Calcium phosphate (CaP) materials have a wide range of applications, including biomaterials, adsorbents, chemical engineering materials, catalysts and catalyst supports and mechanical reinforcements. The size and shape of CaP crystals and aggregates play critical roles in their applications. The main inorganic building blocks of human bones and teeth are nanocrystalline CaPs; recently, much progress has been made in the application of CaP nanocrystals and their composites for clinical repair of damaged bone and tooth. For example, CaPs with special micro- and nanostructures can better imitate the biomimetic features of human bone and tooth, and this offers significantly enhanced biological performances. Therefore, the design of CaP nano-/microcrystals, and the shape and hierarchical structures of CaPs, have great potential to revolutionize the field of hard tissue engineering, starting from bone/tooth repair and augmentation to controlled drug delivery devices. Previously, a number of reviews have reported the synthesis and properties of CaP materials, especially for hydroxyapatite (HAp). However, most of them mainly focused on the characterizations and physicochemical and biological properties of HAp particles. There are few reviews about the control of particle size and size distribution of CaPs, and in particular the control of nano-/microstructures on bulk CaP ceramic surfaces, which is a big challenge technically and may have great potential in tissue engineering applications. This review summarizes the current state of the art for the synthesis of CaP crystals with controlled sizes from the nano- to the macroscale, and the diverse shapes including the zero-dimensional shapes of particles and spheres, the one-dimensional shapes of rods, fibers, wires and whiskers, the two-dimensional shapes of sheets, disks, plates, belts, ribbons and flakes and the three-dimensional (3-D) shapes of porous, hollow, and biomimetic structures similar to biological bone and tooth. In addition, this review will also summarize studies on the controlled formation of nano-/microstructures on the surface of bulk ceramics, and the preparation of macroscopical bone grafts with 3-D architecture nano-/microstructured surfaces. Moreover, the possible directions of future research and development in this field, such as the detailed mechanisms behind the size and shape control in various strategies, the importance of theoretical simulation, self-assembly, biomineralization and sacrificial precursor strategies in the fabrication of biomimetic bone-like and enamel-like CaP materials are proposed.  相似文献

目的 探讨广西中小学生头发中的人体必需元素含量及其地域性差异。方法 用偏振塞曼原子吸收仪 ,检测了来自融水、三江和马山县的 3 0 5 0名 7~ 16岁中小学生头发中铜、镁、镍、硒、钴、铬、铁、锌、钙 9种人体必需元素的含量 ,并用SPSS统计软件做了统计分析。结果 中小学生头发中除铜以外的 8种元素含量有明显的地域性差异 :①融水的镁、镍、钴、铬、铁、钙含量高于三江的 ,硒、锌含量低于三江的 ;②融水的镁、钴、铁、锌、钙含量高于马山 ,镍、铬含量低于马山的 ;③三江的硒、钴、锌含量高于马山 ,镍、铬含量低于马山。其中融水的钴、铁、钙、镁含量最高 ;三江的硒、锌含量最高 ;马山的镍、铬含量最高。结论 广西融水、三江和马山县中学生头发中镍、硒、钴、铬、铁、锌、钙、镁含量有明显的地域性差异  相似文献

目的:对中国1949-2009年精神卫生服务提供模式和相关政策进行了系统回顾,分析不同发展阶段的特征,为我国精神卫生改革提供借鉴。方法:通过检索电子期刊数据库和我国卫生部官方网站等数据库并配合相应的手工检索,纳入收集整理与精神疾病流行病学、精神卫生服务提供、精神卫生服务利用、精神卫生政策和规划高度相关的资料。访谈国内外从事精神卫生服务工作的多名知名专家和主管领导,对其访谈内容记录、录音,进行归纳、分析、总结。结果:共纳入216篇文献,213人参与访谈。研究显示,60年来中国精神卫生资源和服务模式的演变经历了快速发展、稳步发展和改革等三个阶段;中国精神卫生服务体系在60年间发生了巨变化,但仍存在资源短缺、精神病治疗率较低、普通人群和医务人员精神卫生知识匮乏、社会对精神病人的偏见严重等现状;60年间,中国精神卫生服务政策也经历了巨大的变化,正向着建立以社区精神卫生服务为主的综合服务网络方向前进。结论:我国应继续强化社区卫生服务,提高精神卫生服务的公平性和可及性。  相似文献

目的 通过对颈围与肥胖关系的分析,探讨颈围对肥胖预测的可行性,进而为早期预防肥胖及相关疾病提供参考。 方法 选取临高人、黎族、羌族、白马人4个族群共1859名成人(男性911名,女性948名)作为研究对象,分别将其颈围与身体质量指数(BMI)、体脂率、内脏脂肪等级、腰围、腰臀比、身体肥胖指数 6项国内外公认的肥胖指标进行相关性分析、u 检验及受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析和 Kappa 一致性检验。 结果 颈围与其他几种肥胖指标均具有显著正相关性,与身体肥胖指数和腰臀比相关性最小,与腰围、内脏脂肪等级、体脂率相关性较大,与BMI相关性最大。不同肥胖指标判断的肥胖组颈围均值都大于正常组,且差异具有统计学意义。ROC曲线分析和 Kappa 一致性检验表明,颈围与各项肥胖指标的曲线下面积(AUC)均>0.7,且颈围与BMI和腰围在判断肥胖时一致性最好。 结论 当男性颈围值>临界切点值364.5时,女性颈围值>319.5时,可预测为BMI值达到超重或肥胖;而男性颈围值>370.5,女性颈围值>319.5时,可以预测腰围超标,中心性肥胖的危险性增大。  相似文献

The biometry and the histology of coronary, radial, ulnar, epigastric and internal thoracic arteries were studied in order to investigate the cause of their occlusions in coronary bypass grafts and to improve the results of these bypass grafts. These various arteries were removed from 40 anatomical specimens (27 males and 13 females). We found a correlation between the internal calibers of the ulnar and coronary arteries in males. Intimal changes and the presence of atheromatous plaque were observed in coronary, radial and ulnar arteries, but never in the internal thoracic artery. Like coronary arteries and their branches, radial, ulnar and epigastric arteries are muscular arteries and ageing results in thickening of the intima, which becomes fibrotic with migration of myocytes from the media and duplication of the internal elastic lamina. The media becomes fibrous, hypertrophic or atrophic. In contrast, the internal thoracic artery is an elastic artery, like the aorta. Ageing is characterized by loss, over a variable extent, of one or several elastic laminae of the media and more marked intimal thickening. Although anatomically, the caliber of radial, ulnar, and epigastric arteries remains adapted to that of coronary arteries, the long-term patency of radial, ulnar and epigastric arteries used as grafts is related to their histological characteristics.  相似文献

Vertebrate long bone form, at both the gross and the microstructural level, is the result of many interrelated influences. One factor that is considered to have a significant effect on bone form is the mechanical environment experienced by the bone during growth. The work presented here examines the possible relationships between in vivo bone strains, bone geometry and histomorphology in the radii of three age/size groups of domestic goats. In vivo bone strain data were collected from the radii of galloping goats, and the regional cortical distribution of peak axial strain magnitudes, radial and circumferential strain gradients, and longitudinal strain rates related to regional patterns in cortical growth, porosity, remodelling and collagen fibre orientation. Although porosity and remodelling decreased and increased with age, respectively, these features showed no significant regional differences and did not correspond to regional patterns in the mechanical environment. Thicker regions of the radius's cortex were significantly related to high strain levels and higher rates of periosteal, but not endosteal, growth. However, cortical growth and strain environment were not significantly related. Collagen fibre orientation varied regionally, with a higher percentage of transverse fibres in the caudal region of the radius and primarily longitudinal fibres elsewhere, and, although consistent through growth, also did not generally correspond to regional strain patterns. Although strain magnitudes increased during ontogeny and regional strain patterns were variable over the course of a stride, mean regional strain patterns were generally consistent with growth, suggesting that regional growth patterns and histomorphology, in combination with external loads, may play some role in producing a relatively 'predictable' strain environment within the radius. It is further hypothesized that the absence of correlation between regional histomorphometric patterns and the measured strain environments is the result of the variable mechanical environment. However, the potential effects of other physiological and mechanical factors, such as skeletal metabolism and adjacent muscle insertions, that can influence the gross and microstructural morphology of the radius during ontogeny, cannot be ignored.  相似文献

This study was designed to evaluate the effects of sodium-hyaluronate (NaH) combined with glucosamine HCl-chondroitin sulfate (GlcN-CS) on the post-surgical repair of tendon rupture on day 84 post injury. Twenty white New Zealand female rabbits were divided randomly into two equal groups of injured treated and injured untreated. After tenotomy and surgical repair, using the modified Kessler technique and running pattern, the injured legs were casted for 14 days. NaH was injected subcutaneously over the lesion on days 3, 7, and 10 and was followed by daily oral administration of GlcN-CS on days 3 to 23 post injury. The control animals received normal saline injection and oral placebo similarly. The weight of the animals, tendon diameter, clinical manifestations, and radiographic and ultrasonographic evaluations were conducted for 12 weeks. The rabbits were euthanized 84 days post injury and the tendons were evaluated at macroscopic, histopathologic, and ultrastructural level and were assessed for biomechanical and percentage dry-weight parameters. Treatment significantly reduced the tendon diameter and ultimate and yield strain, and increased the echogenicity, dry-weight content, ultimate and yield strength, and stress and stiffness of the injured tendons compared to those of the untreated ones. Treatment also significantly enhanced the maturation rate of the tenoblasts, fibrillogenesis, the diameters of the collagen fibrils, and fibrillar density. These findings suggest that a combined treatment of NaH and GlcN-CS could be effective in restoring the morphological and biomechanical properties of injured superficial digital flexor tendon of rabbits and might be helpful for future clinical trial studies in tendon ruptures.  相似文献

Cytosolic innate immune sensing is a cornerstone of innate immunity in mammalian cells and provides a surveillance system for invading pathogens and endogenous danger signals. The NAIP-NLRC4 inflammasome responds to cytosolic flagellin, and the inner rod and needle proteins of the type 3 secretion system of bacteria. This complex induces caspase-1-dependent proteolytic cleavage of the proinflammatory cytokines IL-1β and IL-18, and the pore-forming protein gasdermin D, leading to inflammation and pyroptosis, respectively. Localized responses triggered by the NAIP-NLRC4 inflammasome are largely protective against bacterial pathogens, owing to several mechanisms, including the release of inflammatory mediators, liberation of concealed intracellular pathogens for killing by other immune mechanisms, activation of apoptotic caspases, caspase-7, and caspase-8, and expulsion of an entire infected cell from the mammalian host. In contrast, aberrant activation of the NAIP-NLRC4 inflammasome caused by de novo gain-of-function mutations in the gene encoding NLRC4 can lead to macrophage activation syndrome, neonatal enterocolitis, fetal thrombotic vasculopathy, familial cold autoinflammatory syndrome, and even death. Some of these clinical manifestations could be treated by therapeutics targeting inflammasome-associated cytokines. In addition, the NAIP-NLRC4 inflammasome has been implicated in the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer, melanoma, glioma, and breast cancer. However, no consensus has been reached on its function in the development of any cancer types. In this review, we highlight the latest advances in the activation mechanisms and structural assembly of the NAIP-NLRC4 inflammasome, and the functions of this inflammasome in different cell types. We also describe progress toward understanding the role of the NAIP-NLRC4 inflammasome in infectious diseases, autoinflammatory diseases, and cancer.  相似文献

The role of cytokines in the accumulation of eosinophil granulocytes in inflamed tissue has been studied extensively during recent years, and these molecules have been found to participate throughout the whole process of eosinophil recruitment. Haematopoietic cytokines such as IL-3, IL-5 and GM-CSF stimulate the proliferation and differentiation of eosinophils in the bone marrow, and the release of mature eosinophils from the bone marrow into the blood is probably promoted by IL-5. Priming of eosinophils in the blood following, for example, allergen challenge is performed mainly by IL-3, IL-5 and GM-CSF. An important step in the extravasation of eosinophils is their adhesion to the vascular endothelium. Adhesion molecules are upregulated by, e.g. IL-1, IL-4, TNF-alpha and IFN-gamma and the same cytokines may also increase the affinity of adhesion molecules both on eosinophils and endothelial cells. Finally, a number of cytokines have been shown to act as eosinophil chemotactic factors, attracting the cells to the inflammatory focus in the tissue. Some of the most important eosinophil chemoattractant cytokines are IL-5, IL-8, RANTES, eotaxin, eotaxin-2, eotaxin-3, MCP-3, MCP-4 and TNF-alpha. Th2 cells, mast cells and epithelial cells are important sources of proinflammatory cytokines, but in recent years, the eosinophils have also been recognized as cytokine-producing and thereby immunoregulatory cells. The aim of this paper is to review the role of cytokines in the process of eosinophil recruitment in asthma, allergy and ulcerative colitis.  相似文献

The development of the iliosacral joint (ISJ) in tetrapods represented a crucial step in the evolution of terrestrial locomotion. This structure is responsible for transferring forces between the vertebral column and appendicular skeleton, thus supporting the bodyweight on land. However, most research dealing with the water-to-land transition and biomechanical studies in general has focused exclusively on the articulation between the pelvic girdle and femur. Our knowledge about the contact between the pelvic girdle and vertebral column (i.e. the ISJ) at a tissue level is restricted so far to human anatomy, with little to no information available on other tetrapods. This lack of data limits our understanding of the development and evolution of such a key structure, and thus on the pattern and processes of the evolution of terrestrial locomotion. Therefore, we investigated the macro- and microanatomy of the ISJ in limb-bearing squamates that, similar to most non-mammalian, non-avian tetrapods, possess only two sacral ribs articulating with the posterior process of the ilium. Using a combination of osteology, micro-computed tomography and histology, we collected data on the ISJ apparatus of numerous specimens, sampling different taxa and different ontogenetic stages. Osteologically, we recorded consistent variability in all three processes of the ilium (preacetabular, supracetabular and posterior) and sacral ribs that correlate with posture and locomotion. The presence of a cavity between the ilium and sacral ribs, abundant articular cartilage and fibrocartilage, and a surrounding membrane of dense fibrous connective tissue allowed us to define this contact as a synovial joint. By comparison, the two sacral ribs are connected to each other mostly by dense fibrous tissue, with some cartilage found more distally along the margins of the two ribs, defining this joint as a combination of a syndesmosis and synchondrosis. Considering the intermediary position of the ISJ between the axial and appendicular skeletons, the shape of the articular surfaces of the sacral ribs and ilium, and the characteristics of the muscles associated with this structure, we argue that the mobility of the ISJ is primarily driven by the movements of the hindlimb during locomotion. We hypothesize that limited torsion of the ilium at the ISJ happens when the hip is abducted, and the joint is likely able to absorb the compressional and extensional forces related to the protraction and retraction of the femur. The mix of fibres and cartilage between the two sacral ribs instead serves primarily as a shock absorber, with the potential for limited vertical translation during locomotion.  相似文献

BackgroundAt present, there is an increased interest in the vaginal microbiome. It is believed that microbes play equally important roles in the vagina, including the modulation of neuronal pathways, as in the gut. However, in man as well as in animals, the vagina is the least well-studied part of the female reproductive system. The vagina, a fibromuscular tract, having two main functions, i.e., childbirth and sexual intercourse, is mainly innervated by the pudendal nerve and the pelvic splanchnic nerves (the uterovaginal nerve plexus) containing sympathetic, parasympathetic and nociceptive nerve fibers. Innervation density in the vaginal wall undergoes significant remodeling due to hormonally mediated physiological activity. Knowledge about expression and function of neuropeptides and neurotransmitters in the vaginal fibers is incomplete or not established. Most research concerning the neuroregulation of the vagina and the function and expression of neuropeptides and neurotransmitters, is performed in several vertebrate species, including large farm animals, rodents, domestic fowl and lizards.MethodsThis review summarizes, on a bibliographic basis, the current knowledge on vaginal innervation and function of neuropeptides and neurotransmitters expressed in vaginal nerve fibers in several vertebrate species, including humans. The presence and role played by the local microbioma is also explored.ConclusionA thorough knowledge of the vaginal innervation is necessary to unravel the putative communication of the vaginal microbiome and vaginal nerve fibers, but also to understand the effects of vaginal pathologies and of administered drugs on the neuroregulation of the vagina.  相似文献

The three calcium-binding proteins parvalbumin, calbindin, and calretinin are found in morphologically distinct classes of inhibitory interneurons as well as in some pyramidal neurons in the mammalian neocortex. Although there is a wide variability in the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the neocortical subpopulations of calcium-binding protein-immunoreactive neurons in mammals, most of the available data show that there is a fundamental similarity among the mammalian species investigated so far, in terms of the distribution of parvalbumin, calbindin, and calretinin across the depth of the neocortex. Thus, calbindin- and calretinin-immunoreactive neurons are predominant in layers II and III, but are present across all cortical layers, whereas parvalbumin-immunoreactive neurons are more prevalent in the middle and lower cortical layers. These different neuronal populations have well defined regional and laminar distribution, neurochemical characteristics and synaptic connections, and each of these cell types displays a particular developmental sequence. Most of the available data on the development, distribution and morphological characteristics of these calcium-binding proteins are from studies in common laboratory animals such as the rat, mouse, cat, macaque monkey, as well as from postmortem analyses in humans, but there are virtually no data on other species aside of a few incidental reports. In the context of the evolution of mammalian neocortex, the distribution and morphological characteristics of calcium-binding protein-immunoreactive neurons may help defining taxon-specific patterns that may be used as reliable phylogenetic traits. It would be interesting to extend such neurochemical analyses of neuronal subpopulations to other species to assess the degree to which neurochemical specialization of particular neuronal subtypes, as well as their regional and laminar distribution in the cerebral cortex, may represent sets of derived features in any given mammalian order. This could be particularly interesting in view of the consistent differences in neurochemical typology observed in considerably divergent orders such as cetaceans and certain families of insectivores and metatherians, as well as in monotremes. The present article provides an overview of calcium-binding protein distribution across a large number of representative mammalian species and a review of their developmental patterns in the species where data are available. This analysis demonstrates that while it is likely that the developmental patterns are quite consistent across species, at least based on the limited number of species for which ontogenetic data exist, the distribution and morphology of calcium-binding protein-containing neurons varies substantially among mammalian orders and that certain species show highly divergent patterns compared to closely related taxa. Interestingly, primates, carnivores, rodents and tree shrews appear closely related on the basis of the observed patterns, marsupials show some affinities with that group, whereas prototherians have unique patterns. Our findings also support the relationships of cetaceans and ungulates, and demonstrates possible affinities between carnivores and ungulates, as well as the existence of common, probably primitive, traits in cetaceans and insectivores.  相似文献

Electron-microscopic investigation of the zona fasciculata and zona reticularis of the adrenal cortex in rats showed that 7 days after bilateral subdiaphragmatic vagotomy the perinuclear space of the adrenocorticocytes and endothelial cells is widened, the tubules of the smooth cytoplasmic reticulum are dilated, the mitochondria edematous, their cristae reduced, and the number and size of the lipid droplets diminished. After 45 days some mitochondria were starting to undergo myelinization, lipid droplets were aggregating, and electron-translucent vacuoles appeared in them. The study of the genetic polymorphism of pathogens is important for phylogenetic and biogeographic studies and, in the case of foodborne pathogens, to trace the origin of food infection. Since its discovery in 1972, the nonencapsulated species Trichinella pseudospiralis has been detected in mammals and birds, and human infection has occurred, in some cases resulting in death. We studied DNA polymorphism among ten T. pseudospiralis isolates from the Palearctic, Nearctic, and Australian regions, screening the sequences of nine genes [18sRNA, a random amplified polymorphism DNA derived sequence, mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit I (COI), cytochrome P450, cynate lyase, epithelial fusion failure-1, and three unknown genes of Tp3, Tp8, and Tp26]. A high identity of sequence for the nine gene loci was obtained among the seven isolates from the Palearctic region and between the two isolates from the Nearctic region. Genetic identity analysis indicated the distinct polymorphism among the three geographical origins. To easily identify T. pseudospiralis genotypes, a polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis of COI gene was performed, and the results confirmed the DNA polymorphism within T. pseudospiralis, corresponding to the three regions of origin. We have named the three genotypes as "T. pseudospiralis Palearctic genotype" (code T4P), "Nearctic genotype" (code T4N), and "Australian genotype" (code T4A). To further investigate polymorphism among the nonencapsulated Trichinella species, the sequences of four gene loci (COI, P450, cynate lyase, and SB147D) of T. pseudospiralis, T. papuae, and T. zimbabwensis were analyzed, and the results showed high polymorphism among the three species, strongly supporting their classification as separate species.  相似文献

The differentiation of avian somites and skeletal muscles, which themselves are derived from somites, was studied in ovo after the isolation of the unsegmented segmental plate from the notochord and/or neural tube by surgical operations at the level of the segmental plate. In each experiment, the newly formed somites had a normal histological structure, with an outer epithelial somite and core cells in the somitocoeles. Thereafter, the three derivatives of the somites (dermatome, myotome and sclerotome) reacted differently to the different operations. When the somites developed without the notochord, only somitocoele cells showed massive cell death, and muscles developed regardless of the presence or absence of the neural tube. On the contrary, no cell death was observed in any part of the somites that were formed with the neural tube or the notochord present, and muscle cells developed. However, in those embryos that retained only the notochord, striated muscles developed only in the lateral body wall. In each of the experimental operations, the surface ectoderm always covered the somites, and, regardless of the state of sclerotome and/or myotome differentiation, the dermatome always survived. These histological observations indicate that the first step in somite formation is independent of axial structures. The results further suggest that the notochord may produce diffusible factors that are necessary for the survival and further development of sclerotomal cells, and that both the neural tube and notochord can support muscle differentiation. However, it is likely that each structure has a relationship to the development of epaxial muscles and hypaxial muscles respectively. Furthermore, an intimate relationship may also exist between the surface ectoderm and the development of the dermatome.  相似文献

背景:临床应用的多种新型创面敷料可加速创面修复,减少伤口感染,提高治愈率,缩短病程,减轻患者痛苦。 目的:回顾传统医用敷料及新型医用敷料的优缺点,展望新型医用敷料的临床应用及发展。 方法:应用计算机检索2003年1月至2006年8月PubMed数据库及2000年1月至2006年8月CNKI数据库有关医用敷料种类、特点及临床应用的研究,检索词为“Medical dressing,医用敷料”。 结果与结论:医用新型敷料分为薄膜类、水凝胶类、藻酸盐类、泡沫类、水胶体类、药用类敷料。薄膜类敷料透明,便于观察伤口,能密切黏附于创面表面,有效保持创面渗出液,提供有利于创面愈合的湿润环境,促使坏死组织脱落,减轻创面疼痛会,缺点为吸水性能欠佳。水凝胶类敷料能与不平整的创面紧密粘合,减少细菌滋生,加速新生血管生成,促进上皮细胞生长。水胶体类敷料比薄膜类敷料厚许多,胶层的厚度决定其吸收能力的大小,水胶体敷料可吸收少量到中量渗液,不适用于渗出液多的创面。泡沫类敷料具有多孔性,表面张力低,富有弹性,可塑性强、轻便,对渗出液的吸收力强,对氧气及二氧化碳几乎完全通透,可作为药物载体。新型藻酸盐类敷料比较柔软,容易折叠,敷贴方便,在创面上形成柔软类似凝胶的半固体物质,为创面提供一个湿润环境,提高表皮细胞的再生能力,加快表皮细胞移动。药用类敷料有保护创面、止痛、止血、消炎、促进新生肉芽组织及上皮细胞生长,加速创面愈合等功能。  相似文献

The relationship between the intensity of lipid peroxidation and the activity of the antioxidant system in the heart, liver, and brain is studied in male Wistar rats with low and high resistance to hypoxia tested by being “raised” to an altitude of 11.5 km and in intact outbred rats. It is found that in all groups of rats the content of lipid peroxidation products is highest in the liver, lower in the heart, and lowest in the brain. In all groups, the rate of the ascorbate-induced lipid peroxidation is highest in the brain, lower in the liver, and lowest in the heart. The activity of the antioxidant system is highest in the brain, lower in the liver, and lowest in the heart of low-resistance and outbred rats, while in high-resistance rats it is the same in all the organs. Thus, the difference in the parameters of lipid peroxidation and, particularly, of the antioxidant system in the studied organs is most pronounced in rats with a low resistance to hypoxia. 目的 探讨神经纤维丝蛋白(NF)、神经烯醇化酶(NSE)和突触素(SYN)在人胚胎舌组织不同发育阶段的分布特征。 方法 应用免疫组织化学法,检测第2~4个月胎龄段共16份人胚胎舌组织内NF、NSE和SYN蛋白的表达,分析其变化规律。 结果 第2~4个月龄段,NF、NSE和SYN蛋白在人胚舌组织内均有阳性表达。随着胎龄的增大,NF、NSE和SYN在舌组织内阳性表达数量增多,表达强度逐渐增强。第2个月龄时,NF、NSE和SYN蛋白呈少量弱阳性表达,阳性表达强度值分别是135.83±24.62、136.57±15.23和139.84±21.40。第3个月龄时,NF、NSE和SYN阳性表达强度值分别是96.04±23.37、94.89±22.52和90.65±21.08。第4个月胎龄时,NF、NSE和SYN阳性表达强度值分别是79.02±20.90、76.78±21.27和83.43±25.90。应用 One-Way ANOVA和 LSD-t统计学方法,分析第2~4个月龄段人胚胎舌组织内NF、NSE和SYN蛋白的各自阳性表达强度值,P<0.01。 结论 第2~4个月龄段,人胚胎舌组织内NF、NSE和SYN的表达强度值随胎龄增大而降低,它们均参与调控人胚胎舌内神经系统和舌肌的分化发育。  相似文献
