目的对参加全科医生转岗培训的学员,培训后在工作中运用培训知识和技能的情况以及工作的态度的转变进行效果评价。方法本研究运用360°反馈法,通过问卷调查,追踪评价单位领导对完成全科医生转岗培训的学员在工作单位在临床技能、职业道德、工作过程和学习能力等方面的改善程度,并对相关因素进行分析。结果单位领导对学员培训后工作表现的评价中,显著改善率较高的项目包括:工作质量、对待患者的态度、职业责任感和新技术项目开展能力等;较低的项目包括:团队合作意识、慢性病管理能力等。单位领导和同事对学员培训后工作表现的评价,显著改善率在工作质量、新技术项目开展能力方面的差异有统计学意义。结论学员在临床技能方面,慢性病管理知识掌握情况不够理想,在工作态度方面,团队服务意识显著改善率较低,在以后的转岗培训工作中,应进一步加强全科医学知识和慢性病管理知识的专项培训。  相似文献

目的 了解农村全科医生转岗培训中存在的问题,寻求解决措施.方法 采用问卷调查法和访谈法,调查参培学员转岗培训的相关情况.结果 农村全科医学培训中,学员存在培训目的不清、从业愿望不强、医学基础知识薄弱等问题;培训过程中存在课程设置不合理、培训时间安排不合理、教学形式单一等问题.结论 应强化责任教育、完善培训方式、灵活安排培训内容,以保证培训效果落到实处.  相似文献

目的:探讨全科医生转岗培训采取延伸教学模式的效果。方法对吉林地区参加2013年全科医生转岗培训的174名社区医生,采用吉林省全科医生培训基地吉林卫生学校提出的延伸教学模式进行培训及干预,并进行跟踪管理。结果实施干预1年后,社区医生的全科理论知识水平和全科临床技能水平与培训干预前相比均有明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论延伸教学模式能有效提高全科医生在转岗培训中的全科理论知识与全科临床技能,具有良好的实用性和有效性。  相似文献

目的对太原市全科医生培训中心2014年第三期全科医生转岗培训的效果及需求进行了分析和探讨,旨在为全科医生转岗培训工作的不断完善提供理论依据。方法随机抽取2014年太原市第三期全科医生培训学员200名进行问卷调查,对结果采用Epidata 3.1和SPSS 13.0统计软件进行分析。结果 (1)培训学员年龄差距较大,以中青年为主,其中男性居多,男女数量差异明显,无全科医师资格证的人占绝大多数,职称较低,学历不高,现有文凭以大专学历为主。(2)学员参加培训的意愿强烈,认为短期集中培训的方式及教师面授的教学方法合理。(3)经过培训,学员对全科医学的知识结构基本掌握,全科医学基本理论掌握情况最好,全科医学基本技能需求程度最高。讨论学员对培训各方面的安排基本满意,认为培训效果良好,对全科医学的知识结构基本掌握,达到了预期的目标。但在研究中也发现了一些问题,对此提出以下建议:(1)按年龄、学历和职称划分培训批次。(2)推进培训方式和教学手段改革。(3)培训内容有针对性。  相似文献

[目的]了解云南省全科医生转岗培训远程学习人员学习情况及学习需求,为进一步完善远程教育体系提供参考依据。[方法]采取分层随机整群抽样法选取2015年云南省6个州市的学员为对象,调查内容包括:学员基本情况、学习状况、学习需求等。[结果] 54. 17%的学员每天参加远程学习;不同州(市)、性别、年龄、工作单位、工作岗位的学员每天学习课时数存在差异;学员反馈问题为:没有教师实时指导、缺乏师生交流等;对远程学习知识的需求包括:临床知识、临床技能、全科医学理论等。[结论]学员远程学习参与度不高,规范性不强,建议加强管理,进一步完善远程教育网络培训平台,加强网络学习监管,优化培训知识体系。  相似文献

目的:探讨成都市全科医生服务和培训模式.方法:通过立意抽样与方便抽样相结合,采用参与式观察法与个别深入访谈法对成都市3个区4个社区卫生服务中心的全科医生进行调查.结果:目前全科医生以门诊和家庭访视为主,不同资质的全科医生承担的主要工作内容有所不同.全科医学培训的形式有高等学校学历教育和全科医师转岗培训,部分全科医生未参加任何形式的培训.结论:各中心可在现有社区卫生人力资源基础上,建立以接受了全科医生转岗培训的主治及以上职称的医生为组长、退休医生为顾问、初级职称为后备的全科医生服务团队,构建服务、培训一体化的模式  相似文献

目的 定性评价卫生应急管理模块化培训的效果,探索卫生应急管理人员适宜的培训模式.方法 通过管理人员过程记录及监控、培训前后问卷调查以及学员访谈座谈进行评价.结果 培训过程完整,组织管理到位,学员依从性好,学员普遍认为本次培训设计新颖,效果好,对自身的知识、技能、态度等方面产生了影响,可在时间安排、教师点评、案例设计方面进行改善.结论 本次培训提高了学员的知识、技能、态度,进而影响了学员的思维和行为,同时,为卫生应急管理培训提供了适宜的培训模式.  相似文献

目的对云南省怒江州妇幼卫生人员培训实施情况及培训效果进行分析,为进一步提升妇幼卫生人员能力提供科学依据。方法通过问卷调查、访谈和实地考察等多途径收集相关资料,对怒江洲妇幼卫生人员培训实施情况及效果进行分析。结果小规模、指导性的参与式培训充分调动了学员的积极性,让其能够快速有效掌握相关知识和技能。国家级和省级专家亲自指导示教也让学员感受到了重视和动力,培训结束后多数学员在工作中都积极运用了培训所学的知识和技能。结论本土化培训教材有助于提高培训的适宜性;参与式培训方法有效提升学员参与程度;逐级培训机制有助于提升培训效果的可持续性。  相似文献

目的:评估中美联合院前急救培训课程的培训效果,进一步优化培训方法,促进中国院前急救培训的标准化与规范化发展。方法:联合培训组选取参加2010年度中美联合院前急救培训课程的浙江省院前急救医生共113名,采用专门编写的《浙江省院前急救知识与技能规范化培训教材》和以模拟情景教学方法为主的综合教学方法,就"理论知识"、"止血+包扎+固定+搬运"、"气管插管"、"心肺复苏"等方面进行授课。中美双方师资配比为1∶2,理论与技能培训时间比为1∶2。培训前后进行理论与技能考核,考核后对所有学员进行课程评估问卷调查。对照组选取同期参加其它地市急救中心举办的院前急救培训班学员共85名,培训教材选用本科教材《急诊医学》,培训师资由中方院前急救高年资医生组成,培训方法以除模拟情景教学方法以外的其它综合教学方法,培训内容、时间、考核方法等同联合培训组。t检验比较每组学员培训前后得分与两组学员培训前后得分差值的差异,以P<0.05为差异具有统计学意义。结果:每组学员培训后理论知识与各项技能得分均明显优于培训前。联合培训组学员的理论知识、止血+包扎+固定+搬运、气管插管等项目得分优于对照组(P<0.05),心肺复苏与心律失常处理项目两组得分无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:中美联合培训课程能显著提高中国院前急救医生对急救知识与技能的掌握,尤其在理论知识、止血+包扎+固定+搬运、气管插管等项目培训效果优于传统培训方法,但对心肺复苏与心律失常处理等项目无明显优势。  相似文献

Objective To examine the increase in self-perceived clinical competence during a three-year postgraduate training in general practice and to explore the relation between the growth of self-perceived competence and several background variables. Design Cohort, 1995–1998. Setting Three-year Postgraduate Training for General practice in the Netherlands Participants All Dutch trainees who followed postgraduate training from September 1995 to September 1998 (N=191). Intervention We asked the trainees at the start and at the end of their postgraduate training to complete a questionnaire, which assessed their self-perceived knowledge, clinical skills and consultations skills. We collected information about potentially influencing background variables. Amongst these were variables such as: age, gender, prior medical experience, the effort someone has spent upon her/his education, insight in weak and strong areas of clinical competence and knowledge and skills levels. Main outcome measure Self-perceived competence. Results A total of 127 trainees completed both questionnaires (190 at the first administration and 128 at the second one). We found statistically significant growth of self-perceived clinical competence. Self-perceived consultation skills increased more than self-perceived knowledge and clinical skills. The afore mentioned background variables did not relate in any way with the growth of self-perceived clinical competence. Conclusion This study shows that a 3-year postgraduate training in general practice enhances self-perceived clinical competence. However, we still do not know how to explain this improvement. Further study into the theoretical concept of self-assessment in medical education and into the factors contributing to the feeling of being competent, is required.  相似文献

目的探讨基层医务人员糖尿病综合防治知识培训效果及其影响因素,为增强社区糖尿病综合防治能力及工作力度提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查和培训考核的方法,对试点地区475名参加培训医务人员的培训效果进行评价,采用多元协方差分析筛选其影响因素。结果培训前后医务人员糖尿病防治知识得分分别为(74.3±15.6)分和(85.8±11.5)分,差异有统计学意义(t=17.89,P〈0.01)。培训后,本科学历的医务人员得分高于大专学历者(P=0.011);从事慢性病防治工作4—10年的医务人员得分高于1~3年的医务人员(P〈0.01)。医务人员对患者自我管理的3大任务、胰岛素注射技能和烟草控制策略等掌握不足。结论经过培训,基层医务人员糖尿病综合防治知识知晓率有很大程度的提高。提示,今后可根据医务人员的文化程度和慢性病防治工作年限有针对性的设计培训课程,以期进一步增强我国社区糖尿病综合防治能力。  相似文献

目的 评价卫生应急管理模块化培训的远期效果,为完善适宜的卫生应急管理培训模式提供依据.方法 通过问卷调查、学员个人访谈及小组座谈进行评价.结果 71.4%的学员认为本次培训内容很实用,85.7%的学员能将所学知识运用到工作中,81.0%的学员知识得到了显著提高,66.7%的学员工作技能得到了显著提高,61.9%的学员态度有了明显改善,95.2%的学员思维有了明显开阔,61.9%的学员行为得到了显著改善.结论 本次培训内容实用性好,大部分学员在知识、技能、态度、思维、行为方面有显著的提高和改善,且能将所学知识运用到工作中.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: Current and emerging public health challenges require a new approach to research training. The purpose of the CIHR-Strategic Training Program in Tobacco Research (STPTR) is to equip the next generation of scientific leaders with the knowledge, skills and experiences that will enhance their ability to conduct tobacco research that will have a positive impact on the health of the population. PARTICIPANTS: Graduate students or post-doctoral fellows from any university in Canada who are working with a STPTR Mentor in the broad area of tobacco control. SETTING: Mentors at three universities: University of British Columbia, University of Toronto, and University of Waterloo. INTERVENTION: The STPTR currently has four elements: a video course linking STPTR trainees and mentors across universities; an annual meeting; stipend awards that free CIHR STPTR fellows to concentrate on research; and personal, cross-disciplinary research mentoring. OUTCOMES: Feedback solicited from current and past trainees at the three-year point of the program suggests that there are four key value-added benefits associated with being a trainee in the STPTR: transdisciplinary connectedness, community building, capacity building, and exposure. CONCLUSION: Feedback from trainees at different stages in their training experience, different academic institutions, and different academic disciplines will inform the ongoing framing of the STPTR and may inform future training programs in other disciplines of chronic disease prevention, health promotion, and the emerging science of population-level intervention.  相似文献

In 1986 a new graduate training program (GMTSI) was set up in the NHS for general management trainees. The completion of the two year program by the first intake of graduates in the summer of 1988 indicated that more thought needed to be given to identifying the skills and competence training needs in a program of this type. Accordingly, the NHS Training Authority commissioned Warwick Health Services Research Unit to carry out a study into the skills training needs of graduates entering the general management program. The methods adopted involved firstly group and individual semi-structured interviews with participants and managers to identify a wide range of possible skills and competences, and secondly a postal survey of all 230 trainees and mentors who had experience of the training program to help prioritize these skills. In this manner an extensive amount of information was collected on the preferred principal method of delivery for training in each of the 60 plus skills identified (district placement or management education centre), the optimal timing within the 22 month program for training in each of the skills identified and the relative importance of training for each skill. The present paper presents a selection of the study findings. Furthermore, it outlines the manner in which the project findings are being implemented in one education centre based regional consortium to provide graduate trainees with skills training geared to their immediate and short-term training needs.  相似文献

Subjective outcome evaluation findings based on the perceptions of the participants who participated in a 3-day training program of the Project P.A.T.H.S. are reported in this paper. Results showed that most of the respondents were satisfied with and had positive perceptions about the training program. They also reported that they were able to acquire attitude, knowledge and skills conducive to the successful implementation of the program. In addition, the findings suggest that the training program is effective in promoting the participants' self-reflections. The present findings provide support for the effectiveness of the Secondary 2 Training Program (Experimental Implementation Phase) of the Project P.A.T.H.S. in Hong Kong.  相似文献

目的对广东省人口计生委"三百人才工程"的实施效果进行科学评价。方法应用SPSS13.0统计软件对老师教学效果、考试卷难度与区别度、考试成绩进行统计分析,对学员理论知识、临床技能和综合素质的提高情况以及对本单位人才队伍、服务水平、技术水平、科研水平的促进作用的调查数据进行统计分析。结果 ①培训班学员女性、初中级职称者较多。②培训班学员的考试成绩大多在90分以上。③考试卷难度系数:0~0.867、区别度0~0.682。④授课老师的教学评分大多在90分以上,重复授课老师的评分也都有提高。⑤单位和个人对培训班的总体评分较高。⑥单位和个人都认为培训后学员的知识和能力有了全面、明显的提高。⑦单位和个人都认为培训后学员对本单位的工作有了全面、明显的促进作用。结论①培训班学员构成较合理。②培训班学员成绩较好。③考试卷难度适中。④老师授课水平较高。⑤培训班组织管理较好。⑥培训后学员的知识能力有全面、明显提高。⑦培训后学员对本单位的工作有全面、明显促进作用。  相似文献
