景天类植物延缓皮肤衰老的实验研究 总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11
为了研究景天类植物提取物对延缓皮肤衰老作用 ,采用自身配对设计 ,在 6和 15月龄豚鼠背部皮肤涂抹 0 5 %的景天类植物提取物共 30天。通过组织学观察及生化方法检测丙二醛 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)及真皮胶原含量。结果表明 ,涂抹景天类植物提取物的皮肤真皮成纤维细胞明显增多且活跃。皮肤组织SOD及GSH Px活性增高 ,真皮酸溶性胶原中羟脯氨酸含量增加 ,脂质过氧化产物MDA含量减少。提示景天类植物提取物具有良好的延缓皮肤衰老的作用。 相似文献

Background
The number of studies that use objective and quantitative methods to evaluate facial skin aging in elderly people is extremely limited, especially in Japan. Therefore, in this cross-sectional study we attempted to characterize the condition of facial skin (hyperpigmentation, pores, texture, and wrinkling) in Japanese adults aged 65 years or older by using objective and quantitative imaging methods. In addition, we aimed to identify lifestyle factors significantly associated with these visible signs of aging.Methods
The study subjects were 802 community-dwelling Japanese men and women aged at least 65 years and living in the town of Kurabuchi (Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, Japan), a mountain community with a population of approximately 4800. The facial skin condition of subjects was assessed quantitatively using a standardized facial imaging system and subsequent computer image analysis. Lifestyle information was collected using a structured questionnaire. The association between skin condition and lifestyle factors was examined using multivariable regression analysis.Results
Among women, the mean values for facial texture, hyperpigmentation, and pores were generally lower than those among age-matched men. There was no significant difference between sexes in the severity of facial wrinkling. Older age was associated with worse skin condition among women only. After adjusting for age, smoking status and topical sun protection were significantly associated with skin condition among both men and women.Conclusions
Our study revealed significant differences between sexes in the severity of hyperpigmentation, texture, and pores, but not wrinkling. Smoking status and topical sun protection were significantly associated with signs of visible skin aging in this study population.Key words: skin aging, quantitative method, Japan, older adults, lifestyle 相似文献12.

Skin aging is one of the hallmarks of the aging process that causes physiological and morphological changes. Recently, several nutritional studies were conducted to delay or suppress the aging process. This study investigated whether nutritional supplementation of the eggshell membrane (ESM) has a beneficial effect on maintaining skin health and improving the skin aging process in vitro using neonatal normal human epidermal keratinocytes (NHEK-Neo) and in vivo using interleukin-10 knockout (IL-10 KO) mice. In NHEK-Neo cells, 1 mg/mL of enzymatically hydrolyzed ESM (eESM) upregulated the expression of keratinocyte differentiation markers, including keratin 1, filaggrin and involucrin, and changed the keratinocyte morphology. In IL-10 KO mice, oral supplementation of 8% powdered-ESM (pESM) upregulated the expression of growth factors, including transforming growth factor β1, platelet-derived growth factor-β and connective tissue growth factor, and suppressed skin thinning. Furthermore, voltage-gated calcium channel, transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V members were upregulated by eESM treatment in NHEK-Neo cells and pESM supplementation in IL-10 KO mice. Collectively, these data suggest that ESM has an important role in improving skin health and aging, possibly via upregulating calcium signaling. 相似文献
