BackgroundIn this article, the authors addressed shortcomings in existing research on pediatric oral health care access using rigorous data and methods for identifying statistically significant disparities in oral health care access for children.MethodsThe study population included children, differentiated by insurance status (Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance Program, private, none). The authors measured provider-level supply as the number of oral health care visits, stratified by provider type and urbanicity-rurality. The authors defined demand as the number of dental visits for children and derived demand and supply mainly from 2019 and 2020 data. Using statistical modeling, the authors evaluated where disparities in travel distance across communities or by insurance status were statistically significant.ResultsAlthough Dental Health Professional Shortage Areas are primarily rural, this study found that the proportions of rural, suburban, and urban communities identified for access interventions ranged from 24% through 66% and from 8% through 86%, respectively. For some states (Florida, Louisiana, Texas), rural and suburban communities showed a need for interventions for all children, whereas in the remaining states, the lack of Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program access mainly contributed to these disparities. Variations in access disparities with respect to insurance status across states or by urbanicity-rurality were extensive, with the rate of communities identified for reducing disparities ranging from 1% through 100%.ConclusionsAll states showed a need for access interventions and for reducing disparities due to geographic location or insurance status. The sources of disparities were different across states, suggesting need for different policies and interventions across the 10 states.Practical ImplicationsThe study findings support the need for policies toward reducing disparities in oral health care access.  相似文献

BackgroundThe goal of the study was to identify secular trends in dental service delivery between dental therapists and dentists in the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta region of Southwest Alaska, the first area of the United States to authorize dental therapy practice.MethodsElectronic health record transactions from the Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation from 2006 through 2015 (n = 27,459) were analyzed. Five types of dental services were identified using Current Dental Terminology procedure codes: diagnostic, preventive, restorative, endodontic, and oral surgery. Main outcomes were percentages of services provided by dental therapists compared with dentists and population-level preventive oral health care.ResultsThe overall number of diagnostic, preventive, and restorative services in the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta increased. For diagnostic services, there was a 3.5% annual decrease observed for dentists and a 4.1% annual increase for dental therapists (P < .001). Similar trends were observed for restorative services. For preventive services, there was no change for dentists (P = .89) and a 4.8% annual increase for dental therapists (P < .001). Dental therapists were more likely than dentists to provide preventive care at the population level.ConclusionsDental therapists have made substantial contributions to the delivery of dental services in Alaska Native communities, particularly for population-based preventive care.Practical ImplicationsThe study’s findings indicate that there is a role for dental therapy practice in addressing poor access to oral health care in underserved communities.  相似文献

BackgroundOral health care use remains low among adult Medicaid recipients, despite the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act’s expansion increasing access to care in many states. It remains unclear the extent to which low use reflects either low demand for care or barriers to accessing care. The authors aimed to examine factors associated with low oral health care use among adults enrolled in Medicaid.MethodsThe authors conducted a survey from May through September 2018 among able-bodied (n = 9,363) Medicaid recipients who were aged 19 through 65 years and nondisabled childless adults in Kentucky. The survey included questions on perceived oral health care use. Semistructured interviews were also conducted from May through November 2018 among a subset of participants (n = 127).ResultsMore than one-third (37.8%) of respondents reported fair or poor oral health, compared with 26.2% who reported fair or poor physical health. Although 47.6% of respondents indicated needing oral health care in the past 6 months, only one-half of this group reported receiving all of the care they needed. Self-reported barriers included lack of coverage for needed services and lack of access to care (for example, low provider availability and transportation difficulties).ConclusionsLow rates of oral health care use can be attributed to a subset of the study population having low demand and another subset facing barriers to accessing care. Although Medicaid-covered services might be adequate for beneficiaries with good oral health, those with advanced dental diseases and a history of irregular care might benefit from coverage for more extensive restorative services.Practical ImplicationsThese results can inform dentists and policy makers about how to design effective interventions and policies to improve oral health care use and oral health outcomes.  相似文献

BackgroundDemand for dental services has been known to be linked closely to dental insurance and disposable income. Widespread economic uncertainty and health systems changes due to COVID-19 thus may have a significant impact on dental care use.MethodsUsing deidentified dental practice management data from 2019 and 2020, the authors observed variations in dental care use among insured patients since the COVID-19 outbreak (during the period of practice closure and after the reopening) by patient age, procedure type, insurance type, practice size, geographic area, and reopening status. The authors examined whether the rebound in procedure volumes at dental practices can be explained by county-level characteristics using hierarchical regression models.ResultsAlthough dental care use among privately insured patients fully rebounded by August 2020, use still remained lower than the prepandemic level by 7.54% among the publicly insured population. Demand for teledentistry increased 60-fold during practice closure. Geographic characteristics—such as median household income, percentages of rural or Black populations, and dental care professional shortage designations—were associated significantly with the number of procedures performed at dental practices.ConclusionsAs a result of COVID-19, dental practices experienced substantial decreases in procedure volume, particularly among patients covered by public insurance or residing in underserved areas.Practical ImplicationsDuring economic downturns, state health officials should be encouraged to adopt policies to expand access to oral health care for vulnerable populations via oral health promotion strategies and increasing the supply of dentists or midlevel dental care providers in underserved areas.  相似文献

BackgroundThe COVID-19 pandemic has been associated with several changes in maintenance of children's dental health. The aim of this study was to evaluate the extent of these changes.MethodsParents were asked to respond anonymously to a questionnaire regarding alterations in their children's oral habits, such as frequency of eating and drinking, toothbrushing, signs of stress, and receiving oral health care during the lockdown period. The participants were reached either during their visit to the clinics or via the social media groups of the authors.ResultsThere were 308 parents of children aged 1 through 18 years who responded to the questionnaires. The authors found associations between increased frequency of eating and drinking, decreased frequency of toothbrushing, and postponing oral health care. Among the children, 11% experienced more frequent oral signs of stress, such as temporomandibular disorder and aphthous stomatitis, during the lockdown. Although children from all age groups ate and drank more frequently between meals, younger children received a diagnosis of carious lesions more often during the lockdown (P = .015).ConclusionsDuring the lockdown, many children changed their eating, drinking, and toothbrushing habits and, thus, increased their risk of developing caries.Practical ImplicationsDuring pandemic-associated re-care visits or recall visits, it is imperative to conduct a detailed interview regarding changes in oral health habits. In children at high risk, dentists recommended more diagnostic and preventive measures to prevent deterioration of their oral health. Moreover, dentists should put more emphasis on motivational interviewing to help children resume healthier routines after the lockdown.  相似文献

BackgroundThe authors conducted a study to assess recent trends in dental care provider mix (type of dental professionals visited) and service mix (types of dental procedures) use in the United States and to assess rural-urban disparities.MethodsData were from the 2000 through 2016 Medical Expenditure Panel Survey. The sample was limited to respondents who reported at least 1 dental visit to a dental professional in the survey year (N = 138,734 adults ≥ 18 years). The authors estimated rates of visiting 3 dental professionals and undergoing 5 dental procedures and assessed the time trends by rural-urban residence and variation within rural areas. Multiple logistic regression was used to assess the association between rural and urban residence and service and provider mix.ResultsA decreasing trend was observed in visiting a general dentist, and an increasing trend was observed in visiting a dental hygienist for both urban and rural residents (trend P values < .001). An increasing trend in having preventive procedures and a decreasing trend in having restorative and oral surgery procedures were observed only for urban residents (trend P values < .001). The combined data for 2000 through 2016 showed that rural residents were less likely to receive diagnostic services (adjusted odds ratio [AOR], 0.82; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.72 to 0.93) and preventive services (AOR, 0.87; 95% CI, 0.78 to 0.96), and more likely to receive restorative (AOR, 1.11; 95% CI, 1.02 to 1.21) and oral surgery services (AOR, 1.23; 95% CI, 1.11 to 1.37).ConclusionsAlthough preventive dental services increased while surgical procedures decreased from 2000 through 2016 in the United States, significant oral health care disparities were found between rural and urban residents.Practical ImplicationsThese results of this study may help inform future initiatives to improve oral health in underserved communities. By understanding the types of providers visited and dental services received, US dentists will be better positioned to meet their patients’ oral health needs.  相似文献

BackgroundCaries in Peruvian 0- through 3-year-olds is high. The dental profession should collaborate with nurses at mother and child health (MCH) clinics for reducing the disease. In this randomized clinical trial, the authors tested an integrated intervention program implemented by nurses and dentists.MethodsThe authors developed age-specific (0-3 years) oral health–related information and activity record cards and validated them for nurses to use after being educated about oral health issues and mouth inspection. The authors trained dentists in atraumatic restorative treatment. The active intervention group (AG) participated in the integrated intervention program, the passive intervention group (PG) received only the oral health–related information and activity record cards, and the control group (CG) received only a lecture. The examiners assessed caries status according to the Caries Assessment Spectrum and Treatment instrument. The authors used analysis of variance and the Tamhane method to analyze the data.ResultsThe sample consisted of 368 children with a mean age of 3.1 years. The 3-year dropout percentage was 40.5%. The prevalence of cavitated dentin carious lesions was statistically significantly lower in the AG (10.0%, confidence interval [CI] 4.1 to 19.5) than in the PG (60.5%, CI 48.6 to 71.5) and CG (63.0%, CI 50.9 to 74.0) after 3 years (P < .001). Enamel carious lesions (62.9%) were most prevalent in the AG, whereas carious lesions were most prevalent in the PG (28.9%) and CG (32.9%).ConclusionsIncorporation of specific oral health care activities into the existing MCH program, implemented by trained nurses and supported by health center dentists, reduced the burden of caries in 3-year-olds substantially.Practical ImplicationsThe oral health care professionals in Peru should collaborate with personnel of MCH clinics to curb caries in 0- through 3-year-olds.  相似文献

BackgroundImportant, but insufficient, gains have been achieved in access to and delivery of oral health care since the 2000 US surgeon general’s report on oral health in America. Access to care has increased for children and young adults, but considerable work remains to meet the oral health care needs of all people equitably. The National Institutes of Health report, Oral Health in America: Advances and Challenges, reviews the state of the US oral health care system, achievements made since 2000, and remaining challenges. In this article, the authors highlight key advances and continuing challenges regarding oral health status, access to care and the delivery system, integration of oral and systemic health, financing of oral health care, and the oral health workforce.ResultsPublic insurance coverage has increased since 2000 but remains limited for many low-income, minority, and older adult populations. The oral health care workforce has expanded to include new dental specialties and allied professional models, increasing access to health promotion and preventive services. Practice gains made by women and Asian Americans have not extended to other minority demographic groups. Oral health integration models are improving access to and delivery of patient-centered care for some vulnerable populations.Conclusions and Practical ImplicationsCoordinated policies and additional resources are needed to further improve access to care, develop dental insurance programs that reduce out-of-pocket costs to lower-income adults, and improve the integration of oral and medical health care delivery targeting a common set of patient-centered outcomes. Dental care professionals need to fully participate in meaningful and system-wide change to meet the needs of the population equitably.  相似文献

BackgroundEarly childhood caries (ECC) remains the most common, preventable infectious disease among children in the United States. Screening is recommended after the eruption of the first tooth, but it is unclear how the age at first dental examination is associated with eventual restorative treatment needs. The authors of this study sought to determine how provider type and age at first dental examination are associated longitudinally with caries experience among children in the United States.MethodsDeidentified claims data were included for 706,636 privately insured children aged 0 through 6 years as part of the nationwide IBM Watson Health Market Scan (2012-2017). The authors used Kaplan-Meier survival analysis to describe the association between the age of first visit and restorative treatment needs.ResultsA total of 21% of this population required restorative treatment, and the average age at first dental examination was 3.6 years. A multivariable Cox proportional hazards model showed increased hazard for restorative treatment with age at first dental visit at 3 years (hazard ratio, 2.05; 95% CI, 1.97 to 2.13) and 4 years (hazard ratio, 3.99; 95% CI, 3.84 to 4.16).ConclusionThe high proportion of children requiring restorative treatment and late age at first dental screening show needed investments in educating general dentists, medical students, and pediatricians about oral health guidelines for pediatric patients.Practical ImplicationsCommunicating the importance of children establishing a dental home by age 1 year to parents and health care professionals may help reduce disease burden in children younger than 6 years.  相似文献

BackgroundThe objective of the authors was to assess the relationships between tobacco smoke exposure (TSE) and dental health and dental care visits among US children.MethodsThe authors examined 2018-2019 National Survey of Children’s Health data on TSE, dental health, and oral health care visits. Children aged 1 through 11 years (N = 32,214) were categorized into TSE groups: no home TSE (did not live with a smoker), thirdhand smoke (THS) exposure (lived with a smoker who did not smoke inside the home), or secondhand smoke (SHS) and THS exposure (lived with a smoker who smoked inside the home). The authors conducted multivariable logistic regression analyses, adjusting for child age, sex, race or ethnicity, prematurity, caregiver education level, family structure, and federal poverty threshold.ResultsChildren with home SHS and THS exposure were at increased odds of having frequent or chronic difficulty with 1 or more oral health problem (adjusted odds ratio [AOR], 1.59; 95% CI, 1.07 to 2.35; P = .022) and carious teeth or caries (AOR, 1.74; 95% CI 1.14 to 2.65; P = .010) than those with no TSE. Compared with children aged 1 through 11 years with no TSE, children with SHS and THS exposure were 2.22 times (95% CI, 1.01 to 4.87; P = .048) more likely to have not received needed oral health care but at decreased odds of having had any kind of oral health care visit (AOR, 0.55; 95% CI, 0.32 to 0.95; P = .032), including a preventive oral health care visit (AOR, 0.60; 95% CI, 0.36 to 0.99; P = .047).ConclusionsTSE in children is associated with caries and inadequate oral health care visits.Practical ImplicationsThe pediatric dental visit is an opportune time to educate caregivers who smoke about dental health to improve their children’s teeth condition and increase oral health care visits.  相似文献

BackgroundIn this study, the authors aimed to assess the association of loneliness and disability with oral health in 2 groups older adults (≥ 60 years) in central India.MethodsA total of 421 older adults participated in the study; 316 (75.1%) attended outpatient services at the Department of Dentistry, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhopal, India, and 105 (24.9%) were from old age homes. The authors used the Patients Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System’s social isolation 8a short form to assess loneliness. Disability was assessed using the 12-item version of the self-administered World Health Organization Disability Assessment Scale. The authors conducted regression analyses to establish the association of loneliness and disability with the decayed, missing, and filled tooth index; periodontal disease; and edentulousness.ResultsPoor oral health findings were noted in both groups. Eighty-eight (20.9%) participants had never visited a dentist, and 201 (88.5%) had unmet dental prosthetic needs. Loneliness and disability were associated with decayed, missing, and filled tooth index scores; periodontal disease; and edentulousness, with odds ratios of 1.86, 1.29, 2.37 and 4.63, 3.85, 3.63 respectively (P < .001). Age, sex, socioeconomic status, type of residence, tobacco use, and use of oral health care were also independent variables associated with oral health (P < .001).ConclusionsLoneliness and disability were found to be significantly associated with oral health. The study results found poor oral health, low use of oral health care, and high unmet need for dental prosthetics in the 2 groups of older adults.Practical ImplicationsPracticing dentists need to understand the significance of loneliness and social isolation on oral health. Interventions to reduce isolation and disability can be beneficial in improving the oral health of older adults.  相似文献

BackgroundThe authors aimed to assess preventive oral health care (POHC) use for children with special health care needs (CSHCN) aged 6 through 12 years enrolled in Medicaid and identify intervention strategies to improve oral health.MethodsIn this sequential mixed methods study, the authors analyzed 2012 Medicaid data for children aged 6 through 12 years in Washington state. They used eligibility and claims data to identify special health care needs status (independent variable) and POHC use (outcome variable). They ran modified Poisson regression models to generate prevalence rate ratios. They coded data from 21 key informant interviews deductively using content analytic techniques.ResultsOf the 208,648 children in the study, 18% were identified as CSHCN and 140,468 used POHC (67.3%). After adjusting for confounding variables, the authors found no difference in POHC use by special health care need status (prevalence rate ratio, 1.00; 95% CI, 0.99 to 1.01; P = .91). In the qualitative analysis, the authors identified 5 themes: caries risk depends on a child’s specific health condition, caries complicates overall health, having a special need creates a bigger barrier to care, legislation alone is “not going to make much of a dent,” and improvements across all fronts are needed to promote the oral health of CSHCN in Medicaid.ConclusionsCSHCN enrolled in Medicaid are just as likely as children without special health care needs to use POHC, although barriers to oral health care access persist for CSHCN.Practical ImplicationsFuture efforts should focus on comprehensive strategies that address the varying levels of dental disease risk and difficulties accessing oral health care within the diverse group of CSHCN.  相似文献

BackgroundUnderstanding the risks associated with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) transmission during oral health care delivery and assessing mitigation strategies for dental offices are critical to improving patient safety and access to oral health care.MethodsThe authors invited licensed US dentists practicing primarily in private practice or public health to participate in a web-based survey in June 2020. Dentists from every US state (n = 2,195) answered questions about COVID-19–associated symptoms, SARS-CoV-2 infection, mental and physical health conditions, and infection control procedures used in their primary dental practices.ResultsMost of the dentists (82.2%) were asymptomatic for 1 month before administration of the survey; 16.6% reported being tested for SARS-CoV-2; and 3.7%, 2.7%, and 0% tested positive via respiratory, blood, and salivary samples, respectively. Among those not tested, 0.3% received a probable COVID-19 diagnosis from a physician. In all, 20 of the 2,195 respondents had been infected with SARS-CoV-2; weighted according to age and location to approximate all US dentists, 0.9% (95% confidence interval, 0.5 to 1.5) had confirmed or probable COVID-19. Dentists reported symptoms of depression (8.6%) and anxiety (19.5%). Enhanced infection control procedures were implemented in 99.7% of dentists’ primary practices, most commonly disinfection, COVID-19 screening, social distancing, and wearing face masks. Most practicing dentists (72.8%) used personal protective equipment according to interim guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.ConclusionsCOVID-19 prevalence and testing positivity rates were low among practicing US dentists. This indicates that the current infection control recommendations may be sufficient to prevent infection in dental settings.Practical ImplicationsDentists have enhanced their infection control practices in response to COVID-19 and may benefit from greater availability of personal protective equipment. BackgroundSchool sealant programs (SSPs) increase sealant prevalence among children lacking access to oral health care. SSPs, however, are substantially underused. From 2013 through 2018, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention funded 18 states for SSP activities in high-need schools (≥ 50% free and reduced-price meal program participation). From 2019 through 2020, the authors assessed SSPs' impact in reducing caries and how states expanded SSPs. The authors also discuss potential barriers to expansion.MethodsFor Aim 1, the authors used a published methodology and SSP baseline screening and 1-year retention data to estimate averted caries over 9 years attributable to SSPs. For Aim 2, the authors used state responses to an online survey, phone interviews, and annual administrative reports.ResultsUsing data for 62,750 children attending 18.6% of high-need schools in 16 states, the authors estimated that 7.5% of sound, unsealed molars would develop caries annually without sealants and placing 4 sealants would prevent caries in 1 molar. Fourteen states reported SSP expansion in high-need schools. The 2 most frequently reported barriers to SSP expansion were levels of funding and policies requiring dentists to be present at assessment or sealant placement.ConclusionsThe authors found that SSPs typically served children at elevated caries risk and reduced caries. In addition, the authors identified funding levels and policies governing supervision of dental hygienists as possible barriers to SSP expansion.Practical ImplicationsIncreasing SSP prevalence could reduce caries. BackgroundTeledentistry is used in many countries to provide oral health care services. However, using teledentistry to provide oral health care services for older adults is not well documented. This knowledge gap needs to be addressed, especially when accessing a dental clinic is not possible and teledentistry might be the only way for many older adults to receive oral health care services.Types of Studies ReviewedNine databases were searched and 3,396 studies were screened using established eligibility criteria. Included studies were original research or review articles in which the intervention of interest was delivered to an older adult population (≥ 60 years) via teledentistry. The authors followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Extension for Scoping Review criteria.ResultsNineteen studies were identified that met the criteria for inclusion. Only 1 study was from the United States. Seven studies had results focusing on older adult participants only, with most of those conducted in elder care facilities. The remainder consisted of studies with mixed-age populations reporting distinct results or information for older adults. The included studies used teledentistry, in both synchronous and asynchronous modes, to provide services such as diagnosis, oral hygiene promotion, assessment and referral of oral emergencies, and postintervention follow-up.Conclusions and Practical ImplicationsTeledentistry comprises a variety of promising apps. The authors identified and described uses, promising possibilities, and limitations of teledentistry to improve the oral health of older adults.  相似文献

BackgroundThe objective of this study was to evaluate differences in number and type of radiographs used among 3 age groups (0-5, 6-12, 13-18 years) by general dentists, pediatric dentists, and other specialists, and to determine the association between number and type of radiographs and clinical need.MethodsA retrospective analysis of insurance claims by age group and oral health care provider type included children aged 0 through 8 years in 2005 who had a minimum of 10 years of continuous eligibility. Indicator claim variables were calculated to identify high-risk, high-need patients.ResultsA total of 6,712,155 records from 105,010 patients and 34,406 providers were analyzed. There was a significant effect (P < .001) of age on the number of radiographs obtained per visit. The estimated rates of radiographs per visit for ages 0 through 5, 6 through 12, and 13 through 18 were 0.373, 0.492, and 0.393, respectively. There was a significant interaction effect between age and provider type. For patients younger than 13 years, general dentists had lower rates of obtaining radiographs than did pediatric dentists, with no significant difference between providers for the 13- through 18-year age group. Treatments received, except for extractions and prosthodontics, were significantly associated with rate of radiographs per visit, with “number of restorations” as an indicator of increased risk, need, or both showing an inverse association with radiograph use.ConclusionsChild age and provider type had an effect on number of radiographs obtained per visit. Lack of caries diagnostic codes and uncommon use of risk codes hindered interpretation of whether use, frequency, or both is associated with need.Practical ImplicationsRadiograph use should follow existing guidelines or recommendations based on clinical need.  相似文献

BackgroundOral health has been connected to worse outcomes among hospitalized patients, but access to oral health care services in the hospital setting is limited. It is unknown how a hospital admission affects subsequent dental services use.MethodsThe authors conducted a retrospective analysis of insurance claims data from a national private insurer. Patients were included if they were admitted to the hospital and had visited a dentist at least once in the year before or after admission. Total number of dental visits, as well as Code on Dental Procedures and Nomenclature codes associated with these visits in the year before and after a hospital stay, patient demographic characteristics, hospital admission diagnosis, and length of stay were recorded. Differences in dental services use before and after the hospital stay were calculated.ResultsIn total, 107,116 patients met inclusion criteria. There were fewer dental visits after admission (mean [standard deviation {SD}] 1.6 [1.7] than before admission (mean [SD] 1.9 [1.8]; P < .0001). Fewer procedures were recorded in the year after discharge (mean [SD] 7.0 [11.4] total Code on Dental Procedures and Nomenclature codes versus 8.5 [12.5] in the year before admission; P < .0001). The number of diagnostic and restorative services delivered was higher after admission, and the number of periodontic, endodontic, oral surgery, and prosthodontic services decreased (overall Pearson χ2, P < .0001).ConclusionsPatients are less likely to visit a dentist after a hospital stay, although impact on oral health is unknown.Practical ImplicationsHospitalization may contribute to already existing oral health disparities. Hospital teams and dentists should work together to enhance access to oral health care after hospital admission.  相似文献

BackgroundThe world is hopeful a vaccine will help mitigate the COVID-19 pandemic. The authors conducted a hospital-based study using a questionnaire to examine parental acceptance of an anticipated COVID-19 vaccination.MethodsA 41-item questionnaire using the Health Belief Model was administered to caregivers of children receiving oral health care in a dental clinic in an urban pediatric teaching hospital. Demographic, health-seeking, and health-behavior questions were assessed.ResultsA total of 39.2% of caregivers would not allow their child to receive a COVID-19 vaccination. Whereas 27.8% of caregivers agreed that if their physician recommends a COVID-19 vaccination, they will allow their child to receive it, 52.2% said that a health care professional could influence this decision.ConclusionsDentists, intimately aware of the suggested risks of aerosol-generating procedures, can play a critical role in educating the public about the importance of accepting a COVID-19 vaccine.Practical ImplicationsDentists are in a unique position to discuss and advocate for vaccine acceptance. If a COVID-19 vaccine is not widely accepted, risks associated with performing aerosol-generating procedures will remain.  相似文献
