口腔扁平苔藓患者唾液bFGF检测及意义

碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)是成纤维细胞生长因子家族的重要成员之一 ,由 14 6个氨基酸组成 ,存在于神经组织、脑垂体、肾上腺皮质、胎盘以及唾液和泪液中 ,对造血和伤口组织愈合非常重要。我们检测了口腔扁平苔藓 (OLP)患者唾液中bFGF的浓度 ,并分析其在OLP发病中的作用 ,     

口腔扁平苔藓患者血浆一氧化氮含量的检测

目的 观察一氧化氮在口腔扁平苔发病机理中的作用。方法 采用Ｇｒｅｉｓｓ方法测定了３０例口腔扁平苔藓患者及３０例正常对照者血浆中一氧化氮的稳定代谢产物亚硝酸基／硝基（ＮＯ２／ＮＯ３）的含量。结果 口腔扁平苔藓患者与正常对照相比血浆ＮＯ２／ＮＯ３水平明显升高,结论 一氧化氮在口腔扁平苔藓的免疫防御方面具有重要作用,在口腔扁平苔鲜的免疫发病机理中也有重要意义 。     

口腔扁平苔藓患者唾液中亚硝酸根的测定及其意义

目的 :探讨口腔扁平苔藓 (OLP)患者唾液中一氧化氮 (NO)水平的变化。方法 :采用示波极谱法测定了 6 0例OLP患者 (糜烂型 30例、光滑型 30例 )唾液中NO2 -浓度 ,按性别及年龄 2∶1配对 ,同期收集 30例健康志愿者唾液为对照组。并以浓度Χ唾液流量计算唾液NO2 -产出。结果 :所得数据表明 :糜烂型OLP组唾液NO2 -浓度 2 2 .6 9± 15 .0 3μmol/L ,显著高于健康对照组 (10 .74± 7.98μmol/L) (P <0 .0 5 )与光滑型OLP组 (11.5 5± 6 .5 2 μmol/L) ,P <0 .0 0 2。结论 :本研究中发现OLP患者唾液NO2 -水平上调 ,这种差异主要在于糜烂型OLP患者。推论NO可能在OLP发病及发展中起一定作用。本研究为进一步研究NO在OLP发病及发展中的作用奠定了初步基础

Objective To examine the effect of mouthwash Yupingfeng on the level of salivary epidermal growth factor(sEGF)in ora]lichen planus(OLP).Methods The level of sEGF Was measured by mdioimmunoassay with ligand 125I-EGF.The saliva samples were taken from the normal control group and the OLP patients before and after treatment with Yupingfeng.Results The levels of sEGF in OLP patients before treatment with Yupingfeng were(4.09±3.64)μg/L,which was significantly hisher than that in normal control[(2.15±1.62)μg/L,P=0.013],and(2.57±1.19)μg/L after treatment,which was significantly lower than before treatment(P=0.05).Condusions Yupingfeng can modulate the level of sEGF in OLP patients.

目的 探讨玉屏风13服液对口腔扁平苔藓(aral lichen planus,OLP)患者唾液表皮生长因子(salivary epidermal growth factor,sEGF)含量的影响,进一步探讨玉屏风口服液治疗OLP的药理机制.方法 采用放射免疫法检测20例OLP患者服用玉屏风口服液前后sEGF的含量,并与20名口腔黏膜正常者的sEGF含量进行比较.结果 OLP患者用药前sEGF的含量为(409±3.64)μg/L,明显高于正常黏膜组[(2.15±1.62)μg/L],差异有统计学意义(P=0.013);用药后sEGF的含量为(257±1.19)μg/L,显著低于用药前(P=0.05).结论 玉屏风13服液对OLP患者sEGF含量有调节作用.

口腔扁平苔藓患者病变组织和唾液中纤维连结蛋白的研究

为探讨纤维连接蛋白在口腔扁平苔藓发病中的作用，作者采用ＡＢＣ免疫组化技术，并结合图像分析及放射免疫测定技术，检测了３０例口腔扁平苔藓患者病变组织和唾液中纤维连结蛋白的变化。结果显示：此种患者病变组织中纤维连结蛋白含量虽未发生明显改变，但分布形式有变化；患者唾液中纤维连结蛋白呈低水平趋势。推测口腔扁平苔藓时，病变组织的上皮细胞产生的纤维连结蛋白向外分泌发生了障碍，疾病的反复发作和糜烂的迁延不愈很可能与纤维连结蛋白的变化有关。     

口腔扁平苔藓患者乙型肝炎病毒的检测

目的 探讨口腔扁平苔藓（OLP）和慢性肝病的关系,从而为明确OLP的病因、诱因和发病机理提供理论和实验依据。方法 以OLP和其它口腔黏膜病患者各30例（疾病对照组）为研究对象,采用ELISA、SABC和PCR检测血清和黏膜病变区的HBV表达。结果 OLP组检测到血清中HBsAg阳性者11例（36．7％）,疾病对照组中仅检测到1例,（3．3％）（P＜0．05）;SABC检测到8例OLP口腔黏膜病变芡上皮细胞HBsAg阳性,疾病对照组检测到1例（P＜0．05）;PCR检测到OLP组HBVDNA阳性者2例,疾病对照组1例,两者相比无显著性差异。结论 OLP与HBV感染是有关系的,OLP的发病机制可能是一种循环免疫复合物的作用。
