法医昆虫毒理学是法医昆虫学和毒理学相结合的一门新兴学科的分支。以法医昆虫如蝇蛆、蝇蛹为毒理学材料的优点是:当传统的毒理学材料如血液、液尿和同体器官不复可得时,它们仍然可存在相当长时间,分析中不受尸体分解产物的干扰,有关分析结果,可以帮助推断死亡原因,修正死后间隔时间。本文研究在室内28℃恒温条件下吗啡对丝光绿蝇幼虫期发育的影响。现报告如下。  相似文献

目的观察比较鱼粉、麦麸两种幼虫饲料对丝光绿蝇室内连续饲养的各代成虫产卵的影响。方法将丝光绿蝇引入室内 ,分成两组 ,即鱼粉组和麦麸组 ,在室内进行连续饲养 ,分别观察记录两组室内第 1~ 5代成虫的产卵天数和产卵次数 ,并计算产卵指数 ,进行比较。结果鱼粉组与麦麸组成虫室内第 1、5代产卵天数、产卵次数、产卵指数两组间差异无显著性 ,第 2~ 4代产卵天数、产卵次数、产卵指数 ,鱼粉组显著大于麦麸组。结论鱼粉组产卵力好于麦麸组 ,可能提示鱼粉饲料更有利于丝光绿蝇的发育与繁殖。  相似文献

目的探讨丝光绿蝇经针刺体壁诱导产生的抗菌物质在不同的pH条件下的抑菌活性.方法丝光绿蝇三龄幼虫经针刺体壁诱导后48 h,提取其血淋巴,观察其在小同的pH琼脂平板上对溶壁微球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果;经不同pH缓冲液处理后,观察其对溶壁微球菌的抑菌效果.结果丝光绿蝇幼虫经针刺诱导后48 h的血淋巴,在小同pH琼脂平板上对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果,pH6.0、6.5环较大、较清晰,随pH增加而环直径减小.对溶壁微球菌的抑菌效果,在pH6.0时,抑菌环直径最大,环径径随pH增加而减小.用不同pH的缓冲液稀释处理时,pH6.0缓冲液稀释后对溶壁微球菌的抑菌环最大,pH9.0缓冲液稀释后对溶壁微球菌的抑菌环最小.结论丝光绿蝇经针刺体壁诱导产生的抗菌物质在酸性条件下比在碱性条件下具有更强的抑菌活性.  相似文献

Methods The hemo-lymph from the third instar maggots was collected 48 h after pricking,and the antibacterial effect was tested a-gainst Micrococcus lysodeikticus and Staphylococcus aureus on plates at different pH conditions.The antibacterial effect against M.1ysodeikticus was also detected after the hemolymph、was diluted by different pH buffer solu-tions.The bacteriostatic effects were observed after 24 h and the diameters of clear inhibitory ring were recorded to express antibacterial activity. Results The antibacterial activity of the maggot hemolymph against M.lyso-deiktics and S.aureus was stronger on the plates at pH 6.0 and pH 6.5 than that on the other plates.In the group diluted by pH 6.0 buffer solutions.the antibacterial ring of the maggot hemolymph against M lysodeiktic-us was larger than that in others. 目的 探讨针刺体壁对丝光绿蝇抗菌物质的诱导表达。并研究丝光绿蝇免疫血淋巴的性质。方法 丝光绿蝇3龄幼虫针刺体壁处理后,分别于第0、12、24、36、48、60、72、84h提取血淋巴,以金黄葡萄球菌为指示菌,采用平板滤纸片法作抑菌试验,用于显示丝光绿蝇抗菌物质的诱导表达,以抑菌圈直径表示抑菌活力的大小。提取诱导后48h的血淋巴,设置3μl、5μl、7μl不同的血淋巴加样量实验组,记录不同加样量对金黄葡萄球菌的的抑菌效果;设置不同稀释浓度,记录不同浓度的血淋巴对金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌活力。诱导后48h的血淋巴置于冰箱保存后,设置36℃和100℃不同解冻温度,观察不同温度解冻的血淋巴对金黄葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌效果。诱导后48h的血淋巴,100℃水浴3min,观察其对金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌活力。提取诱导后48h的血淋巴,观察其对大肠杆菌、金黄葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、枯草杆菌、溶壁微球菌等8种细菌的抑菌效果。结果 丝光绿蝇幼虫针刺体壁处理后,对金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌活力高峰出现在处理后48h。平板滤纸片法抑菌试验中,以加7μl血淋巴的抑菌效果最佳。诱导后48h的血淋巴置于冰箱保存后,36℃和100℃不同温度解冻,对金黄葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均有抑菌效果,36℃解冻效果好于100℃。  相似文献

In 15 patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and pacing tests, the left ventricular (LV) pressure and its maximum rate of rise (LV dP/dt max) were measured with catheter-tip manometers. Atrial or ventricular pacing at a single steady frequency (the priming frequency) was followed by a test pulse at a varying interval (test pulse interval). In 14 subjects in whom it was examined, the contractile response after the test pulse increased with test pulse interval to reach a maximum plateau value--the optimum contractile response (OCR). In five cases, further prolongation of the test pulse interval decreased the contractile response. The optimum test pulse interval occurred at 800-900 msec. An increase in the priming frequency before the introduction of the test pulse caused a progressive increase in OCR, in contrast to the minor effects on LV dP/dt max of the control beats. Similar results were recorded in four other patients in whom contractile response was assessed from the rate of rise of right ventricular pressure. These results indicate that with tachycardia, the interval between beats is insufficient to allow maximum contractile performance (presumed to be activated by calcium ions) to develop. The true effect of increasing heart rate is only revealed by the relationship between OCR and the preceding frequency of contraction.  相似文献

Left ventricular geometry is suspected to affect heterogeneity of myocardial repolarization; therefore, it is plausible but unproven that increased sphericity of the left ventricle is associated with greater QT interval dispersion. In 60 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy with left ventricular ejection fraction < or = 30%, we found that spherical distortion of the left ventricle was associated with increased QT dispersion, implying increased heterogeneity of myocardial repolarization.  相似文献
