类风湿关节炎患者生活质量调查分析

目的 了解类风湿关节炎患者生活质量状况,为护理干预提供依据.方法 采用疾病影响程度量表对62例类风湿关节炎患者生活质量进行问卷调查,所有数据采用社会科学统计软件(SPSS11.0)进行统计和分析.结果 类风湿关节炎患者疾病影响程度量表总分平均为(547.70±157.92)分,66.1％患者认为生活质量一般;影响生活质量的因素为年龄、经济状况及相关知识.结论 应对患者加强健康教育,提高其自我护理能力,充分发挥社会及家庭支持系统的作用,以提高类风湿关节炎患者的生活质量.     

类风湿关节炎患者家属健康教育需求的调查分析

目的探讨类风湿关节炎患者家属的健康教育需求及获得健康教育的途径。方法 2007年6月-2009年5月,我科健康教育小组采用问卷调查法对96名类风湿关节炎患者家属进行健康教育需求调查,调查内容包括家属对类风湿疾病相关知识的了解程度、健康教育需求及获得知识的途径。结果本组患者家属普遍对类风湿关节炎的护理知识认识不够,最希望了解类风湿关节炎药物治疗、功能锻炼、饮食及心理指导的相关知识;电视、广播等媒体的宣传和电话咨询是其获得类风湿关节炎疾病相关知识的主要途径;对获得健康教育途径的选择具有多样性。结论类风湿关节炎患者家属普遍缺乏类风湿关节炎相关护理知识,开展多种形式的健康教育是完全必要的。     

类风湿关节炎患者社会支持状况调查分析

目的了解类风湿关节炎患者的社会支持状况，为制定相应的身心护理提供科学理论依据。方法采用社会支持评定量表对112例类风湿关节炎患者所获得的社会支持状况进行调查分析。结果类风湿关节炎患者获得的社会支持总分为（36．56±7．97）分，与常模（33．05±3．85）分比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。主观支持受病程和住院次数影响；客观支持受医疗费用支付方式和关节功能影响；婚姻、住院次数、关节功能则影响支持的利用度。结论护士应全面评估患者的社会支持状况，为患者提供恰当的社会支持，指导患者强化现有的社会支持网络，拓展新的社会支持网络并主动利用社会支持网络以便增强类风湿关节炎患者的社会支持。     

类风湿关节炎88例健康教育需求调查分析

目的:调查类风湿关节炎(RA)患者健康教育知识掌握程度及需求状况,探讨RA患者有效开展健康教育的内容、时间、途径,为从事RA护理工作的护理人员提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的问卷对88例RA患者进行调查分析,按照Likert四分法评分,并做统计学描述与分析。结果:RA患者健康知识总分平均为(13.64±5.51)分(满分24分)。各项知识具体掌握情况:功能锻炼方法(1.06±0.88)、自我监测知识(1.25±0.83)、日常生活注意事项(1.39±0.85)得分较低;RA患者健康知识需求状况:正确服药知识56例(63.6%)、药物不良反应54例(61.3%)、自我监测知识50例(56.8%)比例较高。结论:RA患者健康知识掌握程度较低,医务工作者应以患者的需求为主,采用多样化的方式方法,有针对性地开展健康教育工作,从而减少类风湿关节炎患者的致残率,提高其生活质量。     

类风湿关节炎患者血脂水平分析

目的分析类风湿关节炎（RA）患者血脂水平，探讨RA患者心血管疾病的危险性增高与血脂的相关性。方法以RA患者142例（活动组93例、非活动组49例）作为研究对象，86例健康体检者为正常对照，收集晨起空腹静脉血，采用酶法测定血清中甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）浓度，低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）浓度通过公式进行计算。类风湿因子（RF）和C-反应蛋白（CRP）采用浊度分析法测定。结果与健康对照组比较，RA活动组血清中TC、HDLC、LDL-C水平和RA非活动组TC、HDL—C水平均显著降低（P〈0．001，P〈0．05）；RA活动组与RA非活动组比较，所有指标差异均不具有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论RA患者心血管疾病的危险性增高不能完全为血浆TG、TC、HDL-C和LDL-C水平的增减等传统因素所解释，还可能与炎症和血脂在质上的改变等因素有关。

目的：了解类风湿关节炎（RA）信息支持现状。方法：对48例RA患者进行了问卷调查。并对影响信息支持的因素进行了分析。结果：RA患者自身感知到中等程度以上的信息支持，文化程度，家庭人均月收入病情的严重程度对信息支持有影响；RA患者信息支持的源泉依次为医生、书籍同类疾病的病友，报刊、护士，家人和朋友。结论：护士应注意在护理实践中为RA患者提供信息支持。使他们较好地了解疾病的有关知识，提高他们的健康状况和生活质量。
