目的 研究4~16岁正常儿童事件相关电位(event-related potentials,ERPs)中的经典成分失匹配负波(MMN)、认知电位P300及感觉门控P50的发育规律。方法 收集2019年4月~2021年6月在郑州大学第五附属医院门诊招募的正常儿童130例,按年龄分为4~6岁、7~9岁、10~12岁和13~16岁共4个组。ERPs成分包括MMN、P300及P50各波潜伏期及波幅。结果 MMN潜伏期与年龄未见明显相关性,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);波幅与年龄呈负相关,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);P300外源性反应电位及P3a潜伏期与年龄呈负相关(P<0.05),P3b潜伏期及波幅变化不显著(P>0.05);P50比值随年龄增长而下降(P<0.05)。结论 ERPs各波潜伏期及波幅与年龄具有一定相关性,与儿童理解、注意、认知等能力的提高密不可分,适宜在临床上广泛应用。  相似文献

目的 探讨在非注意和注意条件下事件相关电位听觉P300的特点。方法应用美国Nicolet Viking Quest诱发电位仪对44例正常健康人进行事件相关电位听觉P300实验研究,比较在非注意和注意条件下P300的特征。结果事件相关电位听觉P300出现率在注意条件下为100%,在非注意条件下为出现率为79.55%,两者差异有显著性(P<0.01)在非注意条件下出现P300与未出现者在注意条件下相比较,其P300/N2波潜伏期更长,波幅更低(P<0.05);同一受试者分别在非注意和注意条件下的事件相关电位听觉P300各指标比较,发现靶刺激中P2波潜伏期、N2波潜伏期和波幅、P3波潜伏期和波幅均有显著性改变(P<0.05);非靶刺激中N1波潜伏期和P2波波幅差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论非注意与注意条件下的事件相关电位P300有其不同的心理表达内容,值得进一步关注。  相似文献

目的比较广泛性焦虑(GAD)和强迫症(OCD)在事件相关电位P300检测中的不同特点。方法收集符合中国精神疾病分类方案第三版诊断标准的41例GAD患者和69例OCD患者以及58例正常健康体检者(NC)。使用美国仪器以及"听觉靶-非靶刺激序列"为诱发事件,完成P300检测。结果 (1)GAD组与OCD组变化表现为同一趋势,即潜伏期延迟,波幅降低。(2)GAD组、OCD组及NC组在靶潜伏期Cz脑区N2和P3,靶波幅P3及非靶波幅P2差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。(3)与NC比较,OCD组P300靶潜伏期N2和P3延迟(P〈0.01),靶波幅P3降低(P〈0.01)。与NC相比,GAD组也见相同结果。(4)在非靶刺激中,与NC组相比,OCD组和GAD组均下降,OCD组波幅又高于GAD组(P〈0.01)。结论 P300可作为GAD和OCD辅助诊断的一个脑电生理学标志,变化诸特点需进一步随访。  相似文献

目的比较并分析事件相关电位(event-related potentials,ERPs)P300在强迫症(obsessive-compulsive disorder,OCD)和精神分裂症(schizophrenia, Sch)中的应用价值.方法应用脑诱发电位技术对36例OCD和36例Sch患者及33例正常对照组进行ERPs听觉P300检查.结果正常对照组、OCD和Sch三组相比潜伏期P2、N2、P3,波幅N1、P2、N2、P3差异有显著性意义(P<0.01~0.05),异常以Sch明显.在P300地形分布图上,OCD和Sch患者均为失正态分布,其中OCD表现为以颅顶区能量缺乏或下降为主,Sch表现为左颞区能量缺乏或全脑普遍性能量下降为主.结论ERPs听觉P300能比较客观地反映OCD和Sch患者的认知功能,其在P300的不同表现源于其不同的认知缺陷类型和不同的病理心理现象,值得进一步探讨.  相似文献

目的 通过测定病毒性脑炎恢复期患儿IQ,ERPs P300及ERPs N400波幅及潜伏期,了解患儿认知功能的特点.方法 应用中国修订-韦氏儿童智力量表(C-WISC)测定20例病毒性脑炎恢复期患儿(病例组)总智商(FIQ)并与20例正常儿童(对照组)进行比较.用日本光电公司提供的MEB-9104K诱发电位检测系统和ERPs刺激系统测定病例组ERPs P300,N400波幅及潜伏期并与对照组进行比较.结果 ①FIQ:病例组96.5±12.3,对照组115.2±13.4,病例组FIQ分数低于对照组,两组均值比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05).②病例组P300潜伏期为(591.6±135.2)ms,波幅为(23.9±10.5)μv,对照组为(475.8±98.0)ms和(24.6±9.3)μv.两组潜伏期均值比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01);波幅均值比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05).③病例组N400的潜伏期为(716.5±96.3)ms,波幅为(27.1±13.4)μv,对照组为(482.7±72.7)ms和(22.9±14.4)μv.病例组N400潜伏期较对照组长,两组均值比较,差异有显著性(P<0.001);波幅比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论 病毒性脑炎恢复期患儿FIQ较正常儿童低,P300,N400潜伏期较正常儿童长,说明患儿存在部分认知功能的损害.  相似文献

目的 观察不同认知功能评分的系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者之间及其与正常对照之间事件相关电位(ERPs)P300波的潜伏期和波幅有无差别,为SLE患者认知功能障碍的早期诊断提供一种客观、可靠方法.方法 采用丹麦Key point诱发电位仪,听觉odball刺激序列刺激,对60例SLE患者及同期60例健康受试者进行P300波检测,同时对SLE患者采用改良的简易精神状态检查量表(MMMSE)进行测验,比较不同认知功能评分的SLE患者之间及其与正常对照者之间P300波潜伏期和波幅的差异.结果 SLE患者按MMMSE评分分为A(>85分)、B(75~85分)、C(<75分)3组,每组患者P300波的潜伏期分别为(340.80±31.16)ms、(358.40±36.16)ms、(388.70±44.26)ms,波幅分别为(8.4±0.5)μV,(7.2±0.6)μV,(6.1±0.6)μV;健康受试者(对照组)潜伏期为(318.80±21.16)ms,波幅为(8.7±0.8)μV.SLE B、C两组患者P300波的潜伏期和波幅与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而SLE A组与对照组比较,P300波的波幅差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),潜伏期延长(P<0.01).结论 P300波可反映SLE患者的认知水平,较MMMSE评分更为客观,可作为评价SLE患者认知功能的一项有价值且无创的新指标.  相似文献

目的 对7~12岁学龄期儿童冲突监测的行为学及事件相关电位(ERP)进行研究,探讨各年龄组儿童冲突监测的发展变化特点.方法 7~12岁正常儿童131名,采用持续性操作测试(CPT)任务,对各年龄组儿童行为学和ERP非靶N2波幅进行比较分析.结果 1.行为学:随年龄增长,靶刺激的反应时缩短[分别为(533.33±66.65)ms,(523.91±92.96)ms,(468.37±64.13)ms,(461.48±98.31)ms,(457.57±84.05)ms,(405.02±67.90)ms],击中数增加[分别为(34.87±4.84)个,(37.64±3.54)个,(37.95±2.92)个,(38.67±1.23)个,(39.31±1.08)个,(39.45±1.00)个],各年龄组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).2.ERP:①非靶N2波幅显著高于靶,差异有统计学意义(F=98.57,P<0.01).②非靶N2波幅随年龄增长波幅降低,年龄组间比较,差异有统计学意义(F=5.54,P<0.01).结论 非靶N2与冲突监测密切相关,行为学和ERP结果均显示年龄发展的变化趋势,8~10岁,12岁是儿童信息加工速度、注意及冲突监测认知能力发展的关键期.
Abstract:
Objective The present study aimed to trace the behavior results and event-related potential (ERP) of conflict monitoring from 7 ~ 12 years old to explore the development features of the conflict monitoring.Methods In six groups of 144 children aged from 7 to 12,behavior and non-target N2 amplitude were analyzed in continuous performance test (CPT) task. Results 1. Behavior results:the reaction time of target stimulus decreased ( ( 533.33 ± 66.65 ) ms, (523.91 ± 92.96 ) ms, (468.37 ± 64. 13 ) ms, ( 46 1.48 ± 98.31 ) ms, (457.57 ±84.05 ) ms, (405.02 ± 67.90) ms) and the hitting number increased ( ( 34.87 ± 4.84 ), ( 37.64 ± 3.54 ), ( 37.95± 2.92 ), (38.67 ± 1.23 ), (39.31 ± 1.08 ), ( 39.45 ± 1.00 ) ) as age increased, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.01 ). 2. ERP: ①The non-target N2 amplitude was significantly higher than the target,and the difference was statistically significant (F= 98.57, P< 0.01 ). ②The amplitude of non-target N2 amplitude decreased with age, and the difference was statistically significant (F= 5.54, P< 0. 01 ). Conclusion The non-target N2 was closely related to the monitoring conflict, and the behavior and ERP results in this study showed the development trend. 8 ~ l0 and 12 years old are the critical development period of information processing speed, attention and conflict monitoring function for children.  相似文献

目的: 探讨以汉字为刺激图片进行心理旋转时的事件相关电位P300的波幅和潜伏期的变化.方法: 8名健康男性大学生完成以汉字为刺激的心理旋转任务时,记录反应时,错误率和事件相关电位波形. 结果: 随着刺激图片0°旋转至180°,脑部顶点Pz点P300波幅从(15.01±2.56) μV变化为(11.91±2.01) μV;潜伏期从(450±38) ms变化为(566±54) ms.结论: 以汉字为刺激图片进行心理旋转时,P300波幅随旋转角度的增加而负向漂移,潜伏期随旋转角度增加而延长.  相似文献

目的 探讨静息闭眼及睁眼脑电图(EEG)脑能量对听觉诱发电位P300的影响.方法 招募12名健康男性在校大学生(20~24岁),分别在其闭眼及睁眼时先记录2minEEG,然后进行听觉P300实验.结果 ①Alpha波主要分布在顶枕区,Alpha-1 (7.5~ 9.5 Hz)区域能量[闭眼(2.62±0.81)μV2,睁眼(1.81±0.56) μV2],差异有显著性(P<0.01);Alpha-2( 10~12 Hz)区域能量[闭眼(8.55±1.85) μV2,睁眼(4.95±1.59) μV2],差异有显著性(P<0.05).②P300实验标准刺激诱发电位以N1(90ms)及P2(180 ms)成分为主,闭眼和睁眼差异无显著性;新异刺激诱发电位以N2(207 ms)及P3(313 ms)成分为主,N2区域电位闭眼[(0.01±0.71)μV]较睁眼[(-2.13±0.80)μV]减小,差异显著(P<0.01);P3区域电位闭眼[ (4.16±1.08) μV]较睁眼[(4.78±1.20)μV]减小,差异无显著性.结论 静息闭眼状态Alpha区域能量明显高于睁眼,而在听觉诱发电位P300范式N2区域负向电位明显小于睁眼状态.  相似文献

目的 观察及探讨抑郁症经治疗前后的P300指标变化情况.方法 收集符合DSM-Ⅳ诊断标准的99例首次发病的抑郁症患者作为病例组,及100例相匹配的对照组.分别于治疗前和治疗后6周,12周,24周进行认知电位检测.t检验分析组间各指标的差异,重复测量方差分析P300指标纵向变化.结果 ①治疗前病例组N2、P3、P2-N2潜伏期较正常对照延长(P<0.01);N2-P3潜伏期较对照组缩短(P<0.01);病例组N2、P3、N2-P3波幅较正常对照组减低(P<0.05);P2-N2波幅较对照组增大(P<0.01).②重复测量方差分析结果 :治疗期间病例组N2、P3、P2-N2潜伏期有下降的趋势,N2-P3潜伏期及P3、N2-P3波幅有上升趋势,但均差异无显著性(P>0.05).配对t检验:治疗24周后与治疗前相比:P3、N2-P3波幅增高(P<0.01).治疗24周后与正常对照组相比,P300潜伏期或波幅等各指标均数均差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论 抑郁症患者经抗抑郁急性期治疗后P300波幅及潜伏期等指标趋向于部分正常,而长期治疗后的变化规律尚不清楚.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the value of auditory P300 in assessing cognitive dysfunctions of aged patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD) or schizophrenia. METHODS: An'oddball' paradigm was used to elicit the auditory P300 from 39 patients diagnosed as having Alzheimer's disease according to DSM-III-R, 34 aged schizophrenics and 40 normally age-matched subjects, by using a Dantec Concerto SEEG-16 instrument. RESULTS: The variability of P300 waveform increased in AD patients, who presented reduced N1 latency elicited by frequent stimuli. The P3 amplitude of the AD patients was lowered by 14% compared with that of schizophrenics, and by 60% than compared with that of normal controls. Compared with the normal controls, schizophrenics presented reduced N1, P2, N2 and P3 latencies, and their P3 amplitude was decreased by 54%. CONCLUSION: The auditory P300 is of value in assessing the cognitive dysfunctions of AD patients and aged schizophrenics.  相似文献

目的 探讨眼动训练对轻度认知功能障碍老人视觉注意事件相关电位(ERP)的影响.方法 将48名轻度认知障碍老人分别进行眼动训练、手指操训练和空白处理3个月,利用事件相关电位技术(e-vent-related potentials,ERPs)对训练后老人进行检测,分析比较靶刺激P3b和新异刺激P3a的波幅和潜伏期.结果 训练后,新异刺激早成分P1波幅组别主效应显著(P<0.05),眼动训练组[(6.78±1.55)μV]和手指操训练组[(5.43±1.47)μV]较空白对照组[(3.09±0.98)μV]波幅增大,主要表现在额区.靶刺激早成分P1波幅组别主效应显著(P<0.05),眼动训练组[(6.75±2.01)μV]高于手指操训练组[(4.12±1.33)μV]和空白对照组[(3.45±1.01)μV].P3a波幅组别主效应显著(P<0.05),眼动训练组P3a波幅[(10.19±3.09)μV]较手指操训练组[(7.57±2.66)μV]和空白对照组[(6.06±2.03)μV]增大(P<0.05,P<0.05),主要表现在额区.P3a潜伏期组别主效应显著(P<0.05),眼动训练组P3a潜伏期[(390.67±55.03)ms]较手指操训练组[(428.55±48.68)ms]和空白对照组[(435.89±59.21)ms]提前,主要表现在额区和中央顶区.结论 眼动训练可以提高MCI患者的非选择性注意力,手指操训练对视觉注意力的影响不显著.
Abstract:
Objective To study the visual attention of mild cognitive impairment patients (MCI)by eyes movement training. Meathods 48 mild cognitive impairment patients were divided into eye movement training group,finger training group and untreated control group by single-blind randomized block method. Then they were trained respectively three months. Event-related potentials (ERPs) were used to measure the face recognition of them before and after training. The amplitude and latency of P3b elicited by target stimuli and P3a elicited by new stimuli of the three said groups were compared and contrasted. Results After training,the amplitude of P1 elicted by novelty stimulus were larger in eye movement training group( (6.78 ± 1.55 ) μV) and in finger training group ( ( 5.43 ± 1.47 ) μV) than untreated control group ( ( 3.09 ± 0.98 ) μV) significantly, especially in the frontal area. The amplitude of P1 elicted by target stimulus were larger in eye movement training group( (6.75 ±2.01 ) μV)than in finger training group( (4.12 ± 1.33 )μV)and untreated control group( (3.45 ± 1.01 )μV)significantly, especially in the frontal area. The amplitude of P3a were larger in eye movement training group( ( 10. 19 ± 3.09)μV ) than in finger training group ( ( 7.57 ± 2.66 ) μV ) and untreated control group ( ( 6.06 ± 2.03 ) μV ) (P < 0.05,P<0.05) significantly,especially in the frontal area. The latency of P3a were earlier in eye movement training group( (390.67 ±55.03 ) ms) compared to finger training group( (428.55 ± 48.68 ) ms) and untreated control group( (435.89 ± 59.21 )ms)significantly, especially in the frontal region and central parietal area. Conclusion Eyes movement can improve the MCI patients' non-selective attention function, especially in frontal area.The finger execrises have no significant effect on visual attention.  相似文献

目的探讨儿童少年期精神分裂症患者汉语句子事件相关电位N400(N400)特征。方法随机选择年龄在7-15岁之间符合DSM-IV精神分裂症标准患者36例作为观察组,与观察组年龄、性别相匹配的健康者36例作为对照组。2组予N400检测,分别比较N400潜伏期、波幅的差异。结果观察组FZ、CZ、PZ、OZ点潜伏期比对照组延长(P<0.05或P<0.01),FZ、CZ、PZ点波幅比对照组减低(P<0.05);观察组F3波幅比F4波幅低(P<0.05)。结论儿童少年期精神分裂症患者存在与语言加工有关的认知损害。  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to assess the cognitive function in early stages of progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP). Visual event-related potentials (visual ERPs) were examined in five non-demented patients with PSP and seven control subjects. ERPs were recorded using Figure (non-verbal) and Kanji (verbal) oddball paradigms. The latencies and amplitudes of N100 and P300 components were not significantly different between the PSP and control groups. However, the score of Hasegawa's dementia scale-revised (HDSR) was correlated with P300 amplitudes in the Figure task only in the PSP group. Since the P300 amplitude is related to attentional resources, changes in visual ERP induced by non-verbal stimuli might be associated with the attentional impairment even in early stages of PSP. In the Kanji task but not in the Figure task, the reaction time was prolonged in the PSP group, and positively correlated with the P300 latency in both groups. Visual verbal stimuli might be a good tool to evaluate the information processing in the early stages of PSP. Recording of visual ERP using both non-verbal and verbal stimuli could be helpful to assess a mild cognitive dysfunction in PSP.  相似文献

目的 利用事件相关电位技术(event-related potentials,ERPs)考察高低感觉寻求者的抑制控制机制.方法 利用感觉寻求量表选取高低感觉寻求者各16人为实验对象,要求被试完成两种难度刺激的Go/Nogo任务;同时记录32导脑电.结果 2种难度刺激下(一致性刺激,不一致刺激):(1)Nogo刺激的N2、P3波幅(FCZ)分别为[(1.61±4.25)μV,(-2.32±4.55)μV]和[(16.44±5.74)μV,(17.00±5.71)μV](2)Nogo刺激的N2波幅[F(1.30)=0.31,P=0.59,η 2=0.01;F(1.30)=0.07,P=0.80,η2=0.002]、N2d波幅[F(1.30)=1.18,P=0.29,η2=0.04;F(1.30)=0.004,P=0.95,η2<0.001]、Nogo刺激的P3波幅[F(1.30)=0.13,P=0.72,η2=0.004;F(1.30=0.28,P=0.60,η2=0.009]以及P3d波幅[F(1.30)=0.08,P=0.50,η2=0.02;F(1.30)=0.56,P=0.46,η 2=0.02]的组别主效应均不显著;(3)N2和P3潜伏期的组别主效应均不显著(P>0.05).结论 高低感觉寻求者在抑制控制功能上没有差异,感觉寻求行为与个体的抑制控制功能无关.
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the neural mechanism of inhibitory control in sensation seeking by using the event-related potential(ERP) technique. Methods High and low sensation seekers( 16 people in each group ), who were selected according to their sensation seeking scores, performed a Go/Nogo task in which the stimuli possessed two levels of difficulty. Electro- encephalogram(EEG) signals were recorded continuously by a set of 32 Ag/AgCI electrodes. Results For two types of stimuli ( Congruent, Incongruent) :( 1 )The amplitude(FCZ) of Nogo N2 and Nogo P3 were( (1.61 ±4.25)μV,(-2.32±4.55)μV)and((16.44±5.74)μV,(17.00±5.71)μV). (2)There was no significant main effects of group for the Nogo N2 amplitude( F (1.30) =0.31, P=0. 59,η2=0. 01;F(1.30) =0.07,P=0.80,η2=0.002) ,the N2d amplitude( F(1.30) =1.18,P=0.29,η2=0.04;F(1.30) =0.004, P=0.95, η2 < 0.001 ) ,the Nogo P3 amplitude( F (1.30) =0.13, P=0.72, η2 =0.004;F(1.30)=0.28, P=0.60, η2 =0.009) and the P3d amplitude( F(1.30) =0.08, P=0.50, η2 =0.02; F (1.30) =0.56,P=0.46, η2 =0.02). (3)Neither of main effects for the N2 and P3 latency was significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The inhibitory control is similar across high and low sensation seeking groups,indicating that there is no relationship between the sensation seeking behaviors and the individual inhibitory control.  相似文献

Background Prior research about N400 has been mainly based on English stimuli,while the cognitive.processing of Chinese characters is still unclear.The aim of the present study was to further investigate the semantic processing of Chinese idioms.Methods Event related potentials (ERP) component N400 was elicited by 38 pairs of matching (congruent) and mismatching (incongruent) ended Chinese idioms:ending words with same phoneme but different shape and meaning (sPdSdM),with similar shape but different phoneme and meaning(sSdPdM),with same meaning but different phoneme and shape(sMdPdS),and words with different phoneme,shape and meaning(dPdSdM)and recorded by Guangzhou Runjie WJ-1 ERP instruments.In 62 right-handed healthy adults(age 19-50 years),N400 amplitudes and latencies were compared between matching and mismatching conditions at Fz,Cz and Pz.Results N400 showed a midline distribution and could be elicited in electrodes Fz, Cz and Pz.The mean values of N400 latencies and amplitudes were obtained for matching and mismatching ending werds in healthy adults.Significant differences were found in N400 latencies and amplitudes in matching and mismatching ending-werds idioms in healthy adults(P〈0.05).Compared with matching ending-werds jdioms, N400 latencies were prolonged and the amplitudes were increased in mismatching ones.N400s elicited by different types of stimuli showed different latencies and amplitudes.and longest N400 latency and largest N400 amplitude were elicited by ending-werds with dPdSdM.No gender difference was found of N400 latency and amplitude in this study (P〉0.05).Conclusions Compared with English stimuli.Chinese ideographic words could provide more flexible stimuli for N400 research in that the werds have 3-dimension changes-phoneme.shape and meaning.Features of N400 elicited by matching and mismatching ending words in Chinese idioms are mainly determined by the meaning of the werd.Some issues of N400 elicited by Chinese characters deserve further research.  相似文献
