Objective: To explore the role of cytokines on the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis, and the effect of Tongmai Jiangzhi oral liquid (通脉降脂口服液,TMJZ) on cytokines through observing serum P-se-lectins (Ps), von Willebrand (vWF), and D-dimer (D-D) in atherosclerosis (AS) patients. Methods: Sixty-three AS patients were randomly divided into the treated group (n = 33, treated with TMJZ, 10 ml each time, three times a day) and the control group (n = 30, treated with Lovastatin, 10 mg, once daily). The levels of serum lipids (enzymatic methods), Ps, vWF, and D-D were measured before and after 8 weeks of treatment. Results: Serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apo-protein B-100 (apoB-100) were significantly decreased (P<0.05 or P< 0.01) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was significantly raised (P<0.05) after TMJZ treatment. Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Quyu Xiaoban Capsule (祛瘀消斑胶囊 ,QYXBC) on endothelial dependent vascular relaxation (EDVR) function in patients with atherosclerosis (AS)with ultrasonic technique. Methods: Tested were the endothelial function and blood lipids of 42 patients with AS in the treated group and 30 healthy volunteers in the control group. And re-examination of these parameters was carried out on the AS patients after they had been treated with QYXBC for 10 months. Results: Before treatment, the reactive hyperemia induced changes in artery diameter in the treated group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01), while insignificant difference was found between the two groups in response to nitroglycerin. In the treated group after treatment, with D%-R improved significantly (P<0.01), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)decreased by 16.3%, 5.6%, 10.2% respectively and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) increased by 7.5%. EDVR was correlated negatively with the serum TC, LDL-C concentrations and the baseline brachial diameter (D0) (r = -0.41, -0.66, -0.59, respectively, all P<0.01), but correlated positively with HDL-C (r = 0.62, P<0.05). The ameliorative extent of EDVR was correlated positively to the decreased magnitude of TC and LDL-C concentrations ( r = 0.67,0.59, both P<0.01 ). Conclusion: QYXBC can lower the level of blood lipids and improve significantly EDVR function.  相似文献

Objective: To investigate the effects of Xuezhikang capsule (XZK) on blood lipids level, platelet activation and coagulation-fibrinolysis activity in patients with hyerlipidemia.Methods: Seventy-six patients of hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups, the XZK group (n = 38) treated with XZK 600mg, taken two times per day and the Simvastatin (SIM) group (n = 38) treated with SIM 20mg per day, with the treatment lasting 8 weeks for both groups. Levels of fasting serum lipids, including total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C and LDL-C), plasma GMP-140, fibrinogen (FIB), tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA), plasminogen activator inhibitor type-1 (PAI-) and prothrombin time (PT) were all measured before and 8 weeks after treatment. Data were compared before and after treatment and also compared with those measured in 20 healthy subjects of control.Results: Before treantment the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C were obviously higher and HDL-C level was significantly lower in hyperlipidemia patients than those in healthy subjects (P<0.05 orP<0.01). After 4–8 weeks of XZK treatment, the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and FIB and activities of GMP-140 and PAI-1 were obviously lowered (P<0.05 orP<0.01). But in the SIM group there was no obvious change in FIB (P>0.05), instead it showed obvious increase of HDL-C and decrease of TC and LDL-C after treatment (P<0.05 orP<0.01).Conclusion: XZK could inhibit platelet activity and improve coagulation-fibrinolysis function, besides its lipids lowering effect.  相似文献

Objective: To observe the effect of Gengnianchun Recipe (GNC) on bone mineral density (BMD), bone biomechanical parameters and serum lipid level in the bilaterally ovariectomized (OVX) rats and to explore the prophylactic and therapeutic action of GNC on ovariectomy induced osteoporosis and hyperlipidemia.Methods: OVX SD rats, 10 –12 months old, were divided into different groups and fed with GNC 2 g/d, GNC 1 g/d and Nilestriol 0. 125 mg/week, respectively for 4 months to observe the change of BMD and bone biomechanical parameters of the lumbar vertebrae, and the serum levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride(TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and to compare the effect of the two drugs on the morphology of the uterus.Results: There was marked reduction in BMD and biomechanical parameters in lumbar vertebrae (P< 0.01) and increase of serum TC and LDL-C levels (P< 0. 01) in rats after OVX. GNC or Nilestriol significantly improved the decreased BMD and biomechanical parameters of the lumbar vertebrae (P< 0.05 orP< 0.01), and reduced the serum TC and LDL-C levels (P< 0.01). In the Nilestriol group, the wet weight of uterus got increased obviously (P< 0.01), the number of uterine glands increased, uterine columnar epithelium thickened, and the mitotic figures in the epithelial stroma and myointimal cells augmented. But no such effect in wet weight and morphology of uterus was found in the GNC group.Conclusion: GNC could increase the BMD and biomechanical parameters of the lumbar vertebrae, reduce the serum TC and LDL-C levels, yet produce no adverse reaction in stimulating proliferation and hypertrophy of uterus. Summary The serum lipid and lipoprotein levels of 366 healthy children at preschool age are presented. The serum lipid and lipoprotein cholesterol concentrations vary with age. As compared to boys, a tending higher HDL-C and a tending lower T-C/HDL-C and LDL-C/HDL-C respectively were noted in girls. A higher HDL-C level has also been observed in Chinese children, as compared with North American children (P < 0.01).  相似文献

目的 探究生长激素联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗特发性中枢性性早熟的疗效及安全性。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年1月贵州省安顺市人民医院收治的90例特发性中枢性性早熟女童,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组45例。对照组采用醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗,研究组采用生长激素联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗。收集两组患儿的临床资料,比较治疗前后的性激素[黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)]、子宫容积、卵巢容积、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]及空腹血糖(FPG),观察并记录两组患儿的不良反应情况。结果 研究组患儿治疗前后的LH、FSH、E2、子宫容积、卵巢容积、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、FPG比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组女童治疗前后的子宫容积、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、FPG的差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组女童治疗前后的LH、FSH、E2、卵巢容积的差值高于对照组(P <0...  相似文献

目的 探讨肝细胞癌(HCC)患者脂代谢异常的特征、脂肪酸结合蛋白(L-FABP)表达情况及其临床意义。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年9月武汉市中西医结合医院确诊的60例肝细胞癌患者作为HCC组、60例肝硬化患者作为肝硬化组,选取同期来该院体检的60例健康者作为对照组。对比各组患者血清载脂蛋白A(ApoA)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)、总胆红素(TBIL)、L-FABP表达变化,并按照Child-pugh分级标准将HCC组患者进行分层比较。结果 HCC组、肝硬化组患者的ApoA水平低于对照组(P <0.05),HCC组的ApoA、ApoB、ApoA/ApoB水平高于肝硬化组(P <0.05);肝硬化组患者的ApoB、HDL-C水平均低于对照组和HCC组(P <0.05),肝硬化组的TG、TC、LDL-C水平均高于对照组和HCC组(P <0.05)。HCC组、肝硬化组ALT、AST、LDH、ALP、TBIL水平高于对照组(P <0.05),CHE低于对照组(P <0.05);HCC组患者的TBIL值低于肝硬化组(P <0.05)。HCC组L-FABP阳性率高于肝硬化组、对照组(P <0.0125);肝硬化组与对照组患者的L-FABP阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.0125)。肝功能Child-pugh分级C级患者ApoA、ApoA/ApoB、HDL-C低于A、B级患者(P <0.05),C级患者TG、LDL-C高于A、B级患者(P <0.05)。肝功能Child-pugh分级C级患者ALT、AST、LDH、TBIL高于A、B级患者(P <0.05),CHE低于A、B级患者(P <0.05)。肝功能Child-pugh分级C级患者L-FABP阳性率高于A、B级患者(P <0.05)。结论 HCC患者存在一定程度的脂代谢功能减弱、L-FABP表达增强的特征,且HCC与患者肝功能受损程度有一定的关系。  相似文献

目的 探讨血清小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(sdLDL-C)在脂肪肝患者中变化情况及其与脂肪肝的相关性。方法 收集来笔者医院健康体检人群1012例,根据B型超声检测结果分为脂肪肝组442例(男性/女性:309/133)和非脂肪肝组570例(男性/女性:311/259)。血清sdLDL-C检测采用过氧化物酶法。结果 脂肪肝组sdLDL-C水平显著高于非脂肪肝组(1.09±0.44mmol/L vs 0.77±0.35mmol/L,P=0.000)。多元线性回归分析显示,sdLDL-C与总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)呈正相关(P=0.000),与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)呈负相关(P=0.000)。Logistic回归分析显示,控制基础指标和肝功能指标ALT后,sdLDL-C与脂肪肝具有独立的相关性(P=0.000),但增加血脂指标TC、TG和HDL-C变量后,sdLDL-C不再与脂肪肝具有独立相关性(P=0.349)。结论 脂肪肝患者sdLDL-C显著增高,sdLDL-C不是脂肪肝患病的独立危险因素,降脂治疗是降低血循环中sdLDL-C水平的主要靶点。  相似文献

目的 分析二甲双胍对血清25-羟基维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]水平及糖尿病(DM)相关心律失常发生率的影响。方法 选取2019年7月—2020年6月就诊于北京大学人民医院的160例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者,分为对照组、研究组,每组80例。两组分别接受利拉鲁肽、二甲双胍治疗。比较两组疗效、DM相关心律失常发生率,并观察治疗前、治疗24周后血清25-(OH)D3、血糖[空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)]、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]及左心室结构指标[左心房前后径(LAD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESd)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)]变化。结果 研究组总有效率较对照组高。两组治疗前FPG、HbAlc、25-(OH)D3、hs-CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。研究组治疗24周后FPG、HbAlc、hs-CRP较对照组低,25-(OH)D3较对照组高(P <0.05)。两组治疗24周后PG、HbAlc、hs-CRP较治疗前低,25-(OH)D3较治疗前高(P <0.05)。两组治疗前TC、TG、LDL-C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。研究组治疗24周后TC、TG、LDL-C水平较对照组低(P <0.05)。两组治疗24周后TC、TG、LDL-C水平较治疗前低(P <0.05)。两组治疗前LAD、LVEDd、LVEF比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。研究组治疗24周后LAD、LVEDd、LVEFLAD、LVEDd较对照组低,LVEF较对照组高(P <0.05)。研究组治疗24周后LAD、LVEDd、LVESd较治疗前低,LVEF较治疗前高(P <0.05)。研究组心律失常发生率较对照组低(P <0.05)。结论 二甲双胍可提升T2DM患者血清25-(OH)D3水平,调节血糖和血脂代谢,改善心室重构,预防心律失常。  相似文献

Objective:To study the effect of Xiongshao Capsule (XSC), a TCM herb that can promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis, on the endothelial dependent relaxation function, serum nitric oxide (NO), and plasma endothelin-KET-1) of the patients with cervical atherosclerosis.Methods: Forty patients were randomly divided into two groups: XSC group and Probucol group (western medicine control). In addition, 20 healthy people were set as a normal control group. Plasma ET-1, serum NO, the internal diameter of basal brachial artery, endothelial dependent flow mediated dilation (FMD) and non-endothelial dependent nitroglycerin induced dilation (NID) to the trial group before and after therapy and to the healthy control group were determined respectively. Results: Compared to the healthy control group, FMD of patients with atherosclerosis was damaged obviously, the serum NO level decreased, plasma ET-1 increased (P< 0.01), NID also decreased (P<0.05), the internal diameter of basal brachial artery has no obvious difference (P>0.05). After the patients with atherosclerosis were treated with Xiongshao Capsule for 12 weeks, FMD increased evidently, plasma ET-1 decreased, serum NO and the ratio of NO/ET-1 increased, compared with the level before therapy and Probucol group, the difference was significant (P<0.05,P<0.01), NID didn’t change obviously (P>0.05).Conclusion: XSC could regulate vascular activity factor and improve the function of endothelial dependent vascular dilation of patients with atherosclerosis.  相似文献

目的 探究依达拉奉联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗心源性脑梗死的疗效及对血清趋化因子12(CXCL12)、泛素C末端水解酶L1(UCH-L1)、人类软骨糖蛋白-39(HC-gp39)水平的影响。方法 选取2020年3月—2022年4月达州市中心医院收治的90例心源性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组给予依达拉奉联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗。比较两组疗效、CXCL12、UCH-L1、HC-gp39、血液流变学指标、血脂水平及美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组治疗前后血清CXCL12、UCH-L1、HC-gp39水平的差值高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组治疗前后全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度及纤维蛋白原水平的差值高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组治疗前后TC、TG、LDL-C水平的差值高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组治疗前后NIHSS评分的差值高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 依达拉奉联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗心源性心肌梗死可有效提高患者临床疗效,改善血液流变学指标、血脂、神经功能及炎症反应。  相似文献

目的 探究新原发性高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化与胱抑素C(cystatin c,Cys-C)、妊娠相关血浆蛋白A(pregnancy-associated plasma proteins A,PAPP-A)、成纤维细胞生长因子21(fibroblast growth factor 21,FGF-21)水平间的相关性。方法 选取2015年1月~2017年12月于新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院全科医疗科就诊并确定诊断为原发性高血压的患者298例,同时招募健康体检人群95例,根据纳入及排除标准将研究对象根据B型超声测定颈动脉中层厚度及粥样硬化程度分3组,即健康对照组(HC组)、高血压组(HBP组)、高血压合并颈动脉斑块组(HBP+CAS组)。比较3组患者尿素(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)、尿酸(uric acid,UA)以及总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein,HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(light density lipoprotein,LDL)、载脂蛋白A(apolipoprotein,Apo-A)、载脂蛋白B(apolipoprotein,Apo-B)及Cys-C、PAPP-A和FGF-21水平差异,应用Pearson相关分析和多因素线性回归模型分析颈动脉粥样硬化及内中膜厚度(intimal-medial thickness,IMT)的相关因素。结果 HBP+CAS组的TG(4.48±1.49mmol/L)、TC(2.35±1.12mmol/L)、LDL-C(2.91±0.82mmol/L)、IMT(1.23±0.27mm)、Cys-C(1.06±0.28mg/L)、PAPP-A(7.39±3.36mIU/L)、FGF-21(1.98±0.61ng/ml)水平明显高于HBP组的TG(4.07±1.41mmol/L)、TG(2.02±1.15mmol/L)、LDL-C(2.68±0.83mmol/L)、IMT(0.93±0.12mm)、Cys-C(0.92±0.24mg/L)、PAPP-A(5.66±2.12mIU/L)、FGF-21(1.82±0.53ng/ml)和HC组TG(3.98±1.36mmol/L)、TC(1.94±1.07mmol/L)、LDL-c(2.62±0.78mmol/L)、IMT(0.87±0.13mm)、Cys-C(0.83±0.16mg/L)、PAPP-A(4.88±1.96mIU/L)、FGF-21(1.50±0.45ng/ml),差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),HBP组和HBP+CAS组间的收缩压分别为144.03±8.58mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)和145.56±8.45mmHg,舒张压分别为93.11±5.85mmHg和94.09±5.76mmHg,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。多因素线性回归分析,IMT与血清LDL-C、Cys-C、PAPP-A及FGF-21水平有关,并且呈线性回归关系(t=3.140、8.216、3.431、7.654,P=0.002、0.000、0.001、0.000),IMT与收缩压、舒张压、TC、HDL-C无明显相关性(t=1.201、1.258、1.354、-2.008,P=0.231、0.209、0.091、0.059);Pearson相关分析显示,IMT与血清Cys-C、PAPP-A及FGF-21水平的相关性较高(r=0.721、0.680、0.692,P=0.000、0.000、0.000)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,颈动脉粥样硬化与血清Cys-C、PAPP-A及FGF-21水平有关,并且呈线性回归关系(P=0.000、0.005、0.000)。结论 新疆维、汉族原发性高血压患者的血清Cys-C、PAPP-A和FGF-21水平与CIMT和CAS呈正相关。  相似文献

目的 探讨新疆地区维吾尔族人群泌尿系结石与电解质及血脂的相关性。方法 回顾性分析2013年3~12月于新疆医科大学第二附属医院就诊的138例维吾尔族泌尿系结石患者(病例组)和94例同期在笔者医院健康体检正常者(对照组),健康体检时及患者入院后采集的外周血样本资料,检测电解质观察指标血钙、磷、钠、镁;血脂观察指标甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平,比较两组各观察指标水平有无差异,并采用SPSS 17.0软件对其进行t检验。结果 两组受检者血钙、血磷、血镁水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组血钠水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组受检者血清TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组血清TC水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 血钙、血磷、血镁水平以及TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平可能是影响泌尿系结石形成的危险因素之一。  相似文献

Objective: To observe the effect of Yishou Tiaozhi tablet(YSTZT) on lipid metabolism and aortic intimal atherosclerotic plaque coverage in rabbit model of experimental hyperlipemia and atherosclerosis.Methods: Thirty-two rabbits were randomly divided into four groups, Group A, B, C and D, 8 in each group. Forage with cholesterol and lipid plus 1.59 g/kg of YSTZT was fed to Group A every day; for Group B, 22.54 mg/kg gypenoside tablet was added to forage with cholesterol and lipid; for Group C, hyperlipid forage was given and for Group D, only ordinary forage was given. Biochemical parameters were measured and pathomorpho-logical examinations were carried out 6 weeks later.Results: (1) YSTZT obviously lowered the levels of serum total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), atherosclerotic index(AI), apoprotein(ApoB), lipoprotein [Lp(a)], oxygen-low density lipoprotein cholesterol (ox-LDL), hydroxyproline(HYP), plasma Ca2+, thromboxane B2 (TXB2), and increased the levels of serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), apoprotein A1 (Apo A1), ApoA1/ApoB, plasma 6-keto-PGF (P < 0.01). (2) Pathomorphological examination showed that in Group A aortic intimal atherosclerotic plaque area and arterial intima thickness were obviously reduced, smooth muscle cell hyperplasia and elastic fibers were not seen.Conclusion: YSTZT can inhibit experimental hyperlipemia and atherogenesis. It is an ideal and effective medicine in preventing and treating hyperlipemia and atherosclerosis.  相似文献

目的 高脂诱导建立五指山小型猪动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型,观察脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)在AS模型血浆和斑块中的表达变化。方法 将10只五指山小型猪随机分为正常对照(Ctr)组4只饲喂普通饲料、AS模型(AS model)组6只饲喂高脂饲料,连续造模24周。造模24周时,空腹取前腔静脉血测定总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、Lp-PLA2活性和成分的变化,并取主动脉进行油红O染色以及取腹主动脉血管行HE染色和IL-6免疫组化染色,观察血管脂质沉积和斑块病理以及IL-6蛋白表达变化。采用RT-PCR和Western Blot法观察腹主动脉组织中Lp-PLA2mRNA和蛋白的表达情况。结果 与正常对照组比,AS模型组体重、体质量指数(BMI)、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、CRP、Lp-PLA2活性和成分均显著升高(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),同时主动脉脂质沉积明显(P < 0.01)和AS斑块形成,腹主动脉组织中Lp-PLA2mRNA和蛋白表达以及IL-6蛋白表达均显著升高(P < 0.05)。结论 长期高脂饮食24周能诱发五指山小型猪AS,且Lp-PLA2在参与血管炎症和AS斑块形成中发挥了关键作用。  相似文献

目的 观察西格列汀对肥胖大鼠代谢指标及血清内脏脂肪素水平的影响。方法 40只SD大鼠随机分为普通饲料喂养组(ND组,n=10)和高脂饲料喂养组(HD组,n=30)。16周后HD组成功建立肥胖模型(n=16),并随机分为肥胖对照组(OB组,n=8)和西格列汀干预组(SITA组,n=8)。分别测定干预前后各组大鼠体质量(BW)、空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TCH)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)及血清内脏脂肪素水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果 干预前,HD组的BW、FBG、TG、TCH、LDL-C、FINS、HOMA-IR、内脏脂肪素高于ND组,HDL-C低于ND组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,SITA组FBG、TG、TCH、LDL-C、FINS、HOMA-IR低于OB组,HDL-C高于OB组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清内脏脂肪素与BW、FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR、TCH、LDL-C呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 高脂饮食诱导肥胖大鼠模型出现糖脂代谢紊乱及胰岛素抵抗,血清内脏脂肪素水平明显增加,西格列汀能下调血清内脏脂肪素水平,改善糖脂代谢,减轻胰岛素抵抗。  相似文献

[目的] 考察清脑益智方(QNYZF)对血管性痴呆(VaD)大鼠脑血流量(CBF)及血脂水平的影响。[方法] 选用健康雄性SD大鼠,随机分为假手术组、模型组、QNYZF低、中、高剂量组,采用双侧结扎颈总动脉(2-VO)法复制大鼠VaD模型。灌胃给药4周后,采用MOOR激光多普勒血流监测仪检测大鼠CBF,测完后取血、离心,收集血清,通过全自动生化仪检测血清中总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量。[结果] 与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠CBF降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,给予QNYZF干预后,中、高剂量组大鼠CBF升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠血清中TC、TG和LDL-C含量升高(P<0.05),而HDL-C含量无明显变化(P>0.05);给予QNYZF干预后,各剂量的QNYZF均可降低VaD大鼠血清中TC、TG和LDL-C含量(P<0.05或P<0.01),而对HDL-C含量无明显影响(P>0.05)。[结论] QNYZF可有效改善VaD大鼠的CBF,其作用机制与降低血脂水平、改善血脂异常有关。  相似文献

目的 探究急性脑梗死患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(intima-media thickness,IMT)的性别差异,为脑梗死患者诊断和防治的性别差异提供参考。方法 选择急性脑梗死患者193例,依据性别将193例急性脑梗死患者分为两组:男性急性脑梗死组94例,女性急性脑梗死组99例。检测两组受试者血浆同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglycerides,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)水平,采用彩色多普勒超声测定两组受试者颈动脉IMT,比较两组间各指标的差异,分析颈动脉IMT性别差异性原因。结果 男性急性脑梗死患者组颈动脉IMT较女性急性脑梗死组厚,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性急性脑梗死组血浆Hcy水平、LDL-C水平及吸烟率均高于女性急性脑梗死组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);女性急性脑梗死组HDL-C水平高于男性急性脑梗死组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);多变量Logistic回归显示血浆高Hcy、LDL-C水平,高吸烟率以及低血浆HDL-C与男性显著相关(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析进一步揭示男性、年龄、Hcy、吸烟与颈动脉IMT独立相关。结论 男性急性脑梗死患者组颈动脉IMT较女性急性脑梗死组厚,这可能与血浆Hcy水平、吸烟不良行为密切相关。  相似文献

目的 研究甘草酸对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)大鼠的治疗效果及其作用机制。方法 雄性SD大鼠40只随机分为5组:正常组,模型组,低、中、高剂量甘草酸治疗组(60、120、180mg/kg),以高脂饮食喂养16周构建大鼠NASH模型,于造模第7周起进行不同剂量甘草酸治疗10周,HE染色观察肝组织病理学变化,并对总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)进行检测。结果 高脂饮食诱导的NASH大鼠模型中,肝组织可见肝细胞脂肪病变,血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、AST、ALT及MDA明显升高,HDL-C、SOD及GSH显著降低;而经过中、高剂量甘草酸治疗后发现,肝细胞脂肪病变程度降低,血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、AST、ALT及MDA明显降低,HDL-C、SOD及GSH明显升高,与模型组相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 甘草酸能够经过抑制氧化应激损伤、改变血脂水平来改善NASH大鼠肝功能及抑制肝脏病变程度,对NASH治疗具有潜在的临床意义。  相似文献

目的 探讨体内的强抗氧化剂—血清胆红素防止动脉粥样硬化 (AS)的作用及机制。 方法 在新西兰兔食饵性 AS模型上 ,观察胆红素治疗性给药对氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白 (Ox L DL)、胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白 (L DL )等水平变化及主动脉壁 AS斑块形成的影响。血清胆红素采用重氮法测定 ,Ox L DL采用EL ISA法测定 ,TC、TG采用酶法测定 ,高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)采用选择性抑制法测定 ,L DL 通过 Friedward公式计算。 结果  AS模型组的血清胆红素较正常对照组及胆红素处理组降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,胆红素处理组的 Ox L DL较对照组增高但低于 AS模型组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,胆红素处理组与 AS模型组的 TC、TG、L DL 等水平差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 适当提高体内胆红素浓度以增加体内抗氧化能力 ,有利于抑制 L DL 氧化形成 Ox L DL,防止泡沫细胞形成 ,可能是防治 AS的又一重要途径  相似文献
