本文用抗牛乳头状瘤病毒(BPV)的抗血清对31例口腔鳞状细胞癌中的人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)结构抗原进行检测,证明其中30例口腔鳞状细胞癌中HPV结构抗原一,说明口腔癌的发病与HPV感染有密切关系,对防治HPV感染,减少口腔癌的发病有着重要意义。  相似文献

目的 了解端粒酶活性在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达情况并探讨端粒酶活性在口腔鳞状细胞癌演变过程中的作用。方法 对 37例口腔鳞状细胞癌、2 0例癌前病变 (白斑 )、15例口腔良性肿瘤 (乳头状瘤 )及 12例正常口腔组织 ,采用聚合酶链反应 -酶联免疫吸附法检测其端粒酶活性。结果 口腔鳞状细胞癌中的端粒酶活性阳性率明显高于良性肿瘤组织和正常组织。口腔癌前病变组与鳞状细胞癌组基本一致。结论 端粒酶可稳定染色体末端的端粒结构,端粒酶活化在口腔肿瘤恶变过程中起重要作用;端粒酶可作为判断癌变能力的良好分子生物学标志。  相似文献

目的:研究COX-2在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)、口腔乳头状瘤(SCP)及口腔鳞状细胞癌(SCC)中的表达情况,探讨其在口腔黏膜炎症、增生及癌发生过程中的意义。方法:用免疫组化方法检测COX-2在20例口腔黏膜扁平苔藓(单纯增生10例,伴糜烂10例)、20例口腔乳头状瘤(单纯增生10例,伴糜烂10例)、20例口腔鳞状细胞癌及5例正常口腔黏膜中的表达情况。采用Fromowitz法计数阳性细胞。应用统计学方法分析COX-2在不同病变中的表达。结果:在舌背斑块型扁平苔藓中为阴性或弱阳性表达;在糜烂型扁平苔藓中50%为中度阳性表达,40%为强阳性表达。在口腔乳头状瘤中,同样发现单纯增生的乳头状瘤组织中COX-2的表达为阴性或弱阳性,合并炎症的乳头状瘤组织中均有COX-2的高表达。本实验结果显示,糜烂型扁平苔藓组及乳头状瘤组与鳞癌组相比较,COX-2的强阳性表达无率明显差异。但COX-2在口腔鳞癌中的表达细胞与糜烂型扁平苔藓组及乳头状瘤组有明显差异。结论:扁平苔藓组和乳头瘤组炎症程度与COX-2的高表达有一定的相关性。即随着炎症加重,COX-2的表达加强。口腔鳞癌中炎症程度与COX-2的高表达无一定的相关性。  相似文献

目的 探讨Omi/HtrA2在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及其在口腔鳞癌发生发展中的作用及意义.方法 采用RT-PCR与免疫组织化学方法,检测20例低分化口腔鳞状细胞癌、20例高分化口腔鳞状细胞癌、20例口腔乳头状瘤、20例癌旁组织切除标本中Omi/HtrA2 mRNA与蛋白的表达情况,并与口腔正常组织标本中Omi/HtrA2mRNA与蛋白的表达情况作比较.结果 Omi/HtrA2蛋白在正常组织和癌旁组织中未检测到表达,在口腔鳞癌组(高、低分化)与口腔乳头状瘤组织中均有表达.Omi/HtrA2蛋白表达在高分化鳞癌组织中的表达水平高于低分化鳞癌组织、口腔乳头状瘤组织和癌旁组织(P<0.05).Omi/HtrA2基因在高分化口腔鳞癌组织中的表达水平高于低分化口腔鳞癌组织、口腔乳头状瘤组织以及癌旁和正常组织(P<0.05).结论 Omi/HtrA2在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中有表达,表明Omi/HtrA2可能参与口腔鳞癌的发生发展过程.  相似文献

目的:分析舌部肿瘤的病原特征,诊断方法和处理原则。方法:收集我院113例舌部肿瘤的资料并进行临床及病理分析。结果:本组舌部肿瘤113例,其中男性74例,女性39例,男女比例为1:0.53,发病年龄2—72岁,平均年龄41岁,35-55岁占76%。原发部位以舌体边缘处最多,占46%。恶性肿瘤以鳞状细胞癌多见,良性肿瘤中以乳头状瘤、血管瘤、淋巴管瘤多见。恶性肿瘤稍多于良性,良、恶性比约为1:1.21。结论:资料分析提示,舌部肿瘤中恶性稍多于良性,鳞状细胞癌、乳头状瘤占了绝大部分。治疗原则是以手术为主,结合放疗化疗。  相似文献

目的: 建立一株口腔鳞状细胞癌细胞系TSCC2016,明确其生物学特性,为研究口腔鳞状细胞癌的发病机制和临床治疗提供工具。方法: 选取新鲜的口腔鳞状细胞癌患者手术标本,采用组织块培养法,建立口腔鳞状细胞癌细胞系TSCC2016,观察其细胞形态和生长特性,对其表面标记、细胞核型和裸鼠成瘤等进行检测。采用SPSS13.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果: TSCC2016的传代已经超过100代。细胞生长稳定,形态为均一的多角形上皮细胞,具有典型的口腔鳞状细胞癌细胞特点。细胞STR分型结果表明,TSCC2016细胞为原代培养出的口腔鳞状细胞癌细胞,无其他肿瘤细胞系污染。TSCC2016细胞的成瘤性较好,成瘤率为100%,瘤体生长较快。结论: 成功建立了一株口腔鳞状细胞癌细胞系TSCC2016,为口腔鳞状细胞癌的基础研究提供了一个稳定的细胞株。  相似文献

A morphometric study of nucleolar organizer regions (NOR) was performed to analyze their distribution, volume, number and shape in the different strata of human normal oral mucosa epithelium and papilloma and in squamous cell carcinoma employing microphotographs of silver-stained paraffin sections. The different NOR-related parameters evidenced significant differences between normal mucosa, papilloma and squamous cell carcinoma. The functional polarity of normal mucosa epithelium and of papilloma is also evidenced in terms of NOR-related parameters. 口腔癌及口咽癌是口腔颌面部最常见的恶性肿瘤。规范化的口腔癌及口咽癌病理诊断报告不仅应提供给临床准确的病理诊断,还应包括与患者预后评估、治疗策略选择相关的信息。由中华口腔医学会口腔病理学专业委员会牵头组织成立专家组,对口腔癌及口咽癌病理标本固定、取材及报告内容等进行研讨与规范,形成《口腔癌及口咽癌病理诊断规范》。此规范涵盖了近年来在口腔癌和口咽癌临床病理方面的一些重要变化,如口腔癌肿瘤T分期应考虑肿瘤侵袭深度、肿瘤N分期应考虑有无淋巴结外扩展、口咽癌中新亚型人乳头状瘤病毒相关性鳞状细胞癌等。希望通过本规范的制定,提高我国口腔癌及口咽癌病理报告质量,为临床治疗及预后评估提供依据。  相似文献

目的为了解人乳头瘤病毒,尤其HPV16与舌鳞癌发生的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学技术和PCR技术,对40例福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋舌鳞状细胞癌术后标本进行人乳头瘤病毒感染相关性研究。结果12/38例舌鳞癌癌旁上皮细胞中发现不同程度HPV结构抗原表达,而癌细胞中未见表达。30/40例人乳头病毒公共引物PCR阳性;25/30例HPV16PCR阳性。结论人乳头瘤病毒,尤其HPV16与舌鳞癌的发生关系密切。  相似文献

Sixty-eight cases of benign papillary squamous tumors of the mouth were reviewed to elucidate further their histopathologic variations, as well as to clarify the premalignant nature of these tumors. The cases were classified into five varieties: idiopathic pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia (2 cases), papilloma (55 cases), oral florid papilloma (7 cases), inverted papilloma (3 cases) and recurring oral papillomatosis (1 case). The series included very rare cases, to our knowledge, undescribed in the literature. Though a microscopic differentiation between the benign papillary squamous tumors, verrucous carcinoma and well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma is quite difficult, clinical and pathologic recognition of these tumors is imperative, because of the differences in their clinical course and therapeutic requirement. A definite diagnosis should be made after the clinical and microscopic findings have been carefully correlated. Malignant change occurred in the oral florid papilloma and recurring oral papillomatosis.  相似文献

Proliferative verrucous leukoplakia (PVL) is a recently described clinical entity characterized by multifocal oral lesions that frequently progress to oral cancer despite abstinence from tobacco use by most patients. To determine if this condition is associated with human papillomavirus (HPV), a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for HPV DNA was performed on 9 lesions from 7 patients with PVL, histologically diagnosed with focal keratosis (1), papilloma (1), epithelial dysplasia (5) and squamous cell cancer (2). Eight (89%) were HPV positive, 7 for HPV 16. For comparison, we studied 55 non-PVL-associated oral specimens, including 24 oral squamous cell cancers. Of the cancers, 8 (33%) were HPV positive, 4 for HPV 16. These data suggest that HPV 16 infection may play an important role in the pathogenesis of PVL-associated oral dysplasia and possibly cancer, but is found in only a small proportion of the more common, non-PVL associated-oral lesions.  相似文献

We have analysed both the nuclear-cytoplasmic (N/C) ratio and nuclear volume densities (VVN) in defined strata from human hard palate lesions with and without malignant potential to determine the prognostic reliability and/or validity of this parameter. Measurements of cellular and nuclear areas of basal and spinous cells from normal (N) and pathological palatal epithelium were made on histological sections using an image analyser. The lesions comprised fibrous hyperplasia (FH), traumatic inflammation (INF), benign hyperkeratosis (HK), squamous cell papilloma (PP), dysplastic epithelium adjacent to invasive carcinoma (CE) and islands of invasive squamous cell carcinoma (CI). In basal cells, no significant differences were detected in comparisons of N/C and VVN between all pathological groups and the N control group. The mean value for CE was lower than that obtained for N. In spinous cells, the only statistically significant comparison was between IF and FH for both N/C and VVN. Both parameters were lower in CE than in N. Of all groups analysed except CI, the CE group is the only one likely to possess an increased malignant potential. The N/C ratio therefore seems to be of no value as a predictor of malignancy in palatal epithelial lesions.  相似文献

目的通过对NF—κB/p65在口腔鳞癌中表达进行研究,初步探讨它们在口腔鳞癌中的作用,为临床治疗提供一种新的思路。方法无菌提取口腔癌患者及其对照外周血单核细胞,利用实时定量PcR检测p65的基因表达,通过Western blot检测单核细胞中的p65的磷酸化水平,并通过免疫组化技术检测癌组织中的p65的表达水平的差异。结果口腔癌患者外周单核细胞p65的基因表达明显增加,p65磷酸化水平也明显增强。口腔癌组织中p65的磷酸化水平较正常组织明显明显增加。结论核转录因子-κB/p65在口腔癌的发生发展过程中被大量表达并大量被激活,可能在其侵袭和转移中发挥重要作用,以此将为口腔癌的发病机理及治疗提供分子生物学基础。  相似文献

Abstract – A series of 191 oral mucosal tumors including those with suspected HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) etiology; squamous cell papilloma (SQP), condyloma acuminatum (CA), focal epithelial hyperplasia (FEH), as well as those regarded as unrelated to HPV; fibrous hyperplasia (FH), papillary hyperplasia (PH), and true fibroma (TF), were analyzed for HPV structural proteins (by indirect immunoperoxidase IP-PAP technique), for the presence of epithelial dysplasia, and for the cellular composition (B and T lymphocytes, mononuclear phagocytes, (MPS cells)) of their local inflammatory cell infiltrates using ANAE-(acid α-naphthyl acetate esterase) stain. HPV structural proteins were disclosed in 85% of FEH, in 75% of CA, and in 41 % of SQP. These three lesions significantly differed from PH and FH with regard to the intensity and cellular composition of the local infiltrates, being most intense and B cell predominated in the latter two. Mild dysplasia was found in 20% of both CA and SQP lesions, the former also showing moderate dysplasia in 12% of cases. The HPV antigen positivity was negatively correlated with dysplasia in CA and SQP, the intensity of the infiltrate showing positive association with dysplasia. The results are discussed in terms of HPV etiology of CA, SQP and FEH, of the host immunologic reactivity against these lesions, as well as of the possible role of HPV in human squamous cell carcinogenesis.  相似文献
