目的:了解海口市三级甲等医院护理人员继续教育的需求现状,探讨改善方法。方法:方便抽取350名研究对象,用护理表现六维量表进行问卷调查,采用统计描述与方差分析。结果:量表总分与各维度得分小于3分;不同年龄、学历、职称的研究对象的得分差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:海口市三级甲等医院护理人员在领导、危重症监护、教学与合作、计划与评估、沟通与交流、专业发展方面均有继续教育需求,可针对不同年龄、职称、学历护理人员分别采取相应对策以改善需求现状。  相似文献

Background

Nursing practice is underpinned by science knowledge. While the literature is consistent in identifying limitations in teaching science content to nurses, there is a lack of consensus regarding what should be taught and to what level of detail. No studies to date have systematically surveyed registered nurses (RNs) for their perspectives about the science knowledge that should underpin nursing practice.

Aim

To establish the relative importance RNs place on science content taught to nurses.

Method

Practicing RNs across Australia were invited to participate in a cross-sectional survey administered online. The survey asked participants to prioritize 179 science topics according to the relative importance of each item to nursing practice.

Findings

A total of 1583 RNs completed the survey. Participants indicated strong support for the inclusion of foundational science knowledge in undergraduate pre-registration nursing programs. The majority of topics (88%) were rated as a ‘high priority’ (a rating of 4 or 5), particularly anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology. No topic received a rating of less than 3 (of a possible 5).

Discussion

RNs expressed different views about the prioritization of science content areas for nursing practice compared with the views of academics who teach science to nursing students. Identification of the science content areas that RNs regard as high priority for nursing practice can be used to guide improvements in nursing curriculum development.

Conclusion

The results of this study demonstrate that practising RNs place high value on various science topics and the teaching of biological sciences generally. This study suggests the need for greater inclusion of key stakeholders, including practicing RNs, when integrating bioscience within nursing curricula.  相似文献

目的探讨急救护理实验课的教学方法,提高教学效果。方法选择两届护生分别设为实验组与对照组,实验组在急救护理实验课中引入案例式教学,对照组采用传统实验教学方法,对两组教学效果进行比较。结果①实验组实验课常规教学质量评价得分为93.96±9.35,对照组得分为87.16±10.66,差异具有显著性统计学意义。②在增加学习主动性和学习兴趣、提高操作技能等方面实验组优于对照组。③实验组实验报告优良率显著高于对照组。结论将案例武教学引入急救护理实验课可以提高教学效果,是一种临床技能与思维训练并重的新型教学方法。  相似文献

In conjunction with the introduction of the Bologna process in Sweden, specialist nursing education programmes were moved up to the second cycle of higher education with the opportunity to take a one-year master's degree, which also meant that students would undertake a degree project carrying 15 ECTS. The purpose of this study was to examine the introduction of postgraduate degree projects on the second-cycle level into Swedish specialist nursing programmes in accordance with the Bologna process. Five universities were involved and the study design took the form of action research. Problem formulation, planning, evaluation and follow-up with reflection led to new actions over a period of 2 1/2 years. Through a review of local curriculum documents, the implementation of a postgraduate degree project was monitored and these reviews, together with field notes, were analysed by means of constant comparative analysis. The results revealed a variety of tensions that arose when postgraduate degree projects were introduced, taking the form of differing views on the relationship between research, clinical development, specific professional objectives and academic objectives. These tensions were reflected in six areas of change. In summary, it can be noted that implementation of the postgraduate degree projects highlighted tensions related to basic views of learning.  相似文献

目的对郧阳医学院2003级护理本科急救护理学期末考试试卷质量进行分析,对教学效果进行评价。方法选择2003级护理本科96名学生的期末考试试卷进行统计分析。结果考试成绩呈正态分布,平均成绩为68.4分,标准差为7.09分,试卷信度为0.64,难度为0.68,区分度为0.17。结论本试卷能较全面地考核学生对课程的掌握程度,区分度好,但试题总体难度偏大,为今后命出较高信度和较高效度的试题库提供参考依据,进一步改进教学方法,提高教学质量。  相似文献

BackgroundPatient safety is a global health priority. Errors of omission, such as missed nursing care in hospitals, are frequent and may lead to adverse events. Emergency departments (ED) are especially vulnerable to patient safety errors, and the significance missed nursing care has in this context is not as well known as in other contexts.AimThe aim of this scoping review was to summarize and disseminate research about missed nursing care in the context of EDs.MethodA scoping review following the framework suggested by Arksey and O’Malley was used to (1) identify the research question; (2) identify relevant studies; (3) select studies; (4) chart the data; (5) collate, summarize, and report the results; and (6) consultation.ResultsIn total, 20 themes were derived from the 55 included studies. Missed or delayed assessments or other fundamental care were examples of missed nursing care characteristics. EDs not staffed or dimensioned in relation to the patient load were identified as a cause of missed nursing care in most included studies. Clinical deteriorations and medication errors were described in the included studies in relation to patient safety and quality of care deficiencies. Registered nurses also expressed that missed nursing care was undignified and unsafe.ConclusionThe findings from this scoping review indicate that patients’ fundamental needs are not met in the ED, mainly because of the patient load and how the ED is designed. According to registered nurses, missed nursing care is perceived as undignified and unsafe.  相似文献

目的:探讨急诊护理操作实施风险管理的临床价值。方法:2010~2011年在我院急诊科实施急诊护理操作风险管理,并观察其效果。结果:实施风险管理前受理投诉15例,实施风险管理后受理投诉2例,较实施前明显降低,取得了护患双方互利的效果,护士风险意识明显提高,自我保护意识也得到了加强。结论:急诊护理操作实施风险管理能有效改善医患关系,提高急诊护理质量。  相似文献

目的探讨整体护理工作在急诊护理工作中的应用。方法对进行整体护理前后的两组病患进行比较,对其救治时间和患者满意度进行了比较。结果实施整体护理后的患者有效抢救时间为(38.66±10.32h),明显比实施前(40.86±16.32h);实施后的患者满意度为96.70%也高于对实施前86.00%,两组对比有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论整体护理在急诊急救护理工作中可缩短抢救时间,提高患者对护理工作满意度。  相似文献
