Magfit磁性附着体下颌全口覆盖义齿的固位力测定   总被引:12,自引:2,他引:12       下载免费PDF全文
目的 评价Magfit磁性附着体下颌全口覆盖义齿的口内固位力及附着体分布与义齿固位力间的关系。方法 以Magfit EX600、MD800磁性附着体作为固位装置,选择5名患者制作下颌全口覆盖义齿,采用电阻应变式修复体固位力测试仪测试粘固磁体前后义齿前、中、后3点垂直向及前斜上方60°的固位力。结果 粘固磁体后义齿固位力显著大于粘固磁体前(P<0·05),义齿不同部位固位力间无显著性差异(P>0·05),垂直向固位力大于前斜上方60°的固位力(P<0·025)。结论 磁性附着体可显著改善下颌全口覆盖义齿的固位,附着体位置分布影响义齿的固位力。  相似文献

目的观察Magfit磁性附着体在覆盖全口义齿修复中的修复效果。方法采用Magfit EX600磁性附着体对9例患者行覆盖全口义齿修复,并对义齿的固位、基牙健康状况等,进行15~24个月的观察。结果6例修复效果满意,2例修复效果良好,1例修复效果改善。采用Magfit EX600磁性附着体固位的覆盖全口义齿并发症少。结论Magfit磁性附着体可为覆盖义齿提供足够的固位力,稳定性好,并发症少。  相似文献

目的:研究根上附着体在长期使用后固位力的变化.方法:将磁性附着体(Magfit EX-600),半精密球帽式附着体(Bedent)和精密球帽式附着体(Dalbo-classics)各5枚固定在冷热循环疲劳实验机上进行疲劳试验,每摘戴1 000次测量1次固位力,共测量10次.结果:经摘戴10 000次后,磁性附着体由平均初始固位力(3.85±0.107)N,衰减3.38%;半精密球帽式附着体由平均初始固位力(14.10±0.144)N,衰减90.06%;精密球帽式附着体南初始固位力(11.95±0.082)N,衰减74.56%.结论:磁性附着体初始固位力小于另2种附着体,但10年内比较稳定.球帽式附着体初始固位力较大,但衰减也较快.  相似文献

目的 探讨Magfit磁性固位体在下颌全口覆盖义齿修复中的临床应用.方法 采用Magfit EX600磁性附着体对21例患者行下颌全口覆盖义齿修复,并对义齿的咀嚼效率、固位稳定、基牙健康状况进行12个月的随访观察,采用吸光度法和称重法测量咀嚼效率.结果 黏固磁性附着体后,义齿的固位力和咀嚼效率明显提高.患者对磁性固位覆盖义齿的固位效果满意,自觉义齿稳定性较好.结论 Magfit磁性附着体能有效改善下颌全口覆盖义齿的固位和稳定,提高咀嚼效率,具有良好的临床应用效果.  相似文献

目的评价Magfit磁性附着体在覆盖义齿中的临床应用效果及对基牙健康的影响。方法60例制作覆盖义齿患者,以Magfit EX磁性附着体作为固位装置,制作上颌覆盖义齿42件,下颌覆盖义齿41件,共115副磁性附着体,临床观察6~24个月。结果磁性附着体能明显提高义齿固位力和咀嚼效率,固位力的大小与磁性附着体数目和牙位分布相关;使用磁性附着体后,部分基牙牙龈常出现红肿、发炎。结论磁性附着体可显著改善覆盖义齿的固位,附着体的牙位分布影响义齿的固位力。  相似文献

目的:观察磁性附着体在全口覆盖义齿修复中的临床治疗效果。方法:采用Magfit EX600磁性附着体对17例患者行全口覆盖义齿修复,并对义齿的固位、基牙健康状况等,进行l2至24个月的观察。结果:13例修复效果满意,3例修复效果良好,1例修复效果改善。结论:Magfit磁性附着体可为全口覆盖义齿提供足够的固位力,稳定性好,制作简单,适应证广,是一种有效可行的修复方法。  相似文献

目的:对比研究下颌种植覆盖义齿3种不同类型附着体的固位力衰减趋势。方法:纳入三型附着体试件。A组:钛球/钛帽附着体;B组:钛杆/钛卡附着体;C组:磁性附着体。制作标准下颌种植覆盖义齿实验模型,分别连接各型附着体。对所有试件进行固位力测试,分别行初始固位力测试,固位力衰减测试(共脱位5000次,每脱位40次重复测试3次固位力数值),终末固位力测试。并观察三种类型附着体的固位力衰减趋势。结果:经5000次摘戴循环后,A组固位力衰减(22.82±0.07)N,B组衰减(11.25±0.05)N,C组衰减(0.02±0.001)N。统计分析表明:初始固位力三组间均存在统计学差异,A组初始固位力最大,C组初始固位力最小;终末固位力三组间均存在统计学差异,B组终末固位力最大,C组终末固位力最小;三组衰减趋势的差异均存在统计学意义,其中C组固位力衰减趋势最小,A组固位力衰减趋势最大。结论:①三组附着体的固位力均随摘戴次数的增加而逐渐降低。②钛球/钛帽附着体的初始固位性能最佳,固位力衰减趋势最大。③磁性附着体初始及终末固位力均为三组中最差。④钛杆/钛卡附着体终末固位力三组中最佳,能维持较好修复效果。  相似文献

目的:探讨磁性附着体表面磨耗与其磁性固位力之间的关系。方法:将MagfitDX400型磁性附着体衔铁及磁体分别固定于0.9×0.9×1.5cm的长方体自凝树脂试件中,共制作10对试件。将试件固定于滑动摩擦仪上,使磁体和衔铁做相对滑动运动,滑动距离为5mm,垂直加载5kg,滑动速度为60次/min。分别于以下阶段测试磁性附着体的垂直向固位力:1)摩擦运动前;2)滑动摩擦30,000次后;3)滑动摩擦50,000次后;4)滑动摩擦90,000次后。用显微镜观察滑动摩擦90,000次后的附着体表面形态。结果:10对附着体在滑动摩擦30,000次、50,000次和90,000次后的固位力降低的平均值分别为0.016N,0.003N和-0.008N,统计学分析显示,摩擦运动前后的固位力差异无统计学意义。显微镜下,滑动摩擦90,000次后的附着体表面可见明显磨耗。结论:表面磨耗对MagfitDX400型磁性附着体的垂直向固位力无显著性影响。  相似文献

评价以Magfit磁性附着体改善全口覆盖义齿固位的远期效果。方法:采用铸接法设置报面伤铁,并对应用Magfit磁性附着体的长期效果,如义齿的固位、稳定状态,以及义齿应用后出现的问题进行16~38月的随访观察。结果:①设置2只以上MagfitEX600或设置3只以上MagfitEX400磁性附着体即可使全口覆盖义齿获得保证行使各种口腔功能所需的长期稳定的固位力;②铸接式衔铁较粘接式衔铁有更好的密合性,可有效地防止继发龋;③Co-Cr合金可以被用于待接式衔铁的制作;④应用MagfitEX系列磁性附着体的全口覆盖义齿戴用后并发症发生率较低。结论:Magfit磁性附着体,能有效改善全口覆盖义齿的固位,并发症少,具有良好的远期效果。  相似文献

目的 探讨下颌磁性附着体覆盖全口义齿临床效果。方法 对修复科32例牙列缺损患者行下颌磁性附着体覆盖全口义齿,观察其固位力和咀嚼效率。结果 磁体粘固前、粘固后固位力分别为(1.22±0.15)N、(4.01±0.31)N,差异有统计学意义,咀嚼效率分别为46%±16%、64%±20%,差异也有统计学意义。结论 磁性附着体对改善下颌全口义齿的固位稳定及咀嚼效率的提高有显著作用。  相似文献

Objectives: To evaluate fatigue of stud (ERA Overdenture (orange and white), Locator Root (pink) and OP anchor # 4) and magnetic (Magfit EX600W) attachments by measuring maximum retentive force. To compare retentive force of overdenture attachments after their reach stable retention. To determine minimum number of cycles required to reach stable retention. Material and methods: Three specimens of each type of attachment were used. Micromaterial testing machine (MMT-250NB-10, Shimadzu Co., Tokyo, Japan) with a sensor interface PCD-320 and software package PCD-30A (Kyowa Electronic Instruments Co., Tokyo, Japan) was used to performe 2000 insertion-removal cycles with 50 mm/min cross head speed. Maximum retentive force was measured initially and after each 40 cycles. Statistical analysis: paired-samples t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe post-hoc tests (P<0.05). Results: Before and after fatigue simulation statistically significant differences existed among the five types of attachments. Decrease of retention was characteristic for all attachments except OP. After fatigue LRP was most retentive. Magnetic attachments preserved maximum amount of retention measured at the baseline (98%). EO and EW attachments have preserved only 25% and 37% of initial retention respectively. Conclusions: Due to fatigue overdenture attachments gradually loose their retention. Stud attachments are more susceptible to fatigue than magnets. Eight hundred cycles are required to achieve relatively stable retention of overdenture attachments.  相似文献

目的:应用磁性附着体解决固定)可摘式部分义齿的固位稳定问题。方法:将Magfit EX磁性附着体用作基牙冠外固位体,应用导面板、栓体栓道作为义齿的稳定装置,制作固定)可摘式部分义齿,并观察其应用效果。结果:15例患者的远中游离端缺损牙列被成功修复。经12~42月的随访观察,磁性附着体固位的固定)可摘式部分义齿具有良好的固位和稳定,义齿咀嚼效果良好,外形美观,体积小巧,使用舒适。结论:磁性附着体能满意地解决固定)可摘式部分义齿的固位稳定问题,显著提高义齿的修复质量。  相似文献

目的:探讨磁性附着体在下颌全口覆盖义齿中的应用价值.方法:用磁性附着体为17例患者制作下颌全口覆盖义齿,粘固磁体前、后,进行最大咬合力、固位力和咀嚼效率测试,并比较2基牙和3基牙磁性附着体全口覆盖义齿的功能效果.采用SPSS13.5软件包对数据进行单因素方差分析.结果:牯固磁体后,全口覆盖义齿的最大咬合力、固位力和咀嚼效率显著提高(P<0.01);3 基牙磁性附着体全口覆盖义齿与2基牙者相比,最大咬合力和咀嚼效率差异无显著性(P>0.05),但固位力显著提高(P<0.01).结论:应用磁性附着体下颌全口覆盖义齿能有效改善覆盖义齿的咬合力、固位力和咀嚼效率;2基牙磁性附着体制作下颌全口覆盖义齿具有良好的临床应用价值.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of heating, cast bonding, and subsequent polishing procedures on attractive force of magnetic attachments. Two magnetic attachment systems with keepers of different chemical compositions (Hicorexslim 3013, 447J1; Magfit EX400, AUM20) were employed. Keepers examined were: (1) untreated; (2) heated; (3) cast-bonded with Ag-Pd alloy; (4) cast-bonded with Ag-Pd alloy and polished; (5) cast-bonded with gold alloy; and (6) cast-bonded with gold alloy and polished. Attractive force was determined with a force gauge, and surface structure was evaluated with scanning laser and electron microscopes. Attractive force of the Hicorex system was reduced by cast bonding, whereas that of the Magfit system was reduced by both heating and cast bonding. However, attractive force of both systems was somewhat recovered through the polishing process. Based on the findings of this study, it was suggested that careful polishing after cast bonding was indispensable to the recovery of attractive force for both attachment systems.  相似文献

目的:观察磁性附着体应用于下颌全口覆盖义齿常见的问题,并探讨预防或解决的方法。方法:用Magfit EX系统为23名患制作下颌全口覆盖义齿,共制作磁性附着体57个,观察1~1.5年,了解使用中发生的问题。结果:57个磁性附着体有2个磁体脱落,1个根面板脱落,57个基牙5个发生龈缘炎,1个发生继发龋,游离端基牙远中骨吸收5例(以每一侧为1例计算),23副下颌覆盖总义齿,3副折断,根面板及磁体未见明显腐蚀,磁力无明显减退。结论:Magfit磁性附着体适用于下颌覆盖总义齿,临床上常见的问题都能预防或对症处理。  相似文献

目的 比较铸接和焊接对衔铁口外磁性固位力的影响,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法 制作Mag- fitMD800磁性附着体铸接式衔铁试件5个和焊接式衔铁试件6个,对照组为未经处理的成品衔铁,在万能测试机上对3组试件垂直向磁性固位力进行测定。结果 焊接式衔铁组和铸接式衔铁组的口外垂直向磁性固位力分别为 (4·223 3±0·217 0)N、(3·792 9±0·296 4)N。焊接式衔铁组口外垂直向磁性固位力明显大于铸接式衔铁组(P< 0·05)。结论 焊接对磁性附着体磁性固位力的影响较铸接小。  相似文献

PURPOSE

Although magnetic attachment is used frequently for overdenture, it is reported that attractive force can be decreased by abrasion and corrosion. The purpose of this study was to establish the clinical basis about considerations and long term prognosis of overdenture using magnetic attachments by investigating the change in attractive force of magnetic attachment applied to the patients.

MATERIALS AND METHODS

Among the patients treated with overdenture using magnetic attachments in Dankook University Dental Hospital, attractive force records of 61 magnetic attachments of 20 subjects who re-visited from July 2013 to June 2014 were analyzed. Dental magnet tester (Aichi Micro Intelligent Co., Aichi, Japan) was used for measurement. The magnetic attachments used in this study were Magfit IP-B Flat, Magfit DX400, Magfit DX600 and Magfit DX800 (Aichi Steel Co., Aichi, Japan) filled with Neodymium (NdFeB), a rare-earth magnet.

RESULTS

Reduction ratio of attractive force had no significant correlation with conditional variables to which attachments were applied, and was higher when the maintenance period was longer (P<.05, r=.361). Reduction ratio of attractive force was significantly higher in the subject group in which attachments were used over 9 years than within 9 years (P<.05). Furthermore, 16.39% of total magnetic attachments showed detachment of keeper or assembly.

CONCLUSION

Attractive force of magnetic attachment is maintained regardless of conditional variables and reduction ratio increased as the maintenance period became longer. Further study on adhesive material, attachment method and design improvement to prevent detachment of magnetic attachment is needed.  相似文献

目的:评价磁性附着体应用于全口覆盖义齿修复的效果。方法:用63副Magfit和Magdisc磁性附着体为28例牙列缺损患者进行覆盖义齿修复,并随访观察2年。结果:63副磁性附着体中1副失败,9颗基牙出现龈缘炎,未发现继发龋、基牙松动、义齿折裂、根面板脱落;所有覆盖义齿固位效果满意。结论:Magfit和Magdisc磁性附着体能有效改善覆盖义齿的固位,并发症少,具有较好的应用前景。  相似文献
