Objective Biochemical indicators such as N-terminal pro-brain type natriuretic peptide(NT pro-BNP)and high-sensitivity Creactive protein(hsCRP)predict mortality in acute coronary syndrome(ACS).However,little is known about the relationship of these factors with severity of coronary artery stenosis in patients with.Methods Three hundred and thirty-one subjects including 246 unstable angina pectoris patients and 85 myocardial infarction patients were recruited and classified into two groups:single-vessel disease group(1-vessel disease,n=93)and multiple-vessel disease group(≥2-vessels disease,n=238)according to selective coronary angiography.Plasma levels of NT pro-BNP and hsCRP were measured and severity of coronary stenosis was determined by Gensini score.Results NT pro-BNP but not hsCRP level was higher in patients with myocardial infarction than in patients with unstable angina pectoris.The patients with multiple-vessel disease had significantly higher NT pro-BNP level but not hsCRP compared with those with single-vessel disease.NT pro-BNP levels increased significantly as left ventricle(LV)function decreased,and only NT proBNP but not hsCRP level was related to Gensini score of severity of coronary stenosis in ACS.Conclusion NT proBNP but not hsCRP level is related to severity of coronary artery stenosis in patients in ACS.  相似文献

Objectives To investigate the correlation between serum level of adiponectin and severity of coronary artery atherosclerosis. Methods Coronary angiographies were performed and serum levels of adiponectin were measured in 88 patients with suspected coronary heart disease (CHD). Patients were divided into groups according to the coronary angiographies and Gensini's scores of coronary artery atherosclerosis. The serum levels of adiponectin were compared in different groups, and multiple regressions were used to analyze the correlation factors of adiponectin. Results (1)Serum adiponectin concentration in CHD group [ 7. 1 mg/L (2.4 - 21.1 mg/L) ] was decreased as compared with that in control group [ 11.6 mg/L (4.4 - 28.2 mg/L ), P 〈 0. 01 ] ; (2)The serum levels of adiponectin fell while the Gensini' s scores of coronary artery atherosclerosis increased (P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ) ; (3)Serum level of adiponectin was positively correlated with the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, while negatively correlated with the Gensini' s score of coronary artery atherosclerosis and triglyceride (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions Serum adiponectin concentration was decreased in patients with CHD. Low serum levels of adiponectin reflected the severity of coronary artery atherosclerosis. Adiponectin was a protective factor of cardiovascular system.  相似文献

Objective To explore the correlation between expression of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kappa B) in peripheral blood monouclear cells(PBMC) and the severity of coronary artery lesion in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Methods The 81 patients were diagnosed with coronary heart disease, and all of them underwent immediate or selective coronary angiography(CAG) The nuclear protein level of activated NF-B was detected by Western blot and semi-quantity image analysis was done. Coronary angiograms were scored according to Gensini integration. The relationship between NF-κB and Gensini score was analyzed. Results The protein expression of NF-κB in PBMC in ACS group was significantly higher than that in stable angina group and control group (0.85±0.18 vs. O.75±0.21 and 0.71±0.23, F=3.72, P<0.05). The protein expression of NF-κB was not correlated with Gensini score(r=0.07, P>0.05). Conclusions The ACS patients have the activation of NF-κB in PBMC. The protein expression of NF-κB is not correlated with Gensini score, which does not suggest an implication of the severity of coronary artery.  相似文献

The 5-year cardiac mortality rate has been reported to be more than 50% in patients with leftmain coronary artery (LMCA) stenosis.The purpose of this study was to visualize the LMCA using intravascularultrasound in patients who undergo interventions of the left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD).This wasdone in order to see the incidence and severity of plaque formation in the LMCA in patients with severe LADstenesis,and to address if scanning LMCA is able to rule out LAD significant stenosis or vice versa.Methods Atotal of 293 patients with intervention of the LAD stenosis were examined with intravascular ultrasound(IVUS).Theimages of 278 patients were suitable for analysis.Results Fifty-three (19%) were found to have angiographielumen reduction in the LMCA ranging from 11% to 35% (19±8%).Sixty-one patients were found to have nativecalcification in the LMCA.Atherosclerotic plaques in LMCA were detected in 211/278 (76%) patients,of which164/211 (78%) were eccentric,and 51/211 (24%) had calcium deposit.The cross-sectional plaque area rangedfrom 1.5 mm~2 to 21 mm~2 (8.4±4.7 mm~2).Area of stenusis was 34±14% (8-66%) and diameter of stenosis was21±8% (7-42%).A weak relationship concerning severity of stenosis between LAD stenosis and LMCA stenosiswas found in the 59 patients with pre-interventional IVUS examinations (r=0.47,P<0.05).ConclusionsLMCA is frequently involved with atherosclerotic lesions in patients with severe LAD stenosis.A weak relationshipdoes exist concerning the severity of stenosis between LAD and LMCA.However,IVUS for LMCA lesion is not ableto rule out lAD stenosis.(J Ceriatr Cardiol 2004;1:35-39.)  相似文献

Objectives To analyze the results of coronary angiographies (CAG) in patients with single aortic valvular heart disease; To study the relationship between aortic valve diseases and coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods 105 patients with single aortic valvular heart disease before surgery underwent angiography. The data of clinical characteristics and angiographies were analyzed. Results 51 patients had symptoms of angina pectoris among 105 patients with single aortic valvular heart disease. Seven of them were confirmed coronary artery disease by angiographies. Although the incidence of angina in aortic valve stenosis group was significantly higher than that in aortic valve regurgitation, the probability of combination of CAD in aortic valve stenosis group was similar to the later. However, the probability of combination of CAD in degenerative aortic valve group was significantly higher than the groups of rheumatic, congenitally bicuspid aortic valves, and other causes (p < 0.01 ). Objective To investigate therelationships between serum concentration of insulin -like growth factor - I (IGF-I) and left ventricular function as well as coronary collateral circulation in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) . Methods In 41 patients with CAD and 15 control subjects without CAD, the concentrations of serum IGF - I were measured using radioimmunoassay. The relationships between the concentration of serum IGF - I and Leaman coronary artery score, Rentrop grade of coronary collateral circulation, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) as well as left ventricular wall motion Cortina score were assessed. Results 1. Objective To investigate the relationship between the risk stratification of cardiovascular diseases and the outcome of 64-slice helical computed tomography (MSCT) coronary angiography. Methods A total of 470 cases suspected to have coronary heart disease were enrolled.They all received 64-slice MSCT coronary angiography, and they were divided into groups according to the range of disease, degree of calcium scoring, degree of stenosis and characteristic of plaque. Among them, 80 patients underwent both MSCT and selective coronary angiography (CAG) at one time, and they were grouped according to the range of disease and degree of stenosis. All the 470 cases were classified as five levels according to the risk stratification of cardiovascular diseases. The lesions of coronary artery in different risk stratifications were observed, and the correlations were analyzed.Results In the 80 patients who underwent both MSCT and selective CAG, there were no significant differences in the range of coronary artery diseases(χ2=3.631, P=0.067) and coronary arterystenosis (χ2=1.639, P=0.200) between MSCT and CAG. Along with the increased level of the risk stratification, there were the more ranges of the coronary artery diseases (λvery high risk. multi-vessel disease=1.09,λhigh risk. double-vessel disease=0.91, λlow-risk. single-vessel disease=1.07)and the more degrees of coronary artery stenosis(λvery high risk. severe stenosis=0.96,λhigh risk. moderate stenosis=1.03,λlow-risk. mild stenosis=0.78). The degrees of calcium scoring in different risk stratifications of cardiovascular diseases showed significantly differences (F=256.20,123.76,62.50, 98. 24,52.36,P<0.01). There was the highest percentage of soft plaque in very high risk patients.Higher percentages of fiber plaque, calcified plaque and mixed plaque were found in moderate risk and low risk patients(λvery high risk. soft plaque=1.01,λlow-risk. calcium plaques=1.17). Conclusions The 64-slice MSCT coronary angiography could provide a basis for assessing risk stratification of cardiovascular diseases. The complicated coronary artery disease, moderate-severe calcification, more severe stenosis, higher percentage of soft plaque are found in the very high risk patients. The lower level of the risk stratification is found in patients with the less range of the coronary artery disease and less severe degree of the coronary artery calcification and stenosis. Objectives To investigate the relationship between serum fxee fatty acids (FFAs) levels and the severity of coronary artery lesions in elderly patients with coronary heart disease (CAD). Methods A total of 172 elderly patients who underwent coronary angiography were divided into CAD group (n = 128) and non-CAD group (n = 44) according to the results of coronary angiography. Serum FFAs and lipid levels were measured and the Gensini score were calculated. Results No matter the differences between age, gender and the usage of stat- ins or not, there was no statistical significance in FFAs levels (P 〉 0.05). In terms of the Gensini score, it was higher in patients aged 70-79 years than in patients 60-69 years old [15.00 (5.00, 34.00) vs. 10.00 (2.00, 24.00), P 〈 0.05], higher in men than women [14.00 (4.00, 34.00) vs. 7.00 (2.50, 19.75), P 〈 0.05], and higher in patients on statins [13.50 (4.25, 33.50)vs. 6.50 (2.00, 18.00), P 〈 0.05]. The serum FFAs lev- els [449.50 (299.00, 624.75) mEq/L vs. 388.00 (258.50, 495.25) mEq/L, P 〈 0.05J and Gensini score [17.50 (8.00, 41.75) vs. 1.00 (0, 5.00), P 〈 0.05] were higher in the CAD group than in the non-CAD group. In the CAD group, there was no statistical significance in FFAs levels among patients with different numbers of diseased coronary vessels (P 〉 0.05). Furthermore, the FFAs levels were positively correlated with the Gensini score (r = 0.394, P = 0.005). Regression analysis showed that the FFAs levels were related to the Gensini score independently after adjusting for the other risk factors. Conclusions The serum FFAs levels were associated with the Gensini score in elderly patients with CAD. It might indicate FFAs as a biomarker predicting the severity of coronary artery lesions.  相似文献

Objective To determine the plasma urolensin Ⅱ(UⅡ) levels in various types of coronary heart disease and to clarify how the plasma UⅡ levels correlate with the clinical presentation, extent and severity of coronary artery atherosclerosis (CAD). Methods: One hundred and three aged patients undergoing elective diagnostic coronary angiography for proven or clinical suspected coronary heart disease were enrolled in this study. The extent and severity of coronary artery disease were evaluated by vessel score and Gensini score, respectively. Plasma UⅡ levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: The plasma UⅡ levels in the patients with modest to severe coronary stenosis (3.03±0.34 pg/ml, 1.83±0.67 pg/ml) were significantly lower than that in subjects with normal coronary artery (4.80±1.11 pg/ml, P<0.001). The plasma UⅡ levels in patients with coronary heart disease were also significantly lower than that in patients with insignificant coronary stenosis (P < 0.001). Compared to patients with stable angina pectoris, plasma UⅡ levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome were significantly decreased (1.89±0.51 pg/ml vs 2.42±0.77 pg/ml, P< 0.001). Plasma UⅡ levels were found to be negatively correlated with the severity of coronary artery stenosis (r = -0.488, P<0.001), as well as the vessel score (r = -0.408, P<0.05) in the patients with CAD. Conclusion: Significant inverse correlations exist between the plasma UⅡ levels, and the extent and severity of coronary artery stenosis. These findings suggest that plasma UⅡ contribute to the development and progression of coronary artery stenosis, and may be a novel marker to predict clinical types, as well as the extent and severity of coronary artery disease in the patients.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to confirm that plasma interleukin (IL)-18 level is associated with the extent of coronary artery disease in unstable angina patients. Previous studies have shown that patients with unstable angina have significantly higher plasma IL-18 levels than healthy volunteers. However, the association between IL-18 and the extent of coronary artery atherosclerosis in patients with unstable angina remains unclear. Plasma concentrations of IL-18 and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) were measured in 166 consecutive patients admitted for coronary arteriography. One hundred and eighteen patients with unstable angina had coronary artery disease (coronary artery disease group; severity score: 2.32 ± 1.47; Gensini score: 31.3 ± 25.9), and 48 patients with coronary risk factors and without coronary artery lesions served as the risk control group. Plasma levels of IL-18 were higher in the coronary artery disease group than in the risk control group (P = 0.062). Additionally, plasma levels of IL-18 were significantly higher in 77 coronary artery disease patients with severity score ≥2 than in the risk control group (242.3 ± 110.6 vs 209.8 ± 120.3 pg/ml, P = 0.016). By univariate analysis, log-transformed plasma IL-18 concentration was positively correlated with coronary artery disease severity score (r = 0.244, P = 0.009). By multiple regression analyses, the association between coronary artery disease severity score and IL-18 remained significant (β = 0.733, P = 0.017) when controlling for age, diabetes mellitus and left ventricular ejection fraction. Additionally, coronary artery disease severity score was greater in the highest tertile (>246 pg/ml) of plasma IL-18 levels than in the middle (176–246 pg/ml) and the lowest (<176 pg/ml) tertiles (2.79 ± 1.52 vs 2.05 ± 1.08 vs 2.13 ± 1.66, P = 0.028). Of note, plasma hs-CRP level had no significant correlation with coronary artery severity. Plasma IL-18 level is associated with the extent of coronary artery disease in unstable angina patients, suggesting the link between IL-18 and coronary artery atherosclerosis in these patients.  相似文献

探讨血管内皮生长因子与冠状动脉粥样硬化狭窄程度及冠状动脉侧枝循环形成的关系 ,应用酶联免疫吸附法检测 10 2例经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者和 43例冠状动脉造影正常者的冠状动脉血浆血管内皮生长因子浓度 ,作冠状动脉病变Leaman记分和侧枝循环Rentrop分级 ,并分析血管内皮生长因子与其的关系。结果发现 ,冠心病患者冠状动脉血浆血管内皮生长因子平均浓度明显高于正常对照组 ( 2 2 5± 147ng L比 74± 5 2ng L ,P <0 .0 1) ,而且冠心病患者中侧枝循环形成者血管内皮生长因子平均浓度明显高于无侧枝循环形成者 ( 2 99± 15 2ng L比 2 0 2± 12 2ng L ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;血浆血管内皮生长因子浓度与Leaman记分呈显著正相关 (r=0 .693 ,P <0 .0 0 1)。结果提示 ,血管内皮生长因子与冠状动脉粥样硬化狭窄程度及冠状动脉侧枝循环形成具有一定的关系 ,血管内皮生长因子可能既有促进冠状动脉侧枝循环形成的作用 ,又在动脉粥样硬化发展中起到一定的双重调节作用  相似文献

Eotaxin (CCL11) is an eosinophil-specific chemoattractant which has been found to be highly expressed at sites of vascular pathology. In the present study, we aimed to evaluate the association of plasma eotaxin levels with the presence and extent of angiographic coronary artery disease (CAD). Three hundred and fifty six consecutive patients attending for elective coronary angiography were investigated. Compared with 111 patients without CAD, 245 with CAD showed higher eotaxin concentrations [median (interquartile range): 76.0 (56.3-103.0)pg/ml versus 116.0 (80.5-162.0)pg/ml, respectively; P<0.001]. Importantly, a significant Spearman correlation was found between eotaxin levels and the extent score of coronary artery stenosis (r=0.449, P<0.001). A stepwise increase in plasma levels of eotaxin was also found depending on the number of >50% coronary stenosis: median value 76.0 pg/ml in CAD(-) subjects, 96.0 pg/ml in 1-vessel disease, 128.0 pg/ml in 2-vessel disease, and 129.0 pg/ml in 3-vessel disease (P<0.001 for trend). After confounding variables were controlled for, multiple stepwise regression analysis demonstrated that plasma eotaxin was an independent predictor of angiographic extent of CAD (beta=0.426, P<0.001). Our data suggest that increased eotaxin levels are associated with the presence of CAD and that circulating levels of this chemokine may reflect the extent of coronary atherosclerosis.  相似文献

目的探讨冠心病患者冠状动脉病变范围及狭窄程度与血脂的关系。方法 9847例疑诊冠心病并行诊断性冠状动脉造影的住院患者中,确诊冠心病6419例(65.2%),排除3428例(34.8%),以冠状动脉造影阳性(主要血管直径狭窄≥50%)作为诊断冠心病的标准。冠状动脉造影病变程度采用Gensini积分评价。术前进行甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)检查,对比分析冠心病组冠状动脉狭窄程度及范围与血脂的关系。结果对6419例冠心病患者进行统计学分析显示TC、LDL-C随着冠状动脉病变支数及病变程度(冠状动脉病变Gensini积分)的增加而升高,并与之成明显的负相关(P<0.001);而高密度脂蛋白则随着病变支数和病变程度(冠状动脉病变Gensini积分)的增加而降低,呈明显的负相关(P<0.001),进一步多元线性回归分析显示HDL-C(β=-0.075,OR值-5.580,95%CI:-7.541~-3.618,P<0.001)与冠状动脉病变程度成独立正相关,低密度脂蛋白(β=0.067,OR值2.712,95%CI:0.943~4.481,P=0.003)与冠状动脉病变程度成独立正相关,而与TG(β=0.002,OR值0.067,95%CI:-0.689~0.822,P=0.863)、TC(β=0.034,OR值1.080,95%CI:-0.392~2.553,P=0.150)无独立相关性。结论 TG、TC、LDL-C可以作为冠心病的危险因素,而HDL-C与冠状动脉病变程度成独立负相关,LDL-C与冠状动脉病变程度成独立正相关。虽然TG和TC在本研究中未体现出与冠状动脉病变程度存在独立相关性,但因本研究为横断面研究,研究结果存在一定的局限性,应结合临床具体分析。所以积极控制血脂对防止冠心病有积极意义。  相似文献

目的探讨血浆纤维蛋白原(Fib)、血脂水平与冠心病的关系。方法收集59例经冠状动脉造影证实为冠心病的患者,22例经冠状动脉造影证实无冠状动脉病变的对照者,测定其血浆Fib和血清胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。根据冠状动脉造影结果将冠心病组分为1支、2支和3支病变组,观察其Fib及TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C的水平及与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。血浆Fib水平与血脂进行回归分析。结果冠心病组的血浆Fib及TC、LDL-C明显高于对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C低于对照组(P<0.05),Fib、TC和LDL-C水平随冠状动脉病变支数增加而升高(P<0.05)。Fib、TC和LDL-C冠状动脉狭窄分数相关(r=0.666、0.378和0.429P<0.001)。Fib和LDL-C相关(r=0.534P<0.01)。结论血浆Fib水平的升高及血脂异常和冠心病有密切关系,并且和冠状动脉病变程度相关。血浆Fib水平和LDL-C相关。  相似文献

BackgroundElabela (ELA) was newly discovered as a novel endogenous ligand of the apelin receptor (APJ) which has demonstrated to be crucial for cardiovascular disease such as myocardial infarction, hypertension and heart failure. Previous experiments have revealed that ELA reduced arterial pressure and exerted positive inotropic effects on the heart. However, the role of plasma ELA levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and its relationship with severity of coronary arteries have not been investigated.MethodsTwo hundred and one subjects who were hospitalized for chest pain and underwent coronary angiography were recruited in this study. One hundred and seventy five patients were diagnosed with ACS and twenty-six subjects with negative coronary angiography were included in the control group. Plasma ELA levels, routine blood test, blood lipid, liver and kidney functions were measured. The number of coronary arteries and SYNTAX (Synergy Between Percutaneous Coronary Intervention With Taxus and Cardiac Surgery) score of coronary lesions were used to evaluate the extent of coronary artery stenosis.ResultsELA in patients with ACS was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.01). There was no significant difference in plasma ELA levels among patients with single-, double- and triple-vessel diseases. However, in the generalized additive model (GAM), there was a threshold nonlinear correlation between the ELA levels and Syntax I score (P < 0.001). Plasma ELA levels were positively correlated with the Syntax I score when the ELA levels ranged from 63.47 to 85.49 ng/mL. There was no significant association between the plasma ELA levels and the extent of coronary artery stenosis when the ELA levels were less than 63.47 ng/mL or higher than 85.49 ng/mL.ConclusionThe present study demonstrates for the first time that plasma ELA levels are increased in patients with ACS. The rise in endogenous ELA levels was associated with severity of coronary stenosis and may be involved in the pathogenesis of ACS.  相似文献

目的:探讨冠状动脉严重狭窄患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、碱性成纤维细胞因子(bFGF)浓度与冠状动脉粥样硬化程度的关系。方法:80例冠状动脉严重狭窄的患者,采用酶联免疫法检测患者血清MCP-1、bFGF浓度,应用Gensini积分系统评价患者的冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度。结果:(1)冠脉单支血管病变患者MCP-1血清水平(69.28±34.97pg/ml)明显低于冠脉多支血管病变组(96.97±43.01pg/ml,P〈0.05),而bFGF血清水平在单支组和多支病变组差别没有统计学意义(P=0.647);(2)相关分析发现MCP-1血清浓度与Gensini积分呈正相关(r=0.304,P〈0.05),而bFGF血清浓度与Gensini积分无明显相关性(P〉0.05)。结论:在严重的冠心病患者中,MCP-1血清浓度与冠状动脉粥样硬化程度密切相关。  相似文献

Objectives. The present study tested the hypothesis that plasma immunoreactive endothelin concentration correlates with the severity and extent of coronary atherosclerosis.Background. Plasma endothelin-1 concentration is increased in patients with unstable coronary syndromes and advanced atherosclerosis. This finding, together with other clinicopathologic observations, suggests that endothelins may participate in the atherogenic process. However, the relation between plasma immunoreactive endothelin and coronary artery disease in patients with stable angina pectoris remains controversal.Methods. Ninety consecutive patients undergoing coronary angiography for the investigation of exertional chest pain and 49 normal control subjects were prospectively studied. Eleven patients had normal coronary angiographic findings (group I), 65 had coronary artery stenoses (group II), and 14 had coronary artery disease plus symptoms indicating atheroma in other vascular territories (group III). Computerized angiography was used to determine the extent, severity and morphology of coronary stenoses. Plasma immunoreactive endothelin was measured by radioimmunoassay.Results. Mean (± SD) plasma endothelin concentration (pg/ml) was significantly higher in patients than in control subjects (7.29 ± 4.07 vs. 3.48 ± 1.29, p < 0.0001). Endothelin levels were higher in patients of group III than in those of groups II and I (9.43 ± 5.48, 7.20 ± 3.72 and 4.94 ± 2.89, respectively, p = 0.02). In patients of group II, plasma endothelin correlated with the maximal degree of stenosis in each patient (r = 0.25, p = 0.04) and with the number of stenoses with ≥70% diameter narrowing (r = 0.36, p = 0.002). The highest plasma endothelin levels were found in patients with total occlusions (8.65 ± 3.78 vs. 6.46 ± 3.51, p = 0.02).Conclusions. Plasma immunoreactive endothelin concentration is increased in patients with chronic stable angiuya. The highest levels occur in patients with severe stenoses and total coronary occlusion.  相似文献

目的 分析血清白介素15(interleukin15,IL-15)水平与冠心病冠状动脉病变严重程度的相关性。方法 选取我院心内科行冠脉造影检查的患者270例,采用 Gensini评分评估冠脉狭窄严重程度,将患者按冠脉狭窄程度分为:正常组、轻度狭窄组、中度狭窄组和重度狭窄组(正常组Gensini=0;轻度组:041)。所有受试者接受问卷调查、体格测量、生化指标、收集各受试者临床资料及采用ELISA测定血清IL-15的浓度。运用多种统计分析方法,采用回归模型校正年龄,体质量指数,血脂,C反应蛋白,高血压病以及糖尿病等混杂因素,分析IL-15水平与冠心病冠脉病变严重程度的相关性。结果 与冠脉造影正常组相比,冠脉狭窄患者血液中IL-15水平显著高于冠脉正常人群,并随冠状动脉狭窄的严重程度增加有逐渐增高的趋势〔正常:(6.7±2.0)ng/L,轻度狭窄:(11.9±3.1) ng/L,中度狭窄:(18.3±3.2) ng/L,重度狭窄:(24.4±4.0) ng/L;P<0.01〕。IL-15与Gensini评分呈正相关(r=0.572,P<0.01),这种关系在校正年龄,体质量指数,C反应蛋白,血脂,高血压病以及糖尿病等混杂因素后依然存在,是独立的相关因素。结论 血清IL-15水平与冠脉狭窄程度呈正相关,血清IL-15水平是冠心病冠脉病变严重程度的独立相关因素。  相似文献
