总结3届母婴护理专科护士培训班的培训经验,为我国母婴护理专科护士的规范化培训提供借鉴。主要方法:建立多层级带教培训模式,指导教师一对一带教,指导教师组长对学员作业审核、把关,基地负责人全面负责。采取分阶段集中式的培训方法,学员通过分组教学实践、师生共同参与型小讲座、自主式护理查房、小组讨论等形式学习。结果3届学员共40名通过答辩,对培训均表示满意。 相似文献

目的探讨南京市麻醉护理专科护士培训的实施效果。方法对南京市22名麻醉科护士进行培训,包括公共基础课程1周(40学时)、专业课程4周(176学时)、临床实践7周,然后评价护士考核成绩和对培训的满意度。结果培训后护士理论考核成绩高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(t=2.690,P=0.012),操作和实践考核均达标(>80分);护士对于培训的总体满意度为94.8%。结论南京市麻醉护理专科护士培训可有效提升护士对于麻醉护理相关知识和技能水平,为建立科学的、系统化的麻醉护理专科护士培养模式奠定了基础,值得推广。 相似文献

目的:评价综合康复治疗和康复护理干预对脑损伤后吞咽功能障碍患者的效果。方法:脑损伤致吞咽功能障碍患者60例,随机分为A、B 2组各30例,均接受药物治疗、吞咽功能训练、球囊扩张术及低频电刺激等综合康复治疗。A组同时实施摄食直接训练、摄食行为训练、食物调节与营养及心理康复等护理干预。治疗前后评定2组吞咽功能。结果:治疗1个月后,2组洼田饮水试验改善程度和X线透视(VFSS)评分均明显高于治疗前;A组高于B组(均P〈0.05,0.01)。临床疗效比较,A组总有效率明显高于B组(93.3%与73.3%,P〈0.05)。结论:综合康复治疗结合康复护理干预能更加有效促进脑损伤后吞咽功能障碍的恢复。 相似文献

The effectiveness of multidisciplinary stroke rehabilitation may be enhanced by nurses and therapists adopting a single consistent approach to the positioning and mobilizing of patients. As patients can spend as little as 4% of the waking day receiving 'therapy' there is considerable potential for a more dynamic nursing intervention, which may contribute to improving patient care. We aimed to investigate whether physiotherapists could step back from direct patient treatment in order to participate in a structured training programme for nurses involved with patients recovering from stroke on an established elderly care rehabilitation ward in a district general hospital. Qualitative methods were used within a participatory action research framework to describe the development process and content of the training programme. Nursing staff, physiotherapists and their respective managers were interviewed to identify perceived training needs. This informed the structure and content of the training course and allowed insight into interprofessional working. 相似文献

Within health care, there has been a change in practice from an illness-orientated service to one that is more health-focused and person-centred. The concept of person-centredness is frequently espoused by practitioners as being not only a desirable, but a necessary element of health care provision. Indeed, nationally and internationally, person-centred care has underpinned many healthcare documents and policies. Person-centred practice focuses on providing care, utilising a variety of processes that operationalise person-centred nursing and include working with patients′ beliefs and values, engagement, presence, sharing decision-making and providing for physical needs.In the field of emergency nursing, the incorporation of person-centred care and its holistic foundation may require a significant shift in practice. There is evidence to suggest that emergency nurses view their role as one, which is predominantly concerned with providing urgent physical care, rather than one, which espouses the theories of holistic healthcare. To this extent, being person-centred in the context of emergency care, requires the nurse to move beyond the traditional notions of his/her role and to embrace the more holistic aspects of patient care. Music therapy protocol development to enhance swallowing training for stroke patients with dysphagia

Considering the devastating condition of dysphagia, it is necessary to provide intensive therapeutic regimen based on interdisciplinary approach. In this aspect, music-enhanced swallowing protocol was developed through a pilot study. Then, the modified protocol from a pilot study was examined with 8 stroke patients in a local hospital. The protocol was designed to improve oral motor control, laryngeal elevation, breathing, and swallowing functions. The dependent variables measured included reflex, respiration, and laryngeal functions using the Frenchay Dysarthria assessment. Results from the initial to the midevaluation showed that pitch in the laryngeal category were statistically significant after 6th sessions. After the 12th session, when the final evaluation was compared with the initial assessment, additional categories revealed statistically significant changes. It is recommended that this study should be replicated with a control group and a larger sample using either FEES or video fluoroscopy for scientific data to further substantiate music therapy outcomes in stroke rehabilitation. 相似文献

目的 探讨递进式培训在ICU护士培养期中的作用.方法 将2012年1月至2013年1月菏泽市立医院重症医学科、急诊ICU、神经外ICU、儿童ICU工作3年内的护士进行递进式培训,并与2011年1月至2012年1月的培养期护士进行每个阶段对比.具体方法包括理论授课、操作示范、播放录像、临床实习、个案研究、阶梯式评价(个人自评、带教教师评价、综合评价)6个方面,对ICU培养期护士进行有计划、有目标、有重点的将危重症护理知识理论联系实践的延续性培训.结果 递进式培训后各阶段的理论与操作考试成绩、核心能力测评分值、各阶段培训前后护理工作质量评价分值均显著高于传统组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 递进式培训能提高ICU培养期护士的培训效果,提高护理质量,可在ICU培训中推广应用. 相似文献

BACKGROUND: The presence of dysphagia is associated with an increased risk of mortality, malnutrition, dehydration, compromised pulmonary function, and disability. Appropriate swallowing training can establish optimal nutritional status and eliminate or reduce the risk of developing medical complications associated with swallowing impairment. AIM(S) OF THE STUDY: The aim of this study was to examine the functional swallowing and nutritional outcomes of swallowing training in institutionalized stroke residents with dysphagia. DESIGN AND METHODS: A quasi-experimental parallel cluster design was used. Seven institutions with similar bed sizes were selected. All subjects in the experimental group received a structured swallowing training programme. The subjects in the experimental group (n = 40) received 30 minutes of swallowing training each day for 6 days per week for 8 weeks. The control group (n = 21) did not receive any training. RESULTS: After swallowing training, mean differences in volume per second, volume per swallow, mid-arm circumference and body weight between pre- and post-training of the experimental group were significantly higher than for the control group, while mean differences in neurological examination and choking frequency during meals for the experimental group were significantly lower than in the control group. CONCLUSION: This study used objective timed swallowing tests, a swallowing questionnaire, and a neurological examination to evaluate the effects of swallowing training. However, videofluroscopy is generally considered the best method for evaluating the pharyngeal and esophageal stages of swallowing, and introducing this technique is recommended for future studies. Furthermore, it is recommended that nursing professionals should conduct swallowing training protocols in stroke patients to help prevent aspiration from dysphagia. 相似文献

Despite the fact that spiritual care is an essential part of nursing care according to many nursing definitions, it appears to be quite different in practice. A spirituality training for nurses may be necessary to give spiritual care the attention it deserves. In a trial a pre-tested "spirituality and nursing care" training was provided to nurses from four different nursing wards in a non-academic, urban hospital. Prior to the training and six weeks after the training, nurses and all patients were asked to fill up a questionnaire. In addition, the number of referrals from nurses to the chaplaincy was examined. Compared to before (n=44 patients), after the training (n=31), the patients from the intervention wards experienced more receptiveness and support when asking questions about illness and meaning. There were also specific changes in nurses' attitudes and knowledge, changes in clinical practice such as documenting spiritual needs and the number of referrals to the chaplains was higher. The results indicate that a training in spiritual care for nurses may have positive effects on health care that patients can experience. 相似文献

The course they devised, which lasts a total of 18 months, received such a positive response from senior and charge nurses that there is now a waiting list for entry.
