The synthesis and the structure of 1,3-dicyclohexyl-5-alkyl-5-aminomethylbarbituric acids, obtained by the Mannich reaction, are described. Some of the obtained compounds showed a strong antiinflammatory activity in biological tests.  相似文献

A novel series of 1-aryl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-indazole-5-carboxylic acids and 2-aryl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-indazole-5-carboxylic acids were synthesized via condensation between a phenylhydrazine and a 2-(hydroxymethylene)cyclohexanone-4-carboxylate, and the antiinflammatory activity was determined. In the carrageenan edema test, 1-aryl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-indazole-5-carboxylic acids exhibited fairly high antiinflammatory activity. However, the 2-aryl isomers were far less active than the former. The most active compound of the series was 1-phenyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-indazole-5-carboxylic acid, which had an ED50 value of 3.5 mg/kg.  相似文献

The synthesis of alpha-methyl-5-benzimidazoleacetic acid (17), its 2-amino, 2-phenyl, 2-(4-chlorophenyl), and 2-(4-chlorophenyl)-1-methyl derivatives (18,4,3, and 5, respectively), and alpha-methyl-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-5-benzimidazoleacetic acid (19) is described. A series of fifty-five 2-aryl-ethenyl-4-aryl-thiazole-5-acetic acids (IV-LVIII) were synthesized and evaluated for analgesic and antiinflammatory activities. Most of the synthesized compounds showed a good analgesic activity whereas some exhibited significant antiinflammatory activity.  相似文献

The syntheses and antiinflammatory assays of some dibenztroponeacetic and -propionic acids and derivatives are described. The most potent compound, d-2-(5H-dibenzo[a,d]cyclohepten-5-on-2-yl)propionic acid, has a potency of ca, 70 times phenylbutazone in the rat carrageenan paw assay and two to three times indomethacin in long-term animal assays. Some beta-dialkylaminoethyl esters of this compound also show high antiinflammatory activity.  相似文献

A series of (1,2,4-benzothiadiazine-1,1-dioxide-3-yl)-propanoic acids B or -butanoic acids C has been synthesized. Their antiinflammatory activities were studied and compared with those of the lower homologues A .
