<正>209308 Fludarabine combined with cytarabine for treating relapse of acute leukemia after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation/Li Qiubai(Inst Hematol Union Hosp,Tongji Med Col,Huazhong Univ Sci Technol,Wuhan 430022)…∥Chin J Organ Transplant.-2009,30(3).-175~178Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fludarabine combined with cytarabine(FA)in treating the relapse of acute leukemia after allogeneic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT).Methods Ten patients with relapse of acute leukemia after allo-HSCT were retrospectively analyzed.Among the patients,PBSCs were from 7 related donors and 3 unrelated donors.After the transplantation,the median reapse time was 126 days(range,38~213 days).Two days after the FA chemotherapy,6 patients received infusion of the same donor’s peripheral blood stem cells,and the median number of CD34+ cells was 3.5×106/kg[(1.8~4.2)×106],mobilized by granulocyte colony stimulating factor.No prophylactic agents for graft versus host diseases were administered.Results One patient who had recivied FA treatment and the donor’s stem cell transfusion failed to acquire hematopioetic reconstitution and died 8 days after the PBSC transfusion,and the remaining 9 patients successfully got hematopioetic reconstitution of full donor chimera.Bone marrow hematological complete remission and full donor chimera were verified 30 days after the treatment in the 9 cases.Of the total 10 patients,graft versus host disease occurred in 7,and 2 of them received no donor’s stem cell infusion(DSI).Seven patients suffered from pulmonary fungal infection,3 from haemorrhagic cystitis,and 2 from cytomegalovirus viraemia.Five patients died and 5 survived with DFS till to the follow-up endpoint.The survival time for the 5 patients with DFS was 585,442,405,213 and 243 days,respectively.The 6-month DFS rate was 60% and the estimated 2-year DFS rate was 53%.Conclusion FA chemotherapy,combined with reinfusion of donor’s PBSC if possible,could serve as an possible effective th

<正>209471 The immunological characteristics of CD8+ CD28-suppressor T cell induced by siRNA technique/Xue Lijun(,Dept Surg Organ Transpalant Centre Affil Ruijin Hosp,Shanghai Jiaotong Univ School Med,Shanghai 200025)…∥Chin J Organ Transplant.-2009,30(5).-295～299Objective To induce CD8+ CD48-suppressor T cells(CD8+ Ts)by DC with MHCⅠ expression by siRNA,under the stimulator of allograft antigen and then investigate the immunological characteristics of Ts.Methods After the isolation and cutivation of DCs from femoral bone of SD rats,the optimal sequence of MHC Ⅰ siRNA was designed and constructed,and the MHC Ⅰ siRNA was transfected into DCs.The DCs were stimulated by mesenteric lymphatic tissue fluid of Wistar rats,and then co-cultured with CD8+ Ts isolated from SD rat spleen.SD rat CD8+T cell were obtained by magnetic separation method.Cell proliferation was assayed after SD rat spleen cells loading Wistar rat mesenteric lymph node tissue antigent amount of Ts.After SD rat spleen cells were stimulated by Wistar rat’s mesenteric lymph node and reacted with OVA respectively,different amounts of Ts were added.Cell proliferation of the spleen lymphocytes in different groups was assayed.rrIL-2 was added to the mixed lymphocyte culture system containing Wistat rat’s mesenteric lymph node tissue antigen,SD rat’s Ts and SD rat spleen lymphocytes,then the influence of the IL-2 on the function of SD rat Ts was observed.The expression of TGF-β and IFN-γ mRNA was examined by Real time PCR,and CD25 was detected by Real time-PCR and flow cytometry in CD8+ CD28-T cell group.Results Ts had inhibitory influence on the mixed lymphocytes proliferation between SD rat’s spleen lymphocytes and Wistar rat’s mesenteric lymph node tissue,but experted no efforts on the mixed lymphocytes proliferation between OVA and SD rat’s spleen lymphocytes.After addition of rrIL-2 into the mixed lymphocyte culture system containing Wistar rat mesenteric lymph node tissue antigen Ts,there was no significant increas

误诊为心血管病的其他系统疾病90例分析

目的 分析易误诊为心血管病的其他系统疾病.方法 收集我院相关科室收治的误诊为心血管病的其他系统疾病90例并进行分析总结.结果 90例中误诊为心血管疾病的有消化系统疾病30例(33.3%),肺源性疾病32例(35.6%),其他系统疾病:带状疱疹16例(17.8%),颈椎病12例(13.3%).结论 肺源性疾病和消化系统疾病最易误诊为心血管疾病.     

联合紫杉醇化疗晚期恶性肿瘤24例

目的:评价联合紫杉醇化疗晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效.方法:观察对象为肺癌10例,乳腺癌8例,卵巢癌5例,鼻咽癌1例.联合化疗方案中紫杉醇135mg/m2,静滴3小时,4周1个疗程,共2～3周期,其它药物为卡铂、吡柔比星等.结果:总有效率71%,不良反应主要为骨髓抑制、脱发、恶心、呕吐.结论:联合紫杉醇化疗肺癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌等疗效确切,不良反应可以耐受.
