二十五味鬼臼丸联合微波等治疗盆腔积液疗效观察

Objective To observe clinical effect of treating pelvic effusion with twenty five tastes podophyllum pill combined with antibiotics, microwave. Methods 182 cases patients with inflammatory pelvic effusion were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with twenty five tastes podophyllum pill combined with antibiotics、microwave, and the control group was treated with antibiotics combined with microwave. The absorption, symptoms disappeared and cure situations of pelvic effusion were observed between control group and treatment group after treatment.Results The complete absorption, symptoms disappeared and cure situations of pelvic effusion in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 87.5%, which has a significant difference (P<0.05) .Conclusion The treatment of twenty five tastes podophyllum pill combined with antibiotics, microwave on pelvic effusion is better than western medicine.

复方皂矾丸治疗甲状腺功能减退症性贫血的疗效观察

Objective To observe the curative effect of complex melanteritum pill in treating anemia of hypothyroidism.Methods A total of 50 patients were randomly recrutied into a control group(20 patients)and a treatment group(30 patients).The treatment group was treated by Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets,50 μg qd,and complex melanteritum pill,nine pills/time,three times daily;while the control group was treated by levothyroxine sodium tablets,50 μg qd.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks,without blood transfusion,adding iron and folic acid and vitamin B12,etc;Results The basic cure rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 50.0%and 80.0%respectively;the basic cure rate and the total effective rate in the control group was 30.0%.and 50.0%respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups by comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion Complex melanteritum pill was effective in treating hypothyroidism with few side effects.

针刺配合推拿治疗痛经33例

痛经是指妇人在行经前后或月经期,出现周期性小腹疼痛或痛引腰骶、甚则剧痛难忍,或伴有手足厥冷、面色苍白、身冷汗出等证.在临床上笔者采用针刺配合推拿治疗本病33例,取得了较好的疗效,现总结如下:     

针药并用治疗痛风28例

痛风是一组嘌呤代谢紊乱所引起的疾病，因为嘌呤代谢的终末产物是尿酸，若尿酸生成增多或排泄减少，导致血液中尿酸浓度增加，引起高尿酸血症伴痛风性急性关节炎反复发作，过多的尿酸沉积可形成痛风石，并引起关节软骨的退行性病变，发展成为足母趾、跖趾关节僵肿畸形。近年来，由于人们生活水准不断提高，痛风的发病率逐年增多，笔者采用针药并用治疗痛风获得满意疗效，现报告如下。     

针药结合治疗偏头痛临床疗效观察

偏头痛是临床常见的自觉症状，是一类有家族发病倾向的周期性发作疾病，发病率高，易于反复。临床主要表现为发作性偏侧搏动性头痛，伴恶心、呕吐、出汗等症状。近年来笔者依据裘昌林主任医师的临床经验采用针刺与中药结合治疗偏头痛6l例，取得颇好疗效，现报告如下。     

针药结合治疗冠心病心绞痛35例

冠心病心绞痛是心内科的常见病、多发病,临床多以心前区闷痛为主。笔者采用针药并用治疗冠心病心绞痛取得满意疗效,现报道如下。1临床资料1·1一般资料69例患者均为住院患者,其中男性36例,女性33例;年龄最小39岁,最大75岁;平均年龄61岁。将患者随机分为针刺加药物组35例,其中男     

针刺配合牵引治疗颈椎病120例

目的：寻找治疗颈椎病的有效方法。方法：将240例颈椎病患者按就诊时间随机分为2组，即针牵组采用针刺加牵引治疗；针刺组采用单纯的针刺治疗。结果：两组的总有效率分别为100％和77．6％，经统计学处理，针牵组疗效明显优于针刺组（P〈0．01）。结论：针刺配合牵引治疗颈椎病具有协同作用。     

针刺中药并用治疗贫血45例

目的:观察针刺配合中药治疗贫血的疗效.方法:随机抽取单纯中药组,张针刺中药并用组各45例,进行疗效分析.结果:针药并用组临床显效率37.8%,总有效率93.4%,单用中药组显效率22.2%,总有效率68.9%,针药并用组总有效率明显优于单纯中药组(P＜0.05).结论:针刺中药并用治疗贫血,优于单纯中药治疗.     

针刺火罐综合疗法治疗少儿咳嗽100例

咳嗽是少儿肺部疾患中的一种常见证候，好发于春秋两季，由于少儿年龄小、体质弱，抵抗力比较低，易患外感咳嗽。笔者采用针刺火罐综合疗法治疗本病，取得了满意的治疗效果。现汇报如下。     

针刺配合推拿治疗乳癖42例

乳癖是指妇女乳房部常见的慢性良性肿块,以乳房肿块和胀痛为主症,常见于青壮年妇女,相当于现代医学"乳腺小叶增生".在临床上笔者采用针刺配合推拿疗法治疗本病42例,取得较好疗效,现报道如下.     

针刺联合牵引治疗颈椎病39例

目的:观察针刺穴位联合颈椎牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年5月—2014年6月本院78例颈椎病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各39例。观察组患者采用针刺穴位联合颈椎牵引治疗,对照组患者采用常规针刺穴位治疗,10 d为1个疗程,两组患者均治疗3个疗程,观察治疗后两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后症状积分、血清TNF-α水平。结果:观察组有效率为94.87%,对照组有效率为82.05%,两组有效率比较有统计学差异(χ2=6.2158,P0.05);两组患者治疗后SF-MPQ评分、TNF-α水平均显著降低(P0.05),但组间比较无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:针刺结合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著。     

脑神经生长素穴位注射治疗小儿智力低下46例

笔者于 1 994年开始采用脑神经生长素穴位注射治疗小儿智力低下 46例 ,取得了一定效果 ,现报道如下。1　一般资料　　本组收治的患儿均符合郭迪主编的《儿科基础与临床》中智力低下的诊断标准。 46例中男性2 7例 ,女性 1 9例 ,年龄最小 1岁 ,最大 1 3岁 ,其中 3岁以下者 1 0例 ,3～ 7岁 2 3例 ,7岁以上 1 3例。　　 1 0例检查脑电图 ,其中正常 4例 ,异常 6例 ,2例合并有痫性放电 ;5例检查ＣＹ ,正常 2例 ,异常 3例 ,均表现为脑容量不足 ;脑干听觉诱发电位检查 2 0例 ,正常 2例 ,可疑异常 3例 ,异常 1 5例。2　治疗方法　　主穴取哑门、风池…
