随着世界人口的老龄化,阿尔茨海默病的发病率不断上升,严重威胁着人类健康和社会发展。关于其发病机制目前仍不清楚,存在多种假说。基于不同的假说产生了通过不同途径进行治疗的方案与药物。中药可通过不同途径对机体进行整体调节,从不同方面发挥对阿尔茨海默病的治疗作用,具有广泛的应用前景。近年有关中药及其提取物防治阿尔茨海默病的研究日益受到重视,并取得了重大进展。本文综述了近年有关中药防治阿尔茨海默病的研究进展情况。 相似文献

阿尔茨海默病是一种常见的中枢神经退行性疾病,以认知功能减退和非认知性神经精神症状为主要表现,严重影响患者日常生活及行为能力。该病发病机制尚不明确,目前用于治疗阿尔茨海默病的西药均仅为对症治疗,途径单一,疗效有限且不良反应大。近年来,随着对阿尔茨海默病研究的不断深入,利用中药治疗阿尔茨海默病的探索与应用逐渐增多。多项研究表明中药及其有效成分能够通过调控病理蛋白产生和聚集、氧化应激、神经炎症、铁死亡、线粒体功能障碍、神经发生及传递、脑-肠轴等分子机制来发挥抗阿尔茨海默病的作用。该文归纳总结了近年中药治疗阿尔茨海默病的研究进展,以期为深入研究中药防治阿尔茨海默病的具体机制及发现有效中药活性成分提供参考。 相似文献

近年来随着药物代谢研究新技术、新方法的发展和代谢组学的出现,在基于影响药物代谢的中药配伍机制研究方面取得了许多成果。中药配伍影响中药体内过程是中药配伍减毒增效的重要机制之一。中药配伍后,其有效成分在体内的吸收、分布、代谢、排泄过程可能发生显著变化,从而导致其药效或毒性发生变化。本文首次归纳总结了基于影响药物代谢的中药配伍研究进展,通过研究中药复方给药后,分析其代谢组学特征,从内源性代谢物和外源性代谢物两个方面比较研究配伍前后变化,为全面评价中药复方的疗效、安全性和作用机制提供思路。 相似文献

In traditional practices of medicine, numerous plants have been used to treat cognitive disorders, including neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease (AD) and other memory related disorders. An ethnopharmacological approach has provided leads to identifying potential new drugs from plant sources, including those for memory disorders. There are numerous drugs available in Western medicine that have been directly isolated from plants, or are derived from templates of compounds from plant sources. For example, some alkaloids from plant sources have been investigated for their potential in AD therapy, and are now in clinical use (e.g. galantamine from Galanthus nivalis L. is used in the United Kingdom). Various other plant species have shown favourable effects in AD, or pharmacological activities indicating the potential for use in AD therapy. This article reviews some of the plants and their active constituents that have been used in traditional medicine, including Ayurvedic, Chinese, European and Japanese medicine, for their reputed cognitive-enhancing and antidementia effects. Plants and their constituents with pharmacological activities that may be relevant to the treatment of cognitive disorders, including enhancement of cholinergic function in the central nervous system, anti-cholinesterase (anti-ChE), antiinflammatory, antioxidant and oestrogenic effects, are discussed. 相似文献

Recognizing the potential of globalizing traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19), this review summarizes the current global use of TCM for COVID-19, status of the internationalization of TCM, and strategy on globalizing TCM for COVID-19. COVID-19 is a novel coronavirus disease that has sparked a pandemic in March 2020 affecting over 110 countries. Although researchers have been racing to develop targeted anti-COVID-19 treatment and vaccine, they are still currently unavailable. Thus, in treating patients infected with COVID-19, western medicine mainly recommended symptomatic treatment and monitoring. Existing drugs are used in the context of clinical trials, and the FDA still not yet approved these drugs for COVID-19. On the other hand, TCM proposed herbal treatment for suspected individuals to take within their observation period, as well as for confirmed COVID-19 patients to take during active phase of disease and during recovery. In China, Integrative Chinese-Western Medicine had been used in treating 91.5% of COVID-19 patients and showed its strength in reducing disease severity, shortening recovery time, and lowering the mortality rate. Despite obstacles in globalizing TCM for the treatment of COVID-19, promoting appropriate use of locally registered TCM products may prevent disease in susceptible individuals, improve the quality of life, and assist in the recovery of COVID-19 patients. With increasing global acceptance, TCM may play a more important role in the battle against infectious disease in the future. 相似文献

该文根据中医药的临床证候与西医疾病的相互关系,对部分中药新药药效与非临床毒性研究的相关性进行了分类。如果中药药效靶点与现代医学一致,或者是以毒为能的中药制剂,中药复方的毒性表现往往可见到药效的放大与延伸;中药药效靶点与现代医学有交叉但又不完全一致,或者二者之间无交叉的情况下,中药复方的毒性往往不能从药理作用预测。随着中药活性部位提取分离技术的提高,中药新辅料的应用,某些中药复方制剂毒性可能来自于与药效无关的反应。分析结果提示研究人员应关注中药毒理学试验方案的设计及研究过程的质控等问题,综合多学科分析评价中药的药效及毒性特点。 相似文献

中药复杂体系中药效物质的识别及与作用靶标相互作用的表征确证,是困扰中药现代化研究的瓶颈难题。近年来,多种分子互作表征技术被成功应用于中药研究领域,用来识别和表征中药的关键药效物质与疾病作用靶点的分子间相互作用。这些研究结果为探索疾病发生发展的病理基础、诠释中药关键药效物质与其作用靶点精准互作的药效机制提供理论依据。通过对表面等离子体共振、等温滴定量热、生物膜干涉和微量热泳动4种主要的分子互作表征技术的原理、优势特点与应用进展进行综述,为中药现代化研究提供方法策略的参考依据。 相似文献
