皮肤病学网络自测题库的建立与应用

目的目前皮肤病学教学方式和手段落后于学科发展，通过计算机网络进行教改。方法联合多媒体技术建立以网络为平台的皮肤病学网络自测题库。结果顺利开展教学工作，能够快速提高教学质量和效率。结论皮肤病学网络自测题库的建设过程、教学应用和特点具有应用价值和优势。     

借助信息系统提高医院公共卫生管理水平的探讨

目的　在医院信息系统平台上建设公共卫生软件模块，探讨其对医院公共卫生管理的作用。方法　利用计算机数据库与网络技术，将公共卫生信息采集软件集成于门诊、住院医生工作站，将数据分析监控软件安装于医院相应职能管理部门，构建医院公共卫生相关信息上报、监控、预警网络。结果　通过公共卫生软件模块对传染病、医院感染、发热门诊、肠道门诊、职业中毒、慢性病、死因等公共卫生事件的报告，有效提高了公共卫生相关信息采集的效率与质量。结论　医院信息系统建设公共卫生软件模块能有效提高公共卫生信息采集效率，有利于应对突发公共卫生事件与提高公共卫生管理水平。

公共卫生突发事件应急救治系统构建

目前，我国处理公共卫生突发事件的能力虽然已经有很大的进步，但院前急救系统仍然普遍较差，与日益增加的公共卫生突发事件所要求的应急处理能力不相适应，因此，有必要建立新的，并改造旧的公共卫生突发事件应急救治医疗体系。

皮肤病患者自测健康的研究

目的了解皮肤病患者的自测健康状况，评估临床疗效。方法对50例皮肤病患者和50名正常人群同时进行自测健康评定量表(SRHMSV1.0）评定。结果皮肤病患者与正常人群的自测健康存在显著性差异;皮肤病患者经过1周治疗，自测健康变化不明显;经过4周治疗后，自测健康变化显著。结论皮肤病的临床治疗效果是好的。自测健康评定量表(SRHMSV1.0）为皮肤病患者的健康测量与健康监测，提供了一个有效手段。     

Necrotic Ulceration of the Hand Case Review: Think Beyond Infection

Neutrophilic dermatosis of the dorsal hands is a rare neutrophilic dermatosis that can be associated with inflammatory bowel disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and underlying malignancies. The occurrence of trauma as an initiating factor and its early features of pain and inflammation followed by blistering or ulceration mean that it can be mistaken for necrotizing infection. Neutrophilic dermatosis of the dorsal hands should be considered in all patients who present with such features confined to the back of the hands, particularly those with negative microbiological results or lack of response to antibiotic therapy. A case review design was used to analyze the presentation of a woman aged 65 years in the United Kingdom, seeking care for a painful rash on the hand in the emergency department that was subsequently diagnosed as neutrophilic dermatosis of the dorsal hands. Emergency clinician awareness of neutrophilic dermatosis of the dorsal hands as a rare differential diagnosis for patients presenting with necrotic ulceration may prevent unnecessary antibiotic therapy and surgical intervention.     

驻桂部队官兵皮肤病发病情况调查

目的了解驻桂部队官兵皮肤病的发病情况及其原因。方法以主诉与体检相结合的方法进行皮肤病的临床诊断,对诊断有疑问者进行必要的真菌学和细菌学检查,对皮肤病类型及构成比进行分析。结果感染性皮肤病发病率最高,为78.00%。其中足癣发病率为49.25%,居感染性皮肤病之首。结论加强部队卫生防治知识的宣传和教育,采用自拟中药方配成川黄洗剂治疗足癣取得满意疗效。     

Bullous dermatosis--treatment up-to-date

Blistering dermatosis are generally known to be constructed of two groups, autoimmune blistering dermatosis and genodermatosis. Autoantibodies are determined in autoimmune blistering dermatosis including pemhigus and bullous pemphigoid. We used to treat them with systemic corticosteroids and various immunosuppressants, with attention to side effects. Apheresis or intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) therapy is recommended as a combination therapy with systemic corticosteroids and various immunosuppressants. Some of responsible genes have been elucidated in blistering genodermatosis such as epidermolysis bullosa. Although no specific treatment is available, cell-based therapies using bone marrow cells and fibroblasts improve the quality of life in these patients. In this review, we present an overview of the treatment of blistering dermatosis.

Chronic recurrent annular neutrophilic dermatosis: A rare entity

We report a new case of chronic recurrent annular neutrophilic dermatosis in a woman. Through our observation, we aim to make the clinician aware of this rare entity, in order to consider it among the diagnostic hypotheses of annular dermatosis, with centrifugal, recurrent, and chronic evolution.     

A Public Health Nursing Model

Abstract Public health nurses are in a strategic position to maintain, promote, and protect the health of populations both now and in the future. In the changing health care environment of the 1990s, defining the expanding and evolving role of public health nursing assists in the effective utilization of public health nurses. During a time when the health care environment is emphasizing the protection and promotion of health, access to health services, and prevention of illness, it is necessary for public health nurses to be in the forefront in the changing focus to primary prevention. Therefore, a model for public health nursing is proposed to provide a framework for defining public health nursing roles and practice. A flowering tree is one symbol of public health nursing. The tree consists of seven parts symbolizing nine public health nursing concepts. This model is proposed to articulate clearly the capacity of public health nursing within today's ever-changing environment and to provide a framework for public health nursing theory, public health nursing practice, policy development, and public health research.     

Building Community Capacity for Health Promotion: A Challenge for Public Health Nurses

Abstract The centennial celebration of public health nursing is a strong reminder of the tradition and practice of public health nursing's commitment to communities. Partnerships with communities give public health nurses fiduciary responsibility to be actively involved in public health reform to advance health promotion and health protection. Public health nurses must rise to the challenge to build community capacity through facilitating community participation, enhancing community health services, and coordinating public policy to achieve core public health responsibilities of assessment, policy, and assurance. This paper explicates strategies for building community capacity for health promotion.     

误诊为皮肤病的下肢慢性静脉功能不全的原因分析与防治

目的：探讨误诊为皮肤病的下肢慢性静脉功能不全的原因和诊治方法。方法：应用多种微创手术治疗2000-05～2004-05收治的误诊为皮肤病的下肢慢性静脉功能不全43例(患肢50条)，该患肢50条经顺行性深静脉造影和彩色多普勒检查证实均同时存在浅静脉倒流和交通支静脉功能不全，患肢28条同时存在慢性静脉性溃疡，患肢14条同时存在重度深静脉返流。结果：50条患肢经多种微创手术治疗后皮肤色素沉着和湿疹样改变改善，脂质硬皮病好转．静脉曲张消失，28条静脉性溃疡肢体短期内愈合。随访3～47个月(平均28．5个月)，无新生的溃疡，无静脉曲张复发。结论：下肢慢性静脉功能不全以皮肤色素沉着、湿疹样改变和脂质硬皮病以及慢性溃疡为主要临床表现时容易误诊，行静脉造影和彩色多普勒检查可以确诊，多种微创手术可以治疗下肢静脉功能不全，从而治愈皮肤病。
