目的:设计一个高效便捷的医院综合自助系统,用于提高医院门诊的整体服务水平。方法:采用预交金模式,联合农业银行和第三方软硬件供应商,开发和部署相应的自助设备及其软件系统,并在医院原有信息系统的基础上,设计和开发出门诊一卡通系统、银医转账系统和预约挂号系统等3个系统。结果:详述了医院综合自助系统的功能和效益,完成了医院综合自助系统的设计和部署,缩短了患者就诊的等待时间,很大程度上解决了医院门诊拥挤问题。结论:医院综合自助系统和预交金模式具备突出的优点和强大的生命力,能够解决门诊拥挤的难题,有助于进一步优化门诊流程,提高相关人员的工作效率。  相似文献

目的 利用门诊信息系统进行门诊挂号流程再造,采用先诊疗后收取挂号诊查费对门诊就诊流程进行优化,探讨数字化医院建设中缩短门诊患者就诊排队时间、提高门诊诊疗工作效率与服务质量的新途径.方法 ①收集我院2010年2月至2011年6月份信息系统门诊工作量及门诊挂号诊查费统计数据,统计方法采用描述性分析;②问卷调查,对2010年9月份及2011年6月份来我院门诊就医的病人采取现场随机抽查方法,统计方法采用t检验.结果 ①优化流程的挂号诊查费误差率比传统流程小(P〈0.05);②门诊优化流程后,缩短了患者在院就诊时间(P〈0.05),患者满意度提高(P〈0.05).结论 新的门诊流程为医院实施信息化提供了良好的可行性途径,有利于体现"以病人为中心"的治疗原则,为病人提供高效优质的服务.  相似文献

目的:探索互联网信息技术对门诊医疗服务的提升作用,深入分析实施门诊一卡通的服务效果。方法:采用问卷调查法进行数据收集,运用SPSS软件进行数据分析。结果:患者使用一卡通服务进行自助挂号、自助充值、诊间付费比传统方式节约时间,差异具有统计学意义,满意度较高。结论:一卡通服务不仅是信息系统的改造和上线使用,还要配合门诊流程的梳理和优化,同时要针对患者使用习惯和功能需求,对平台持续改进,提升患者就医体验。  相似文献

建设医院信息系统的最终目的是为了实现以病人为中心的医疗宗旨,改善就医的软硬件环境,最大限度地方便病人就医。我院从1998年初开始建设医院信息系统,初步实现了门诊挂号、门诊收费、公费统筹、住院管理、病区医嘱管理、药库药房、院长查询等基本模块的应用,取得了一定的成效。1999年下半年为开发设计诊间系统,列原门诊系统的数据结构及流程进行了较大的改进,于2000年初开始在各门诊科室逐步推行,使用一年多以来得到了广大医务人员的积极配合和欢迎,并获得了广大病员的良好评价和肯定。  相似文献

目的 调查儿科门诊预约挂号爽约的相关因素。方法 采用电话访谈的方法,调查儿科门诊预约挂号爽约病人的爽约原因,对爽约规定的认知情况,分析爽约的原因。结果 本次调查的总爽约率为16.17%,爽约主要原因是患儿病情缓解和已经就诊。结论 加强宣传,完善预约信息系统,推广诚信预约,及时退号,是降低儿科预约挂号爽约率的措施。  相似文献

目的:探讨综合性医院自助挂号设备的用户界面的设计方法。方法:通过对医院自助挂号设备的用户界面的现状进行分析,综合计算机科学、心理学和人机工程学的知识,以用户为导向,对自助挂号设备的用户界面进行合理设计。结果:设计了交互性强的自助挂号界面,降低了用户的操作难度,提高了挂号速度,适应不同年龄段和文化层次的人群。结论:以用户为导向的自助挂号界面的设计能够满足患者自助挂号的操作需求。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to critique in‐print, post‐1990 copyrighted stepfamily self‐help books in order to provide guidance to helping professionals who work with these complex families. Of the 63 books reviewed, trained coders were able to strongly recommend 13 books for being well organized, for relying on clinical or empirical sources of information, and for offering practical and concrete advice specific enough for stepfamily members to implement.  相似文献

Self-care is an important approach to the management of long-term health conditions and in preventing ill-health by living a healthy lifestyle. The concept has been used to a limited extent in relation to mental health, but it overlaps with the related concepts of recovery, self-management and self-help. These related concepts all entail individuals having more choice and control over treatment and a greater role in recovery and maintaining their health and well-being. This paper reviews qualitative empirical research that provides information on the nature of self-care in mental health from the perspective of people experiencing mental health problems. Twenty qualitative studies were identified from a systematic search of the literature. The methods used in these studies were critically appraised and key themes across studies identified self-care behaviours and processes supporting self-care. The paper also highlights challenges to this approach in mental health and provides a conceptual framework of the relationships between self-care support, self-care behaviours and strategies, and well-being for the individual. It also highlights limitations in the current evidence base and identifies areas for future research.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: The current study examined the usefulness of a new, cognitive-based self-help manual for bulimia nervosa. METHOD: Twenty people were provided with assessment and six sessions of guided self-help using the manual. Participants were assessed for eating-related behaviors and attitudes and psychopathology at pretreatment, posttreatment, and at the 3-month follow-up. Assessment instruments included the Eating Disorder Examination, Symptom Checklist-90-Revised, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, Screening Test for Co-morbid Personality Disorders, and The University of Rhode Island Change Assessment. Data from 15 people were available at posttreatment and from 13 people at follow-up. RESULTS: Using intention-to-treat analyses, binge eating, vomiting, four of the five eating attitudes and self-esteem significantly improved between pretreatment and posttreatment. At follow-up, there was continued improvement on all measures, with the exception of binge eating. DISCUSSION: Guided self-help using cognitive techniques is a promising first-line treatment for bulimia nervosa, with further evaluation required in a randomized, controlled trial with long-term follow-up.  相似文献

Prevention enthusiasts show great optimism about the potential of health apps to modify peoples’ lifestyles through the tracking and quantification of behaviours and bodily signs. Critical sociologists warn for the disciplining effects of self‐tracking. In this paper we use an empirical ethics approach to study the characteristics and strivings of the various types of ‘ethico‐psychological subjects’ that emerge in practices of self‐quantification by analysing how people and numbers relate in three cases of self‐quantification: in prevention discourse, in testimonies from the quantified self (QS) movement and in empirical work we did with people with Diabetes type I and with ‘every day self‐trackers’. We show that a free subject that needs support to enact its will is crucial to understand the optimism about prevention. In the QS‐movement the concern is with a lack of objective and personalised knowledge about imperceptible processes in the body. These subjects are decentered and multiplied when we trace how numbers in their turn act to make sense of people in our empirical study. We conclude that there are many different types of ethico‐psychological subjects in practices of self‐tracking that need to be explored in order to establish what good these practices of self‐quantification might do.  相似文献
