各国医疗制度面面观

除美国等少数国家之外,大部分发达的市场经济国家都把卫生医疗看作是公共产品,由政府公款支付其主要费用,而且,这些国家中大多数执政的政党,无论左右,都不打算对公共医疗制度实行完全的私有化和市场化改造。当然,即使对这些国家的公民来说,所谓的“公费医疗”
