目的对养老机构安宁疗护护士的专业生活品质状况进行调查,分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、专业生活品质量表、心理弹性量表对25所医养结合型养老机构的216名安宁疗护护士进行问卷调查,并分析其专业生活品质的影响因素。结果养老机构安宁疗护护士专业生活品质量表中同情满足子量表得分为(35.81±6.09)分,倦怠子量表得分为(28.62±5.38)分,二次创伤子量表得分为(24.94±5.06)分。养老机构安宁疗护护士的婚姻状况、接受过安宁疗护培训、接受过团体心理辅导、安宁疗护工作被认可、心理弹性是同情满足的影响因素(R2=0.592,F=22.527,P<0.001);最高学历、婚姻状况、接受过团体心理辅导、工作负荷过重、心理弹性是二次创伤的影响因素(R2=0.257,F=12.066,P<0.001);婚姻状况、工作负荷过重、心理弹性是倦怠的影响因素(R2=0.272,F=8.545,P<0.001)。结论养老机构安宁疗护护士的专业生活品质较低,管理者可通过提升安宁疗护护士心理弹性,减轻其工作负荷,营造团结协作工作氛围,开展团体心理辅导等措施来改善其专业生活品质。 相似文献

目的 探讨构建安宁疗护课程的方法及初步应用效果。方法 通过文献分析和学生意愿调查,拟定本科生安宁疗护课程内容,采用德尔菲法对20名专家进行2轮函询。2020年9月—11月选取35名护理本科生为研究对象,进行课程试运行,并在教学后采用满意度问卷进行调研。结果 2轮函询问卷有效回收率为100%(20/20)和90%(18/20),2轮肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.169和0.207(均P<0.05)。最终构建的安宁疗护课程包含了培养目标(识记目标、理解目标、应用目标、情感目标方面共17个子条目)、课程内容(8个章节,共41个内容)、学时(16学时)、开设学期(第3学期)。课程实施后学生满意度调查结果显示,35名学生均认为本课程开设是有必要的;24名学生对讲授内容非常满意;35名学生均认为达到了学习初期制订的学习目标。结论 构建的护理本科生安宁疗护课程内容全面,科学合理且具有可行性;学生对该课程教学的满意度较高。 相似文献

IntroductionNurses in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) provide more direct care at the end-of-life than other health care providers, yet report feeling inadequately prepared for neonatal palliative care. The purpose of this review was to identify studies testing educational interventions for palliative care to NICU nurses.MethodsRapid ReviewResultsFour studies reported education interventions lasting 6–21 h with 30–142 participants. All used convenience samples and pre/posttest designs. A variety of outcome measures were used, including objective knowledge tests and structured clinical observations. The studies showed statistically significant improvements in at least one outcome, although these results should be viewed cautiously because of less rigorous study designs.DiscussionThe small number of studies identified indicates a need to implement and evaluate further educational interventions. While the evidence from these studies suggested positive outcomes, additional studies using more rigorous research methods are needed. 相似文献

目的 建立安宁疗护门诊,满足更多终末期患者的需求。 方法 设置安宁疗护诊室,由护士出诊,对患者进行筛查、签订安宁疗护知情同意和意愿确认书、全面评估、建立档案、发起多学科会诊、制订照护方案、合理转介、定期随访、提供安宁疗护信息咨询。统计门诊工作量和成效。 结果 2020年10月安宁疗护门诊开诊,至2021年5月30日,门诊量为136例次,针对患者痛苦症状,出诊护士能独立解决108项,发起多学科会诊28次;开展“互联网+”居家照护59例次、收治入院52例、转介基层医院25例;随访388例次。患者的安宁疗护需求满足程度较高;患者综合服务满意度为99.5%,家属综合服务满意度为99.3%。 结论 安宁疗护门诊能够满足终末期患者的需求,体现公立医院的公益性,整合地区资源进行区域安宁疗护联动,促进安宁疗护分级诊疗的开展,加强安宁疗护专科护士培养,推动安宁疗护事业的进一步发展。 相似文献

In this paper, we strongly advocate for universal palliative care access during the COVID-19 pandemic. The delivery of universal palliative care services has been called for by leading global health organizations and experts. Nurses are critical to realizing this goal. COVID-19 diagnoses and fatalities continue to rise, underscoring the importance of palliative care, particularly in the context of scant resources. To inform the writing of this paper, we undertook a review of the COVID-19 and palliative care literature and drew on our experiences. It is very clear that investment in nurses is needed to ensure appropriate palliative care services now and into the future. Avoiding futile interventions and alleviating suffering is an ethical imperative for nurses regardless of the setting. Multi-level practices and policies to foster the delivery of safe, high-quality palliative care for all are urgently needed. 相似文献
