中医美容专业高职人才培养考评体系建设

考核评价体系是人才培养方案的重要组成部分。笔者对中医美容专业高职人才培养考评体系建设进行了详细的阐述,根据课程体系建设当中的理论知识模块、专业技能模块和职业素质教育模块来设置不同的考核方式,设计了独具特色的理论考试、技能考核和素质评定方法,注重过程考核,引进学分制,采用多元化的考核模式及考试主体,加强综合素质考核,使学生的职业能力得到充分的锻炼与提升。

Medical-surgical intuition and professional policy

Many decisions in business and policy are made intuitively. According to scientific studies intuitive persons do not belong to a certain social group; they are unconventional, self-confident and self-reliant. In professional policy facts established by documentary evidence and legally guaranteed are the basis for decisions. Facts are dealing with the past. In order to consider the future and to react in situations of immediate interest intuitive abilities are just as important. (The appropriate argument at the right time at the right place). Beside the "Leitlinien" in surgical therapy the "Methodenfreiheit", which is connected to intuitive thinking, must be lasting.     

Stress and professional popular musicians

This study assessed the job satisfaction, mental well-being and health behaviours of a random sample of 246 popular musicians in the UK. It was found that although a large proportion of musicians are job satisfied, they suffer from above-average levels of psychological anxiety. The main predictors of lack of mental well-being are performance anxiety, performance-related anxiety (eg musical ability not appreciated, loss of skill), poor physical working conditions (eg working at night, performing in substandard circumstances), work overload related to travelling and the impact of the job on social and family life.     

护士职业认同在职业获益感与工作投入的中介效应分析

目的探讨护士职业认同在职业获益感与工作投入的中介效应,为临床护理管理提供参考。方法方便选取498名护士,采用护士职业认同评定量表、护士职业获益感问卷及工作投入量表进行问卷调查。结果护士职业认同、职业获益感、工作投入总分分别为(100.95±15.21)分、(129.86±16.40)分、(63.88±22.94)分;三者之间均存在显著正相关(均P0.01);职业认同在职业获益感与工作投入之间起部分中介效应,中介效应对总效应的贡献率为54.56%。结论提高护士的职业认同感,能够增强其职业获益感,进而提高工作投入水平。
