目的调查芜湖市医学院大学生面部蠕形螨感染情况,并分析其影响因素。方法采用透明胶纸法进行蠕形螨标本采集,以问卷形式对受检者进行蠕形螨感染影响因素调查。结果共调查学生316人,感染者117人,总感染率为37.03%(117/316),男女感染率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.00,P0.05)。117例感染者中,单纯毛囊蠕形螨感染率(51.28%)、单纯皮脂蠕形螨感染率(24.79%)和混合感染率(23.93%)现象均存在;轻度感染(83.76%)显著高于中度感染(12.82%)、重度感染(3.42%),额部感染居多(29.41%)。其中油性肤质的螨种感染与性别有关,男性皮脂蠕形螨的感染率(3.70%)低于女性皮脂蠕形螨的感染率(16.42%)(χ~2=6.92,P0.05),而男性混合感染的感染率(17.28%)则高于女性(4.48%)(χ~2=5.91,P0.05)。面部皮肤有症状的蠕形螨感染率(51.80%)显著高于面部皮肤正常的蠕形螨感染率(33.05%)(χ~2=9.14,P0.01)。生活习惯等因素对蠕形螨感染率的影响差异无统计学意义。结论医学生面部存在一定的蠕形螨感染,有皮肤症状人群的蠕形螨感染率显著高于面部皮肤正常者,应加强医学生蠕形螨感染的防治。  相似文献

目的 探讨蠕形螨感染与集体生活、卫生习惯及痤疮、酒渣鼻等面部疾患的关系。 方法 采用透明胶带粘贴过夜和挤粘结合法对 2 13名在校大学生进行蠕形螨检查 ,同时对个人卫生习惯、皮肤类型及面部疾患等相关因素问卷调查。 结果 在校大学生蠕形螨总感染率为 49.3 % ,男性 (5 1.3 % )略高于女性 (4 7.0 % ) ;毛囊蠕形螨面部感染率高于皮脂蠕形螨 ;洗刷用品个人专用可降低蠕形螨感染率 ;油性皮肤或混合性皮肤学生蠕形螨感染率及患酒渣鼻、痤疮等面部疾患的概率均较高。 结论 蠕形螨感染与个人卫生习惯、皮肤类型密切相关 ;蠕形螨感染是痤疮、酒渣鼻等疾患的发病因素之一。  相似文献

对佳木斯大学2013级印度留学生291人和本地学生314人进行面部蠕形螨感染情况调查,采用挤刮涂片法收集样品,滴加甘油后进行镜检,采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计学分析。留学生中男性感染率为16.4%(34/207),女性感染率为9.5%(8/84);本地学生中男性感染率为49.0%(71/145),女性感染率为18.9%(32/169),两组学生男性感染率之间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=43.14,P0.05);所有留学生和男性本地学生均以单纯毛囊蠕形螨(Demodex folliculorum)感染为主,其次是单纯皮脂腺蠕形螨(Demodex brevis)和混合感染,但女性本地学生则以混合感染为主;另外,本地学生面部皮肤有症状者蠕形螨感染率(68.2%,60/88)明显高于无症状者(19.0%,43/226)(χ~2=69.43,P0.05)。  相似文献

目的了解医学院校大学生蠕形螨感染现状。方法使用透明胶纸粘贴法,对2006和2007级在校大学生感染蠕形螨情况进行调查,并鉴定虫种。结果 540名学生中,蠕形螨感染267人,感染率49.44%。其中2006和2007级学生感染率分别为52.78%和44.44%;男、女生感染率分别为48.58%(103/212)和50.00%(164/328);单纯毛囊蠕形螨感染163人(占61.05%),单纯皮脂蠕形螨感染37人(占13.86%),混合感染者67人(占25.09%);鼻部螨虫感染211人(占79.02%),额部螨虫感染78人(占29.21%),颊部螨虫感染81人(占30.34%)。结论在校大学生蠕形螨感染率较高,以毛囊蠕形螨感染为主,感染部位主要为鼻部。  相似文献

目的 了解面部皮肤病患者蠕形螨感染情况。 方法 采用挤粘结合法对大连市 373名面部皮肤病患者进行蠕形螨感染调查。 结果 总感染率为 89.81% ,男女感染率和感染度间差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;男女皮肤病患者均以蠕形螨重度感染多见 ;毛囊蠕形螨为优势螨种 ;蠕形螨面部寄生部位排序为鼻、额、下颌、颊部 ;不同职业间蠕形螨感染差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ,以学生感染率最低 ,为 6 4 .10 % ,工人、服务行业从业人员感染率最高 ,分别为 98.5 3%和97.18%。 结论 面部常见皮肤病与蠕形螨感染关系密切。  相似文献

目的调查唐山市不同职业人群(在校生、银行职员、化妆品销售员)面部蠕形螨感染情况,并探讨蠕形螨感染相关因素。方法采用挤压法和透明胶带纸粘贴法,对鼻尖和鼻翼侧部进行蠕形螨的检查,同时调查受检者的年龄、性别等基本情况。结果共调查825人,面部蠕形螨感染244人,感染率29.58%,其中男性感染率为28.90%,女性感染率为30.08%;学生感染率为27.01%(其中小学生8.07%,初中生20.11%,高中生25.73%,大学生52.20%),银行职员为37.86%,化妆品销售员为37.00%;皮脂型蠕形螨感染者占8.61%,毛囊型占79.92%,混合型占11.47%;油性皮肤者感染率为42.91%,干燥型皮肤者感染率为24.37%,混合型皮肤者感染率为21.82%;患有酒糟鼻、痤疮等面部疾病者感染率为82.61%,高于无面部疾病者28.05%(χ2=31.98,P<0.05);居住环境潮湿的受检者感染率为51.75%,高于居住环境干燥者17.81%(χ2=103.31,P<0.05)。结论唐山市不同职业人群面部蠕形螨感染率不同。蠕形螨感染与年龄、性别、职业、皮肤类型、面部疾病、生活条件、居住(工作)环境及个人卫生习惯等有关。  相似文献

目的分析白天挤粘法检出蠕形螨感染的情况。方法采用挤粘法对434名在校大学生进行蠕形螨检查,在显微成像系统下观察并记录拍照,同时调查受检者个人卫生习惯。结果 434名学生中158人感染蠕形螨,感染率为36.41%,男生感染率为26.79%,女生感染率为42.48%,女生显著高于男生(χ2=9.64,P<0.01);毛囊蠕形螨面部感染率(69.62%)高于皮脂蠕形螨(17.09%)(χ2=44.38,P<0.01);卵检出率19.60%,高于常规检查方法的卵检出率。检出的螨虫在透明胶纸上保存时间较长,20d左右蠕形螨的形态依然清晰可辨。结论白天挤粘法取材方便快速,操作简单,观察标本时间足够,适合临床检验和大样本人群普查。  相似文献

目的 了解昆明医科大学在校学生蠕形螨感染情况及其对蠕形螨的认知情况,分析蠕形螨感染的相关影响因素,为大学生预防蠕形螨感染提供参考依据。方法 以昆明医科大学2014级必修《医学寄生虫学》课程的学生为调查对象。采用透明胶纸法对学生面部蠕形螨进行取样,显微镜检查并鉴定虫种,同时就性别、民族、生源地、皮肤类型等方面进行问卷调查。结果 共调查1 463人,蠕形螨阳性279名,总感染率为19.07%(279/1 463),男生和女生蠕形螨感染率分别为16.05%(96/598)和21.16%(183/865),差异有统计学意义([χ2] = 5.965,P < 0.05)。彝族、白族等少数民族学生蠕形螨感染率为18.33%(66/360),不同民族蠕形螨感染率差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。感染类型以毛囊蠕形螨为主,感染率为50.54%(141/279);感染程度以轻度为主,占96.77%(270/279),无重度感染者。多因素非条件logistic回归分析显示,性别及舍友有蠕形螨感染是蠕形螨感染的危险因素,蠕形螨感染与民族、生源地、皮肤类型等无关。仅有2.53%(37/1 463)的学生了解蠕形螨相关知识。结论 昆明医科大学在校大学生面部蠕形螨感染率相对较低,感染与性别及舍友有蠕形螨感染密切相关。要加大在学生中开展卫生保健知识宣传的力度。  相似文献

目的 了解合肥地区某高校大学生蠕形螨感染情况,分析蠕形螨感染与性别、面部分布、各种面部皮肤疾患的关系.方法 2004、2005、2006年采用透明胶带粘贴过夜法分别对二年级( 2003、2004、2005年级)在校大学生蠕形螨感染调查,同时针对卫生习惯和面部皮肤疾患(毛囊炎、眼睑炎、痤疮、脂溢性皮炎和酒渣鼻等)者进行问卷调查.计算蠕形螨感染率、分析其与卫生习惯和面部皮肤疾患的关系.结果 共有1 016名在校大学生受检,蠕形螨阳性人数217人,总感染率为21.36%.男、女生感染率依次为23.28%、19.21%.毛囊蠕形螨、皮脂蠕形螨感染率分别为52.07%、42.86%,两种蠕形螨混合感染5.07%.鼻翼部位检出率88.94%,前额和颊部检出率分别为24.42%和22.58%.卫生习惯不良及有面部皮肤疾患者感染率为47.16%,卫生习惯良好及无面部皮肤疾患者感染率为15.96%.结论 大学生蠕形螨感染比较普遍,蠕形螨感染与面部皮肤疾患存在相关.集体生活可能增加蠕形螨相互感染的机会,与大学生寝室环境卫生和日常卫生习惯有密切关系.  相似文献

Cell-cell contacts in tissues are continuously subject to mechanical forces due to homeostatic pressure and active cytoskeleton dynamics. In the process of cellular adhesion, the molecular pathways are well characterized but the role of mechanics is less well understood. To isolate the role of pressure we present a dense packing of functionalized emulsion droplets in which surface interactions are tuned to mimic those of real cells. By visualizing the microstructure in 3D we find that a threshold compression force is necessary to overcome electrostatic repulsion and surface elasticity and establish protein-mediated adhesion. Varying the droplet interaction potential maps out a phase diagram for adhesion as a function of force and salt concentration. Remarkably, fitting the data with our theoretical model predicts binder concentrations in the adhesion areas that are similar to those found in real cells. Moreover, we quantify the dependence of the area of adhesion on the applied force and thus reveal adhesion strengthening with increasing external pressure even in the absence of active cellular processes. This biomimetic approach reveals a physical origin of pressure-sensitive adhesion and its strength across cell-cell junctions.  相似文献

Because of their high oxygen-carrying capability and small particle size, it has been suggested that perfluorochemical emulsions may be useful to reduce reperfusion injury after coronary artery occlusion and reperfusion. We tested the ability of Fluosol and a more concentrated perfluorochemical emulsion (perflubron) to decrease infarct size in anesthetized rabbits undergoing 30 min of coronary occlusion and 4 h of reperfusion. All rabbits were ventilated with 100% oxygen. Treatment was begun at 25 min of coronary occlusion, 5 min before reperfusion. Rabbits were randomized to receive saline (10 ml/kg, n=15), Fluosol (30 ml/kg, n=15), or a perflubron emulsion (10 ml/kg, n=16), or the perflubron emulsion vehicle (10 ml/kg, n=15). Collateral blood flow during occlusion was measured with radioactive microspheres. The size of the ischemic region at risk was determined by in vivo injection of blue dye and infarct size by in vitro tetrazolium staining. We found that all groups were equally ischemic during occlusion, and that risk zone sizes were comparable. Heart rate and systemic arterial pressure were also similar among groups. Infarct size expressed as a percentage of the risk zone was 30±4 % in saline-treated rabbits, 27±4 % in Fluosol-treated rabbits, and 21±4 % and 21±3 % in perflubron emulsion and perflubron emulsion vehicle treated rabbits, respectively. There was a trend for both perflubron emulsion and perflubron emulsion vehicle groups to have smaller infarcts; however neither perfluorocarbon emulsion nor the emulsion vehicle significantly reduced infarct size compared with saline treatment. Thus, at the doses used in this study neither Fluosol non perflubron emulsion, when given just before reperfusion, significantly reduced infarct size in this rabbit model.Support for this study was given by Alliance Pharmaceutical Corporation, San Diego, CA  相似文献

Emulsions have a range of applications, for example, in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and food. However, the surfactants used to prepare such emulsions can often be toxic to humans and the environment and also affect the oil properties of emulsions. Therefore, interest in surfactant-free emulsions has increased in recent years. One method to enhance emulsion stability without a surfactant is to use a gelling agent to increase the viscosity. Gelling agents are viscous hydrocolloids that gel when dispersed in water, even at low concentrations. In this study, we prepared six oil-in-water emulsions (oil content 20%) with different gelling agents (xanthan gum, Carbopol 981, TR-2, and Ultrez 20) and investigated the effect of the gelling agent concentration. For each sample, particle size and emulsion stability analysis were performed at high temperatures to ensure the stability of the emulsions. We observed that the emulsion prepared using TR-2 (0.25 wt%) did not aggregate at high temperatures for one month. Based on our assessment of the stability of these emulsions under various conditions, we believe that the use of gelling agents for the preparation of surfactant-free emulsions shows great promise for applications requiring long-term stable emulsions, such as cosmetics and medicine.  相似文献

目的 总结肝包虫病100例内科阿苯达唑乳剂治疗的经验,特别是比较该法同外科治疗的优缺点.方法 对2005年100例肝包虫病例资料进行回顾分析.结果 内科阿苯达唑乳剂治疗治愈率为74.5%,有效率为99.1%,无效率为0.9%;远期疗效:治愈率为83.1%,有效率为89.3%,无效率为0.6%,复发率为10.2%;外科手术治愈率为99.4%,死亡0.6%,复发率为4.5%~20.2%.结论 内科阿苯达唑乳剂治疗在治愈率和有效率方面接近外科手术治疗,同时复发率方面较外科手术治疗有优势.如果二者有力的结合,对肝包虫的治疗将会产生极好的效果.  相似文献

目的探索重症胰腺炎病人对静脉输注脂肪乳剂的耐受性。方法33例重症胰腺炎病人,其中27例基础血甘油三酯(TG)值正常者随机分成A、B、C三组,6例基础血TG值高于正常者列为D组。各组均给予肠外营养:A组以葡萄糖单能源供能,热卡量为800~1000kcal/d;在提供热卡与氮源相同的条件下,B、C组均以双能源供能,其糖脂热卡比分别为6∶4及5∶5;D组肠外营养配方根据血TG、血糖测定值而定。以脂肪乳剂廓清试验观察对输注脂肪乳剂的耐受性。结果B、C组每日输注脂肪65.0~80.0g均能耐受;D组有5例基础血TG值>4.06mmol/L,且空腹血清呈乳状,脂肪乳剂廓清试验阳性,1例基础血TG值为3.14mmol/L,空腹血清不呈乳状,脂肪乳剂廓清试验弱阳性。结论①基础血TG值正常的胰腺炎病人,每日输注占总热卡40%~50%的脂肪乳剂均能耐受;②伴高TG血症的胰腺炎病人,应根据基础血TG值增高的程度及是否存在空腹乳状血清,来判断应用、慎用或不用肪脂乳剂。  相似文献

The majority of B lymphocytes in the adult mouse are generated in the bone marrow from hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) that first appear in the aorta-gonado-mesonephros region of the fetus on embryonic day (E) 10.5-11. Comparatively less is known about B-cell development during embryogenesis. For example, which specific embryonic tissues participate in B lymphopoiesis and whether hematopoietic differentiation is skewed toward specific B-cell subsets in the embryo are unanswered questions, because the systemic circulation is initiated early during embryogenesis, resulting in an admixture of cells potentially originating from multiple sites. We demonstrate, using Ncx1(-/-) mice that lack systemic blood circulation, that the E9 yolk sac (YS) and the intra-embryonic para-aortic splanchnopleura (P-Sp) tissues independently give rise to AA4.1(+)CD19(+)B220(lo-neg) B progenitor cells that preferentially differentiate into innate type B-1 and marginal zone (MZ) B cells but not into B-2 cells upon transplantation. We have further demonstrated that these B-1 progenitor cells arise directly from YS and P-Sp hemogenic endothelium. These results document the initial wave of innate B lymphopoietic progenitor cells available for seeding the fetal liver at E11. The results of these studies expand our knowledge of hemogenic endothelial sites specifying distinct B-1 and MZ cell fates apart from B-2 cells and independent of an HSC origin during development.  相似文献

目的:探讨含脂肪乳剂的双能源部分肠外营养(PPN)对腹部结核病营养状态的影响。方法:将21例肠结核、36例结核性腹膜炎患者随机分为部分肠外营养组(PPN组,30例)与对照组(27例),按组别给予含或不含胆肪乳剂的PPN支持治疗2周,PPN前后分别作人体测量及血清白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、纤维结合蛋白(Fn)与铁蛋白(Tf)测定。结果经PPN两周后,PPN组理想体重百分率(BW%IBW)与理想三头肌皮褶厚度百分率(TSF%ITSF)显著增加(P<0.05),血清PA、Fn与Tf明显升高(P<0.05);对照组均无明显变化。结论含脂肪乳剂的双能源PPN有利于改善胜腹总核病的营养不良。  相似文献

Whole-genome amplification (WGA) for next-generation sequencing has seen wide applications in biology and medicine when characterization of the genome of a single cell is required. High uniformity and fidelity of WGA is needed to accurately determine genomic variations, such as copy number variations (CNVs) and single-nucleotide variations (SNVs). Prevailing WGA methods have been limited by fluctuation of the amplification yield along the genome, as well as false-positive and -negative errors for SNV identification. Here, we report emulsion WGA (eWGA) to overcome these problems. We divide single-cell genomic DNA into a large number (105) of picoliter aqueous droplets in oil. Containing only a few DNA fragments, each droplet is led to reach saturation of DNA amplification before demulsification such that the differences in amplification gain among the fragments are minimized. We demonstrate the proof-of-principle of eWGA with multiple displacement amplification (MDA), a popular WGA method. This easy-to-operate approach enables simultaneous detection of CNVs and SNVs in an individual human cell, exhibiting significantly improved amplification evenness and accuracy.Single-cell sequencing, characterization the genome of individual cells, is highly needed for studying scarce and/or precious cells, which are inaccessible for conventional bulk genome characterization, and for probing genomic variations of a heterogeneous population of cells (13). Recently single-cell genomics has unveiled unprecedented details of various biological processes, such as tumor evolution (46), embryonic development (7), and neural somatic mosaicism (8). Single-cell whole-genome amplification (WGA) is required to generate enough replicates of genomic DNAs for library preparation in conjunction with current sequencing protocols. Single-cell WGA has been increasingly used in cutting-edge clinical diagnostic applications such as molecular subtyping of single tumor cells (4, 9) and preimplantation genetic screening of in vitro fertilized embryos (10).An ideal single-cell WGA method should have high uniformity and accuracy across the whole genome. The WGA uniformity is critical for copy number variation (CNV) detection, whereas the WGA accuracy is essential for avoiding single-nucleotide variation (SNV) detection errors, either false positives or false negatives. The false positives arise from misincorporation of wrong bases in the first few cycles of WGA. In a diploid human cell, the false negatives primarily arise from the allelic dropout (ADO), i.e., heterozygous mutations are mistaken as homozygous ones because of the lack of amplification in one of the two alleles (11).Existing WGA chemistry includes degenerate oligonucleotide-primed PCR (DOP-PCR) (12), multiple displacement amplification (MDA) (1317), and multiple annealing and looping-based amplification cycles (MALBAC) (4, 18, 19), which have successively achieved genome analysis at the single-cell level. DOP-PCR is based on PCR amplification of the fragments flanked by universal priming sites, and provides high accuracy for detecting CNVs in single cells but has low coverage and high false-positive and false-negative rates for calling SNVs (5). MDA has a much improved coverage but tends to have lower precision/sensitivity in CNV determination due to its variation of the amplification gain along the genome, not reproducible from cell to cell (20). By virtue of quasilinear amplification, MALBAC suppresses the random bias of amplification and exhibits reduced ADO rates, yielding low false negatives for SNV detection (2, 11, 18, 19). Notwithstanding its drawbacks, MDA still offers comparable or higher genome coverage than MALBAC, at least for single diploid cells, possibly taking advantage of the randomness (2). In fact, even higher coverage has been obtained for cells with aneuploidy, such as dividing cells (21), and cancer cells (22). MDA’s main advantage is its lower false-positive rate for SNV detection on account of the use of Phi-29, a highly processive polymerase with high fidelity.Microfluidic devices have been carried out for single-cell WGA (16, 20, 23, 24), allowing avoidance of contaminations and high-throughput analyses of multiple single cells in parallel. The small total reaction volumes (microliters to nanoliters- or picoliters) of the microfluidic devices not only facilitate the efficiency of reactions but also allow significant cost reduction for enzymes and regents used. It was reported that the nanoliter volume of a microfluidic device improved uniformity of the amplification compared with microliter devices in the WGA of single bacterial cells (20).Here, we report a method, emulsion whole-genome amplification (eWGA), to use the small volume of aqueous droplets in oil to better the WGA chemistry for uniform amplification of a single cell’s genome. By distributing single-cell genomic DNA fragments into a large number (105) of picoliter droplets, a few DNA fragments in each droplet is allowed to reach saturation of DNA amplification. After merging the droplets by demulsification, the differences in amplification gain among the DNA fragments are significantly minimized.Although this approach can be used for any chemistry of WGA, we take MDA as an example to greatly reduce the random bias of amplification by separating the reactions into a large amount of emulsion droplets. We carried out detailed comparison with MDA, MALBAC, and DOP-PCR performed in tube using single cells from normal diploid human cells and a monoclonal human cancer cell line with inherited CNVs. Our results indicate that eWGA not only offers higher coverage but also enables simultaneous detection of SNVs and CNVs with higher accuracy and finer resolution, outperforming the prevailing single-cell amplification methods in many aspects.  相似文献
