the mean angles were 28.8°, 47.5° and 101.7°, respectively. The incidences of complicated root canal systems were 15.5% (ASU = 0), 18.7% (ASU = 1), 37.0% (ASU = 2) and 90.0% (ASU = 3). In nine scanned specimens, accessory canals were found communicating between the main canal and the RG. Invagination canals were observed in four specimens, and C-shaped canals were found in 29 specimens (19.6%).

Conclusions

The complexity of root canal systems in mandibular first premolars is determined by the severity of RGs, which can be scored by the ASUDAS. Detecting the incidence of various root canal forms corresponding to each ASUDAS score is useful for calculating the standardized rates from published data of dental anthropology. Understanding the anatomic features of the RG and the internal root canal system is essential for successful dental treatment.  相似文献

IntroductionThe purpose of this study was to investigate the canal morphology of 504 maxillary permanent teeth of subjects of Han nationality in Chinese Guanzhong area.MethodsMaxillary permanent teeth were randomly collected in Guanzhong area. After regular preparation, the teeth were immersed into ink without preparing access cavities and then put into hyperbaric oxygen chamber (0.6 Mpa) for 2 hours to let the ink penetrate into root canal from apical foramen, apical deltas and foramen of lateral canals under stable positive pressure. After demineralization and clearing, the following observations were made: (1) number of root canals, (2) root canal configuration by using Vertucci's classification, (3) presence of lateral canals, and (4) frequency of apical deltas.ResultsAll the teeth were well-stained, and the fine details were well-revealed. Apical deltas (12.2%–83.3%) and lateral canals (13.7%–68.8%) could be frequently found in all types of maxillary teeth. Most of central incisors (95.8%), lateral incisors (91.4%), and canines (75.4%) displayed type I canal configuration, whereas most of first premolars (87.3%) and second premolars (72.3%) possessed 2 canals with type II, IV, or VI canal configuration. The majority of distobuccal roots and palatal roots of first molars (88.9%, 97.8%), second molars (92.0%, 94.0%), and third molars (87.5%, 91.6%) possessed type I canal configuration. The prevalence of mesiobuccal roots with type I configuration was 66.7% in maxillary first molars, 82% in second molars, and 62.5% in third molars.ConclusionsThe modified technique of canal staining can effectively reveal detailed root canal system. The canal configuration of maxillary teeth in subjects of Han nationality in Chinese Guanzhong area is consistent with previous reports in other races.  相似文献

Introduction

The morphology of the supernumerary third root (radix) in mandibular first molars was examined by micro–computed tomography (μCT) scanning.

Methods

Nineteen permanent mandibular first molars with radix were scanned in a μCT device to evaluate their morphology with respect to root length, root curvature direction, location of radix, apical foramen, accessory canals and apical deltas, and distance between canal orifices as well as 2- and 3-dimensional parameters of the canals (number, area, roundness, major/minor diameter, volume, surface area, and structure model index). Quantitative data were analyzed by 1-way analysis of variance and the Tukey test (α = 0.05).

Results

The mean length of the mesial, distal, and radix roots was 20.36 ± 1.73 mm, 20.0 ± 1.83 mm, and 18.09 ± 1.68 mm, respectively. The radix was located distolingually (n = 16), mesiolingually (n = 1), and distobuccally (n = 2). In a proximal view, most radix roots had a severe curvature with buccal orientation and a buccally displaced apical foramen. The spatial configuration of the canal orifices on the pulp chamber floor was mostly in a trapezoidal shape. The radix root canal orifice was usually covered by a dentinal projection. The radix differed significantly from the mesial and distal roots for all evaluated 3-dimensional parameters (P < .05). The radix canal had a more circular shape in the apical third, and the mean size of the minor diameter 1 mm short of the foramen was 0.25 ± 0.10 mm.

Conclusions

The radix root is an important and challenging anatomic variation of mandibular first molars, which usually has a severe curvature with a predominantly distolingual location, and a narrow root canal with difficult access.  相似文献

目的:运用锥形束CT(CBCT)观察中国人群上颌前磨牙的牙根和根管系统的解剖形态,为临床根管治疗提供影像学依据。方法:选择200名患者的双侧上颌前磨牙(上颌第一前磨牙、上颌第二前磨牙各358颗)的CBCT扫描数据,使用NNT软件分析上颌第一、第二前磨牙的牙根数、根管数、根管分型以及双侧对称情况。结果:上颌第一前磨牙主要为单根(65.92%)和双根(33.80%)。上颌第二前磨牙主要为单根(93.85%)。上颌第一前磨牙的根管系统主要为双根管(84.36%)。上颌第二前磨牙的根管系统单、双根管比例接近(分别为52.79%和46.08%)。上颌第一前磨牙主要根管分型为:Ⅳ型(48.32%)、Ⅱ型(24.30%)和Ⅰ型(12.56%)。上颌第二前磨牙主要根管分型为:Ⅰ型(51.68%)、Ⅱ型(21.51%)和Ⅳ型(14.25%)。上颌第一、第二前磨牙的根管分型左右对称(对称率分别为74.57%和81.29%)。上颌前磨牙根管系统的主要变异为:管间交通支、颊根C形根管和多根管(树形根管或神经根样根管)。结论:上颌第一、第二前磨牙的根管系统主要为单根管和双根管。术前了解根管形态的变异是治疗成功的关键因素。  相似文献

Introduction

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the number of roots and canal morphology of maxillary permanent first molars in a North American population.

Methods

Three hundred seventeen cases with bilateral maxillary first molars were included. All images from cone-beam computed tomography were carefully reviewed by 2 endodontists. Frequency of number of roots, presence of an additional mesiobuccal canal (MB2), and Vertucci canal type for each root were tabulated. Age, gender, and ethnicity differences were calculated with the χ2 test. The intra-rater reliability was assessed by using the Cohen kappa statistic.

Results

The fused root rate was 0.9%. The occurrence of 3-rooted maxillary first molars differed between left and right sides (P = .03). MB2 occurrence only showed statistically significant differences among age groups (P = .005). In the mesiobuccal roots, the most common Vertucci classifications of canal types were type IV (2-2, 41.9%), type I (1, 28.3%), and type II (2-1, 26.3%). There was a statistically significant difference in Vertucci classification of canal type among 5 ethnic groups (African American, Asian, Hispanic, Other, and Non-Hispanic white, P < .001).

Conclusions

Cone-beam computed tomography facilitates the identification of root and canal configuration. The information gained about the tooth anatomy and canal morphology before treatment could potentially facilitate root canal therapy.  相似文献

Introduction

The knowledge of root canal anatomy is essential to ensure a successful outcome of surgical and nonsurgical root canal treatment. The aims of this article were to present 2 cases of maxillary molars with 3 mesiobuccal root canals and to review the available literature on this anatomic variation.

Methods

The first case described a nonsurgical root canal treatment of tooth #16 in a 29-year-old man with the aid of a dental operating microscope. In the second case, an extracted maxillary right first molar was scanned by a micro–computed tomographic system and reconstructed 3-dimensionally using modeling software.

Results

In both cases, the mesiobuccal root had 3 canals (type 3-2 in case I and type 3-3 in case II), whereas the distobuccal and palatal roots had a single canal. The literature review showed that the overall incidence of 3-canaled mesiobuccal roots in maxillary molars ranged from 1.3%–2.4% and that the most common root canal configuration was type 3-2.

Conclusions

Clinicians should always anticipate the presence of extra canals in maxillary molars and use all the available tools to locate and treat these.  相似文献

Introduction

We compared the effects of 6 different rotary systems on transportation, canal curvature, centering ratio, surface area, and volumetric changes of curved mesial root canals of mandibular molar via cone-beam computed tomographic (CBCT) imaging.

Methods

Mesiobuccal root canals of 120 mandibular first molars with an angle of curvature ranging from 20°–40° were divided into 6 groups of 20 canals. Based on CBCT images taken before instrumentation, the groups were balanced with respect to the angle and radius of canal curvature. Root canals were shaped with the following systems with an apical size of 25: OneShape (OS) (MicroMega, Besancon, France), ProTaper Universal (PU) F2 (Dentsply Maillefer, Ballaigues, Switzerland), ProTaper Next X2 (Dentsply Maillefer), Reciproc (R) R25 (VDW, Munich, Germany), Twisted File Adaptive (TFA) SM2 (SybronEndo, Orange, CA), and WaveOne primary (Dentsply Tulsa Dental Specialties, Tulsa, OK). After root canal preparation, changes were assessed with CBCT imaging. The significance level was set at P = .05.

Results

The R system removed a significantly higher amount of dentin than the OS, PU, and TFA systems (P < .05). There was no significant difference among the 6 groups in transportation, canal curvature, changes of surface area, and centering ratio after instrumentation.

Conclusions

The 6 different file systems straightened root canal curvature similarly and produced similar canal transportation in the preparation of mesial canals of mandibular molars. R instrumentation exhibited superior performance compared with the OS, TFA, and PU systems with respect to volumetric change.  相似文献

Introduction

The aim of this in vitro study was to compare the effectiveness of saline, 2.5% sodium hypochlorite, and 2% chlorhexidine, with or without passive ultrasonic irrigation (PUI), in debris removal from simulated canal irregularities within prepared root canals.

Methods

Ninety bovine lateral incisors were randomly divided into 3 main groups (n = 30) based on the irrigant and prepared with hand files attached to an oscillating handpiece (NSK, Tokyo, Japan) up to a size #80 K-file. Next, the teeth were split longitudinally, and a standardized groove was prepared into the apical third and filled with dentin debris. After the halves were reassembled, they were placed in a muffle. Each main group was randomly subdivided into 2 groups (n = 14) and was treated with different final irrigation protocols. In the sodium hypochlorite/PUI, chlorhexidine/PUI, and saline/PUI groups, the solution was ultrasonically activated 3 times for 20 seconds. In the remaining groups, PUI was not performed. Specimens were scored for debris removal and analyzed under a scanning electron microscope.

Results

An association was observed between the score of debris removal and protocols using PUI (P < .05). No association was observed between the scores of debris removal and the irrigants (P = .87).

Conclusions

Final irrigation protocols that used PUI were more effective in removing debris from simulated canal irregularities into the apical third than those that did not use it.  相似文献

IntroductionThe purpose of this study was to investigate the root canal configuration of the mandibular anterior teeth using cone-beam computed tomographic (CBCT) imaging in a Chinese subpopulation.MethodsA total of 3,871 CBCT images of mandibular anterior teeth were collected from 648 patients who accepted CBCT projection as a preoperative assessment for implants or orthodontic treatment. The following items were recorded and evaluated: tooth position, root number, canal number, root canal type, the distance between the anatomic apex and the point at which the canal divided into 2 for mandibular anterior teeth with 2 root canals (excluding canines with 2 roots), and the distance between the 2 root canal orifices. The Fisher exact test was used to analyze the correlation between the number of root canals and tooth position.ResultsAll of the incisors in this study had 1 root, and 1.32% of the canines had 2 roots. The prevalence of 2 root canals in the lateral incisors (354, 27.36%) was higher than that in the central incisors (202, 15.71%) (P < .05) and the canines (81, 6.27%) (P < .05).ConclusionsThere is a high prevalence of 2 root canals in the mandibular anterior teeth of the studied Chinese subpopulation. This study provides detailed information about the root canal morphology of mandibular anterior teeth in a Chinese subpopulation.  相似文献
