目的探讨体检流程标识的设计,以达到优化体检流程。方法按标识的设计原则、标准及标识内容等设计一套适合体检流程的人性化服务标识。结果用于现代体检导向的人性化服务标识,达到优化体检流程,使体检方便快捷,提高了体检者的满意度。结论人性化服务的体检标识促进护理质量,有利于提升医院的整体形象,树立体检品牌。  相似文献

目的 探讨健康体检的护理管理及体检人群的健康情况分析.方法 选择我院体检科2010年3~10月健康体检人群5000人进行健康情况调查,给予健康护理服务,进行问卷调查.结果 健康体检的异常检查结果主要有三酰甘油异常2471人占49.42%,血压异常1649人占32.98%,尿酸异常1034人占20.68%,其他还有胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白异常等.体检者对体检护理服务、体检环境、健康教育的满意度不高.结论 体检者对体检的相关服务有待提高,通过健康体检护理管理可以有效提高体检者满意度.  相似文献

目的为探讨门诊健康体检过程中的护理管理对策。方法采取建立体检套餐,确定体检项目,提供体检护理服务的程序,对736例体检对象进行了健康体检的护理管理研究。结果736例体检者中,前四位阳性病症为98%的体检者希望得到健康指导,99.7%的体检者对体检服务质量满意。结论通过对健康体检的管理,提高健康体检服务质量。  相似文献

[目的]探讨对厂矿群体驱铅治疗实施护理管理的方法,以提高护理质量及病人满意度.[方法]选择三家民营铅冶炼厂体检时尿铅超标的625名作业工人为研究对象,实施科学的护理管理,包括优化驱铅输液室环境,科学配置人力资源,树立良好的职业形象,促进护患沟通;加强护理人员业务培训,规范驱铅治疗流程,严格执行消毒隔离制度,预防感染,提高护士安全意识,保证用药安全;开展职业健康教育,提高病人职业病防护意识等一系列管理措施.[结果]病人满意率由实施前90%提高至98%,健康教育的覆盖率由81%提高到100%,知晓率由79%提高到95%.[结论]对厂矿群体驱铅治疗实施科学的护理管理,提高了病人对护理服务的满意率,提高了医院的形象和声誉.  相似文献

通过对我院护理人员的服务患者进行拦截式问卷调查,对护理服务内容进行比较,认为门诊管理中注重护理管理,能够有效提高患者的满意度,在提高护理人员主动服务意识的同时,可以促进护理人员学习专业知识、主动提供服务、明确职责、爱岗敬业。护理管理可以提高护理工作质量,对规范门诊工作,提升医院形象、减少医患纠纷起到了重要作用。  相似文献

目的探讨老年人住院健康体检期间存在的护理安全隐患,总结相应的管理方法,为老年住院健康体检者提供安全保障。方法回顾性分析2013年5月至2015年4月在解放军总医院住院健康体检的65岁以上老年人936例的护理资料,分析护理安全隐患及采取的防范措施。结果 936例老年住院健康体检者均顺利完成健康体检,未发生护理安全问题。出院测评表中对护理服务满意度达98.5%。结论加强护理安全管理,可有效保障老年人住院健康体检的安全,提高体检效率,提升对护理工作的满意度。  相似文献

目的 评价"以人为本,以病人为中心"的新型医疗模式.方法 运用自制问卷,对我院2007年1~6月的150名住院患者开展并推广人性化护理管理模式,并对我科2007年7~12月实施人性化管理后的250名出院患者进行问卷调查.结果患者及家属对医务人员服务态度的满意率上升了10.1%、医疗质量信任率上升了2%.结论 实施人性化护理可提高医院的社会形象,同时也可拓宽医院的服务领域,为医院建设奠定坚实的基础.  相似文献

Demand management tools are population-based strategies used to control costs and improve utilization of services by assisting health consumers in maintaining their health and seeking appropriate health care. These tools are increasingly used by health care delivery systems and, in the US, by fiscal intermediaries, such as insurance companies. If these tools are not properly applied, there is a clear possibility that their use may lead a reduction of health care services with no improvement in clinical, humanistic, or economic outcomes. Demand management effectiveness has not been rigorously examined by the medical industry or academia. Before adopting or purchasing demand management technologies, health care systems should examine them carefully to determine how the tools were developed and who they were intended to serve. Once implemented, careful tracking of population outcomes is as necessary with these technologies as with any other technologies that can affect health care.  相似文献

目的:探讨健康管理中心护士多元化角色在医院健康管理工作中心发挥的举足轻重的作用。方法:分析新形势下健康管理中护士多元化角色应具备的素质。结果:随着医学服务模式转变、服务的内涵和范围不断的延伸和扩大,健康管理中心护士崇高的职业道德、深厚的人文素养、良好的心理素质、扎实的理论基础、精湛的护理技术、良好的自我形象,已成为有别于医院传统科室封闭式临床护士的新型全科护理专业人员,其多元化角色的扮演,极大地提高了医院的健康管理水平和服务质量。结论:21世纪是知识经济时代,各种医疗改革正在逐步进行,护士只有充分认识时代的特点,不断地完善自身的知识结构和能力结构,转变思想观念、改变思维方式,建立全新的护理观念,将护理与健康、护理与人的生活方式、已有的知识与现代化手段相结合,在健康管理中心立足于角色的多元化,内强素质、外树形象,以促进医院健康管理工作顺利开展,使健康管理工作在医院和社会发挥更重要的作用。  相似文献

Rationale, aims and objectives Health care spending has increased steadily over the last 50 years, but there is a consensus that this trend cannot continue indefinitely. The ideal solution would bring about cost reductions coupled with improvements in quality, but this has remained an elusive goal. In this article, a novel idea is proposed that consists of adopting a project type of production in health care, instead of the current mass production methods used in the modern ‘health care factories’. Methods The author demonstrates that health care services in general, and medical services in particular, fit the category of projects. This is accomplished through a comprehensive study of the main features of projects and medical services and a comparative analysis. Results and Conclusion The author infers that the productivity gains brought by project management to so many other human endeavours can be brought to health care. It is also claimed that if project management is adopted in health care, then physicians would be the natural project managers because of their proficiency with the casuistic method (one‐off, non‐repetitive production) and because of their experience in ‘managing’ their patient’s cases that is indeed what doctors have been doing for as long as their profession exists.  相似文献

This study is to estimate the effectiveness of a diabetic case management programme on health‐care service utilization. The study population included 6007 as the intervention group and 956 766 as the control group. As the indicators of health‐care service utilization, numbers of medical ambulatory consultations, days of medication prescribed and medical expenses for one year were used, and we analysed the claim data of the health insurance from 2005 to 2007. The study population was classified into three subgroups based on the number of medical ambulatory consultations per year before this intervention. In the under‐serviced subgroup, the intervention group showed a significant increase in the number of consultations (3.2), days of prescribed medication (66.4) and medical expenses (287 900 KRW) compared with the control group. Conversely, in the over‐serviced subgroup, the intervention group showed a less decrease days of prescribed medication (1.6) compared with the control group. This showed that the case management programme led the intervention group to optimize their utilization of health‐care services by subgroups. It is necessary to evaluate the appropriateness of health‐care usage and clinical outcome to show the direct effectiveness of the case management programme by subgroups.  相似文献

目的 了解济南市老年人医养护一体化社区居家养老健康服务需求,为构建以需求为导向的社区居家养老体系提供理论依据。方法 采用最大差异抽样法抽取15名老年人进行访谈,采用 Colaizzi 现象学分析法进行分析。结果 根据访谈资料最终归纳为8个主题,对养老的态度和养老方式的选择、对医养护一体化的态度和看法、对专业医疗和护理服务的需求、生活照料需求、健康管理需求、精神文化需求、中医养生需求、政府政策支持需求。结论 老年人医养护一体化社区居家养老健康服务需求强烈,发展医养护一体化养老服务,能够满足社区老年人健康养老需求。  相似文献

Purpose: To compare and contrast demographic characteristics and health care service utilization between overusers and underusers of health care services and to identify factors associated with the overuse or underuse of health care services among the medical aid beneficiaries in Korea. Methods: Secondary data analysis was performed using health care costs and medical aid case management progress data. Data on demographic characteristics, health-related quality of life (HRQoL), and inappropriate health care service user category (overuse or underuse) were provided by the Medical-Aid Case Management Center of Korea, and heath care service reimbursement data were provided by the Korea National Health Insurance Corporation (NHIC). Data on 22,697 beneficiaries were used for analysis, and logistic regression analysis was conducted to examine factors that are associated with overuse and underuse of health care services. Results: The study results revealed that older individuals, women, unemployed individuals, type 1 medical aid beneficiaries, and those with higher education and disabilities were more likely to belong to the overuse group, but urban residents, compared to metropolitan residents, and those with higher HRQoL were more likely to belong to the underuse group (p < .05). Conclusions: Understanding factors associated with the overuse or underuse of health care services may help to provide tailored case management services to improve the HRQoL of the beneficiaries and optimize their use of health care services. Clinical Relevance: Promoting appropriate use of health care services may enhance clients' quality of life and preserve resources for other essential services for medical aid beneficiaries.  相似文献

Rationale Electronic medical record (EMR) systems are commonly included in health care reform discussions. However, their embrace by the health care community has been slow. Methods At Addiction Research and Treatment Corporation, an outpatient opioid agonist treatment programme that also provides primary medical care, HIV medical care and case management, substance abuse counselling and vocational services, we studied the implementation of an EMR in the domains of quality, productivity, satisfaction, risk management and financial performance utilizing a prospective pre‐ and post‐implementation study design. Results This report details the research approach, pre‐implementation findings for all five domains, analysis of the pre‐implementation findings and some preliminary post‐implementation results in the domains of quality and risk management. For quality, there was a highly statistically significant improvement in timely performance of annual medical assessments (P < 0.001) and annual multidiscipline assessments (P < 0.0001). For risk management, the number of events was not sufficient to perform valid statistical analysis. Conclusions The preliminary findings in the domain of quality are very promising. Should the findings in the other domains prove to be positive, then the impetus to implement EMR in similar health care facilities will be advanced.  相似文献
