胃癌组织中GA15—3表达及其临床意义

目的；探讨肿瘤相关抗原ＣＡ１５－３在胃癌中的表达和意义。方法：应用免疫组织化学ＳＰ法检测５５例胃癌，癌旁组织，正常胃粘膜和３０例胃溃疡组织中ＣＡ１５－３的表达情况。结果：５５例胃癌阳性表达者４３例（７８．２％）。其中胞浆胞膜均为阳性者３０例（６９．８％），而胞膜阳性１３例（３０．２％）。５５例癌旁组织阳性表达者２例（３．６％），仅为胞膜阳性，溃疡及正常胃粘膜均为阴性，ＣＡ１５－３阳性表达及胞浆阳性     

重症脑损伤早期鼻饲胃肠营养

目的：探讨重症脑损伤患者早期鼻饲胃肠营养的可行性和临床效果。方法：对１９９２年１月－１９９９年１月本院神经外科重症脑损伤（ＧＣＳ５－７分）病人作前瞻性研究，实验组（４７例）采用了持续滴注鼻饲要素膳方法，对照组（４０例）按常规方法鼻饲流质；实验组开始时间为伤后４８小时，对照组为伤后６－８天，结果：病人对早期持续滴注鼻饲胃肠营养有较好的耐受性。与对照组比较，实验组获得较优的氮平衡，营养指标（血清白蛋白
