表皮生长因子受体在口腔扁平苔藓组织中的表达

目的探讨口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)癌变及发病机制。方法采用免疫组化法检测10例正常口腔黏膜,16例扁平苔藓,10例扁平苔藓伴不典型增生,14例口腔鳞癌上皮组织中表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达水平。结果OLP伴不典型增生组织中EGFR的表达高于正常黏膜(P<0.05)。口腔鳞癌中EGFR的表达高于正常黏膜及OLP(P<0.01)。结论EGFR的过表达在OLP的发生、发展过程中可能起着重要的作用。     

玉屏风口服液对口腔扁平苔藓组织表皮生长因子受体表达影响的研究

目的探讨玉屏风口服液对表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)组织中表达的影响。方法采用免疫组化法检测EGFR在OLP组织和口服玉屏风液2个月后OLP组织中的表达,正常口腔黏膜组织作为对照。结果OLP组织中EGFR的表达高于正常黏膜组织;用药后OLP组织EGFR的表达与正常黏膜组织差异无显著性。结论玉屏风口服液能下调EGFR在OLP组织中的表达。     

表皮生长因子受体在口腔扁平苔藓、口腔乳头瘤及口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达

目的:研究表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)、口腔鳞状细胞乳头瘤(SCP)及口腔鳞状细胞癌(SCC)中的表达,探讨其在口腔黏膜炎症、增生及癌发生过程中的意义.方法:用免疫组化方法检测EGFR在20例口腔黏膜扁平苔藓(单纯增生10例,伴糜烂10例)、20例口腔乳头瘤、20例口腔鳞状细胞癌及5例正常口腔黏膜中的表达.采用Fromowitz法计数阳性细胞.应用SPSS11.5软件包分析EGFR在不同病变中的表达差异.结果:EGFR在非糜烂型扁平苔藓组主要表现为弱阳性表达;糜烂型扁平苔藓组强阳性表达率为20％;乳头瘤组的强阳性表达率为25％;鳞状细胞癌的强阳性表达率为60％.扁平苔藓糜烂组和非糜烂组之间EGFR强阳性表达率有显著差异(P＜0.05);糜烂组OLP与乳头瘤组的强阳性表达率无显著差异;口腔鳞癌组的强阳性表达率显著高于扁平苔藓组及乳头瘤组.结论:EGFR可能成为口腔鳞癌化学预防作用的重要靶点.     

表皮生长因子受体在口腔鳞癌中的表达

本文采用抗表皮生长因子受体（Ｅｐｉｄｅｒｍａｌ ｇｒｏｗｔｈ ｆａｃｔｏｒ （ＥＧＦ）ｒｅｃｅｐｔｏｒ）多克隆抗体对５８例口腔鳞癌标本进行了免疫组织化学染色，结果显示：鳞癌Ｉ组ＥＧＦ受体表达阳性率为２１．４％，鳞癌Ⅱ级阳性率为２６．７％，鳞癌Ⅲ级阳性率为４０％，随着鳞癌组织学分级的升高，ＥＧＦ受体表达有增高趋势，提示：ＥＧＦ受体表达与鳞癌组织学分级有一定关系。     

表皮生长因子受体家族与口腔肿瘤

表皮生长因子受体(EGFR,ErbB)家族在特异性配体的诱导下能够发生家族成员的二聚化,从而激活细胞内下游信号转导途径,调控细胞的增殖、分化、迁移等生物效应.异常的ErbB受体信号与口腔肿瘤的发生发展有着密切的关系.其在多种口腔肿瘤中表达或高表达,可作为评估和判断口腔鳞癌细胞增殖状态、恶性度及患者预后的参考指标.以ErbB受体为靶点的抗肿瘤药物成为近年来口腔肿瘤治疗研究中的热点领域.     

雌激素受体在口腔扁平苔藓中的表达变化及意义

雌激素受体 (ＥｓｔｒｏｇｅｎＲｅｃｅｐｔｏｒ,ＥＲ)可将雌激素信息传递至细胞内引起生物学效应 ,在机体的生长发育、机能维持和生理代谢方面发挥重要作用[1] 。研究受体对了解某些疾病的发病机制有重要意义 ,对临床治疗也有应用价值[2 ] 。口腔扁平苔藓 (Ｏｒａｌｌｉｃｈｅｎｐｌａｎｕｓ,ＯＬＰ)是一种口腔粘膜较常见疾病 ,其致病原因和机制尚不明确。本研究采用免疫组织化学方法研究ＥＲ在ＯＬＰ上皮细胞中的表达变化及其与ＯＬＰ发病的关系。1　材料和方法1.1　标本制备选取 40例ＯＬＰ的活检标本 (男 14例 ,女 2 6例 ;平均年龄 44 .…

目的 探讨玉屏风13服液对口腔扁平苔藓(aral lichen planus,OLP)患者唾液表皮生长因子(salivary epidermal growth factor,sEGF)含量的影响,进一步探讨玉屏风口服液治疗OLP的药理机制.方法 采用放射免疫法检测20例OLP患者服用玉屏风口服液前后sEGF的含量,并与20名口腔黏膜正常者的sEGF含量进行比较.结果 OLP患者用药前sEGF的含量为(409±3.64)μg/L,明显高于正常黏膜组[(2.15±1.62)μg/L],差异有统计学意义(P=0.013);用药后sEGF的含量为(257±1.19)μg/L,显著低于用药前(P=0.05).结论 玉屏风13服液对OLP患者sEGF含量有调节作用.     

生长因子及受体与口腔扁平苔藓相关机制研究进展

口腔扁平苔藓（oral lichen planus,OLP）是一种由T细胞介导的慢性炎症性口腔黏膜疾病,细胞因子在其发病机制中具有重要介导作用。笔者就细胞因子中与OLP发病机制相关的几种生长因子进行综述。

口腔扁平苔藓诊断标准的发展与中国化

口腔扁平苔藓(oral lichen planus,OLP)是一种常见的口腔黏膜慢性炎性疾病,其诊断标准是临床诊治和科学研究的基石,但目前对诊断标准的认识并不统一,特别是国际的诊断标准如何与我国具体国情结合,应用于临床,指导我国的临床工作和科学研究,这些问题亟待解决。本文对国际上OLP诊断标准的发展、内容特点、差异度等进行系统介绍和讨论,并结合切身临床和研究经验以及我国临床医师的具体实际,提出OLP诊断中活检适应证选择的"23原则",并对其他与OLP诊断相关的热点问题提出建议。
