成纤维细胞生长因子促进拔牙创愈合的动物实验研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
成纤维细胞生长因子(fibroblastgrowthfactor,FGF)有促进肉芽组织生长作用,但关于它对口腔内拔牙创组织愈合和修复的研究未见报道。本研究采用山羊拔牙创模型,分别用碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF,浓度1000μ/ml),以及相同剂量的生理盐水处理创口,结果表明:bFGF具有显著促进拔牙创成纤维细胞增殖及肉芽组织和上皮细胞生长,有利于牙槽新骨形成的作用。  相似文献

应用骨形成蛋白单克隆抗体(BMP-McAb)以免疫组化的方法,观察了β转化生长因子(TGFβ)在体内介导骨膜成骨过程中BMP的分布。结果显示:新生骨组织中的间充质细胞、软骨细胞、成骨细胞以及骨基质中,可见BMP的细胞内和细胞外染色定位。从而进一步提示:TGFβ在骨环境中的成骨效应,决非是单一生长因子的作用。新生骨组织中BMP的存在,说明两种生长因子有协同的生物活性,并通过多种途径来协调完成骨的生物代谢  相似文献

参照中甲的从小牛骨基质中提取亍骨形成蛋白(bBMP),经SDS-PAGE电泳分析,bBMP含67、43、30、22、18笔14kD六种蛋白组分,保贸BMP生蛋白成份,植入小鼠股部肌肉后的X线及组织学观察发现,所提取的bBMP具有较高的骨诱导活性,bBMP植入后14天即可见有新骨形成,21 有含骨髓的支状骨形成。采用bBMP具有较高的骨诱地活性,采用bBMP单克隆抗体的免疫组织化学染色发现,BMP存  相似文献

重组人骨形成蛋白2和转化生长因子β复合促进骨生长   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
将重组人骨形成蛋白2(rhBMP2)和转化生长因子β(TGFβ)复合后,对比观察其骨诱导及骨生成过程和促进骨生长的效果。以一定比例的TGFβ和rhBMP2与陶瓷化牛骨(CBB)复合,埋入小鼠股部肌肉陷窝内,于第3、5、7、14、21d取材后光镜观察新骨生长情况并计算新骨形成面积。结果发现,rhBMP2和TGFβ复合后其成骨作用比单独应用rhBMP2明显,骨组织较为成熟,新生骨面积14d时2倍于rhBMP2组。而单独用TGFβ无异位诱导新骨形成的作用,但TGFβ可刺激原有骨的膜内成骨。认为,BMP和TGFβ在骨生长修复中各自发挥着不同的作用,TGFβ可促进BMP的骨诱导过程,BMP/TGFβ/CBB复合物或BMP/TGFβ/生物陶瓷复合物具有高效的骨诱导性,在临床骨缺损及骨折修复中有良好的应用前景。  相似文献

以纤维蛋白粘合剂(FS)作为牛骨形成蛋白(bBMP)载体,将FS-bBMP复合物及单纯FS和单纯bBMP分别植徼狗下颌骨的实验性骨缺损中,术后1,2,4和8 发别观察。实验结果发现FS在植放后早期吸收,FS-bBMP复合物有明显的骨诱导性,可防止BMP扩散和体内吸收过快,使之更持久地作用周转的细胞,增强体内骨修复能力,促进骨缺损的修复,本研究表明,FS是一 种较适宜的BMP载体材料。  相似文献

目的:用β转化生长因子复合骨形成蛋白(TGF-β/BMP)覆盖狗暴露牙髓,观察TGF-β/BMP的盖髓效果。方法:用活体狗牙作直接盖髓实验,并用组织学方法评价盖髓效果。结果:术后8周,TGF-β/BMP能够诱导牙髓成纤维细胞、内皮细胞增殖并抑制炎症反应,提高牙髓修复能力,有完整的牙本质桥形成。结论:TGF-β/BMP能促进狗牙髓组织修复。  相似文献

贝复济(bFGF)促进拔牙创早期愈合的动物实验研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
目的:探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在拔牙创早期愈合过程中的作用。方法:采用8只家犬拔牙创动物模型,拔牙后前5天,在一侧拔牙创局部喷涂贝复济,为实验组,每日三次(每次约含bFGF 300AU),另一侧不作处理为对照组。拔牙后0,5,7,10天测量创口面积,第7天和14天各处死一组动物作组织学观察。结果:实验组拔牙后早期的创口面积与对照组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),组织学观察其创口内新骨形成数目比对照组多,成骨速度较对照组快。结论:贝复济(bFGF)具有显著促进拔牙创成纤维细胞增殖及肉芽组织和上皮细胞生长,有利于牙槽新骨形成的作用,从而有效地促进了拔牙创的早期愈合。  相似文献

目的:观察脱细胞真皮基质植入拔牙创后牙槽嵴的吸收情况,评价脱细胞真皮基质对于保存牙槽嵴的影响。方法:选用本地产健康成年杂种犬16只,拔除双侧下颌第一前磨牙,左侧拔牙创植入脱细胞真皮基质作为实验组,右侧拔牙创作为空白对照。16只犬随机分为两组,分别于第4、12周处死1组动物。测量第4周、第12周拔牙处的牙槽嵴高度;拔牙创组织制作HE染色切片行组织学观察。结果:第4、12周实验组牙槽嵴高度均明显高于对照组(P〈0.01);第4周实验组较对照组在组织学上更为成熟。结论:脱细胞真皮基质可以促进拔牙创的早期愈合,保存牙槽嵴高度。  相似文献

目的:探讨贝复济(bFGF)对拔牙创愈合的临床疗效。方法:采用随机双盲对照临床研究,对59例患者拔牙后创口愈合情况进行临床疗效观察,拔牙后1,3,6,8周摄X线牙片观察牙槽骨骨密度改变情况。结果:局部应用bFGF的实验组拔牙创上皮愈合较对照组早,X线牙片观察拔牙窝内新骨生长量较对照组多,速度较快,拔牙后8周骨密度即趋于正常。结论:拔牙后局部应用贝复济(bFGF)具有良好的促进拔牙创骨愈合的作用,使用简便,易于推广。  相似文献

Early application of bodily movement of teeth at an unfinished stage of the healing of the extracted wound i.e. ossification is presumed to increase the risk of jiggling. Using adult dogs, an experimental study was made on bodily movement in the case of HAp packing into the extracted wound cavity to avoid jiggling. When tooth movement was performed immediately after extraction and HAp packing, no encapsulation of HAp with fibrous connective tissue was noted. Either for a weak force or for a strong force, the moved tooth lacked alveolar septum on its compressed side, its dental root being in direct contact with the HAp mass. Remarkable enlargement of periodontal cavity on the tension side and strong osteoclastic resorption of proper alveolar bone were noted. When tooth movement was clone one week after extraction and HAp packing, Either for a weak force or for a strong force, the extracted wound surface was sealed and the HAp mass in the extracted wound cavity got encapsulated by fibrous connective tissue. Alveolar septum has disappeared completely on the compressed side of the moved tooth. Fibrous connective tissue lay between the dental root and the HAp mass and presented its partial osteogenesis. Vigorous bone apposition was noted in the proper alveolar bone surface on tension side. When tooth movement was done one month after extraction and HAp packing, definite ossification was noted in fibrous connective tissue which encapsulated the HAp mass in the extracted wound cavity. Alveolar septum on the compressed side of the moved bone presented resorption and disappearance. For a weak force, gradual ossification was noted in fibrous connective tissue which lay in the same region, and for a strong force, osseous adhesion to the HAp mass was noted. On the tension side, bone apposition was remarkable in proper alveolar bone surface either for a weak force or for a strong force. The above findings revealed thus most suitable time to begin tooth movement was one week after extraction and HAp packing.  相似文献

BackgroundThe early period after tooth extraction is a critical period for wound healing. Wound healing after tooth extraction is considered secondary intention healing. It passes through several stages in the following order: hemostasis, inflammatory phase, proliferative phase, and finally the remodeling phase.Wounds usually heal normally unless there is interference by local or systemic factors. In certain circumstances, early wound healing can be enhanced by several interventions such as antibiotics, mouthwashes, or topical medications. Myrrh has been used as a topical medication for promoting wound healing after tooth extraction. The purpose of this study was to assess the wound healing effect of myrrh mouthwash during the early post-extraction period.MethodsWe enrolled 40 healthy adult patients in this study (20: study group and 20: control group). All the activities performed for each group were double-blinded. All the participants underwent dental extraction under local anesthesia using standard protocol. Next, the study group used Commiphora molmol (myrrh) extract as a mouthwash while the control group used normal saline mouthwash. The participants used the mouthwashes twice a day for 7 days starting from the first post-extraction day. Clinical examination data were recorded and analyzed using the Mann Whitney Wilcoxon test.ResultsThere was a statistically significant between-group difference in postoperative surgical-site edema, tenderness, and socket size, with the test group showing greater improvements.ConclusionsMyrrh mouthwash has an enhancement effect on wound healing during the early period after tooth extraction.  相似文献

Bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) was extracted from bone matrix, dentin matrix, and wound tissue after tooth extraction in rabbits, and purified. These purified fractions were shown to be homogeneous by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide slab gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), and induced new bone in situ in 3 weeks when implanted into the calf muscles of Wistar rats. The dentin matrix-derived BMP was different from the other two types in molecular weight and the properties revealed in the process of purification. However, each tissue-derived BMP was shown to induce new bone growth in a bioassay of xenogenic implantation. For this reason, BMP is thought to have subunits with certain commonalities in different tissue.  相似文献

目的 :探讨颌面部软组织爆炸伤愈合过程中血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的分布和在伤口液中含量的动态变化 ,及其对血管再生的刺激作用。方法 :采用改进的家兔颌面部爆炸伤动物模型 ,选用聚乙烯醇 (PVA)海绵收集伤口液 ,ELISA法和免疫组化、原位杂交法分别检测VEGF和bFGF的含量及分布。结果 :颌面部爆炸伤伤口液中VEGF含量在伤后第 1周内稳步上升 ,于伤后第 3天达到 2 9ng ml± 2 7ng ml,和对照组相比 ,差异非常显著 (P <0 0 1) ,伤后 7d达峰值。伤口液中bFGF的含量在伤后 6h即达到峰值 ,为5 6 5pg ml± 436pg ml,之后迅速下降。VEGF的表达位于上皮细胞、血管内皮细胞及部分慢性炎症细胞 ;bFGF的转录出现于血管内皮细胞和成纤维细胞 ,部分巨噬细胞中也有阳性表达。结论 :VEGF和bFGF参与颌面部爆炸伤愈合过程中血管再生的两个不同阶段 ,二者有协同作用 ,bFGF刺激血管再生的启动 ,并诱导VEGF的合成 ,VEGF则调节和维持之后的血管再生过程。  相似文献

目的:评价同种异体脱细胞真皮基质(Acellular dermis)促进老年人拔牙后牙槽骨再生修复的临床效果。方法:采用同种脱细胞异体真皮基质充填在老年人因牙根折裂而行截根拔除术后的牙槽窝内。结果:2个月后拔牙窝基本平覆,可以进行联冠修复治疗,采用同种脱细胞异体真皮基质充填后的牙槽窝平覆速度明显快于未充填同种脱细胞异体真皮基质的牙槽窝。结论:采用同种脱细胞异体真皮基质充填可加快老年人拔牙后的牙槽窝的组织修复和愈合。  相似文献
