健康思想渊源与关注健康的时代意义

健康思想渊源“健康”是医学哲学古老而基本的概念之一 ,“健康” (ｈｅａｌｔｈ)这个词第一次出现在英语语系大约是在公元前 1 0 0 0年 ,最初和“神圣 (ｈｏｌｙ)”一词同源 ,它的本义指向健全(ｓｏｕｎｄｎｅｓｓ)与完整 (ｗｈｏｌｅｎｅｓｓ) ,包括体格魁梧、机警、聪慧以及精神的得救。[1 ] 公元 2世纪被誉为神圣医生的古罗马盖伦曾英明地论断生理因素与心理因素是同一健全生命的不同侧面 ,体质不正常往往引起心理异常 ,心理异常亦可通过身体来调治。但由于那里的人们普遍认为生命为神灵所赐 ,病痛为神灵之惩 ,因此为治病疗伤而求神问卜…     

中华医学的哲学渊源

中华医学与中国哲学有着不解之缘。因为,中华医学是按照中华古老文化对于自然规律的领悟而形成的理论体系。也就是说,中华医学的理论基础在于中国哲学,是中国哲学的一大应用领域。不理解中国哲学就无法理解中华医学,也无法评价中华医学。因此,这里必须将两者联系起来探讨,才能说明中华医学的哲学渊源。以下,分三个方面加以论述。     

中华医学科技奖在促进我国医学科技发展中的作用

中华医学科技奖设立五年以来,在促进我国医学科技发展中发挥了积极的作用,本文从激励医学科技工作者的创造性、推动医疗机构学科建设、带动地方医学会发展,以及潜在的学术交流、指导科研项目研究,促进科技成果转化等方面分析了该项奖励所发挥的作用,以求在新形势下,探索需求点,谋求发展。     

医学前沿的基础——哲学

医学与哲学的结合历史悠久，源远流长。但在不同的时代，医学与哲学结合的表现形式却不相同。在古代，无沦是东方还是西方，医学与哲学都是浑然一体的。古代医学与哲学的结合是不得已而为之。限于当时医学的水平，医牛在诊治疾病、说明健康和疾病及其相关性的时候，不能不依赖哲学，不得不借助于哲学的思辨。近代医学的发展，存在脱离哲学的倾向。这种脱离既说明医学作为一个学科的独立，也反映出近代医学的不成熟。从基本观念、基本理论考察，近代医学走了一条片面发展的路。

中华医学基金及项目管理

The philosophy of palliative medicine: a challenge for medical education

The hospice movement has admirably improved management of the dying under its care. However, the majority of medical care of the terminally and chronically ill remains in the hands of practitioners outside hospices and is often open to criticism. This paper reviews the philosophy and practice of palliative medicine from the perspective of general practice and the shortcomings of present medical education in this area. Proposals are made for a radical shift in medical undergraduate teaching through an organized interdepartmental contribution by enthusiastic teachers to all years in training.

This paper is a criticalexamination of the development of thephilosophy of medicine as a discipline. Ithighlights two major themes in the contemporarydebate about the philosophy of medicine: thescope of the discipline and the relation of thediscipline to its cognate disciplines. A broadview of the philosophy of medicine is defendedand the philosophy of medicine is seen as aphilosophical sub-discipline. These viewsdepend in important ways on three factors: ageneral metaphysical world view, particularunderstandings of the cognate disciplines, andthe perspective from which one asks thequestions about the nature of the discipline. It is proposed that the future of thephilosophy of medicine may follow thephilosophy of science in that philosophical,sociological and historical studies may combinein a mutually enriching way to form ‘‘medicinestudies.’‘
