目的探讨护士灾害应急救护规范化培训效果。方法选取204名临床护士为研究对象,2014年前采用常规方法进行灾害应急救护能力培训,2014年后采用规范化培训,包括组建培训小组、制订培训计划、设置培训方案、实施培训方案。培训结束后,比较护士培训前后考核成绩、心理健康状况及满意度。结果规范化培训后,护士的考核成绩、满意度较培训前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);恐怖症状和敌对症状测评得分显著降低(P<0.01)。结论加强护士灾害应急救护能力培训,可以提高护士的急救意识及急救技能,提升护士心理稳定性和承受能力,确保应急救护质量和效率。 相似文献

As nurses constitute the largest group of health-care providers, their readiness to respond to disasters and to participate in preparedness and disaster recovery activities will be significant for making a community more resilient against disaster. Concern is raised regarding how to build the capacity of all nurses with a knowledge base and a minimum set of skills in responding to various disasters. Drawing on the ICN Framework of Disaster Nursing Competencies and Global Standards for the Initial Education of Professional Nurses and Midwives, a training program entitled "Introduction to Disaster Nursing" was developed. Four teaching methods including action learning, problem-based learning, skill training, and lecture were used to orchestrate a series of planned activities for helping students develop the required disaster nursing competencies in a 2-week intensive training program held in Sichuan China in July 2009. The pre- and post-tests which were given to assess the students' perceived level of competencies demonstrated a significant gain in relevant knowledge and skills constituting the required competencies upon completion of the program. In the program evaluation, most students indicated their willingness and capability in disaster relief work under supervision, and they were keen to advance their competencies in the field of disaster nursing. 相似文献

目的为适应军队实行精简整编及军队医院建设的需求,探讨聘用护士的培养方法。方法采取与地方院校联合办学,严格选拔来院实习护生;对实习护生和聘用护士进行军事素质训练、岗前培训等。结果培养了聘用护士的业务素质与军事素质,使聘用护士的综合素质得到提高。结论我院聘用护士的培养方法科学、有效,可供同行借鉴。 相似文献

目的 探讨上海市三甲综合医院急诊护士灾害准备度现状,分析其影响因素。 方法 在上海市三甲15家综合医院选取425名急诊护士,采取目的抽样方法,于2019年9月至2020年1月运用微信二维码方式网络调查进行研究。 结果 上海市三甲综合医院急诊护士灾害准备度得分处于中等水平,得分最低的维度是灾后管理能力,其中影响灾害知识得分的因素有年龄、最高学历、有无参与灾害课程培训,影响灾害技术得分的因素有工作年限、有无参与灾害课程培训、学历,影响灾后管理得分的因素有:年龄、职称、最高学历和有无灾害救援经验(P<0.05)。 结论 根据上海市三甲综合医院急诊护士灾害准备度得分情况,应针对各类不同灾害如传染病、多发伤、火灾、地震等制定多样化的培训方案,加强灾后管理能力培训,为不同灾害做好人力储备。 相似文献

Failure to ensure organizational readiness for curricular integration of simulation can result in a costly and ineffective simulation program. Organizational leaders who are aware of the principles of changemaker leadership and specific operational considerations are best positioned to ensure a quality simulation program. To assist these leaders, this article provides practical information derived from dissection of the Standard of Best Practice: SimulationSM: Operations, including topics of strategic planning, financial resources, expert personnel, resource management systems, policies and procedures, and systems integration. Additionally, an introduction to a foundational tool to spearhead change is offered, and characteristics of the changemaker leader needed to develop and sustain an effective and efficient simulation program are highlighted. Understanding the criteria necessary for effective simulation operations and early recognition of the conditions and variables that can influence organizational culture is of utmost importance to ensure programmatic success. 相似文献

[目的]构建一套符合我国国情、较科学的社区护士灾害应对能力评价工具.[方法]在文献查阅、半结构式专家访谈的基础上,初拟社区护士灾害应对能力评价指标体系,运用Delphi专家函询法对36名专家进行问卷函询确立指标体系,并以层次分析法确定各级指标权重.[结果] 3轮函询问卷有效回收率分别为100.00%、97.22%及86.67%;专家权威值>0.80的比率为80.6%;肯德尔和谐系数χ2检验<0.01,指标权重层次单排序、总排序一致性比率均<0.10.最终形成一个具有6个一级指标、35个二级指标的符合我国国情的社区护士灾害应对能力评价指标体系.[结论]3轮专家函询结果可靠、专家意见一致性较好,本研究为评估社区护士灾害应对能力提供了科学、系统的工具. 相似文献
